First, I love Domino's Pizza. Best around. This store is killing me. Everytime they forget the dipping sauce. I mean once in a while...I guess no biggie. But it happens everytime to me. That's $1 or $1.50 each order. Times that by however many orders they get...thats a ton of free money for Domino's. The driver said he would go back and get the sauce. 30min went by...I called and said don't come back cause ringing the doorbell again will wake up my 14mth old son. An hour later...knock knock knock..Dominos is at the door. Dog goes crazy, baby wakes up... Just one job guys...deliver the paid for goods. Love Domino's but I'm going to have to switch...super lame.

Super upset at this point. We ordered a delivery a while back, which took over an hour to reach us, after calling two extra times we finally got our pizza. Mind you, we live 3 miles from the location. Because it took so long we were given 3 Gift Certificates and when we called today we were told they had never heard of gift certificates. Even though the Sherwood location was the one we received them from. Called a second location, who also said they hadn't heard of the certificate. At this point I'm not sure what to do, since we were given these for mediocre service, and it just seems to keep getting worse. Called a third location, and after sitting on hold for more than 10-15 minutes, gave up and hung up.

Our service was terrible we walked into dominos ordered two pizzas 2/25 minutes and as we got home opened one box and there was no pizza in the box had to call and complain the manager had to call McMinnville dominos to replace the pizza that they never put in our box it was our first time eating at dominos which we will never do again their pizza is terrible

If you want a blue waffle for a bread bowl then your at the right place. This thing was under cooked and sitting in a quarter inch of oil/butter. The customer service was so great she hung up on me and said she would deliver another with a really rude attitude right before she hung up. Never eating here again.

My Pizza was a disaster. It took way to long to deliver, they discontinued parmesan packets, It was cold and it looked like someone shook the box before it arrived at my door. I will never order here again. I added a picture of my pizza. This store can do way better then this. I've had outstanding pizza from other Domino's in the past.

Keeping mind that this is basically "fast food" this is a great alternative to McDonalds or Taco Bell. It's not even in the same league as Pizzicato, Bellagio's or even Round Table. A Better comparison is Little Casers or Papa Johns. So if you're looking for decently priced pizza delivered to your door, Dominos is great. If you're looking for high quality ingredients and good dining experience Dominos isn't it. Although, they have changed the crust and I have to say it is good. In fact this might be the only pizza I eat the crust and not the rest.

Our boys love pizza so this is convenient, we can just call up and have it delivered. My only issue with Domino's is the quality. Sauce and toppings thin, crust thick, chewy and too much garlic.
