Love love love this pizza place! Salad bar isn't huge, but it's OK! Glad they finally got some management and are cleaning the place up. Please bottle the Maui Zaui sauce :)

Would not honor Round Table franchise coupon. Will not return. I would have had lunch elsewhere if I would have known beforehand. Also the men's restroom looked as though it had not been cleaned in months, the urinal, floors & sinks were totally disgusting and gross.

I've been to this location in the past with good results.. However this time the salad bar did not have the variety that I am used to or hope to have in a salad bar as pricey as this was. I thought it might be just a weekend shortage of variety but when I asked about it the guy said this is what we always have. The main ingredient missing was chopped egg. Possibly some more veggies too but this could seasonal I understand that. Now on to the pizza. I remember RT having a distinct flavor and uniquely mom and pop taste to them. For some reason this is no longer the case. It's starting to taste a little institutionalized, like many of the others. I might try them one more time but next time I'll go with a thicker crust to see if it helps the taste. I had a regular crust today and was disappointed due to a unappealing layer of grease that we had to suck up with napkins.

I love love love Round Table. My last experience several months ago at this store really soured my opinion and I hadn't been back since. I caved today and ordered online. The wait time was 81 minutes!!! Needless to say I'm starving and counting the minutes... My delivery driver (Mike K?-New guy, no name on my receipt) was fantastic! Friendly, professional. He even apologized for being ONE minute late. My food was correct. It was hot and is delicious. I get the Chicken garlic pizza with garlic twists with some weird substitutions. I'm still eating but I was so impressed I had to review it right away. Check them out. Better than any other "fast food" pizza out there and they get creative with their offerings. ** Update: I have to say, I ate the pizza after posting this. They changed the crust and its not as good as before. They still get 4 stars though. **

If I could i would give zero stars. I don't know what happen but this use to be the place to eat there lunch buffet.... NOT ANYMORE the pizza is PACKED with pizza sauce so bad that the toppings can't even stay on and the pizza and the crust turns soggy. The salad bar is a complete mess with barley anything in it. I literally had to scrap the bottom of the buckets to get cheese, cucumbers, and spinich. The guy was watching me but kept on folding his pizza boxes. Let's not get started that they're is no one up front half the time. They are always in the back. This place is no longer a go to place. Sorry Round table but you have gone down hill.

Less than one star!!!! This is not my first bad experience with this place... Won't mention last time but.... I call to place a order for delivery , kept being put on hold then answered by umm umm hold please ..umm umm hold please Kevin is outside.... Hmmmm??? Okay ???? Once Kevin finally came in from his break ( not sure why guy answering phone couldn't take order)???? We were told our phone number wasn't pulling up. Even tho we have ordered numerous times and number and order we made the previous times pulled up before ????? Because they couldn't get it together we decided to order from another pizza place and they lost our sale....Worst customer service ever and this is NOT the first time......I really hope someone that does something see' this post and actually does something to fix this issue cause looking at other reviews as well as my own something needs to be done !!!!!!

Why are they SO slow?! There's never anyone here, so I'm not sure where the problem lies. They say to pick up in half-hour but my pizza is still being made when I arrive. This happens every time!! I love their pizza, or I would have boycotted them long ago. This location lost their liquor license recently too due to employees drinking in the job. LAME

This place is O.K. Just O.K. Definitely not as good as say, Giuseppe's or Giovanni's, not even as good as Pietro's, but surely better than Domino's. The real reason to come here is for their lunch buffet--it attracts a fair share of people (though not overwhelmingly stuffed-to-the-rafters crowded), so this neatly ensures that fresh pizza and salad stays out there. The price is very reasonable, and the staff has always been friendly. I've never tried delivery (again, only reason for me is the buffet), so cannot attest to that.

Ordered online and my order was supposed to arrive at 7:10. After two phone calls and a half hour later the pizza finally showed up. Crappy service when I called. Pizza was good but probably won't order from them again.

I love Round Table Pizza. They have the best taco pizza in Southeast! I ordered the Family size Wombo Mombo, which was about 25 bucks, but its worth it! I also ordered some cinna-twisters, which were okay. One of the employees burned the first batch, but they replaced them in no time. The manager is really sweet, and I think I recognize one of their delivery drivers. My girlfriend told me he looked like Ryan Gosling so maybe thats why he looked so familiar. Will definitely be coming back!

I had one bad experience with a driver, and would never thought to have left a bad review until corporate backed him up, even after firing him. I had a horrible creepy delivery guy a couple months ago who basically came to my door and demanded intimate acts. He told me I had to "kneel for him" and intimidated me in less time than it took me to sign the receipt. I turned him away and called the local store, where the night manager and his boss were really compassionate and understanding. I was promised I would never have to deal with that particular creep again, and I managed to put it out of my mind. This was in May 2014, and I treated it very discreetly. I didn't go on Yelp then, I didn't tweet, and I didn't call the police as I probably should have. Fast forward a couple months, I try to order another pizza because this is the nearest place and I assumed this was long since dealt with. Long after the promised delivery time, I got a call from this poor night manager who had had nothing to do with any of this, but was taking orders from corporate. He told me that the franchise can no longer do business with me, because one of their drivers sexually harassed me. I am a liability, because they hired someone who stood in my door and demanded oral sex. They "lost a driver" over that, poor guys. The very nice manager I spoke to did understand the term "victim-blaming", and how it applied to my situation. He was just doing his underpaid job in covering for total creeps. Round Table Pizza is sending the message that their drivers can harass and threaten any customer they choose, and if the customer doesn't like it then she should stop being a woman with a stomach, At least I don't have to worry about what else to eat instead. I am too sickened to eat for days now. Good job on your rapey corporate policy, Round Table.

Ok, I kind of love RT pizza. It's the pizza I grew up on around the orner from my house in San Jose, CA and had after every ball game and scout meeting. So after 7 years in a Texas (no RT there) I need a fix every 6 months or so. Ordered online and said 20 min for pick up. I show up 20 min later and the guy at the counter can't find my name...after several minutes of looking he finds the tag and realized he'd put a hold on it and hadn't started making it. Uh...ok. So I wait patiently and they crank it out quick. The apologized but honestly as I sat their waiting the could have floated me a soda for wasting my time. Not looking for anything but an offer to fix the issue would have been nice. BTW in his bemoaning of his error he mentions he does this all the time....so yeah I'd call in not use the laptop for this location. Place is fine, I mean RT could use a major overhaul to their look and style but the pizza is still good. Has not changed in years and that is a good thing. (Pep and black olive still does the trick for me).

Stopped in for the lunch buffet last weekend. I love the quality and consistency of their pizza and salad bar. The manager is friendly and professional. Her staff looked like a well-oiled machine- everyone busy and happy. Great place to go when you've got a pizza craving!

I took a trip back to Round Table for another chance after my horrible experience... I did have a much more pleasurable experience, the gentleman at the counter was super friendly and helpful, the food was great and done in a timely manner. However, the management is what I see that is lacking heavily at this location... We had a different manager in this time and was "busy" doing something else while the guy at the counter was having issues finding something in the computer. She came back roughly 2 mins later to help the issue. So once again the customer service was lacking BUT ONLY from management!

Rating is for lunch buffet only. Pizzas are usually replaced quickly and have great variety. Unfortunately, if they are not busy the pizzas sit out much longer and get dried out. Salad bar is well stocked.

The place seemed fairly clean, but the pizza was rather tasteless (I had a slice of cheese and pepperoni). Even with red pepper flakes and lots of Parmesan, it was mighty disappointing. This is the first time I have been to a Round Table Pizza, so I cannot compare it to others in the chain.

Ive been to several Round Table Pizza parlors. This one is rather bleak. Been to worse ones tho. I went there for lunch buffet. They only make 2 pizza's and a dessert pie. Small salad bar. The nice thing is that they make whatever pizza you want when you buy your lunch. Its decent pizza, the buffet is about $8 with a soda.

If I wanted charred pizza I'd have burnt one in my own oven... Lacking tomato sauce, burnt pretty much everywhere (not just on the outside crust), dried tomatoes, and the bbq sauce looked like they just emptied a bottle over the top of the pizza... The delivery guy was kinda cool, but I hate that look of "what, no tip?" when it cost me $2.75 for delivery when I live less than a mile away... Plus delivery took well over an hour when I was quoted 30-40 minutes over the phone.

The pizza we had was fantastic! Everything was great with it. The reason for the low stars? Well we were about 15 minutes to the close of the buffett and was told that what was out is it. They had a few pieces of cheese and a few of pep but tons of bread sticks (my fav) so we asked if we could get a discount because we just want the breadsticks and we did order 2 regular pizzas, a salad bar and 2 drinks. No. The cashier lady was very cold and had no personality. Needless to say, right at 2pm they proceeded to dump everything into the trash. Not donate it, not give it away, not even accept some $ for it but trash. What a frigging waste of food!
