The vegetarian burrito was pretty bland. Not much more than beans, cheese, sour cream, rice and shredded lettuce....rolled up in a tortilla. Why can't a Mexican restaurant offer some type of grilled seasoned vegetables rolled up in a tortilla with black beans and rice for those choosing a meat free diet?

If you have an inner fat kid order this: Sausage breakfast burrito, add sour cream, add bacon. That being said, there is nothing on this menu that doesn't taste wonderful. If the food was not so satisfying this place would be pretty sub-par. No joke, unless you have an iron gut your stomach is going to be pretty pissed off at a few hours later. For me - its worth it. The breakfast burrito I get has to be 2,000 calories alone. I am though, in love with this place and its worth it. Pro tip #1: If you go through the drive through, they will get your order wrong about 1/4 of the time this is working as intended its how you discover new things you like. Pro tip #2 Once you place your order don't ever make a change to it. Guarantee you will not get what you wanted if you do that.

This and out South are two of the better MG in Salem. Food is fast but takes long enough to know it is not under a warmer. My wife enjoys the Chicken Burrito. .

I rarely give 5 stars but after trying all the highly rated Mexican restaurants and being hugely disappointed , this was such a pleasant surprise. Goes to show you can't always go by yelp reviews. The adobada plate is head and shoulder above La Haciendas chicken Diablo that the server had recommended. I will be coming back for more and update this review as I try other menu items

First time to this Muchas. But beware, they have limited hours (close like at 10pm) versus other Muchas. Same old food though, which is good. Friendly staff inside...and discovered they offer some guacamole sauce! Yum!

I won't lie I miss the location off of Ricky Street, this location was not a great one. Not only did they get my order wrong leaving Me shorten a burrito but they charged me $45 for it

Slower than average, but still OK. Quesadillas are just fine here, but not nearly as good as the south Commercial location.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
