Let's get down to it. With the previous reviews I was gonna skip this RT, but I really wanted it, so I gave it a try. Koa was very polite on the phone and in person. Nice service. The pizza was top notch as usual. I don't think I have ever had bad RT. When I went to pick it up I had a look around. It's a large place, but it looked clean. The salad bar looked fine, I wouldnt say its gonna be the best salad you'll ever have, but it was large and offered lots of variety. Maybe I got lucky, but the service was fortunately better than previous, and the pizza was great. So for me, four star seems fair.

I'm sad to say it was a fairly bad experience. There was a total of three people in the dinning room when we arrived. Several empty tables sat unattended with dirty plates on them. The place itself was dirty. The plates they gave us for pizza were dirty and the staff was incredibly loud in the kitchen. At one point we had to yell for someone to realize we were standing at the counter as there was nobody up front. The salad bar is in need of repair. Many of the veggies appeared to have been sitting there for entirely too long. The only reason I give two stars instead of one is because the pizza was alright.

I've passed here a zillion times before trying it today. I used to have a Round Table near me in Beaverton and I really liked it and every other location I've been too. Probably my favorite pizza chain. Went in the 122nd location today for quick lunch buffet. And to sum up: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. WILL NOT RETURN. It was 11:45. So it was before the rush and everything should have been at it's absolute best. The pizza selections were a whopping two selections. A Pepperoni and a Hawaiian. Seriously? And not good quality, either. Some dessert pizzas & some kind of cinna-bites that all looked so gross I didn't want to try them. And some pre-fab Buffalo Wing pieces. Like they microwaved some pre-made Wings from Costco down the road. The salad bar- ugggh. some was OK. Other parts- simply gross. First- the Garbanzo beans should not have anything resembling a GRAY tint. The pasta salad looked positively unedible after I got back to my table and had a closer look. It has a weird gelatinous sheen to it that just didn't belong. And the beets looked like they had BITES taken out of them. Of course, I realized this fact after I've eaten several. I did like the fact they had whole fresh apples, because this at least I could wash and not have any taint on it. The tables all looked like needed a total cleaning. They had the look of being swept off, but not actually "cleaned" in a very long time. Like I said, I went in here for a "quick" lunch. I have now sworn that next time I go to a buffet- I will stop long enough to look at it first. Ughhhh. Never ever again will I return to this location. The manager, employees and Round Table should be ashamed of this store.

I've never encountered such horrific service as I have from Anna at this location, with no offer of resolution from manager Jeff. Please note that I MUCH prefer giving praise rather than complaining. You'll see my only other two Yelp reviews are detailed, thoughtful, glowing reviews of impressively good service. I have to be treated badly to take my time to complain. The issue started when, on my second trip through the salad bar in their empty restaurant, Anna approached me and sternly "reminded" me that the salad bar was one person per purchase. The only conclusion that a reasonable person could possibly come to is that she's inferring that my dining partner, would be eating off my plate, and hence stealing. My dining partner was a Black male- Would she have felt the need to issue a reminder if I had been dining with my grandmother? Outrageous. How's that for welcoming service? We gave her a small piece of our minds, packed up our food and left. The other day we were in the neighborhood, decided to give them another chance (on my boyfriend's insistence) and stopped to order a pizza and salad bar to-go. Anna was there again and jumped in at the register to take our order (or... confront us?). Upon beginning our order, she interrupted me and stated "I'll be selling you TWO salad bars. Because of last time." Are you KIDDING me? I haven't even completed my order, which was going to be TO GO, and she's telling me what I will and won't purchase? I'm the owner of a small food business where I employ and manage others, and I have nearly 15 years in customer service. I know how things work, not that you'd need that background to see what was happening. This behavior was absolutely ATROCIOUS on her part. Even worse was the store manager Jeff defending her behavior when I called to articulate my disappointment by saying, "well, she has a fan club..." No wonder this store is failing and being bought out. The pizza is pretty good, the salad bar is convenient, but this is some of the worst service I've EVER encountered... But then again, I usually frequent more quality establishments. Jeff- an apology, promise for reprimand, and a pizza gift certificate would have gone a long way in your customer relations department, and your store would be more successful and inviting to people who spend money without Anna present. We drove all the way to Tom's on Lombard, ordered a pizza and salad to go, and tipped the bartender who took our order $6 or $7... Which I think is the price of a salad bar purchase at Round Table, lol. Yep, we were REALLY trying to get over on them for some cucumbers. Unfortunately, they've lost us and everyone in our network as customers. I don't support businesses that are either discriminatory, or train and "manage" so poorly that employees are ignorantly allowed to treat customers in a way that comes off blatantly so, and then defends their behavior. Good riddance Round Table.

This is a good and quick place to grab some lunch. Since I enjoy Round Table Pizza, I stopped here first after landing at PDX to try out the Lunch Buffet. The Lunch Buffet is a pretty good deal ($6.79, add $1.49 for a self serve soft drink, in 10/2008) and it's order/pay at the counter first, then grab, eat, and go! The Lunch Buffet includes 6 different kinds of pizzas including the apple dessert pizza, chicken wings, garlic bread and the long Salad Bar with over 50 items including greens, garnishes, dressings, cold salads, & jumbled jellos. The pizzas at the buffet I enjoyed include the Hawaiian, Chicken Garlic Gourmet, King Arthur's Supreme, Pepperoni, and Guineveve's Garden Delight. There was no plain cheese pizza up there. I like the crispy crust and tasty toppings, the zesty red sauce was spicy. Other lunch combos (served Mon-Fri 11AM-3PM) are offered too including personal pizzas, sandwiches, & salad bar served with a soft drink. They also serve beer (6 on tap) and wine (2) for the adults and for the kiddies, an arcade room with video games, candy crane, and Internet Jukebox. Overall, I like the pizza here, but the variety is not as great as other Lunch Buffets (similar prices) such as Pizza Hut, Shakey's, and Cici's, no hot pasta dish (not on the menu) and lacking more dessert choices. The Salad Bar here does offer more choices than the other places. Used plates were cleared between buffet trips and ask for a clean plate at the counter. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, not bad!

Eww...just plain icky-caca. I ate here for lunch and had their buffet and the food was average. They give you one plate for salad, one for the hot food and good luck catching someone's attention for a clean plate for seconds. The food ok, not great - the cleanliness of the restaurant was atrocious. The booth we sat in had all kinds of bugs, spider webs and food crumbs in the windowsill not to mention that some (kid?) had sprinkled salt and pepper all over it. I'm pretty sure this was not an isolated experience because when I looked around the place I suddenly realized just how damn dirty it was. I did not immediately notice the dirt and grime in the corners until after I had eaten but it was enough to have me question whether I had just given myself hepatitis by eating here... Not worth the risk folks!

I received a VIP pass for a free pizza and a handwritten letter of apology in the mail from the store manager, Jeff. I am impressed and appreciative that he took some action to right the wrong of this establishment but still scarred and unlikely to go with this specific location again in the future.

Went there the other day to have dinner with my mom, brother, sister-in-law and my fiance we ordered dinner at like 530 figured we were there early enough to beat the dinner rush right??? WRONG! we waited almost an hour! after 45 minutes we went up to the counter to see what was taking so long and they tell us well it is coming right up we wil have it out in a minute! so went back to the table and of COURSE 5 minutes later it still hadnt come! so my brother went up and wnt to complain and they tell him that there is no manager there that night (yeah right) and to call in the morning. so he sits back at the table and the pizza comes out a few minutes later one of the pizzas we got was the BBQ chicken pizza (which is SUPPOSED to have bacon on it) of course it was made wrong so when i went up to the counter when we were done and asked for a couple of small boxes (which of course they REFUSED to give me) and ask non-chalantly if bacon came on the pizza they said yes I said well mine didnt have any and of course they said oh im sorry would you like to talk to the manager? THE MANAGER!!! we were told the manager was gone! of course I would LOVE to talk to the manager! after all of it they gave us a free pizza thats it not even an offer of apology! ugh will not be going back here again even if the other one close to my house is closed!

Needs thorough cleaning: UPDATE: Tiffany, RT's Business Services Mgr., responded within 1 hour and is on the issues below. Terrific service RT! I give you 5 stars as I am confident you'll address my points below. Original review: Great salad bar, yummy pizza, friendly service today. Owner/operator nice. In the past we have taken our pizza to go. I am giving 3 stars today because of the following: 1. Table tops are clean but are very sticky. It appears the wrong cleaner was used which has damaged the surface. Despite a fresh wipe down, our plates and silverware stuck to the table. This is the case for almost every table in here. Three different parties noticed and asked for their table to be cleaned. 2. The women's restroom needs a thorough cleaning. The walls, stalls and floors are pretty gross. Cobwebs on the walls. 3. The tables need to be moved and carpets vacuumed. There is food under in hard to reach places on the floor. Could be the lunch rush but it's places where the carpet sweeper missed. Clean it up and you'll get 5 stars. We look forward to visiting you again. Thanks!

Since this is just a update I won't slam you with a long review! We just ordered delivery and they arrived in about 40 minutes (which isn't bad). I was skeptical but very happy that the pizza tastes way better than it did last time! The crust was a little burnt but hey, whatever... The cinnamon twist needed way more icing and the buffalo wings (which were supposed to be traditional but were boneless) were burnt! Timing is everything, even on a national holiday!! An: he drove off with my wrongly ordered wings and had to turn around!

This time around the restaurant had a bad smell. There were gnats on the windowsill, Lights burned out, cobwebs, the carpet under the table was nasty and the over all feeling is gross. My pizza was great but I kept thinking about how dirty it must be in the kitchen. It's not good to have such a rundown establishment in our neighborhood. I really hope they do some updates and clean the place up. We want to have pride in the place we live.

Very pleased with Anna the person in charge at the time I picked up my pizza. I asked for a discount on my $32 order because there were no online coupons. She gave me $5.00 off the bill. I'm a regular and will continue...the pizza is very good too!

Pizza was good and the staff had a great attitude. The interior needs a good cleaning and updating. I was going to get a salad until I saw the exterior and condition of the salad bar.

Worst delivery service. Waited 2 hours. Called twice, only on the second call did someone tell us that our pizza had been "delivered" to the wrong address. Instead of calling the number we provided they called our hotel, which wasn't even the hotel we were staying at. Then proceeded to tell us it was our fault that they got the address wrong. Don't get delivery from them.

YUMMMMM. If you like crunchy cornmeal crust pizza, this Round Table is the best! They are always friendly and gladly honor my custom requests for extra super mini pepperoni cups, and I like to order it well done. Triple play pepperoni is fab. The restaurant is worn and could be cleaner... But I've been several times where they have game night and cribbage clubs... I personally love the "pizza parlour" mentality and am over the nouveau $6 a slice gluten free goat cheese bus your own table snobbery. If you love Pietro's, come to Round Table instead and skip the hoards of screaming unattended children.

Expensive. Place was sorta clean and the building needs updating and repair. Food was average but for the price it should have been great. The employees were friendly enough. The salad bar wasn't 100% fresh.

This was our favorite local delivery pizza place when we first moved to the neighborhood a few years ago. They were very nearby and the pizza was pretty darn good, albeit it a little expensive. It was an occasional little splurge for us after a hard day. Somehow, in the last 4 or 5 times we've ordered, the order has been late. I mean 20-30 minutes late. We don't even live a mile down the road! And I'm talking weekday evenings, not crazy Friday or Saturday nights. Every time we've called to inquire about our food (several minutes after it's due), the employees are totally flippant about the late delivery. We are not even remotely high maintenance customers - we tip well, we're friendly, and we typically let late deliveries slide. But waiting 55+ minutes for a pizza to be delivered less than a mile down the road and getting no explanation, apologies, offers to take a few bucks off, etc is inexcusable. We won't be ordering from this place again.
