Staff is super friendly (especially Cruz! First time we've met him FYI. Not a friend I'm just leaving a good review for). Food was so good! Definitely coming here again.

Cheap stiff pours, keno, surprisingly good selection of beers on tap, friendly bartender and they have Jenga and Scrabble! Our group of 5 had a really good time throwing $$$ away at Keno and playing an intense game of Jenga. So much fun we ended up shutting the place down without realizing it! Since we still had $$$ to throw away, we cruised over to Devil's Point and literally threw away our $$$!!! =) This place is everything I want my dive bar to be!

Everything is GREAT except the bathrooms. Food is amazing, great staff and chef. Remodel and clean up the bathrooms people! Spent a buck because they are Frickin' GROSS!!

I absolutely love this bar. As I live in the neighborhood, I know all bartenders by name and each treat me like family when I come. There is always a great variety of beers on tap. These folks are not stingy with liquor either! Be sure to try their vegetarian burger made in house with blue cheese inside, or the pasta which is made with 3 different cheeses also in house. I may be biased, but few come close to this dive bar in Portland.

"If you don't like, we'll fix it" was the theme. Excellent service. Killer food. Feel like a VIP. Waiting for a show. GF beer. GF tacos. Huge veggie wraps. Two tv's playing sports.

This was the first time I've ever been refused service in a Portland establishment. My husband and I stopped in for brunch--we've been there a few times with his parents and the food is usually good, so we default there whenever hotcake house is too busy. Well, right after taking our drink order (coffee and orange juice) he asks for our IDs, which has NEVER happened before in the four other time we've been there in the last year. He's the only guy who has ever served us, so I was pretty shocked. I left mine at home since we weren't going to a bar, just getting breakfast while the power was out in our neighborhood, and ended up there, per usual, since hotcake house was about an hour wait. He said he couldn't serve us because we looked under 27 and I didn't have my ID. To drink orange juice! As if OLCC would come in for an investigation at 10:30 in the morning on a Saturday. From my personal experience bartending in PDX, he could have still served us breakfast, even though his judgment of my youthful appearance grossly underestimated my age (was that supposed to be a complement?). Maybe it's because I'm a woman of color and usually have a minimum of 3 white people with me when I go out in Portland, so I've never experienced what many of my diverse friends tell me about until today. I've just never felt so alarmed at a business establishment--there were only 2 customers there, and the place is always empty. Now I know why. The people who do want to give them a reason to stay open get turned away for for no good reason. At least no good, consistent reason (again, in four times going there with my husband and being served by the same guy each time, never being asked for ID, and not having had any work done to make me look any younger than I did two months ago), since this is the first time it happened. Well, I won't leave home without my ID and hungry again, and I definitely won't try to spend my money there anymore.

The place is priced right, the service is good, and the food is great. I didn't know what to expect from this place because it's a bar, but my friend and I came in for lunch, had a few beers and order the pulled pork sandwich which was the special for the day. The sandwich was huge and had a lot of pulled pork. It didn't taste like Texas barbecue but it was damn good and the bread was nice and buttered. For a side we had the jalapeño Coleslaw. I didn't think it was all that on its own, but I put it on my sandwich and it was delicious. I definitely recommend this place!

Got the turkey pesto sandwich with coleslaw on the side for takeout. Truly delicious and was enough for two meals for me.

Sooo impressed by the food and service here! Seems like the kind of place that gets regulars - the customers knew the bartender's name. The veggie wrap was UH-mazing. Usually veggie wraps are bland and boring...this one was packed with flavor and wrapped in a flour tortilla that was made to hold heavenly deliciousness. But I'm getting ahead of myself. My first bite of jalapeño coleslaw blew my mind. I am not a coleslaw fan but this was impressive. My husband got the burger and said it was really good. The bartender/server was attentive and funny. He even broke out the lunch menu early for us and was just the nicest guy about it!

Came to The Lamp for one of the best (Yelper's think so) Burgers in Portlandia. Little did I know at 1:57pm on a Sunday, you can only get Brunch Items. By Brunch they meant Breakfast Only. So I stuck with a liquid meal. Not a big bar but it had several tables. A Full Bar. A Couple Taps. Video Lottery. Food. Best Bar Food? Every one does breakfast. It's lunch time. I want lunch type items. Even fast food is done with breakfast by now. Maybe another time. 2:14pm. I don't want Breakfast. The sign out front says lunch starts at 11;00am. So I am about to leave, when the bartender said it was close enough that they could accommodate a lunch order. so I sit down again. I'm given a Lunch Menu and the bartender leaves again. The waitress has yet to even acknowledge me. There must be some really good coupons in that paper she is reading. I have a menu. It's been pushed to the side as if to say "I'm ready" & yet no service from the waitress. The Bar tender has gone off shift and I am left alone!. Oh great. A new customer. She is being taken care of. She was asked what she would like. Me.... Nothing. I'm just sitting here. Hungry. Cash on the table. Fine, you don't need my money or tips. So I will leave. After I walked up to the bar to pay (and I still left a tip. Why?) The Bartender came back and is now giving me all the attention I should have gotten a long time ago but now.... Little Late! I was told twice by the Bartender that they hope to see me again. That's not going to happen! I better leave before i deduct all the stars" It was acknowledged that I was forgotten twice. I was even offered a free burger. But by that time I was already outside looking at the sign that said lunch 11-5. I politely turned them down and went to another burger joint. The Lamp Light may be on but ain't no service!

I'm writing this review mainly for the nachos. It is my goal to find the best nachos in Portland and this place definitely does not have them. How can you charge $9 for a small bowl of chips with a dusting of cheese and some mediocre toppings! I've had nachos at other places for cheaper and they were heaping with everything that should be on nachos. After sharing these nachos with a friend, we both were left still very hungry and neither of us were starving to begin with. The beers were also pretty expensive. $5, for a beer, a little more than I'd like to spend, but it's pretty normal, but $6, is going a little too high. It's not like Portland has a shortage of beer. The service was fine. Nothing extraordinary. He took our order and brought our crummy nachos in a timely fashion. I probably won't be going back to The Lamp and if I do, I won't order the nachos!

Awesome service bartender was so nice.!!! We came here to hang out before a show at the Aladdin theater and we had a great time my boyfriend had a burger and I had the tacos his burger was excellent however I wasn't super impressed with the rock fish tacos it seem like the seasoning was a little bit too much but overall we had an awesome time will definitely visit here again. Great place!

As far as burgers are concerned, they get 5 starts for theirs. I even took my date here for Valentines day...because we consider hamburgers to be sexy. Get it with blue cheese and bacon. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

I've been a regular here for a few years as I always make it a part of my concert experience to enjoy a few cocktails and great food before a show. They have the best BLT ever. It's like your Mom cooked it except there's no iceberg and they have thick bacon. The bacon is crispy, the greens are tender, the tomatoes are flavorful and the bread is toasted just enough to be crunchy and not so much as to shred the inside of your mouth. I LOVE the BLT. The jalapeno coleslaw is not to be missed. I was a little wary that they would overdo it the first time I had it but it's just perfect with the right amount of kick. Last night, I noticed the carnitas tacos on the menu for the first time because the BLT always calls my name and I forget there's an actual menu that includes other things! I asked if I could just have one. It was..interesting. Mostly in a good way. Two soft corn tortillas, a nice layer of the jalapeno coleslaw for bite and texture, an enormous mound of carnitas with a touch of sour cream. I would have loved it but for two reasons. I really do expect my carnitas to be more carmelized than I experience in most taquerias and there was a chili powder flavored sauce that kinda killed the whole pork experience for me. I really prefer my pork to come with a green sauce. If it comes with a red sauce, I'm not expecting a chili power flavor. That's so..70's? Straight out of a packet? It was just a touch odd. The carnitas themselves weren't all that flavorful but the meat was good quality. I must reiterate, this taco was enormous. I can't imagine eating two of them. The staff are just fantastic. They are attentive even when super slammed and they just don't miss a beat. The place is really clean across the board - clean tables, clean bar, clean restrooms. Definitely a plus. Last night, I did experience a small encounter with a grouping of fruit flies which grossed me out but luckily they weren't too aggressive. I haven't had that happen before - especially with the weather turning cold. Not many ins and outs. Again, haven't experienced it before so I wouldn't use it as criteria for coming or not. Can't forget - awesome cocktails. Always spot on and with the right amount of alcohol. On a side note, Peter Murphy says the Veggie Burgers are to die for. Gotta love an artist who takes the time to compliment the food at venue.

The Lamp has great food. They even smoke there own pork for carnitias. Great place to eat before a concert at the Aladdin Theater. I would recommend it for lunch or dinner. I really like the Aladdin Burger.

It is sometimes difficult for me to drag my lazy ass down to the grocery store and purchase groceries. Why? Because I'm lazy, you pinhead, I just told you that. This is where the Lamp, and it's proximity to my shabby dwelling, comes into play. Since my first review I've eaten there 1746 times. Yeah, 1746 times. (I've got the gut to prove it). The food has been wonderful every time. Current favorites include; Hand battered chicken strips, The Roman, and of course the garlic heavy burgers. Pretty damn good pizza too. Also, don't miss the "Broke Ass Special". They change it daily and it is usually $5! Eat at the Lamp often, just leave a spot for me at the bar, thank you.

Food portion is good and decent but not supper memorable. Bathroom is icky! Decoration is funky with red Christmas lights. not very comfortable place. Neighborhood doesn't feel safe with little parking beside parallel street parking.

We went here because we were going to see some jazz at The Aladdin.. so no worries about getting to our concert on time! Had a sandwich with this incredible homemade sauce on top! They also have this great jalapeno cole slaw, not talking the loaded with mayo coleslaw, delicate flavored and not too HOT as the jalepenos are on the side. It's also so nice to finally be able to go to taverns again and not smell that nasty smoke all around you but to be able to taste your food as well as the portions in taverns are just what you want!

Visited the Lamp for the first time last night, so sad I had not been sooner! The food was great! And the staff was even better! From the moment we walked in we were treated like we were regulars who came in every night. I had the veggie burger, one of the best veggie burgers in town in my opinion, my boyfriend at the blue cheese bacon burger which was also delicious! We will definitely be back and we will definitely bring friends!

Because we don't frequent the bar scene, it never has occurred to us to dine at The Lamp, the lounge/restaurant imbedded into the Aladdin Theater. We were there on a Saturday late afternoon to cover the Oregon Music Hall of Fame Awards and concert - and were asked to arrive about 90 minutes before the show to get our credentials. Thus, while we waited, it seemed like the perfect dinner sport. Sweetie was OK with fact that they didn't blend their Margarita; it was mixed strong. She ordered the Aladdin Burger, their 1/3 pound specially seasoned burger with lettuce, tomato, red onion and mayo on a ciabatta bun. Our server asked what dressing she'd like on her burger, and she chose Bleu Cheese. Stopping a few times to smack her lips, Sweetie said it was one of the best burgers, ever. She especially liked how the ciabatta bun deliciously set off the meat and garnishments. She declared the burger, and crinkle cut fries a "hit"; suitable to be entered into the Portland Burger Hall of Fame.. The Reuben was my choice; made with grilled corned beef, Swiss cheese and house brined sauerkraut on marble rye with Russian horseradish dressing. I'm sure, under "normal" circumstances, the Reuben would have been top notch. On this occasion, one side of the sandwich was left way too long on the hot, fast grill - the bread was burned way past crisp. It was charcoaled. The other side was properly grilled. Instead of whining, I ate it "open faced". The corned beef was top quality, the kraut and Russian horseradish dressing were delicious. Note: To be fair, The Lamp was crazy busy. We came in before a big show, every seat at every table was occupied, as were stools at the bar. Everyone was hoping for their dinner to be served before the doors opened. We could see them hard at work in their small, galley kitchen; the cooks were slammed. Our food was delivered in about 20 minutes. Nevertheless, no one checked the food before it left the kitchen (it was delivered burned side down) - this costs them a star. By the way - we were told they catered the "after-party" for the OMHoF Awards show. If so, The Lamp (or whoever) did a great job, putting out wide variety of roll-ups, pulled pork sliders, pizza in several varieties - and really good garlic meatballs in a sweet-but-tangy red sauce. The food was fresh, hot (when appropriate) and delicious. If I could, I'd give 'em back a half-a-star.

Just wanted to put this in....I haven't been in The Lamp in a while and so I was craving a good burger so I went over there and got the Lamp Burger to see if anything has changed and it's STILL as effin good as the first one 4 years ago :)

You wouldn't know it, because it looks like a dive. It's the bar attached to The Aladdin. But it is by far the best bar food in Portland. Get their burgers because they are insanely good and you get a ton of very good crinkly hot fries. There are yummy veggie options as well.

The Lamp is everything I could ever ask for in a neighborhood bar. Delicious and affordable food, a handful of good beers on tap, a comfortable atmosphere and service that's without a doubt the best in the Brooklyn area. Whether you live nearby or are just stopping in for a pre/post show drink, you'll be treated like family and happy you made the decision to give it a shot.

  • Chris S.

Semi-quiet atmosphere, very neighborhood bar-like with a not terribly busy crowd (on this particular Monday night). While the crowd was.. . somewhat questionable on their chromosome count, the server was friendly and quick to serve, with a good layout for their size. Garlic fries were good, and I got a heavy pour, so sounds good to me! LIT LAMP (pro): Good food, nice 'broke-ass' specials, quick service BLOWN OUT (con): Smallish bar, I could see next door dictating the atmosphere

This is the best bar in Brooklyn. Good beer choices, awesome happy hour, and great vegetarian biscuits and gravy at brunch. We love the bartenders, especially Scott and Cruz. After going here over a longer span of time, I actually upgraded my review from 4 to 5 stars because of the food. Seriously, this is way too good to be bar food. The fish tacos are AMAZING. They're way better than the fish tacos on the bar menu at Jake's. Yeah, you heard me. They come with this spicy buffalo salsa that will blow your mind. They have a $5 broke ass special every day, and it's a generously sized portion of awesome food. This isn't one of those gimmicky deals where they give you a half sized portion of something off the menu for $5. My husband is 6'1", my brother is 6'2", and my dad is 6'5", and they all get full on the broke ass special. They love it. I know I already mentioned how great the bartenders are, but the entire staff is outstanding. I've never been left sitting there with an empty drink wondering where they are. NEVER!

Went to get a drink after a show at The Aladdin. $17 bucks for 2 glasses of Cabernet...?! Uh, no thanks. The Lamp is a glorified sports bar with a surly bartender. I'd rather have another plastic cup of cheap wine at The Aladdin. At least they're friendly over there...

  • Jerry P.

Food was good once we finally got in. We stood in the street for about an hour. There was a concert next door and the Lamp was packed with people not in a hurry to leave, just hanging out waiting for the show to start. The place does not hold that many people to start with. After the doors to the show opend the place cleared out and we had a great time with good food.

  • Elaine L.

We were looking for a place near the Aladdin theater to get a bite before a concert. Couldn't get any closer than this! The food was good and fresh. Fish tacos with a great house made salsa. They even figured out a vegan option on request. The servers were super friendly and accommodating. We just couldn't quite get past the dive-like atmosphere of the place. That, and during dinner a mob of people filled the joint and surrounded our table, literally ass to elbow, waiting for the secret side door to open to the theater. If you're looking for atmosphere, I wouldn't recommend The Lamp as a destination for dinner, but it was perfect for our needs and seems like a fun bar...

A gem of Portland!!! They have broke ass breakfasts that are so delicious and yummy! The specials are culinary masterpieces, most stuff is $8 and under. Cute bartender!!!!

Love this dive. The bartender was awesome, booth comfy, ambiance dark and cozy. I was here an hour before closing on a Monday night but the bartender made it clear that closing time is fuzzy and we could stick around - no rush. I definitely want to come back and try some of the food, the bartender was bragging on how it is all homemade and it sounded yummy.

Love the Aladin burger here. So damn satisfying. You know what would make it better though? BRING BACK MY WAFFLE FRIES!! My hear breaks every time I have to get it with these damn scab labor fries. They really tied the room together...gnomesayin'? By the way, your bartender at night is the sweetest man in the world. Seriously nice guy. Some of the regulars can get a little loud at times, but hey...it's a bar and they are regulars. So deal with it. If you don't like it, go down the block to Bear Paw and sit in eerie silence. I mark Tueday night as the best night as it avoids the football fans. They are nuttier than the bar regulars.

Way too expensive for a dive bar! We spent near $20. Just for one pint of beer and a single shot of makers mark! We'll not be going back.

Great, friendly service. Good soup and salad. The perfect place to stop prior to a show at The Aladdin. Nothing fancy but a good neighborhood-style bar.

Food was good, service was good, and the side entrance to The Alladin was also nice. The bartender drove me away; I bought a drink and paid nearly double what the lady next to me paid...FOR THE SAME DRINK. I don't know if that's typical practice at dive bars in Portland, but it insures that I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

Here's a little secret that you should probably know. The Lamp rules. You wouldn't know it to look at it, but oh yes. It's the bar/restaurant directly attached to The Aladdin. The food is bar food, but it is by far THE BEST BAR FOOD OF ALL TIME. Get their burgers because they are insanely good and you get a poop-ton of crinkly hot fries. But if you prefer, there are yummy veggie options as well. Strong drinks and a rad bartender chick who is like the mother hen of The Lamp. She is always dancing to the music, friendly, and never forgets a drink. I had an IPA before the show @ 6:30 in the jam packed pre-show hour, and when I got out of the show at 10:15 and walked in the bar. She saw me and shouted "Another IPA for ya?" Come on. That's pretty cool. Here is my secret recommendation for this place so listen up, yo! : -ALWAYS go here before the show if you are going to The Aladdin! Most people will wait in line to get in to the venue at the main entrance which almost always wraps around the building and beyond. But if you come to The Lamp, they have a side door which connect to the venue as well, and they open it at the same time as the other one!! Each time I've done this I've gone right in and gotten front row seats! Holla! -ALWAYS go here after the show, if you a fan of whoever performed. 9 times out of 10, they show up here after their show and drink with the musicians. This is how I ended up drinking with members of the Decemberists, Aimee Mann's band, and Michael Showalter. Most people leave after the show, so it's never crowded. Ch-ch-check it out!

I go here strictly for the garden burger, which is pretty decent. The service is good. The decor is plain. The bathroom smells like you are making out with a month old urinal puck.

As soon as I arrived in Portland, I told my friend to feed me or else I would be vomiting complimentary peanuts provided by the kindness of Southwest Airlines. "There's this awesome bar that I live nearby with great food." Bar food huh? Why don't you just take me to Applebees and pee in my drink cup? Boy was I wrong. The Lamp has fantastic food and it's actually a pleasant place to be (like all of Portland I was soon to learn.) I ordered a big juicy burger with a side of coleslaw... which I had failed to hear the bartender tell me it was a Jalapeno Coleslaw so my face was on fire the entire time I tried to enjoy the burger. I am a horrible beer drinker, so I can't tell you much about their brew. All beer tastes the same to me. If you want good bar food with awesome service, I would highly recommend The Lamp.

  • Joshua M.

This place actually does get busy. It should be no great surprise being next to the theater, but I must say going there on an off night when it's dead was a lot more fun than being there when it was packed. I came back to try the food, and ended up having a very good turkey sandwich.

Ok, at the risk of sharing one of se greatest kept secrets and having to wait I will go ahead and spill the beans. The Lamp frickin rocks!! As long as you are down with unpretentious, perfectly portioned, made from scratch eats this place is for you. Oh yeah forgot the amazingly affordable prices, kick ass staff and convenient location. They have one of the best weekend brunches out there period dot dash and comma. I have been on a quest for truly top notch chicken fried steak for nearly 20yrs and am most often disappointed. Not so here, heavenly light fluffy batter that seemed to levitate round the perfectly cooked juicy morsel of steak, perfectly crisped and seasoned home fries that have that just right texture, eggs cooked exactly to request all spell out breakfast perfection!!! No 30 minute wait while you stand outside with a cup of coffee, super fast and efficient service while retaining that whole "cheers" vibe where everyone know your name. Will rave about the rest of the menu another time......Enjoy portland!

This place has way better food than I was expecting (especially for a dive bar), and the IPA on tap is delicious! I live really close by but hadn't tried The Lamp 'til tonite - I'm glad I did. The bartender was really, really friendly and their veggie burger was garlicky deliciousness on an onion bun I know I'm gonna crave in the future, served with a big pile of crinkle fries, yum! The place itself seemed to have mostly regulars sitting at the bar (calling the bartender by name, etc.) - it's a relatively small sized cozy-feeling place with table and chairs for seating, and a couple cozy-looking booths (for people that prefer comfy booths) that were empty when I was there. Definitely recommended!

DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY IT's COVER!!! Words too live by!! This place is right next door to the Aladdin Theatre and I say this with the "Highest Respect"! But the place looks like and is a "Dive Bar"! But the food and service are EXCELLENT!! I am not in this part of town that often... So I only come when I am going to see a concert. (Tonight is John Mayall and the Blues Breakers) But if I worked or came out here for any reason... I would make this a regular lunch/dinner spot! And they service a good cocktail to boot!! Well worth your hard earned after tax dollars!!! Enjoy West-Morry

Wholey Schmoley! This place had one of the best burgers I've ever had at a restaurant. They are certainly not the pre-made patties you normally get at bars around town. It was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. I ordered the one with bacon, sauteed mushrooms & onions, and swiss. YUUUM! I will 100% be back with more peeps to catch a game on the big screen and have a burger/brew. I passed up the place a ton of times, as I live in the neighborhood, because I thought it was just a dive for the pre-concert Aladdin crew... wrong! New favorite dive bar!

Besides the fact that the Lamp's very convenient to Aladdin is only a modicum of the reason it gets four stars. Mostly, it's because its bartenders are friendly and well-versed, and the food's damn tasty. There are two doors to the Lamp: the one right by Aladdin, which puts you right into the bar room, and the dark, heavy wooden one with the porthole on it. Aye, a porthole. That door's the true Lamp entrance: it goes with the close-but-comfortable quarters inside. If you go there before/during/after a show at Aladdin, the place can get pretty packed. There will be a lot of ebullient younger folks throwing a lot of energy around, and it's good for some fun times. Otherwise (say, on a Saturday afternoon as you're riding your bike down Milwaukie after tooling around at the Oak Bottom Refuge), it's a relaxed neighborhood bar.

I am shocked that so many of you have indicated in the past reviews that you've overlooked The Lamp. Shocked! And Jason E, us regulars do not look like bums (not that there's anything wrong with that)! We are a damn good looking bunch of bums! So, I thought, since so many of you are not in the know about the best place to eat and drink in the hood, I will fill you in on a couple more awesome details. The burger is awesome, it's served on ciabatta, grilled and juicy. Next, there's a little thing called the Giorgio. You will not find this on the menu and it's typically only made on show nights. Ask for it. If they have it, plan on enjoying a sun dried tomato, garlic, sausage, chicken, pasta masterpiece in your mouth. Then, there's the pizzas. A large pizza from The Lamp is only $14 dollars! Super affordable and again, made with lamp love. Please note though, that they do run out of dough and they're not always available. There's also the Ruben (it rocks), homemade hearty soups (never say no to the chili), the jalapeno coleslaw, the beer battered chicken strips and the fries. Finally, their lunch special: a $5 lunch for your broke ass! That's what it's called. The daily lunch special can be my savior on Saturday or Sunday afternoon (it runs all seven days of the week) . Always fresh, always tasty, always appeasing. Okay, the bar. Four taps of fine grain soda consistently changing from Lompoc, Ten Barrel, Full Sail, Fearless and more. Plus they have a great array of local spirits. The bartenders can all mix a mean one and have great entertaining personalities. This is as good as it gets in the Brooklyn neighborhood and especially for being a "dive bar".

The category of "dive bar" doesn't suit The Lamp very well. It's definitely got video lottery and keno but as far as neighborhood pubs go, it doesn't get much better. The service is awesome and consistent, even when it's really busy with a show next door at The Aladdin. If you live in the neighborhood, it's really easy to become a regular. The food is fantastic, the variety and quality of alcohol is great, there's usually great music playing and everyone's pretty much in a good mood. This is, of course, coming from a limited personal perspective but I have a tough time leaving this bar without saying "man, this place is awesome." I'm serious about the food. It's a good-sized menu which is thoughtful and well-prepared. There's a "broke-ass" special which is $5 and usually something really nice. There are also other specials which are fantastic. Today, I had the carnitas tacos, which were "the business." $7 dollars got me two, beyond overly-stuffed, marinated pork tacos. The meat was tender and the sauce was awesome. A few fresh onions, tomatoes, and sour cream later and I'm more than satisfied. The White Russian wasn't bad, either. And the service. The service is really quite phenomenal. They have to love (most of) their jobs to be so considerate and friendly. They seem genuinely happy to have you as a guest. I'm a happy patron and they seem willing to keep it that way.

Great customer service. Awesome breakfast. Great food all round. Good times. Sports channels are a plus. I love the space and comfort of a laid back place.

This place's Bacon Bleu Cheese Burg was off the hezzy! I went to a show for my favorite Sci-Fi author Patrick Rothfuss (It was off the hezzy too) and stopped in for a bite since I didn't see any other appetizing options. Brew and Burg hit the spot, makes the inner bro want to come out and high five everybody's grandma. A little much? Yeah I'd say so. But I only speak so highly because I really wanted a good burg and The Lamp delivered. Although the choice of beers were not vast, but varied in selection. -The Lamp- aka The Burg joint
