I was excited to try this coffee shop and it was a cute little place but YUCK! We ordered 2 white coffee white chocolate mochas and a kids hot chocolate. Not sure how you can ruin hot chocolate but they did and it was gross! The mochas and hot chocolate tasted burnt and the milk tasted sour. Very disappointed for spending almost $15 on drinks that were not drinkable.

Get the white rocket. I'm already obsessed with white coffee but adding chai is genius. I absolutely fell in love with this coffee shop I had to stop again before I left town. YUM!

I was staying in the hotel above and needed my morning fix so I headed down to get an Americano. It is a cute little shop just steps from the Prom at the turnaround. First off the prices are a little steep but that is to be expected so close to the Ocean. The service was not spectacular and the workers seemed more worried about the owner watching them on the cameras than actually helping the customers. The worst thing I saw though was a worker walking in of the street with 2 boxes of doughnuts and then proceed to place them into the display case with her bare hands, and she didn't even wash her hands first. Needless to say, I didn't get a pastry.

Great coffee! You can even get an x-tra large with 4 shots yum! The bean is delicious, and the service is good. If I'm ever in the area I will be back (: White choclate americano yeah!

Stopped in here for coffee for the first time yesterday, husband and I were both pretty pleased with our coffee. Like most reviewes previously, we're from Portland and are a bit spoiled with great coffee. There are very few coffee places in Seaside, they're trying though. So you have to give them credit. Not the best coffee i've ever had, but it's good. I don't think it's fair to judge small town coffee shops to the ones in Portland/Seattle. My husband had an Americano and said it was good. I had the White Rocket, not normally something I would go for but it was good. I love chai and I love mochas so it was worth the try :) They are on the pricey side, BUT so is everything at the beach...

Espresso is great but the friendliness of the staff is "Off the Hook!" My family and I were vacationing in Seaside and we remembered this place from a previous stay. On that stay we had decided that this was the place for us and we were not disappointed 5 years later! Like I said, great espresso, awesome prices, and an exceptional, traveler friendly staff.

Coffee is absolutely awesome but service with a bad attitude. I usually get americano double cupped and they wouldn't do that.

Great coffee at a fair price, we go here every time we visit Seaside and never had any issues, Friendly service and good coffee.

I love the Oregon Coast. It has a certain beauty that I imagine only a Bob Ross painting could truly capture. Yet this beauty is not appreciated first thing in the morning to some *cough*sister*cough* without a strong cup of coffee. We walked up to the line that stretched down the sidewalk in front of a few other storefronts... Amanda was determined to get a latte, and I to go back and watch the tide come in and disturb all the beach volleyball players that had to bastardize the otherwise beautiful titanium white surf and phthalo blue sky. So we waited... and waited... and finally got up to the counter and ordered our drinks, and looked perplex at all the signs NOT to bother the baristas while they're working with hot liquids. From ordering to walking out the door and looking at the line behind us, it took less than 5 minuets, which is pretty impressive for any coffee shop. So the biggest issue is the wait to get your drink. If you're a little patient then this place is a solid yes. ...That'll be our little secret.

Ordered an americano and it was seriously the best coffee I have ever had. Very high quality. The staff is very friendly but are kind of slow.. I waited for quite some time and I was the only person in the place. But, Loved it so much that I went back the next morning for another coffee. I was pleased that it tasted just as good the second time. I also had a scone and it was slightly under cooked. Previous reviews have said they're pricey but I disagree.. You pay the price in tourist areas. The markup for everything will always be more. Maybe I understand better coming from a town similar to seaside... I think the prices are reasonable for their location. It was obvious that the employees were uncomfortable with their boss watching over their shoulder. But like I said, BEST COFFEE EVER.

My wife and I walked by and decided to get some coffee and we regret stopping in here. I ordered a 12 oz. Latte and my wife a 16 oz iced latte. My drink was SCOLDING hot, I asked the barista why so hot and she said its normal and they heat it to 160 degrees. In what world!!?? Couldn't even sip it. I forgot to mention that all the gals were sweet and kind but the gal ringing us up and he one who happened to make my drink was hacking up a storm and didn't wash her hands before making our drinks. Come on!! I did return the cup and ask for a second one not so hot and they obliged. I would avoid this shop if your coffee tastes have high expectations. Nothing amazing here =/

Soooooo, probably the best SUGARFREE frozen and blended mocha I have ever had in my life. Nuff said. They have a sugar free vanilla malt that works for most sugar free syrups. Give it a whirl ;) I'm a believer!

Had a white mocha. Was good. Nothing special but they have decent coffee and lots of various flavored syrups if you want something sweet. They also sell baked goods but we didn't try it.

Good coffee. Poor quality and limited selection of pastries. Service was mediocre. Good location. Went for donuts and regretted not walking down to Dundee's. The fireplace DVD playing on the TV in there cracked me up.

I was super excited to find a coffee place that had "white coffee"/ "white espresso"....... There coffee was SUPER chocolatey I couldn't drink it- had to toss it- my boys took a couple drinks of their hot chocolates and immediately said it was gross too much chocolate. Waste of $12!!! Chocolate wasn't good either - very powdery.

I'd be hard-pressed to call this coffee great, but it's passable. This is our usual stop on our morning walk with the dogs when we're visiting Seaside. My husband gets a mocha and I typically go with an Americano--no room. I read through the reviews and am surprised no one mentioned how HOT the coffee is. Seriously! With 2 cuffs, I still can't hold on to the cup. One day, I just gave up and tossed the entire thing. I'm surprised they haven't had problems or complaints. This would definitely scald. On the last day, I my husband got his mocha and I passed. I'd rather make coffee at our condo.

As a Seattle-lite and coffee enthuse I was excited to try this place as my family and I were vacationing in Seaside. The coffee certainly left a lot to me desired, but nothing on the planet was worst than the way their manager "Lindsey" behaved towards numerous customers in the establishment. I could go into details about speaking to us with her backs turned, ignoring us as we politely informed her that our drinks were incorrect, and the way the owner Marc was completely dismissive when we returned on a different day simply to inform him of the disgusting nature in which she treated several customer, but none of that is as important as the fact is the coffee sucked. I would definitely recommend going a block down for a decent latte.

Popped into this place to get out out the drizzle and get our bearings. Bought two white mochas which were pretty decent (even if there was powdered mix in it). I wasn't expecting supremo coffee but I was warmed from within after sipping my mocha and felt safe and satisfied. Being a coffee snob from Seattle I've tasted many a cup of joe but I don't see anything to complain about here. It was decent and the barista was friendly and the place was clean so all was good. Note that there are no restrooms available inside, even for customers, you must go to the public restrooms located under the scenic traffic circle about 150 feet outside to the left (Or sneak into the hotel restrooms across the street, sshhhh!)

I ordered a 16 oz dirty chai. I think my total was $5.30 which seemed a little bit high for what I ordered. I mean it wasn't a giant blended tons of extras type drink. Just a chai with espresso. Well, with my first sip, I thought "Wow! That is the best dirty chai I've ever had!" And it was! It was the perfect balance of creamy milk/chai with a very smooth double shot of espresso. I savored every drop of that drink and it was well worth the $5.30. It wasn't cold and rainy so the weather didn't affect my coffee judgement. It was a nice warm evening. I'm a spoiled Portlander coffee wise. I am used to my Howell's (Local) Fire Roasted Coffee (Try it). I love a good cup of coffee. I"m used to trying to hunt down shops that use stumptown beans at the coast to get a good cup, This will be MY coffee stop in seaside. I've never had one I loved here until now!

Wow, this is my first yelp review. My irritation with this place forced me into it. I'm somewhat hard to annoy, especially on vacation, so I'm surprised this place ever inspired those older positive reviews. New owners, maybe? Dirty, kind of of dank, with nearly-empty display cases of shrink-wrapped pastries. You can see the ick on the shelves. Service was bizarre. There was a girl who seemed to be training two new guys. Newbies always fumble, and nobody can blame them for that, but these guys just looked kind of blank and confused, messing up the very simple order for my 3-member family. No apology or "sorry, I'm new" explanation (which would be fine and typical)...just blank, unhappy expressions. The trainer-girl kept turning her back on customers. Several people come up to the counter and she kept her back to them while the guys didn't to notice them. Weird! Anyway, we paid for a couple bagels, toasted, and sat down with our really dull coffee. 5-7 minutes go by...no bagels. I finally came back up and asked (assuming ou breakfast had been forgotten in the toaster) the guy said "oops" and handed me two shrink-wrapped from the case. I asked about toasting and the girl gestured across the room: "over there. You'll have to cut them first." So strange. I found a toaster in the front corner and a dirty bagel cutter. The blade was so dull that it just squished the bagel and I returned to the counter and asked if they could slice it for me. The girl literally snarled at me: "on top of the microwave. We're not a bakery. We don't have knives." (There were plastic utensils in a cup.). So I gave up, squished our bagels in half, and charred them in a pop-up toaster. Anyway, yucky and strange place. Oh, they also sell opened, half-used containers of syrup flavoring. Maybe someone bought the place and they're selling old supplies? Yummy!

Stopped in here for a coffee on the way to the beach, they had friendly staff. The coffee was pretty sweet, my hubby had half the syrup I did, and he still found it too sweet for him. Otherwise it was a nice espresso drink though. Looked like they had some nice pastries as well.

I am a coffee snob and this place is awesome! True artisans of coffee! They take what they do seriously so don't take that to mean that they are unfriendly. I started a conversation about coffee and had a great experience! Some people are grumpy before coffee. I work for a coffee company and I have tasted thousands of cups of coffee and espresso! This is a true coffee snobs coffee shop! Let me know about your experience and see if this was a one time thing!
