I am not a coffee drinker or Starbucks fan generally but my boss is. He has taken me here several times and the service has always been excellent and the drinks ok (imo).

Yay for smooth, non-burnt coffee. Huge kudos to whoever is ensuring proper training. Trust me when I say it's hard to find a Starbucks that DOESN'T serve burnt coffee.

Great service, great drinks, and I love that there's a drive thru at this one! You can conveniently drive thru, get your coffee, and go shopping. I've never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. They always make my orders right. I like the light, open atmosphere inside.

Easy Quick stop off of I-5 into Keizer, OR will net you a Starbucks to curb your coffee fix.

Oh, man... What a terrible experience. My husband and I arrived 15 minutes before closing time posted on their door, only to find the doors locked. We asked if we could come in to order our coffees. We use the cream and sugar bar, because we like our coffees embarrassingly sweet. We were told no, even after we pointed out that according to the hours posted on the door, there was still 15 minutes. The girl gave us a vacant smile and said she would "look into that". Seriously?! Seemed to me that since its Friday night, someone's trying to close up shop early to go barhopping... Whatever. So we decided to cut our losses and we ordered a Venti hazelnut caramel mocha. It cost about 5 and a half dollars, and it was absolutely TERRIBLE. Just... yuck. We threw it away and went across the street to McDonald's, INSIDE, where the coffee was shockingly a million times better. What alternate world am I in?

This place is ran by Sarah who is the greatest person ever. This Starbucks as a lot of room, and the Baristas are friendly. However, I was served the worst white mocha of my life, what floated to the top of my coffee would make anyone barf up Starbucks. Have I mentioned Stumptown coffee is heaven! Quality over quantity for real!
