I was really ticked off by my caramel macchiato on ice. They plopped the caramel on top of cold drink so it never dissolved and half of it was stuck on the sides. I was drinking a cold, bitter drink with caramel clumps and scraping. I talked to a server and they explained that was the Starbucks recipe and how to mod it, offered ro make another one. He was super nice.

I've been coming to this Starbucks location for a while now because it's close to my home HOWEVER this location has to be one of the worst I've ever been to. 90% of the time they make my soy drinks in a dairy blender. When I've brought their attention to it (in a nice way mind you not a jerky hey bud do this kinda way) they have just said "oh yea it was clean".... Today my drink (a soy hazelnut coffee frap) tasted like someone dumped a whole bottle of simple sugar into it. It's undrinkable and of course I'm headed to work at this point and don't have time to turn around and have them remake it. A number of other drinks have been made wrong here as well. Milk in my soy drink that is clearly marked. Whip cream and drizzle added to coffee fraps. Just done.

I must say this Starbucks has one of the friendliest staff and is one of the most efficient Starbucks that I think that I've ever been in. They don't ever seem to be out of the pumpkin loaf which are found in a lot of Starbucks is the case depending on what time of day it is. I live in the neighborhood and sometimes go to this Starbucks before work and I'm never held up in line. Bottom line is friendly people, short lines for a Starbucks, and the regularity of going into a Starbucks.

I had my worst starbucks experience to date the other day. I still can't believe it. I went into the store and noticed that they were out of the Decaf Espresso Verismo Pods (no biggie). I asked the man at the counter if they had any in the back. He had no idea what I was talking about, so he brought the woman from back to help out. She handed me a bag of Decaf coffee beans and walked away. I stopped her and she seemed annoyed I was wasting her time. She looked on the shelf and said- no we are out. I then asked her where I could find the caramel syrup- she responded that starbucks does not sell that. What?! Starbucks is where I buy my syrup! I then grabbed my milk pods and began to check out with just those. The man ringing me up asked me what they were and how they worked. I was very surprised he had no idea what a verismo was- but I proceeded to tell him about it. Then he started to tell me about how bad pods were for the environment! He Pod Shamed Me! I will NEVER go back to that location- the nerve of this guy to lecture me on how poor of a choice I was making by purchasing the pods was so tacky.

I come here after I'm done climbing for that extra caffeine to make the walk home. It's pretty quite in this Starbucks. The baristas were super friendly and quick at making a coffee for me. She made a strong cup of Americano, which I thoroughly enjoyed during my cold walk home.

Parking is not simply difficult it's dangerous! If you pull into the south driveway and the parking is full there is no way to turnaround and you have to back onto macadam. No beuno... If you can park, then the wait for coffee takes what seems like forever. I like Starbucks coffee but won't be stopping here again. This is not a commuter friendly location.

Being an avid Starbucks person, I was a bit disappointed in this location mainly for the dirty experience. All the trash cans were overflowing, the floors are extremely dirty and the staff seemed bothered when I asked for 2%. Tip: the tables wobble, so be careful not to spill your drink.

Honey Latte - special of the day at this cozy location. Great baristas and a very laid back and friendly vibe in John's Landing. Coffee cake samples and lots of whipped cream on our drinks. Perfect afternoon break on a sunny day in Portland. Totally hit my sweet spot.

I ordered ICED vanilla latte....gosh it was bad! I cannot really taste the coffee flavor in it. It tasted more like Iced vanilla milk, not a latte. Their cookie was stale too! So, why I give 2 stars? Because I had a worse drink at Dutch Brother. :-)

This location is hot and cold. Half the time the staff is very kind and the other half of the time they seem to be very frustrated with their job. However, this is why Starbucks as a whole is never plan A.

Friendly, fast baristas, but the parking lot is difficult and it's almost always overcrowded inside. It's popular because of the great location. If you're living dangerously, you can park on the other side of Macadam and walk across the street. It's actually not that difficult to find a gap in the traffic, but the cars move pretty fast.

These guys are so fast. I am always in a rush to get to work in the morning and there is almost always a line, but I never wait more than 5 minutes from when I get in line to when I get my drink. Also they are really friendly without making me feel uncomfortable. Top notch! Only downside: parking is scarse and the lot has a 15 minute limit.

The Baristas are fast. Parking is okay. I go here for my Strawberry smoothie and the occasional pepermint Mocha. I order the smoothie without banana which makes it a perfect protein to carb. ratio. It's the only Starbucks of the 3 that I frequent so far, that hasn't messed my smoothie.

This is a really nice Starbucks location with very friendly baristas. There are also small tables along the windows with plug strips along the walls which makes it very easy and convenient if you want to plug in your laptop.

I don't buy drink at Starbucks, I stopped here to grab some quick snacks on the way to work. I regret my decision. Their cookies are old! I bought 2 and both ended up in the garbage!

This is one of the strangest Sbucks I've ever been to; walking inside I found myself surrounded by Lake O. cougars, Johns Landing rich folk, and a group of Japanese foreign exchange students. That's ok though, there were plenty of pastries left over to choose from - I got the blueberry scone - and the coffee was as good as always! Can't find much to bitch about when it comes to Starbucks.

At first I was a little leery about reviewing a StarBucks. I mean it's a massive chain that everyone in the free world is familiar with.... but then I thought: Good grief woman, you reviewed an Olive garden, it can't get much more generic than that! Also, even though we are all very familiar with StarBucks & their products, we are not all familiar with the great locations. Now I don't mean...."hey, I didn't know there was a StarBucks there", I'm talking more along the lines of .... the employees at this StarBucks are SUPER nice, make a GREAT coffee drink/chai/tea, & they enjoy (or at least act like they enjoy) making their customers happy! They don't get around to you when it's convenient for them, carry on conversations that have nothing to do with anything going on with your transaction, nor do they treat you like you've ruined their day by coming into their particular store to order a coffee. The people at this place, are always friendly, cheerful, helpful, & spot on with your order. The last time I went in there, I merely asked about their new Chai drinks, & I was immediately offered a couple coupons to try them free the next time I went in! Today, there is lots of sunshine, it's a beautiful morning.... so I think I'm going to go there just shortly, grab a nice hot Grande White Mocha, Non-Fat, No Whip with a triple Shot & take Baxter for a walk in Willamette Park! Yelp ya later!
