Love Bounty Hunter. Always good food, the cheese steak is the best I've had. The bartenders are awesome. If you're looking for a local watering hole them check out BH.

Just. The. Worst. The cheese steak is really good. There is no other redeemable factor here.

Terrible service from the older bartender with an accent. He insulted me for ordering an IPA, said he could smell it from where he was. I had just come back from playing kickball in the rain and was soaking wet. Asked if I could buy a hoodie and he said yes. Then ignored me for 30 minutes. I was going to order food but he was busy looking at Instagram with a regular customer and didn't ask me if I wanted food until I was finished with my beer. I could understand if the place was busy but there were two other tables there. Won't go back because of him.

It had been a while since I'd had a cheese steak sandwich and liked it, so it was with great trepidation that I gave The Bounty Hunter's iteration a shot. The man who brought it out grinning promised that he'd been a Philly native and I had made the right choice. I eyed it skeptically as I chomped my way through my side salad and waited for it to cool. Then there was the moment of truth... And it was absolutely worth it. This is a great little place. I imagine it gets overlooked because it's adjacent to a motel, but locals should definitely give it a try. Ozzie himself is reason enough to visit! He was kind, engaging, and accommodating. You're missing out if you don't come here at least once. And, on my recommendation, try the cheese steak!

Heard one of the owners was from "the city of brotherly-love", so I figured another brother would know what's up. We treat our cheese steaks very seriously back east, making every piece of that delicious meat smothered in creamy cheese with love. Being a recent transplant to the area, I had to put this place through the ringer and see how many rounds in the ring it would stand up to Rocky Balboa (that's me btw). I must have been off my diet for too long cause first impression was that it was a little on the lean side. It would make total sense if the cook was rationing supplies, as he was waiting for another shipment from the promised land. Meat was average for a run-of-the-mill cheese steak and I thought the cheese was exceptional.. but that's pretty much where it ends. Typical, not outstanding, nothing spectacular. Might get eaten again if "overly" hungry.

Wanted to give a big thumbs up to the Bounty Hunter Philly cheese steak!!!! My family is from the Philly area and I haven't tasted a real deal steak for years.

I really wish that they would fix the giant hole in their little parking lot! Two people I know have fallen victim to it - so far. This is a good place for happy hour, and every time I've been here, I've been with a larger group. It seems like the attentiveness of the service you get depends on where you sit. It you're up front by the door, you're golden. If you're behind the bar (by the pool table/lottery) you're more likely to be forgotten. The drinks are good and there are plenty of specials. This place actually has some pretty tasty food, but I don't particularly care for their burgers. All of the "stuff" on the burger and the bun itself was good, but the meat was blah.

Great place to watch some sports, play darts, watch live music. A few regulars in the bar, but it's right off the highway, so a mixed crowd for sure. I like their breakfast - they have good coffee, too. Surprising for a bar in Tigard. Food-#1 and #2 to recommend - Philly Cheesesteak and the Nachos. Their portions are pretty huge, so your probably going to need a TO GO box (depending on your appetite). Couple of their bartenders are characters, too. E-lisa and Ozzie. One of the owners is a Philly native, so he knows his Cheesesteaks. Beware not to park in the motel parking next door.

The neighborhood bar! All of the bartenders are so so friendly, always accommodating and always make a good, stiff drink.

The best philly cheese in pdx! The bar food here is above average, my only complaint would be they're a little skimpy on the fries. I've been frequenting the Bounty since they opened and have been pleased there more times than disappointed, the staff is friendly and the regulars are pretty cool. If I could change one thing I would add more tv's so they would draw bigger crowds on game days.

Service is piss poor as it always has been, the food used to be great, then it was bad, but they have ironed out the kinks in their staff. If I'm too hungover to make it downtown, I guess I can just show up here and eat... Good sandwiches, breakfasts, basically it's all good. They close erratically, so beware after midnight.

Service: Oz was kinda amazing. Not only was he the only one on the floor, he was friendly and put up with my drunk cousin. Prices were average nothing special just average. The decor was fun and relaxing with a few saddle seats set up on the corner or the bars. This is the type of place that should have a stellar nacho plate. Next time I will order!

I've been coming to this place for lunch for more than 5 years and I can't believe I haven't written a review for them. The Bounty Hunter is a clean, yet rustic woodsy saloon with a great selection of booze and beer. Not just your average well-drink selection and same old beer. The food is off the charts for a bar...better than Blitz across the street or Gators next door! They have a huge selection of food -- big plates too. The price is perfect for the quality of food they deliver. The cooks put a lot of work into the presentation, homemade items and great taste every time! The bartenders are friendly and will mix anything you ask for without any attitude. Some have been there for years and deliver the same quality service. Talkative, friendly and creative! The patrons vary, depending upon the day or night. A lot of corporate types for lunch and for dinner a mellow crowd. However, I've seen it get rowdy, yet controlled. Age groups are random. They have a new outdoor section up front with heaters and tables/chairs. Plus you don't see the hotel next door! They also will let you host parties of up to 80 people! The only negative is the parking. Because it's next to a hotel, it only allows for probably 20 spots, other than that, you'll have to look elsewhere. Be cautious, people have been towed. They do have TV's for sports. Not sure if they have the NFL package. I would think so. They do have enough TV's. I did see that they had lottery, video poker, pool table and I believe darts. For music, I know they've had live bands and a music / juke box. They could use help with their website (call me! - shelliezdesign.com ). I noticed there are broken links and it doesn't mention happy hour, events or show any photos. All of my co-workers love going for lunch and/or happy hour! I think they should sponsor biker events! Bikers love Saloons! Perfect spot for it!

Spotted this place on my way home from work and decided to come back and check it out. Have to say, this us the best place that we have found in Tigard so far! We just moved to the area and have been looking for somewhere to do happy hour as that is our usual choice for supper. So glad we stopped here tonight! The chicken fingers were amazing! Crispy, fresh and juicy. The burger sliders were delicious. Can't even describe how delicious the homemade chips are. Even the French fries were great. Drinks were well done and service was friendly. Atmosphere is country and cozy. Not upscale like Blitz 99 but more local hometown. Very glad I stopped here and certainly will be back!!

Surprisingly good for an unassuming bar in a hotel parking lot. Drinks were stiff and the philly cheese steak was really good and way better than I expected to find in a bar! Large menu too! Several pages filled with appetizers, sandwiches, salads, burgers, and breakfast items. We got the calamari as an appetizer which was cooked well (not overcooked one bit) but did taste like it came from frozen. French fries and tater tots were nice and crispy. The philly cheese steak was gigantic and I had a hard time eating all of it but it was good to the last bite! The bar itself is fairly large. Atmosphere is western with animal heads on the wall and the crowd is a little divey. There are several video lotto machines in one corner near the juke box. Some of the tables were filthy but we found one reasonably clean table at a booth. Most people seem to sit at the bar and service to the booths is slow. We had to go up to the bar to place our orders as the waitress never came back after bringing us the menu's probably because she was the only person working there and was serving all the people at the bar, making the drinks, and trying to help us. Food came out pretty quick and was good. I'd probably come back for the food again as it was really good despite the dirty tables and slow service. They really need more than one person working the entire bar on a Friday night! Edit: Went back on weekday to try this place one ore time. So much better! Service and food were even better. The place was really clean and the bartender Ozzie was hilarious and incredibly helpful and friendly. If you have a choice go on a night Ozzie is working because he is just one of the best bartenders around and an all around nice guy! I will definitely be coming back here for the food which just keeps getting better and more delicious every time I come.

this place was okay (beers on tap left a lot to be desired, and my buffalo wings didn't come with the sauce on them, but on the side. I found that weird, and not in a good way). then it came time to close up the tab. the bartender (the only one on a blazer game night) was so overwhelmed with customers that it took a half hour of trying to track him down before we finally got the bill. I've never been a dine-and-dash type of girl, but this place almost pushed me there.

Decent for pub food.... it's actually good. sometimes. The Buffalo wings are some of the best and come with a dry rub. The drinks are strong. And so are some of the clientele. Billed as a casual sports bar locale, sometimes things get out of hand at the Bounty Hunter. Most the time it's pretty mellow, and people cheering for their favorite sports team. Be as friendly as you can be and everything's going to be alright. The enchiladas, cheesteak and burgers are good too.

This place used to have the best covered smoking patio we've found in SW; that's the only reason we really hung out there. Since then (I'm told due to a neighboring bar's bald-faced hatery), they've had to alter the patio to meet code requirements. It's still in a state of limbo; best left forgotten until new arrangements are made. Bar food's good as far as bar food goes, but if Ozzy's not pouring the drinks, we're walking out. I sure hope they're able to fix up the patio; we'd love to go back!

Filthy booth table tops. Make a decent cheese steak but dirty table tops is an easy thing to avoid and they always are. Mens room hot water is scalding at first turn.

This place actually has really good food....We've been there a few times and each time I was impressed by what I was eating....Hamburgers are good and the philly was very good. This place is a good standby when you just want some good bar food

My favorite local bar. Good service, GREAT selection of beer. Decent food. Friendly staff. Minus one star because they took out Buck Hunter (the reason my hubby and I started going there in the first place).
