Terrible, just terrible. Went there on a busy sunday morning this weekend. A line of 11 people and I wait 55 mins (not an exaggeration, I counted)for ONE SUB!!! Wow, that briana employee was PAINFULLY SLOW!!!! Wow I think a slug moves faster. My wife just about offered to give a hand with making the sandwiches. The other gentlemen handling the second half of the sandwiches wasn't that much quicker either but it was just dreadful to watch that girl move. Never coming back, rather pick up a sandwich from a nearby safeway. Several people that came after me left.

Our hotel was almost directly across the street and we ran over to grab sandwiches before catching a cab to the train station. There was a huge event (LEGOFest) in town, along with an enormous Amway convention. The day before (Saturday), we'd seen the lunch line actually out the door and around the corner. It was 11am and a Sunday so we thought it would be quicker, but alas... We waited for almost 45 minutes and we started just a few people back from the counter. By the time we left the line was wrapped around inside the restaurant and out the door. Yet the staff (all two of them) were painfully slow, FAR too chatty and joking around wasting time. They also were out of lettuce, olives, and a few other things at 11AM! It seems like a Subway located next to the convention center on a weekend where thousands and thousands of people are in town would have thought to stock up a bit? Check the local events calender ahead of time? Bring in a few extra hands? Ridiculous. We got out of there with just minutes to make our train. We would have bailed earlier but the food options on the train are truly bad and we kept expecting that surely the pace would have to pick up. They got an extra star because in the end the sandwiches did taste good.

THE WORST. First of all, I love subway and live in the building so it's crazy convenient. The only reason I have continued to come is because of the convenience but after today I am done. Hands down the rudest/slowest people I've ever encountered. This isn't just today, it's always. It's a sandwich NOT rocket science. Today I ordered a salad, it was gross and took forever to make. Last week I got a footlong, same thing. I asked for avocado on it, he forgot of course, I brought it up and he was like mad. He rudely put it in a to go cup and his co workers were talking shit about my friend and I who were not difficult but you know we're just expecting some adequate service..... I've been patient with their ex convicts/meth addicts for too long and I'm done. PS. As a customer I really don't care about your baby daddy or your "entrepreneurial" adventures. Just made me a sando

They lost a weekly customer last week. I was buying a foot long for lunch, eating half and taking the rest to night school to eat for dinner. They lost me forever last week. They have coupons on the back of their receipt. I got one the week before that said buy any foot long in the next 4 days and you get 2 cookies. I went in, got my $5 meatball sub presented my coupon to get my two cookies. The girl says, nope, we only do one coupon I'll charge you full price for the sandwich and give you the cookies. I go NO, this is not another coupon. I'm having to argue with a worker. Finally, I just said okay, no cookies then. Please tell your owner that you have lost a customer for life. She could have cared less.

I'm not from around here, but this place was empty when I went on a Sunday lunch. The staff were friendly enough, food was as you'd expect.

Okay, so the first time I went to a 24/7 subway was a few months ago when I moved to P town. I like subway, I like the food and I have never had bad service... Until a few weeks ago. Normally when I go to this subway it's about 2:45 in the morning and the place is quiet. I understand that they do their prep at this time so I try to be quick and simple. I normally have the same employee (I unfortunately don't know his name but he has shaggy hair and wears a green shirt) and he's great. He gives me suggestions and is friendly even when it's bad timing. No complaints with him and his service, in fact he is the reason I'm giving his store 2 stars instead of 1. My complaint is about an employee that I think is a manager of some kind. (he wears a black subway shirt) he has short blond hair and is quite chubby. The interaction I had with this employee was about a month ago. I came in about 2pm, there were 2 people in front of me. When I walked up I ordered the sub of the day, He looked at me and said "we don't ^do that" so I pointed to the sign and said "this has a list of subs on sale each day. I literally just ordered one yesterday off of it." He then rolled his eyes. "we don't do that" I respond "I know the other subway honers this sign." Then he told me to " try my luck there" I was pissed but I did follow his suggestion and guess what? I got the sub of the day. Now I let that go... And I decided not to say anything and just let him have the benefit of the doubt. Then I went in at my normal 2:30am for a sub and there was the guy that does a great job working on cleaning the work station. He calls for help and the jack-hole walks out, sighs and puts his gloves on. I ordered a simple sandwich and this guy puts 3 meatballs on my foot long and two tiny scraps of cheese. Being that it's 2 in the a.m and I'm walking to work I don't complain and just leave with my lame sandwich. A few days later and I forget my lunch so I stop in hoping he isn't there. He is. Okay a simple sandwich, check. He begins making it and he becomes Ike Turner, my poor sandwich... Like a battered Tina takes quite a beating, and once again he skimps on the toppings! I'm a regular, I don't want to complain! The last time I was in there the other worker was in and even tho I could tell he was having a bad night he still gave me perfect service, all while the short haired chubby man in the black shirt hit on some woman sitting at a table eating her sandwich. This guy is a dirtbag and now when I see him I avoid the store completely. I'd rather eat a candy bar from a vending machine than deal with his pissy behavior. I'm sorry but this store has lost a regular directly because of this jack-hole.
