Great pizza! We arrived about 15min before closing but the server didnt blink an eye. Super friendly service with a casual fun atmosphere. Needed food after attending a summer tap fest event for my cousins distillery. Ordered pizza and baked mac and cheese and tge food came out quick and tasted great. Garlicky flavor in the mac and cheese was awesome and the thin crust loaded pizza with ample toppings was perfect for a late meal. Added a couple of local beers to round out the meal. The staff didnt seem to mind that we hung out for a bit and chatted awhile. Must return when in town again. Highly recommend.

This place is a great find on NE MLK. They've been brewing for years and years and I think this place is way more charming than the NW Davis location. Beer, Pizza, and service are all solid. The ambiance is nice, too. They offer a little bit of everything. Big, cavernous, and woodsy, but it's space is set up well. Airy. Good for events. They have a space upstairs for big parties. Standouts are their mini pizza and garlic knots. Holy Smokes! What a treat. The garlic knots are doughy balls of savory heaven, especially with a pint of ale. Their beer menu will rotate, but I find their chalkboard menu, their color coded handout menu, and their one-offs menu difficult to navigate. The server will explain what they have but sometimes you just want a straightforward choice in front of you---instead of a confusing conversation. Despite this, the beer is good. Recently tried the Fresh Hop Kolsch - crisp and legit. The first visit, I had a meatball slider and shared some garlic knots, the second visit I had the mini pizza. Their happy hour is a great value and ends at 6pm. First visit, the service seemed weird, the guy just stared at us and didn't even say: how are you, what can I get you? I thought, what is this? some new, hipster way of ambivalent service. Later on, he warmed up and we received solid service. Second visit, Joe was charming and welcoming. I'll be back often. Outside seating, too!

Another restaurant we found on Yelp. I'm not 100% sure what to think about this place, so I'll err on the side of caution and give four stars. Pros: pizza was great, nice and crispy, Beer was good and created right in house, restaurant was built from a lot of reclaimed materials that the staff was proud to talk about. They have outside seating and bicycle delivery, which includes delivery of both pizza AND beer. Cons: service was hit or miss, beer menu was a little hard to understand especially with the seasonals, and with the slick marketing they had (eg logos, slick menus, etc), this place felt like a chain. Maybe that's not a bad thing though. What they had to offer certainly was better than most of the other chains out there today.

There is only one option for wine and it is from arguably the worst winery in Oregon. The pizza is alright. There isn't anything wrong with it, but it lacks in flavor. The salads are mostly piled with lettuce and dressing, regardless of the type of salad ordered (our group ordered three different types). The garlic knots are a great idea, but taste fairly bland as well. Our waitress was nice and we were seated right away (group of ten). The bathrooms are clean, but the tables felt grimy. I didn't want to place my cutlery near the table surface. There are so many great restaurants in the area, I'd skip this one.

I think the place lacks common sense. Sat there for 20 minutes and no one woukd help us..... very poor service.

Best pizza in town. Tried this place on our trip to Portland. We got directed here by someone at Pioneer Square Visitor Centre. First of all, love the old buliding. They really did a good thing by making the place into a style of what the building used to be known for. The service is excellent, the one guy who served us was very accommodating. The Italian sodas are delicious and refreshing. The pizza here was just plain tasty. The sauce is clearly homemade, and you can choose on of their own vsions, or build your own. They also had very good soups and salads. If you're looking for a great place to eat in downtown Portland, try this place. You won't be disappointed. Yeah!!!!! They have curly pep !!!! Like a bossss!!!! Love the beer they have here is the best!!!! Love the seating here it's the best!!!!!! Live the customer service here it's the best!!!'nnn Omg!!!!!!!!

This place is legit. My friends and I love to come watch Blazers' games at Old Town. Everything is on point, from the awesome staff to the food to the delicious beer they brew. They've got a nice atmosphere, too. Stop by if you're in the neighborhood.

Garlic lovers rejoice! The garlic knots are deelish and the ceasar salad can kill a vampire. Our server was equally adult with us parents and fun for our kids. The outside patio is lovely in the good weather and the kegs dole out thirst quenching brews. Full disclosure -- I'm not a pizza lover so I can't give any advice there.

Beautiful place, with so much potential to be great, but the pizza was so bland and had skimpy toppings. $30 for a large 5 topping pizza and each large slice had only 2 pieces of Italian sausage and 2-3 pieces of pineapple. You can get better at Dominoes or Pizza Hut. Such a shame

This place has great beer and their pizza is delicious. Their service is fantastic! I love coming here. This is a great place to meet up with friends and even better for watching a game.

Pretty sure they gave me a old pizza that had pepperoni on it before and replaced it with tomatoes ! Not sure why else it had a weird taste and would be sooooooooooo oily ! Maybe a place for a beer but not for food or even for great beer! Much better beer places with great food in the area

This place was an incredible surprise! Amazing beer, the best service, thank you Lauren so much, you're the best! .... Totally made our day and we will be coming back as soon as possible. The beer is incredible and we know our beer. The best place ever! Thank you for the great service!

I like the thin crust pizza and think the brews are great. This is a great place to meet up with a group - ample seating inside and out. The service is fast and friendly and the prices are reasonable. Happy hour is a great deal - 1 off pints and 3.50 well drinks. You can get a $6 pizza that is plenty for two - super cheap date, and yummy!

Pizza - OK Beer - OK Service - OK Atmosphere - great Good spot to hang! I would not go to Old Town Brew specifically for the food or drink. I would go back to meet up with friends to have a place to hang and chat. There is a great space upstairs for a group to have an event. The bar is also very open and it feels comfortable to be with a large party. Bar has TVs for the sports fans. Upstairs there was a projector and large screen with seating for a large group. We tried the spaghetti and meatballs, garlic knots and the house special pizza. All were OK but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for great pizza. Unfortunately, there are too many great pizza competitors for this business now.

This is my local, so I love it. Old Town has friendly staff, and the mood is relaxed. Great to go there for a growler fill, or even to call for beer delivery. This is a good place to meet friends. It's not a hipster dive, so you'll find no laptops, no old school punk music, just beer and pizza. The beer is solid. Not usually a red fan, but their "Not Irish Red" was surprisingly good. Sorry but their seasonal "Hop Handle" CDA was meh. I suspect that their kitchen is tiny and overworked already, but once Old Town starts paying more attention to their food they'll pull me (and other people) in more regularly.

Let me just get it out there -- I'm from the Northeast and am used to amazing pizza. OTB's pizza was good but not great, IMHO, although I didn't try the thin crust version. The garlic knots were my fav -- crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, and covered with delicious cheese and spices. In any event, the brewery is a very fun place to hang out and watch a game. The staff were super, super nice, and the beers were great.

Let's just go ahead and acknowledge the fact that I don't particularly care for pizza. And then let me tell you that I love their pizza. It's delicious. And the margaritas are good as well. I have had been here several times and enjoyed it each time. We have also used their delivery service, which showed up at our door just in time. The service has also been pretty great each time. We hung out here for a long time one evening. There was a miscommunication when the servers changed shifts and we were without beverages for a while. Once the other servers & bartenders realized what happened they were quick to fix the situation. And this isn't a complaint, just something I found a little weird. Most breweries and bars here in Portland don't allow kids. So we came up here one night to check out the UFC fights on Fox. We didn't think anything of it since we were under the impression that it was a brewery. But later in the evening a family was set next to us and they had some children that they clearly did not want to watch the fights. We offered to move to a table in a different area and it wasn't a big deal... I just wouldn't go back here with a group of my loud and rowdy friends and probably would avoid it to watch the fights, which kind of sucks because it's close to my house.

Who doesn't LOVE garlic knots? Did I mention their delicious salads? This place is a multi-demention of wonderful ideas meeting food and drink. Itd be a pity to not mention...beer...on bikes....delivered to your front door!! Yum!

Whoa. What a pleasant surprise in that the pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, olive, & prosciutto pizza tasted out of this world. I didn't know what to expect and instead left complete.

The food was good and the beer was awesome!! Decently priced growler fills too. This place is quick to become one of my regular spots.

This was not my intended destination. But everything that could go wrong with my original plan to dine at Miss Delta did! Took a wrong turn puting me on I5 during rush hour, the blocks where I wanted to turn were blocked off for something seemingly important.. I was hungry and grumpy, so we turned a corner and ended up here. I love the look of this place. Wood and really beautiful fixtures, open kitchen - quite lovely- but oddly set up and not particularly cozy. My date ordered a beer - It was good. The menu I find online isnt the same menu we had, not for beer or cocktails and I don't see a happy hour menu on the site - so I'll wing it. There were three cocktails that caught my eye - one with pomegranite, one was a margarita of sorts and one .... I forget. It was the first 3 on the cocktail menu. Goldy locks did not like the first cocktail - pomegranite. Goldy locks really didn't like the next cocktail and sent it back and goldy locks was ok with the margarita - just ok. I had asked the bartender which of the three was her favorite. Later she told me that she didn't know how to answer because she didnt like any of them either. That's a sad statement all around. Update your menu - online and in real life. Happy hour food: The ceasar salad was fine - basic. The meatball sliders were ok - mozzerella not melted. The pizza (thin crust) was good. I wouldnt go out of my way to come get pizza here- but I did like it. So - all in all: Food 2.5, service 3.5, drinks 2, ambiance 3, overall value 3. So my score might be a 2.5 - but I was not imporessed enough to make it a 3.

Their bread over all is amazing I can't get enough of it. And their Garlic Knots are incredibly addicting. Nothing tastes better than a pizza cooked in a red brick oven! I live in Beaverton but it's worth the drive over here for that and in house brewed beer!

Food and beer was good. We had the garlic knots and Milano sandwich. Margarita was all mix, very weak. The server was nice, but she was slow and so was the kitchen. It's an ok place to stop.

Beer was a solid B, the Garlic Knots were an A, the pizza was a C. I would have given this place a high 4 or 5, but the pizza was bad. They give skimpy cheese and toppings so that you barely taste the flavors. But the Garlic Knots were awesome and the beer was very decent. So I'd definitely come back, but would not suggest their pizza.

We came here looking for a place while on your to do some work. I had no expectations. That being said here's a break down. The service was friendly, the hot toddy was delightful, and the pre probation ale was amazing. The only thing holding this review from 5 stars is (which, this is me just being picky) is the ghost pizza was kinda blah. A white sauced pizza should have a bit of a spicy kick to off set the cheese. Otherwise the flavored get lost. It sounds like a small thing but seriously, if all you have to eat is a pizza and that pizza is bland, it's a thing. Other than that, LONG LIVE OTB!!

This place has it all! First time in - found them through a design blog actually; great branding here - and was blown away by the interior of it. From the outside you would never guess this place exists. We had the thin crust Ghost Pie and the beer flight. The pizza was awesome but the beer was the real star of the show. I had all eight taps and all eight were stellar. I'm a home brewer so I can appreciate the kinds of places that put love and effort into making a good brew. My only grudge was there was nothing dark on but since they are in constant to station I'm sure there will be soon. Great place you probably haven't discovered - definitely worth the investigation.

The food was delicious, as was the beer. The Milano sandwich comes highly recommended, as do the garlic knots. The IPA was also fantastic. Our server, a younger female, was friendly, funny, and did a great job recommending items, describing beer, etc.

I would like to update my last review ... Although the service we experienced that night (on my last review) was not the best, I think it was just a bad experience with the wrong server. The owner is AWESOME and very professional! I gave this restaurant a second chance - I had a great experience! Good service and great pizza! Thanks again to the owner who made me want to come back!

Wanted to love it. Loved our server... Thin crust pizza so thin it was like eating crackers with sauce. So little cheese looks like cook threw it from across the room and whatever landed on it was all we got. Caeser salad with tiny peices of chicken that had great flavor but cut too small same for croutons. Two stars for friendly server only.
