Place looks nice enough inside for a rural Fusion restaurant but we wondered why there were so few other customers. My wife ordered sushi and was served fairly quickly. I had the Thai drunken noodles, or however this place calls them. The wait was interminable. My wife had already finished by the time my food came. On the other hand, she said the sushi was excellent, while I was very disappointed in my meal, which used thin noodles instead of the flat ones every other Thai-food serving restaurant uses. And the amount of noodles was simply insufficient. I recommend this place only if you crave an Asian meal in an area with so few other choices.

Ever since the new owners took over this location I am not a fan. It was a lot better before when they had a small buffet which was nice and convenient for a quick lunch. I've had take out from there and everything from the sauce to the rice was awful. I literally took a bite of my food and would not finish. Pass on this!

This is really an Asian Fusion restaurant. There is a large dining room, clean bathrooms, and located in a convenient small shopping mall. The food was very good. I had a pineapple with shrimp, chicken and brown rice dish. My wife had the curried vegetables with tofu. They served us large mugs of tea plus a tea pot as well as ice water. The service was lovely and we were thanked for our business. We would recommend for a nice casual dinner. The total was $21 including tax for both dinners.

The waitress seemed to look down on us even though we have been going here over the last year or so. The last time she seated us and made us wait while having a very loud conversation about a black family that didnt leave a tip..(my wife is chinese and understood her conversation) All this even after my son which is 7 stated he was starving... We have been here 4 times and only once it was good. (first time) The food is just ok and the portions on the lunch menu are very small. One dish made me ill and this was the straw the broke the camels back. never again. Then again its so hard to find chinese food that is consistant good. Most kitchens are on the verge of being closed down by the health dept. This one is cleaner but its new....too bad the food is not good and the staff is rude. It could be just the area which has turned into a real Ghetto over the last 10 years with seedy adult bookstores, smokeshops and massage parlors EVERYWHERE.

Tried this place out two weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. The flavor is great, food is fresh and delicious. We got the chicken and broccoli, egg rolls and pan-fried dumplings. So good!! They might use MSG here, no mention of not using it on the menu- so ask before you order if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, enjoy! Oh- and it was good the next day too!!

Great Drunken noodles! Try the Hot Sour Soup, tastes fresh. Everything else we loved to include Shrimp Chow Mein. Owner told us how she goes to NYC regularly to get fresh ingredients.

I ate here for a few years, but the crew was recently completely changed. The orders became inconsistent; I can forgive forgetting an egg roll every now and then or food that isn't quite as good as with the previous crew, but when I got the beef that smelled like fish, I could no longer overlook the drop in quality. It was absolutely disgusting. What other sanitation rules are they violating? I'm not going to stick around to find out. There are other three other Chinese restaurants within a few miles, so finding an adequate replacement wasn't a problem.

Good food, good prices, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. We came in for lunch, and appreciated the many Chinese and Thai options. My party had pad Thai, chicken curry, mango shrimp, and basil chicken. The portions were generous and the vegetables all tasted very fresh.

Excellent Thai food basics. Presentation is nice and good service too. New decor in the dining area is big improvement. No more ugly buffet bar.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
