Had a great time. Our server was very friendly. The food was good for Chili's. it came to our table hot and quickly and was exactly what we ordered.

Little outdated appearance-wise, but a pretty standard Chili's otherwise.

I try not to go to chain restaurants however I have not been to a Chilis in a while and they have really updated their menu! The buy one entree get one free coupon in the paper was a great advertisement and we found ourselves there on a Friday during happy hour. They had $3 margaritas which you could get frozen or on the rocks and had 3 flavors to choose from. I went with the raspberry margarita, it was delicious however tasted like it was nonalcoholic. The draft beers were also a $1 off and the appetizers were half off-great deal and you could easily order these for your dinner. We started with the boneless buffalo wings which came with blue cheese and celery. The sauce was delicious!! We also ordered guacamole with chips-pleasantly surprised how fresh the guacamole was and the chips were not greasy. That was enough to fill me up but I also ordered a cup of the baked potato soup as it is my favorite. Others in my party used the coupon and ordered the cheeseburger with a side salad and a flatbread. The flatbreads are new on the menu and looked delicious! Our waitress was great and my only complaint is that she would not give us the guacamole and chips which we ordered for the happy hour special.

Chili's, while a pedestrian chain, has some value. The food is better than fast food (not saying much, I know). But overall it's not a place I would choose to go. My cobb salad was just bogus, a few pieces of avocado, limp lettuce, some cheese tossed on the side. Unnecessarily lame. Some of these restaurants just try to do too much. Stick to a few things you can do well. Maybe here that's fajitas and burgers. Go for a margarita and chips with salsa, and dinner if you are with kids but don't want McDonalds.

Bacon is the candy bar of meat. Who ever heard of too much bacon! I had a little time to kill while waiting for the lovely wife so I thought I'd blow into Chili's for a burger and a beer. I sat at the bar and was quickly served and icy draft by a friendly bartender. As usual there were six or eight different burger combos on the menu. I choose the one that featured "triple think" bacon and ordered it medium. It sounded dam good. So my burger and fries came out quickly and OMG was this bacon thick! I mean really thick and there was a lot of it. I never thought I would say this but this bacon was too thick. It was impossible to eat as part of a sandwich as it was too thick and tough to bite through easily. I ate it separately and it was tasty. What about the burger itself? It was cooked a beautiful medium and it was juicy. You can't expect much more than that at a chain. Despite the weird bacon situation the overall meal and service deserves three stars.

Service was very polite but very slow. The ENTIRE place needs a serious cleaning - every surface is sticky at minimum.

Nothing phenomenal, but definitely worth a few trips. They have a late night menu with cheaper appetizers and drinks which is nice since there aren't many restaurants around that do that. The food is decent, and they have good chicken crispers (another word for chicken tenders), and there quesadillas aren't bad. The only disappointment, is this is the only mexican restaurant we have been to where you have to pay for chips and salsa for the table. No complimentary chips, which is ridiculous.

Went to this location for my brother's birthday dinner. Food was okay, service was pathetic. The staff was mostly teenagers/early-mid 20s. Our waitress was noticeable new for her position so I didn't really judge her performance as I normally would. One young male waiter seemed to spend more time chatting with her than actually doing his job. Towards the end of our meal, another waiter/whatever brought out a tub of clean and wrapped silverware to put in the baskets by the menus which was right across from our table. One of the wrapped silverware had fallen out of the tub onto the floor. This child had the balls to pick it up, look around to see if anyone was watching and put the thing back into the basket. I called him out on it. I said loud enough that the other patrons could hear, "Did you REALLY just put that in the basket AFTER being on the DIRTY FLOOR?" He quickly looked at me like a deer in headlights and went to remove it from the basket. A female waitress was there reorganizing the basket and they exchanged words, probably bad mouthing me, which I really don't care if they were. By now the soiled silverware set was buried and she gave him some random one from the pile and he walked away with it. She "thanked" me for pointing it out, and I just shook my head. She's just as pathetic as the boy. Children with lack of respect for the food service industry should NOT be working in it. If you wanna behave like you're at McDonalds, go work there. Not at a respectable establishment like Chili's.

What has happened to chilis? It used to be my very favorite place to go. The last couple times I went the experience was so poor, I will never go back. The only edible thing they serve is the tortilla chips and salsa. Everything else seems like very low quality, the cheapest of meats and tastes like they just microwave it. The service the last time I went was inexcusable. It was not even crowded but it took 15 minutes for the waiter to even come over and take the drink order. I waited another 10 minutes to get the drink. I was with my four year old son so this made it even worse. His pizza and fries looked gross. I tasted the pizza and it was not good at all. I felt so bad feeding him that....never again. The fries used to be good but now they are beyond salty!! I had the chicken sandwich and couldnt even finish half of it and the lettuce was wilted. Chilis, I will miss the old you! Dont know how you stay in business.

Not being far from where I live and my job can be a bad or good thing (depending on if I got paid or waiting another week). Never had a problem here. My and my husband always get the classic nachos w/ chicken. It has been good each and every time. With me and my husband not eating pork or beef, we tend to get the same things over and over and for him, its hard to find a place that does a turkey burger (a good one at that). The shrimp is good, but will never be on the level of Friday's and maybe its me, but they don't give you much shrimp or fries (more like a kids platter). Only one pasta platter which is a shame, but then again, this isn't Olive Garden. My husband's chicken crispers were good too. For dessert, we ordered the new Oreo Molten Filled Cake. For $7, it was a nice size and pretty good as well. I only come here when I have a coupon though. It's a lot less painful on my wallet and it just so happen that I had a coupon for a free entree' so we rushed in before it expired. We had a great server. Not once did we have to ask for a refill or extra napkins. She was on top of things and actually pretty funny. She even asked if my margarita was okay because I hadn't had much to drink and I assured her it was fine. I never waste my alcohol. I know my husband and I will come here often, especially since the theater is in the same center. Great for a movie/dinner date night.

We took advantage of the happy hour special which includes half price appetizers. We started with the boneless wings. There are enough to share with several people. I ordered a draft beer which was a dollar off regular price. The two other people I was dining with ordered the half price raspberry margaritas. They thought the drinks were good but had very little alcohol in them. We decided to order the chips and guacamole but I guess we did not get the order in during happy hour and had to pay full price. I don't think we would have ordered them if the waitress would have told us happy hour was over. I ordered a flatbread, which was excellent. My husband ordered chili which he had to send back because it was cold. His hamburger was just ok. He was pleased to be able to substitute a side salad for the fries without an extra charge. Overall, we got lots of good food for a reasonable price.

Disappointing. My boyfriend and I recently moved from Denver, Colorado and have always enjoyed Chili's on occasion. Last year we had visited this Chili's and were never greeted or seated by anyone and ended up walking out. Months later, we were craving some epic chips and salsa and decided to try again. The entire experience had changed. The servers were friendly the environment was entirely different. However.... most recently I had another disappointing experience. I ordered take out (which is already risky if you want to eat dinner while its actually hot). The server never greeted me at the bar, I had to ask the hostess if someone would be helping me pick up my order. The order came out 15 minutes late... and they were missing an entire entre. The server told me, "Haha... man we gave the other entre to the people right in front of you." Actually laughing and smiling he said he would put the order in. I then mentioned my meal and the fact that it was going to be cold. My meal was not replaced. Our desert was melted and I was not surprised. How frustrating...

Horrible across the board. Ordered take out and arrived 5 mins before it was supposed to be ready. It was already waiting so that was positive. When I got home we were very disappointed. The classic bacon burger cooked medium lacked bacon completely and was raw in the middle. The bacon cheese fries looked and tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for 3 hours. My chicken bacon ranch quesadilla had what looked and tasted like day old, dry chicken breast. It had a hard outside and dry in the middle. The guacamole was brown. No quality control coming out of the kitchen. Disgusting. Will never return.
