This is the second time I've been to this location. The steak fries are huge, the service is great and the prices are perfect. Plus, they now serve beer! And they've got a good condiments bar with the different salsas and pickled veggies and peppers and such. Cheap, yummy, and fast! What more could you ask for??

This place gives terrible service. The food is fair at best WHEN THEY GET YOU ORDER RIGHT!! The black beans are way too salty so don't even think about it unless you want high blood pressure.

Mediocre food and service. I always have to repeat the order in English and Spanish (drive-thru ) and even after making sure they understood my order, they always get something wrong. We get beef rolled tacos instead of the chicken we ordered, guacamole when we ordered none, a chile relleno plate when we ordered the burrito. The list goes on and on... I seriously think they only hire people with double-digit IQ.

Mediocre food. I come here because my kids like it, it's cheap, and they open late. They ALWAYS mess up our order at the drive-thru. I even repeat it and they repeat it back. Also, they ALWAYS cut me off after ordering my first item and I have to remind them that I am not done with my order. Two stars for edible, cheap and convenient. Bad customer service.

Placed my order to 3 rolled tacos and sour cream to go. Got back to work and the rolls were okay but I found a receipt in my sour cream! Well that was it for me. I called them but no one seem to understand. Won't be going back!!!

Double edged sword here. Good and bad. I first found Muchas Gracias in Salem Oregon I went to the store at 1412 Capitol St N.E. in Salem , Oregon. WOW HAPPY HELPFUL SMILES !!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOOD WAS EXCELLENT I will go back !!! Now on a negative note!! I loved Salem so much I moved here!! On the west side of town where there is a Muchas Gracias on N.W. Wallace Rd. Totally another story!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ATROCIOUS !! On the front window they have a huge poster advertising a 'SHREDDED CHICKEN BURRITO". When you shred a meat and season it ....it absorbs more flavor, it has a totally different texture??? NO?? So my buddy order a "shredded" chicken burrito??? What he got was chunks?? He thought they had just made a mistake. So he brought it up to the counter. A short non smiling ( just like when we ordered) chick gave him a rash of sheeet about it. He ended up ordering something else. (I loved my food btw lol) Any way when we were leaving...he went first saying his stomach hurt??? I wonder what they did to it because after he left..... I stayed finishing my food. Unseen because of the partition in the dinning area from the staff. The chick came around the counter and said really loud some thing, some thing PUTA....WHICH IS SPANISH FOR BITCH!! THEN THE TWO middle aged cooks chimed in with HOTO ??? Which means fag?? And some other spanish BS.... I was so HURT AND DISAPPOINTED AND PISSED. I got up abruptly and stood where the cooks could see me. ALL THREE OF THERE EYES LIT UP!!! They didn't know I was there!! THEY COULD SEE IT IN MY EYES I WAS READY TO FREAKING JUMP BEHIND THAT COUNTER. No smiles No thank yous!! .. Business' have to step up on customer service. There is to many people out of work and to few customers walking through your doors to treat people like we need you more than you need us. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN! Way to go JERKS maybe you will get a raise!! Signed not happy with N.W. SALEM CUSTOMER SERVICE....and BRAVO TO THE CAPITOL STREET LOCATION. When it comes to raises you had better give them to the Capitol St location....they are worth driving out of my way for :)

This one is better than Alberto's that used to be in this location..they only lasted two years before leaving. I think that they are a bit more independent and give a better value based on ownership. Anyways... Delicious so far on a half dozen items I have tried.

I ordered my usual 5 rolled tacos for $4.50. When I got home I saw that they had given me 4 rolled tacos and they were not cooked through...when I returned to the store after the holidays I was told that I needed to show a receipt. The poor customer service was offset by the fact that now I get to give my first negative YELP review. I go here three times a week. This is how they treat a loyal customer!!!
