Just as you get off the train, there's Subway. If you arrive hungry or want a bite before you leave the location is convenient. Also great for filling up before a flight so you won't have to eat at the airport.

I keep giving this Subway a chance because of the convenient location by work, but the customer service is awful and my sandwich usually ends up looking like a torpedo by the time its done being made. I don't know. Every time I come here I regret it. (I don't normally leave Debbie Downer reviews either).

The double chicken salad comes with stink bugs in it... Gross! They refunded the money but still. That's just disgusting.

Went here after picking my mom up from PDX later in the evening, and were looking for a quick bite to eat and found this Subway that opened recently. They were having a customer appreciation sale, so all subs were $1 off, even for $5 foot longs! Score! The service was quick and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Double bonus for the random sale. Great place to grab quick cheap food near the airport.

Pretty normal looking Subway....it's very new and clean so loved that. The service is decent albeit a little bit slow. Picked up a couple of 5 dollar foot longs in an effort to avoid some serious low blood sugar related violence. Watch the parking lot and if you see a bus full of basketball players getting off RUN!! This place is not equipped for big groups although it's likely to happen given the proximity to the airport.

I just left this subway for lunch. First off, this was my first time going to this particular subway since I am new to Oregon. The employee, Victoria, who was making my sandwich was extremely rude and impatient. I ordered a Chicken,bacon,ranch and every time she asked what I wanted on it she would say , "that's it?". "No I would like pickles and -" "That's it?!" "No and some onions-"That's it?" "That's it?"over and over till she finally shut up and bagged my sandwich ! Not to mention the fact she put mayo on my sandwich instead of ranch. Oh and the cashier, Julie, charged me for a meal after she asked me if I wanted the meal and I said no. I addressed the situation to the manager and was offered something for free which would make some people happy. Of course I didn't take it! For what? So I can be treated like I'm not worth the subway employees time? She should have offered to reimburse me my money they stole and an apology from both the girls that made me feel like shit. Never again!!!!!!!! I will go to the subway inside the plaid pantry down the street on airport way .

A great, convenient place to grab a sandwich while waiting for your traveler to arrive at next door PDX airport. The planes fly overhead, which is fun to watch. They are lacking outdoor seating, though- looks easy to add.... So, leave Fido at home for now, till they can add some seating for some of that great Portland weather.

I love that place !! Last month they had any Sub for $5 that was a great deal ! They're never been cheap on giving you extra veggies which works great for me . The food is usually fresh and taste good . I'm having launch there on a reg basis .

This subway is so clean and cozy.. a couple months ago they had the $5 deal... which is great! What I loved most was that the employees are definitely not stingy... made great subs for me and hubby.

I love Subway and eat there at least 2-3 times a week. Each Subway I visit has it's pros and cons just as this location does This place has unnecessarily long wait times. And the staff...less than desirable. Maybe I end up with the "bad" crew when I eat here but the overall attitude I get here is that they are too busy or would rather chat amongst themselves than actually help me. The food quality is great and always fresh here so there is a plus. Also the manager is pretty friendly and I know I will get taken care of when he is there. The location is right next to Cascade Station shopping complex (it actually might be part of this complex). It is tucked away on the west side between Target and the Marriott. Fairly easy to find and there is plenty of parking. This location can get extremely busy during the lunch period so try and get there early. I know I touched on the long wait times and I can cut some slack when it is busy but my gripe is that the wait is long even when the place is practically empty. I hope they will fix that. I will continue to go here because it is close to work and I love Subway. Otherwise, I would keep on driving.

Wish I could rate it a zero! Been a while since I've encountered such disrespectful employees. I was greeted with a "I'm ready." Wasn't sure if he was talking to me or the other male he was goofing around with, giggling and whispering. Once that passed the next guy (veggie section) says "what's on this?" This is a disgrace. From a rather high profile Subway, I'd expect better. You won't see me again.
