I do not like it. Why it is still in business is a mystery.

We decided to give this place a try because they deliver and will not be ordering from them again. The fried rice and hot and sour soup were good, chow mein was okay but the crunchy noodles were stale, the fried shrimp was super oily, and the pot stickers were mushy. We spent almost 80 dollars including delivery fee and tip and did not feel like it was worth it :/

Its an older, tried and true place. The best in town? No. The worst? No. They have generous portions, friendly staff and super nice owners. I like their spicy dishes and made to order hot and sour soup. They will customize combos, which is always really helpful for picky eaters.

Great little bar for drinks with good company. Delicious food and the delivery is always quick to the door.

We stopped here on our road trip for supplies. There's a grocery store in the same parking lot and I was attracted to chinese food! Yum. Our car was full, with five people and five bicycles. I ordered four orders of chow mein and one of the fried rice. They were quite friendly, but a bit slow to get service from and to get the food. Not a big deal if you aren't in a hurry. The chow mein was interestingly lacking in noodles (perhaps it's the style of food) and a little void of color. Although it did get plenty of color from the vegies - just don't expect a golden brown dish. It was very watery, which wasn't good for road travel, but tasty. We definitely ate all four boxes. I didn't have any of the fried rice - it looked similarly lacking in color but got better reviews from the car-mates than the chow mein.

We got delivery from canton gardens, and on Christmas of all days! They have online ordering and so we placed our order Sunday night and someone from the restaurant called to confirm order and get my card info yesterday. They were half hour late delivering, but the delivery guy was very nice and seeing as how we ordered a ton of food I can see why they were running behind. The food was super good. Everything was fresh and hot and satisfied our hunger for Chinese. My kids loved the fried shrimp, the BBQ pork was very moist and the sweet and sour chicken was covered with ample amounts of sauce. The egg foo young was some of the best I've ever had. We will definitely be ordering again. My ONLY complaint was there was no general tsao on the online menu to order and there wasn't a TON of different choices, but we got a lot of food that will last for days.

It use to be the only place I'd go for Chinese but they have changed, No flavor on anything and it seems just rice and little to no meat in the dishes. I know it's not much of a review but I wanna still keep going here and there to see if they improve TO what they use to be , a waiting line to get in the door and seated.

This doesn't have, what I see, as authentic Chinese atmosphere, However, the food is tasty and they have been very accommodating in adjusting their menu items. My wife and I don't like green peppers and they substituted broccoli without hesitation. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and attentive. I go back and enjoy a meal at least monthly.

Order for delivery must be over $40. Just FYI.

We arrived here at 12:15 to get lunch. The place was totally empty of customers, and I mean empty except for one man who was trying to pay. We waited for 10 minutes and no one came to seat us like the sign said. We left and so did the other guy. He got a free lunch.

I've gotten delivery from Canton Garden (yes! They deliver!) twice, so I can't comment on the restaurant itself, but I've been super pleased with my orders both times. They have a pretty standard menu online (not AS many options as other places, but all the usual dishes you would expect), which you can order online or call in for a delivery or to-go. This itself almost makes it 4 stars for the level of convenience. Both times they've quoted me about 40-50 minutes, and they have been early both times. This time was a Saturday at 6:30, they were there by 7. The food is really great - just the right amount of heat in the spicy dishes, they don't skimp on the sauces which are really flavorful, and they each have a nice mix of different veggies - it's not all celery and beansprouts and onions. I know this sounds weird, but they have an appetizer of friend chicken wings - they're super yummy! I think they fry them in coconut oil - so they have a great taste, and were very juicy. I think they were only $5 for 6 of them, so a good price too! The only thing I thought was weird, was that we ordered 3 main dishes, but it only came with one small box of rice on the side. Normally chinese places give you too much rice, but I was surprised by how little we got along with 3 large containers of food.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
