Was good. Had turkey chilli and alfredo tortellini. Tina had the onion soup and the turkey avacado panini. Nice seating inside. Great patio seating but its 38 degrees so we stayed inside.

This became my home location due to convenient drive thru option. I want to give props to Caitlin who resolved a little situation I had. She was awesome. Overall I am happy with this location. Clean place & fast window delivery.

Stopped in to wait for the I-205 bridge traffic to calm down. Ordered a chicken cesar salad and baguette with a lemonade to drink. The salad was fresh and delicious, the baguette was also fresh and tasty. Lemonade was a good way to wash it all down. Good job Panera. I'm impressed.

Really like this new place. Food was good. When it arrived it actually looked like the pi ture advertising. I had the autum squash soup. And the turkey cranberry flatbread toasted. Good parking. Nice quiet atmoshere. Didnt have to wait long.

I have only been to Panera twice, and both times I was disappointed. Everything about the place makes it look like a quality establishment, but the food is just... bleh. On my first visit, I had an Italian Combo on Ciabatta. What it tasted like was a bologna sandwich on really good bread. In fact, the bread was the only good thing about the meal. Even the chips at this place are bland and lacking in salt. The second trip I decided to try something completely different and had the French Onion Soup. What a mistake! What I was served was a barely passable onion soup filled with some sort of shredded cheese that didn't melt (Parmesan? I don't know; it was mostly just salty. Unlike their chips) and a bunch of croutons that tasted like they were out of a bag from the grocery store. Again, the only good thing about the meal was the bread. My daughter had a pasta she liked (something Alfredo? I can't remember), but the chicken on top of it looked like it was from a can, and she admitted that that part wasn't very good. Really, at the prices they charge, why can't they produce decent food? It's appalling. Two stars because the cupcake my daughter got as a 99 cent bonus -- a triple chocolate piece of heaven -- was delicious. Otherwise this would have been a one-star review.

Probably the worst Panera. Every time I come here they're out of some for of bread crucial to a sandwich. I don't understand how they can be known for breads they are always out of. Never coming back. Lesson learned.

I go here a lot, mostly because it is close to my work, has a drive through, and has the most decent of all of the other fast food choices around. The staff is super friendly. I have only once I had a hard time. I ordered a soda, paid for it, and when I asked for it, she believed I was lying to her and asked a manager. The soup is always consistently good. The pasta is hit and miss. I stopped ordering pasta for this reason. I am also aware that at peak times, the drive through here can be frustratingly slow. Bit I always keep in mind that it is not completely fast food so thats why. Overall, I recommend it, if you're close and hungry for something relatively fast and cheap.

This is a newer locale with quite some kinks to work out. Mainly, don't be out of sides such as BAGUETTES during the lunch hour which inevitably is busy as all heck. Seriously, this happened twice. No, I do not want your apple or potato chips. I also think they didn't realize how popular this place could be. Again, lunch hour, you will be vying for a seat anywhere,. There's a drive thru that available which doesn't seem to get too stuffed up. A good option when there is no parking available (which totally happens). Otherwise it's your standard Panera. Ensure your order is accurate before you swipe your card, but otherwise the staff is pleasant and efficient.

Let me start by saying that I normally really like Panera. Not this one though. I had really high hopes when this location opened. Those hopes have been dashed. I have been to this new location twice. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt regarding the mediocre food and service (they had just opened). This time however, I decided I won't be going back. 1. My grilled cheese. $6.19 for a bad sandwich. I have come to expect more from Panera (I have used their catering and it's always been good). This sandwich was two pieces of soggy bread with 1 slice of American cheese, slapped together, very uneven, no thought to appearance (see the photo I am attaching). Did I mention it was $6.19? It does come with a bag of chips, so that offset the cost a little. 2. A cup of tomato soup for $4.29. That's a lot for a cup of soup that was filled to just over half full. The soup did taste good. It came with a roll. No butter. Not sure if I am supposed to ask? I wouldn't think I would need to. 3. Poor packaging---My cup of soup was set on my sandwich, so one half of the sandwich was even more squished and soggy than the other one. 4. No soup spoon. How am I supposed to eat soup without a spoon? I sipped it out of the container. 5. What part of the meal was the best? I ordered ice water to drink. No charge. Decent sized cup. How pathetic is it that the tap water was the best part of the meal? 6. Service wasn't bad. Not poor, just not great. Lunch cost me $10.50. WAY TOO MUCH FOR THE POOR QUALITY. I can go to the Safeway deli and get a wonderful, 3 cheese grilled-cheese panini, with a cup of soup for about $5.50. If I add a soda and chips, it costs $1 more. The food is MUCH higher quality. That is what I will do next time I have a hankering for a grilled cheese and tomato soup. You should too.

My second time there and once again overpriced and blah. I received the "You Pick Two" and my 1/2 Cesar was wilted and tiny and the sandwich was mediocre. I've tried to like them and this new location was exciting since there are very few dining places around my work. But it looks like I'm sticking with bringing my lunch to work.

Basically these guys get my order done quickly and I like the menu choices. The space is big - enough for meetings that I occasionally hold with my business partners. Good location too, though traffic on airport way can really suck in the mornings. Love the express that they make too.

We've been loyal Panera customers for years from the east coast to the west coast. So when we saw this one being built in our area we couldn't be happier! We showed up the first official opening night. The build out is beautiful and the regional manager was nice enough to mention to me that the wood material used were all local, giving the whole place great organic feel. The dining area is very spacious. There's also a great outdoor patio with ample comfortable seating as well. The food was fresh and came out fast. And if you're not familiar with their food, its's salads, soups, sammies, pastas and baked goods. A great selection of each! --- I liked that they have buzzer pages versus yelling your name out like other Paneras when your food is ready. This place will do well. Between the hotels in the area (that have no good food at all around them), the Home Depot contractor & customers, people stopping into 7/11 for wicked cheap gas & Dutch Bros. - they should have no problem getting customers in. We'll definitely be there a couple of times a month!

They didn't toast the bread or ask and their customer service was not friendly. The order was rushed and incomplete and not to mention the cashier was not profession at all and their atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The lettuce seemed to be gritty so it was unwashed from the bottom of the barrel... The only positive was my mango Arnold Palmer. Air Port Way location.

I'd love to give panera a much better rating but there's no way I can continue to remain silent! I come to this location quite often as it is extremely close to where I work and close to home and the drive-through is convenient. Since this location has been open I have been a customer and every time I come to this location, and I do mean EVERY time, they are out of almost everything I order and I have to choose a substitute. On this particular occasion, three out of the four things I ordered I had to substitute. When I got to the window, I was then informed that the soup that I had ordered, they had just run out of as well!? So I had to then substitute that too! Come on! Get it together! It's 5:45pm on a Wednesday night! Dinner time rush. How do you guys expect to stay in business? Good thing you're surrounded by hotels and get customers that don't have much to choose from.

First time at this location. Very clean, good service and good food. Had Broccoli and Cheddar soup with Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Both were really good.

Visited on 2/14 with the family. We probably won't be back. The food was as good as Panera usually is, but the staff was completely unprofessional and just plain annoying. First, I my order included a Ham & Swiss on Rye. I received a turkey sandwich instead. When I went to get the order fixed, they told me "it came through as a turkey..." That's interesting, because my receipt/ticket clearly indicated it was properly entered as ham and swiss. While we were waiting in a completely empty restaurant for our food, we couldn't escape the noise of the kitchen staff arguing about whether or not they followed each other on Instagram and Twitter. Seriously, they were ARGUING over this. Loudly. Once we had our food things didn't get better. One of the staff members was standing at the pass-through window chatting with kitchen staff and blasting music from her cellphone. This, of course, clashed with the music that was already playing through the building's PA system. It wasn't fun. Finally, after our meal, my wife decided she wanted a muffin. So she went to order one. While deciding what to get, the same staff member who was blasting the cellphone music (she is also the employee who took our order originally), jumped right in line in front of her to order a meal herself. Except she didn't know what she wanted...so she stood there - forever- chatting with the cashier and saying "oh, i don't know what I want." Needless to say, my wife never got that muffin. This was a very disappointing trip to Panera. Every other Panera I have visited brings the food out to your table...not this one. Here you have to go to a window to pick it up...and they don't have trays so you have to make multiple trips. The staff was rude, vulgar, and completely disinterested in customers.

Wish I could give this location 0 stars. Went for lunch. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through. The girl at the window had horrible customer service. Won't be stopping by again.

Do not go here if you are doing rapid pick up. order was not even ready on time and in fact my order had not been worked on. I waited 15 mins to inquire about my order to be told it wasn't filled yet and they would "give priority" to my order, yet the ppl behind me in line received their order before me. slow and poor service, after waiting for my prepaid order they even got my order wrong. Order kids meal and did not receive the side item with it. Disappointment at this location. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead and avoiding the lines!

I love Panera, but not this one. I have been here 4 times and 3 out of 4 times my order has been wrong or incredibly disappointing. This last visit I should have took a picture I ordered half a tuna sandwich. They were out of the bread it usually comes on got wheat instead, my choice, no problem. Order is to go. I get it it for sit down. Corrected. I get in the car and head out open sandwich and am not happy, the tomato slice was thicker than the tuna they didn't even bother to spread. The time before that was great. My second visit I specifically asked not to have it Panini style just a regular standard sandwich they grilled the sandwich. I gave credit because this is a new store however they have been running long enough now. They have failed at listening and paying attention to detail

We've been to this location a few times and every time we come we regret not going elsewhere. The location is nice and convenient, the food is great, but the staff are not very professional or friendly. They could definitely use some training. Several times now including tonight, we did not feel welcome, as we walked in; the person at the counter left as we walked in. The manager was there but didn't really acknowledge that we were there for a while. Last time we were there, we asked for coffee creamer and had to wait while the kid finished playing with his cell phone before we got the creamer. Bottom line is that they need to work on training their staff on better customer service and helping the people who come to spend their hard earned dollars feel a bit more welcome.

This store is very new. It has only been open for about a week. The food was good and the staff was very nice.
