I like this place, I mean I LIKE THIS PLACE! I like the design of the building in and outside. It's got a nice evil style to it and even the girls dress the part. Outside patio features a flame pit and tables to hang out, however, we're not here for that. Inside's got 1 stage in the corner with 2 poles and metal beams across the top, the rest are tables, 2 leather sofas, and the bar. The girls here can dance and each has their own style in dancing, dress, look, and "goods". My buddy was hella into one of the girls and got 2? lap dances from her, I can't blame him, she was hotttt. is that enough t's? okay, hotttttttttttttttttttt We even joined some other Yelpers when they had a UYE and the staff was hella cool ensuring us a area and some "goodies." One of the most memorable events in OR was here, when one of the yelpers was hella jocking one of the dancers, She was putting $ from her mouth, then her b00bies, then lower...and lower... I, of course, and other yelper guys started putting more money in other areas and had a blast! Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting!

well i don't go to strip clubs much but since they have poker i do come here from time to time, the staff is friendly, from what i here the drinks are tasty and they are generous on the pouring! as far as food i stick with the steak bites they are my favorite! one thing i like that is different from the other clubs is the dancers do not get into your personal space trying to hustle you out $ for a table dance. That is so annoying and glad that this place is not like that even with poker there i would not go if that was the case...Plus they play great music!

Ok, so I'm not big on the review thing except for reading a few here and there when I'm travelling. This however, deserved the effort. I stopped in here once with some friends when I was on my way back home to San Fran, and enjoyed it, but kind of forgot about it for a while. After I moved north I found myself passing by on the way from work and popped in for a brew. OK. I'm hooked on it lol. I will go out of my way It isn't fancy by any means from the outside and it's in a bit of an odd location, but don't be dissuaded by that. Go in! The place is small and unpretentious which is a plus for a strip bar. The bartenders have always been attentive and friendly and make sure you're taken care of (although I haven't been in there when/if its packed with people). The beer is good too with a selection of craft on tap that isn't expensive. I haven't tried the food, but what I saw coming out of the kitchen looked great. And now for the important stuff lol. The girls are awesome here - at least every one that I have run into. They know their job and I have never left thinking that even one of them wasn't making an effort. They are cute, friendly, sexy and natural. If you're looking for bitchy, babydoll, augmented, "too good for you" and uninterested with 9" heels, there is probably somewhere else you'll want to go, but if that's not your thing, this is the place. I actually can't recall seeing one girl that didn't stop and talk at the end of her show, and pay some attention to the customers in general. They get to choose their own costumes and music and if you don't think that makes a difference... happy staff = happy customer. Lucky Devil proves that. The girls are on a steady rotation with usually half a song in between them, which is great. Just enough time to grab another brew. The private dances are definitely worth it. They would rival the best around. They take their time getting started, never try to squeeze you and let their talent do the talking for a second (or third lol). And if you're lucky enough to see her... Isley. OMG!! This girl knows exactly how to do it. Hot, hot, hot. Petite, hardbody, sexy as hell and something special for sure. She "gets it". She says that private dances are an art. Well, she's frickin' Rembrandt!! I actually leaned back and closed my eyes as I enjoyed her dancing. Never before. From her French perfume to her costume to her moves and even to her conversation after... outstanding. Yep. Just outstanding.

If you like piercings and tattoos then this is the place for you! The stage has monkey bars for the girls to perform on, as well as the normal pole. They have a great fire pit on the patio. Since being here several times before joining yelp, and even now I have noticed that the girls really aren't into being social. So if you aren't one for going up to the girls for attention then I wouldn't expect to get any just sitting and tipping at the rail. I believe I try to be generous for the most part with the girls working, because they work for tips alone. I tip with some $5 and then of course some $1 bills. But I have gotten better responses from girls at Macy's department store when I am dressed in torn jeans and paint riddled shirt with my hair pulled back looking like i haven't showered in days (but of course i shower every day) Other then that the food is incredible! The steak bites in red wine with mushrooms are cooked to perfection. Pared with fries and ranch, and a nice mixed drink it just topped off the evening. It's the best steak at a adult entertainer venue short of acrop- not going all the way out there!

The Lucky Devil Lounge sits in that little, brown, once-cursed building right next to the east-end of the Ross Island Bridge. It's been a landmark for so many years to those of us who use the bridge to commute on a daily basis. For years it was some random strip club. Then it was a Mexican strip club (Gata Salvaje - get it?). During that short stint I always longed to try a taco from the little late-night taco stand that was set up outside. But alas, I never got brave enough to hit up the Gata. After the Gata closed, it turned into Bent, a very obviously gay strip club. With rainbow flag flyin', the club sat empty for quite some time. There were rarely cars parked in the little half-pavement, half-blacktop lot. It was not long for this world. Then, the clouds opened up and a ray of light shone down upon the squat, window-less brown box. The owners of various other successful clubs around town (Devil's Point to name one) scooped up the space and opened the Lucky Devil Lounge. After one year in business, the Lucky Devil is going strong. Let's hope the curse of contstant turnover is gone, and the Lucky Devil is here to stay. First off, the girls: These are definitely Portland strippers. Ink, piercings, natural, not junkie-thin, sassy yet not bitchy, somewhat daring on the pole, and all around quality entertainment. Our group of 20 showed up at 7pm on a Thursday and there were 2 girls in rotation, but within a short matter of time, we had 4 or 5 girls working the stage (all at once, at one point) for our viewing pleasure. One of the best parts, they didn't come bug me to buy a dance. I never like having to fend off pushy sales girls. If I want a dance, rest assured I will let you know. Next, the space: What seems to be a drab brown box on the outside opens up to a much classier setup inside. Textured, deep vermilion wallpaper, copper (?) tables, a metal rack, one pole on stage and 2 poles on the rack counter itself, and a nice long bar along the side. They also have a covered smoke patio with a fire pit for warmth. To one side of the stage they have a nice little lounging area with a couple of couches and a coffee table. All in all it's like a bigger version of the devil's living room. While still small and intimate, it's big enough to have a party. Finally, the drinks and food: To be transparent, they found out our group was coming and set us up with a free buffet of some of their favorite menu items: buffalo blue cheese wings, mac n cheese, steak bites, pork sliders, and a hummus/veg plate. I had shown up early to get some dinner, but waited for the buffet instead, and am glad I did. Since when do strip clubs serve good food?? The Mac n Cheese was deceptively (and impressively) good, the sliders were tasty, and the wings were mighty fine. I would definitely not hesitate to dine in at the Devil. Overall, I give this place a sold 4.5 stars. The only thing the Lucky Devil has done wrong is that they have the misfortune of being reviewed under Don's new regime of being a little stingy on the 5-star ratings. In the past, I would have tossed them that 5th star, especially for the level of service and attention we received as a group, and their willingness to make the night as perfect as they could for us. All around, they boast top quality: a good stable of girls, good service, classy space, good food and a heated smoke porch. I even want to give them that extra star for being so cool as to go non-smoking even before the ban. After talking with the owner, it sounds like they have many group and private functions there, and I can totally see why. Oh, and what may end up nosing them up to a 5th star will be when I return for gaming. They have a social gaming license, and a nice little blackjack table. They also have cards and chips (for a deposit), so anyone can come in with a group and play a round of hold 'em. Supposedly there's also a guy who comes in sometimes and sets up as a blackjack dealer with his own bank. And really, what could be better than gambling, strippers, and booze?

This club is super small which makes things a bit frusterating at times. I don't come here on the weekends for that reason. Bonus points for being stumbling distance to friends. Great dancers, good drinks and a nice patio in the back.

Last night I stepped out of my strip club comfort zone, because I had to for reasons that cannot be mentioned. We ended up at Lucky Devil and although I really wanted to see Fire Strippers at Devil's Point, I am really glad we ended up here. When we arrived, the bouncer came out to see who was coming in. He was all serious in a pin-striped suit and was not one to be messed with. His presence was great, he was very kind to us, but we knew he was serious about his job. Inside, it was dead. Some of the male patrons that later showed up were a bit sketch (perhaps people leftover from what this club used to be) but I wasn't concerned because I knew that with one word to the bouncer, he would have them taken care of. The bartender= hot. The strippers= hot and very very friendly to us (perhaps this is because the girl I was with is very attractive). While the girls for the most part were total Portland inked-and tatted with no fake boobs to be seen, there was still a variety if tattoos and piercings are not your thing. The venue= dark, enjoyable except for the duck-taped seats. Lots of seating. The PBR= 3 bucks. ouch. Perhaps I wont be going back if I plan on having a couple of drinks. Specifics on the Kiera Rating: +1 star- felt very safe. +1 star- fabulous ladies. +1 star- monkey bars on the ceiling which allowed for lots of sexy upside down boobies. +1 star- I feel like the management must be good because of the kind treatment we received from the bouncer as well as the dancers. This place is a must see.

This is and probably always will be my favorite strip club ever. The bosses, bouncers, DJs bartenders, cooks, patrons, and especially the girls are all amazing. The food is good, the atmosphere is sexy, the staff is friendly, the music is awesome and the drinks are great and not expensive. The ladies that work there are of the highest caliber. Talented, spunky, sexy, intelligent, approachable, and every variety of beautiful. They're mostly all natural, a lot of them are tattooed, and they each have their own specific talents to captivate you with. I'm a fan.

I love this place!!!! Of course the first time I went it was kinda as a joke like hey let's go to a strip club! But then I realized that this place is much more of neighborhood bar that just so happens to have strippers. And HOT strippers, might I add. Even on a Monday night, the girls are hot as can be, and they are super friendly too! Not trashy, not pushy... It's really refreshing. The back patio of this place seems to be where most people hang out, which is why I say that it's more a neighborhood bar than strip club. There's no strippers out there (dancing, at least, though they will come out to have a smoke and chat with you), just a huge, covered patio, with couches, nice glass tables and even a fire pit. The staff is all wonderful here and the drinks are strong. Plus they do poker nights and have a pool table. Really something for everything. 5 stars to this amazing establishment and an extra one for being so close to where I live!

OK, am I still a little drunk while writing this after just coming home? BOOHOO. The point is this is a *great* club. I'm not sure Tiny Tuesdays is particularly special in that these girls could dance any night of the week and wouldn't stand out as "Man, these girls are a little too small to be strippers." Except maybe the ginger girl who looks like she might be up for adoption. THE POINT IS, for this club to have such a nice vibe on a Tuesday night, you know the place is banging. It has a beautiful mix of drinking, gambling, eating, and naked girls, plus a patio area to reflect on your life. And everything is really clean for a place where the best outcome is having an accident in your pants. You know the accident I mean. This club is a happy medium between Casa Diablo where you need to take a loan out on your house in hopes of some action and say, Acropolis, where dreams go to die and the stripping is almost secondary. I never thought I'd get to say this sentence but: I'm taking a star off for Oregon State Law. Sorry Portlandians, but in New Jersey and Nevada the strippers actually won't respect you if you don't immediately start feeling on them. Here, they should offer you handcuffs, especially if they're going to have girls as wild as Toxic giving lapdances. I'm so drunk I'm willing do accept that Toxic is her real name FYI. The drinks aren't overpriced either. At least, as far as I can remember. God this is a good buzz I have going. I wish the MAX actually had a stop at this place. Thank you LDL, I will return.

My partner and I visited Lucky Devil late on a Friday night. The interior is pretty cool - red velvet walls, scarlet lighting. The bartender was a rad chick in a ridiculously cool sequined top; when I told her how great it was, she said, "I know, right?" and tossed her head. It was adorable. The dancers are very talented. There are several poles on the stage so they can move from pole to pole. There are even poles on the ceiling above the stage for more aerial acrobatics! The aesthetic seems to be "Suicide Girl." I can dig it. We paid a tall, sexy redhead called Hazel to give us a couple's lap dance. We had to wait for space in the lap dance booth, so we made awkward chit chat for a while. The lap dance booth isn't totally private - once we were in, I could look across the booth and make eye contact with another dude getting a dance - which was a little weird, but Hazel made me forget about the weirdness pretty quick. The dance was much better than the chit chat - really, really sexy. My partner had had only one or two lap dances before in his life and he felt too uncomfortable to enjoy them, but he said this one was great. I agree! This also is a good bar just for bar's sake. There was a group playing poker and there are a couple of couches, good for lounging.

This place for its size is pretty good. Tucked away in SE Portland with no cover and normal priced food and drinks. On a Saturday night they had 6 dancers and all were pretty cute and very talented aerialists. I could honestly take a date here and feel comfortable. Not sleazy or raunchy but still sexy. They even got these crazy monkey bars that I have never seen that show some new dancer talents that have been unseen. If you lie tattooed Suicide badass girl type this is the place if you want a semi calm night or prefunking for a crazy night downtown.

You know those friends that you hang out with that the night typically ends up at a strip club? Another night hanging out with M&M with the the promise of a chill night. The actual text was "J&A are coming. Dinner, drinks and maybe some Cards of Humanity. Chill evening. Come over. " It always starts that way and then we end up walking over the bridge to the Lucky Dev. Super classy ladies. Suicide Girls. Some serious talent on the stage. No pressure. The bartenders have always been friendly and typically a generous pour. I have heard great things about the food but the timing has never worked out to give it a try. The outside patio is a huge plus, great place to hangout around the fire and catch up with friends. Any night is a good night but I have had the pleasure of experiencing Tiny Tuesday and have got to say that it is worth its weight in gold.

Girls were great, however, the service sucked. Asked for the table to cleaned, very sticky, three times, "yea, we are getting to it". Never happened and with a poor attitude!

This is one classy place. Velvet wallpaper, cool ambiance, strong drinks at a very reasonable price. But then there are the dancers......woah. I recommend going on Tuesdays for the "Tiny Tuesdays "...all the girls are under 5 feet tall. They are delicate, yet they are sexy ninjas on the poles and ceiling monkey bars. Elle is our favourite. ....diabolically sexy woman.

Soo I've been around the area and wanted to check it out with a couple friends and mann... Was it small! Compared to all the other places! Didn't really look outside before i came in. But what to expect is a small stage in the corner, like closet size... Super tiny. Most the stripers were friendly except one and i tipped all the other ones except this one Cuz she was just walking around. I had all the ones up Cuz I guess they'll bitch if you don't tip 1$ for each song, which i get(but they're so pushy) which I've never had to do(I've been to many) so she comes up to me when my dollar was already there and said 'i don't mean to be an asshole but you gotta tip!' The reason why j came was also the good reviews! Lies! They expect you to pay for nothing! Not saying im cheap but you better put on a good show and i wouldn't mind making it rain but damn this thirsty girl had to yell at me! Worst impression on a tiny strip club that id never go back to! If you want a good strip club with bomb girls go to club rougue! That's where it's at! Only reason why theres a start Cuz hVe bouncer was chill other than that, there's many better strip clubs than this

YES! This an example of what makes Portland such a fun town. somewhat oddly located locals bar with dancers. Super friendly, great happy hour deals ($3.00 burger) One of those places with a great vibe. That's a little hippie, but its true.

Tiny Tuesdays. Stripper Karaoke. A roller-skating dancer. Chains that hang from the corners of the stage and get legs wrapped around them. Famous Suicide Girls. Blueberry kamikazes. Don't let its shady-looking exterior fool you - The Lucky Devil Lounge is the most fun you'll ever have at a strip club.

Visiting Portland from ca. Killer club with hot chicks and the girls arnt annoyingly bothering constantly. Relaxed casual atmosphere with good lap dances. It's weird to see full nudes with alcohol and gambling in the same room. Clean bathroom. Cool patio love the bars on ceiling for the girls to hang on.

Didn't crack a beer before being berated by a dancer for a tip. I was with 3 friends. An easy few hundred dollars walked out the door in literally less than 10 minutes.

Love the laid back atmosphere and covered outdoor patio. It is also a great place to see annual events such as the pin-up contest, tiny tuesday lube wrasslin, and the zombie stripper party. Decent prices and beautiful girls.

I've been going here about once a month since they opened as Lucky Devil 5 or so years ago. I am one of those men that prefers a smaller club. I don't like those gigantic, swap-meet-fulla-girls style strip clubs with the constantly hustling chicks awkwardly walking about in their 7-inch stilettos and the constant play of your standard faire rape-hop music. In general, Lucky Devil does it right. Pretty girls that move around a lot, a good selection of booze, friendly booze staff, gentlemanly bouncers, and actual FOOD (if you're into eating at a strip club- I'm not). My only criticisms are minor- TVs and Video Poker machines. I wish strip clubs just didn't have them at all. Focus on the entertainment! Oh, and wine besides Franzia. You are a classy joint. Please upgrade to Bota Box- it's only a few dollars more and worlds better.

Just transplanted to Portland from Saint Louis, MO, where I spent the last 13 years. When I'd travel and pop into strip clubs w/ friends, I'd always say things like "this place has nothing on the strip clubs in STL". Well, I won't be saying that anymore. Popped into Lucky Devil last night. Still amazes me that they don't charge covers at the clubs here. Had a few beers, watched a few dances, yeah, this place is solid. Bar staff was friendly, beer prices were great (beers at a strip club are like 6 bucks for a bottle of Bud in STL) and the girls were both gorgeous and talented. I also must note that the girls were genuinely sweet and didn't come off like straight hustlers like they can be in some clubs (i.e. "wanna private dance?" before even a "hello". Again, this place is solid all around. Didn't try the food. Loving Portland.

Beautiful women, alcohol, poker. Sounds like my check list for some parties I've thrown in a Vegas hotel suit. I'm lucky enough that I can find all of these things, and more at my local watering hole. Yes to me Lucky Devil feels like just a regular dive bar. Mike the bartender knows his regulars, and treats them as such. Women (not the dancers) know how to accept an offer of a drink and have a conversation, without assuming you have ulterior motives. I always find a good conversation here, that's why I like it. Yep just a regular bar. Yes the dancers are hot......... I'm not blind.

Portland has the best strip clubs of any city I have ever visited, and of them Lucky Devil is my favorite. The outside of the club is misleading, but perhaps even this is part of its charm. Perched off Powell Blvd, right by the Ross Island Bridge, the Lucky Devil Lounge seems likely to be seedy, so imagine my surprise when I first wandered in by chance. I felt like an explorer discovering a hidden treasure, off the beaten path of the most hyped strip clubs. The ambiance is comfortable but still stimulating and the dancers are all beautiful and talented; I've never felt limited by the fact that there's only one stage. Lucky Devil shares both dancers and ownership with Devil's Point, but somehow ends up feeling like a much more classy and relaxed establishment. The large outdoor patio and firepit add a lot to the atmosphere, and outside is the best place to chat with one of the ladies on a cigarette break. The dancers are great, the bartenders are great, the drinks tend toward strong, the clientele is usually very respectful (I've even made a few new friends there), and even the food is surprisingly good.

I've been to nearly every strip club in this town. Some amazing, and the others, not so much. I'd have to say Lucky Devil is by far the best. My favorite dancer also dances here. Elle. If you've never seen her dance, you're missing out for certain! She dances to the best songs, and had a style all her own! There's also a couple other girls who are amazing. Juniper and Gabriella. They're funny and beautiful! I recommend going in on a Tuesday night. It's called Tiny Tuesday. All little ladies. It's so much fun! Great staff, friendly people, cheap drinks. Can't go wrong! I definitely recommend checking her and this place out. And the food? So good! Not your typical bar good at all. The hummus is so damn good!

I visited this establishment after reading so many glowing reviews and had a decent time, but I was left a little under whelmed. This place is tiny, like really tiny. The "stage" if you want to call it that is smaller than most dining room tables. I went on a Saturday which I assumed would be one of their busiest nights and was surprised that after an hour the dancers had already completed two rotations. While this wasn't a bad thing especially if you really liked a particular dancer I wasn't exactly wowed by any of them. The drinks were not too shabby, but perhaps a little weak. Even after using the $10 for $20 deal I still managed an $80 tab. I was really expecting to hear lots of punk & rock but the music was along the lines of remixed top 40. TLDR: Its cozy, not many dancers, mediocre drinks.

Actual conversation that occurred in the break room at the office: Boss: "Wasn't Sock Dreams on Powell before?" Anna B: "Sure was." Coworker: "Next to that gay bar?" Anna B: "Gay bar was short lived, it's Lucky Devil now. Strip club featuring Suicide Girls who hang from monkey bars on the ceiling. Way nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside." Entire room filled with people: (total silence). No apologies, Break Room. I like strip clubs. And this one's a nice one, really. Plush, red, sexy, velvet walls, good table arrangement if you don't want to be right up against the rack, and a wicked awesome patio with a fireplace. Very friendly staff, ladies and gents alike. Did I mention great tunes? Great tunes. I try not to eat in front of naked ladies as a general rule in life, but if I were to... menu at LDL looks pretty decent for Strippin' Snacks. Last time I was there, I was inclined, however, to urge the naked ladies to eat something, good God they were so thin. But I definitely haven't been there enough to know if they're all waifs or if that was a fluke. Anna B: "Oh deal with it. I'd take my family there. Classy joint." Break Room: (total silence).

I was looking for indoor entertainment / time killer thanks to the rain this weekend, and was treated to a very friendly and fun dancer, Sabrina. Drinks and food (hummus) were good too. My time was very well spent here and would definitely come back.

The Lucky Devil Lounge might not be my match for strip club funtivities. I appreciate beautiful women and girls at this club are not my type. However, if you are into skinny, flat abs, small boobies, tattooed, and pierced ladies then this place is for you. I just prefer curvy and buxom beauties, that's just me. However, I dig the interior of this club. Red and lots of Red. They also have a nice patio and they also host Poker tournament here. A little bit of everything for everybody. The service is on the slow side. One bartender on Friday night and it wasn't even a busy Friday night, still I spent a good amount of 10 minutes just stood there waiting for the bartender to acknowledge me and made my drink. By the end of the night, I was convinced that I'm going to write a two stars review. I started playing the pennies slot machine and I won $15. Lucky Devil indeed is very lucky, now they got three stars from me.

We first went here at about 5. Dinner time, not a popular time at the club, but we were not looking for a fancy dinner. We had some finger food and we watched the 3 girl rotation. We had some good conversation and watched them hang on the bars above the floor. We had a couple of drinks and then took off. We had to come back because a buddy forgot his credit card. When we got back, there was no parking! A ton of cars. Walking in, something was different. A waitress walked by with a container of chips. There was Texas Hold'em going on. I thought I'd seen everything. Anyway, more tats.

I love the interior of this club. It feels very warm and welcoming. The tunnel fire place is a beautiful attraction. Almost as eye catching as the girls! The stage features monkey bars, a pole, and large semi circular stage, and tons of mirror action. Its inviting, and so is the talent. The regular girls really know how to use the hell out of that stage too. Its great for a "not your average" strip preformance. Drinks are strong, fairly priced and happy hour (till 7pm) is insane. $2.50 wells!!! Food is amazing. Nick's specialty is vegan food. He whips up the batches of soup, and you should try every single one! They're all fabulous. Otherwise, the food is still awesome. Favorites are the Lucky Devil Burger, Macaroni and Cheese, Seasonal Pasta, and Steak Bites. You definetly get more than you pay for, and you won't be left hungry. Not only can you watch sexy ladies, eat excellent food and drink fabulous drinks, you can also sit by the massive fire outside on the covered patio which is a favorite for smokers. It's cozy, warm and completely smoker friendly. Pool table available as well as a second poker table. Finally, if all of that isn't awesome enough, Lucky Devil has a social gaming license, which means you can play poker...for money... during business hours. Bring your friends, bring your bachelor party, play poker, watch some strippers, eat some food, and have the best night ever, any day of the week. Oh yeah, and Tuesday night staff are the best. :)

I went here with Kiera H last time I visited Portland (okay, yes, the review's a bit late) and had a blast. The security lead, Justin, was super friendly and nice to both of us. The place itself is pretty spacious, and there's ample rack seating; when we came, though, the place was pretty damn close to empty. This worked out great! Kiera H and I got to sit at the rack and we received undivided attention, especially from super-cute Sydystyc who complimented me on my boots, entering into a conversation with me about good dancing shoes for probably something close to thirty minutes. The main highlight is probably that there are monkey bars above the stripper pole, allowing for some fun and unique ways to do pole tricks and dance and otherwise rend onesself naked. Everyone was nice, everyone was cute, but it honestly was kinda well-lit, and that's sort of a downer for the scene, for me.

One of my best friends, well, when it comes to dancers, she prefers skinny, tattooed women, and, as for me, well, I'm somewhat more partial to the curves, with a particular preference for a nice derrière. The dancers at Lucky Devil are made for her, and they have more than enough skill to keep anyone interested and/or satisfied. SO. When you find the two of us sitting at the bar, just killing time until the party decides it's time to move on to another venue, well, you know that there's something wrong with the place. Maybe it just didn't live up to the hype. Maybe it was an off night. Either way, with so many options in Portland, after being driven to the edge of boredom, the normally obligatory revisit never seemed worth the price.

Hey, guess what...this place is even more fun when you are not entirely hammered!! The girls are great. Sassy, fun, real and (oh, by the way) totally hot. I have had "I'm in Love With a Stripper" stuck in my head ever since Pieces "winked" at me (ummm...you're just going to have to find out what that means for yourself). The food was surprisingly good, especially the mac & cheese. The drinks were cheap and strong. The DJ (wish I could remember his name) was hilarious. He didn't rely on all the usual DJ tricks and he played everything from "She's My Cherry Pie" to Freak Nasty's "Da' Dip". Much booty shaking ensued.

I really like the Lucky Devil. The establishment has gone through some changes through the years, but they're in a good stride right now! I love the fresh red paint, the heavy steel chairs, and the cold steel stage table. It really is a diverse feeling of heat, cold, excitement, and a little fear. It's intriguing. The staff is great, very friendly, and many patrons were dancers from elsewhere last night. The dancers are exotic, sultry, fantastic. The dance stage has bars in the ceiling so they can crawl upside down, HOT HOT HOT. I will step on the soap box right now and commend the modern woman. I am overjoyed that couples, birthday groups, and single women are patrons at dance clubs. I think it's fantastic to hang out with open minded folks, maybe I'll find a date? And I LOVE PORTLAND! One final note that the Lucky Devil Lounge has made a great little back patio for those who chose to smoke. I am not a smoker, but, for those who chose, there's a great place for you out back at the Lucky D.

*sigh* I heard repeatedly about their wonderful food - really, from reviews, websites, people... all I can say is at least they do a good job of promoting themselves. I was seriously unimpressed - twice. I mean, how hard is it to get a grilled cheese right? And I like garlic as much as the next guy, wait, I am obsessed with garlic, I don't believe any food should be without it, I have eaten garlic ice cream and enjoyed it; but even for me that hummus was extreme. The girls were uninspired, but I have to admit, that I haven't yet been their during prime time, so I will reserve judgment on that. I love the girls down at Devil's Point, so if they are sharing, there should be something good to see. But the stage is an odd set up with the base down where you can't see girls playin' on the floor from your seat. Mysterious? maybe. The bonus star comes for the smoke free option for a strip club outing. I will give them another chance just for that reason alone. I love the decor inside, the monkey bars above the stage and the back patio.

The lucky devil is going to be getting a call from the OLCC!!! I went into the lucky devil the other night around 11-12 ish with group of friends. I have been going in there for many years and have normally enjoyed my self with ok food and ok dancers. SO i recommended all of us to go in and enjoy some food and get a drink to cap off the night. We went in and i asked if they where serving food. They told me no they where not serving food. I understand the Oregon law is that a bar must server some kind of food when serving drinks. I asked them again are you guys serving food and they told me NO, even after me and others telling them they thought that was the law. We sat there looking at ugly strippers and finishing our over priced drinks when a stripper came up to our table and asked us why we weren't tipping ( mind you we have been there for only 3 songs and where about to go give them 10 bucks) and she said'" o it must me because your BROKE" and turn and walked away. at that point we put our ten dollars in our pocket and finished our drinks. when leaving i went up to the dancer and told her that she just messed up a good night for them(getting tipped out) and she spit on my jacked right in front of the bouncer and she ran to the back. she is lucky too because i was about to make her the first chick i have ever knocked out!!!!! so i guess i talked to the owner but no one was wanting to do anything about it. i asked for our bill to me payed or my dry cleaning to be payed and they sure didn't seem to want to try and make a loyal customer feel better after one of there employee spit her drink a over my 300 dollar jacket! I tell you what everyone that i know is going to be hearing about this and i am not happy i cant believe they way people run there business these days. owners allowing employees to spit on customers and not fallowing Oregon state laws when refusing to serve us food!

Don't think Portland has the best strip club scene in the US? Move away and re-evaluate that thought. Unfortunately, I do live a few states from Oregon now and man, do I miss Lucky Devil! I liked to visit Wednesday nights. Germany is rockin' bartender- drinks are cheap, she's attentive, and has a killer smile. Rocket and Lynk were always my favorite dancers to catch (but love must be sent to Berlin and Piper- I only saw them at Devil's Point, but they dance at Lucky Devil too). They have personality, great moves, in short- they are original! I can't rate the food, because I always visited after dinnertime. However, for a great time, Lucky Devil will full-fill. Don't believe me? Move away from Portland and welcome to my drought!

Finally a great owner has taken over this venue and brought in a classy club. From the velvet wallpaper to the rad DJ (who takes requests for $$) this place has great ambiance. They have a sweet patio out back with a fire pit for the smokers in your group & I wasn't even grossed out by the bathrooms! The menu is tasty. Everything from steak bites to garden burgers, super creamy mac & cheese to hummus & veggies. They have Stella on tap and PBR in a can. The bartenders are hot and can pour a great cocktail. And the ladies, oh the ladies... Forgive me for not remembering your names. I was too busy looking at your amazing...talents. One could swing from the ceiling. One did the worm on the bar, without spilling a drink. One could pick up your $ with her 'cheeks' and one could booty shake like you've never seen. All different colors, shapes and sizes. And the best part is that they pick their own music. It is so much fun to see a lady rockin' out to her favorite tunes. We went on a Thursday, which is apparently 90's night. Themes are fun. The DJ was wearing a red velvet pant-suit and a giant gold chain with a big gold microphone pendant, RAD. Yes, being able to sing along to all of the songs from the 90's makes you feel old, but isn't being a creepy old strip club goer part of the charm?

How I haven't written a review yet amazes me as this is my favorite club in Portland. The fact that it used to be non-smoking used to be it's big draw for me and the boyfriend, but now that everywhere in Portland is non smoking, it's still the favorite. It seems like there are mixed reviews about the food here. It is all about the steak bites. Comes with a salad and a baked potato for $13 and is more then enough for 2. The steak bites come covered with yummy mushrooms and a sauce that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside (in a good way). Food just adds to the 5 stars that they would have had without it. The girls are their own breed. Don't expect anything fake about them, physically or otherwise and I like that. They can rock the pole and the monkey bars. We went one night and saw 6 different girls dance and they all had their talents (Picses has some pretty crazy ones). The are friendly and make sure that everyone is always having a good time. The place is very clean, which being a strip club really stood out to me. They always seem to have a lot of staff on making sure that everyone has everything they need. They have a fantastic DJ that sometimes deals cards as well and he can just make the evening. Where else can you request a song for the girls to strip to??????? These are portland girls that dance here and they know how to shake it. I mean shake it. They can shake it so good that I drunkenly went up to the club owner and told him that he should offer classes for regular girls like me to lean how to (ala Timbaland) make my ass bouce like it had the hiccups. The girls thought it was a good idea, so lets all look for those in the future.

Holy crap!! Best dancers in town!! Seemed a little seedy when I first walked in, but after a drink it all seemed good. Lively crowds at the card table. But who cares. The dancers... The dancers here can work the pole, dance, swing off bars in the ceiling and just generally know how to capture the audience's attention. There is only one stage, but that's all that's needed. Each dancer interacts with the people sitting at the rack pretty heavily. None of the dancers had the dreaded vacant stare (like Acropolis). The girls were varied but all seemed pretty natural for the most part. There were a lot of couples here and the women did seem to get more attention at the rack, but all of the women in the crowd seemed to be enjoying themselves. I'm not a big lap dance guy, but, wow, the dancers here had me believing for a few minutes. And we got to witness some guy get his birthday dance on the stage (not for the shy - he was shirtless and in his underwear before too long but he seemed happy). I can't remember all the dancer names, but Juniper and Luka were two amazing dancers I would look for on the calendar. The drinks were reasonably priced although not the stiffest. Service at the bar was quick. One of the dancers indicated that the same owner also had Devil's Point (which is somewhat similar although smaller). You might try Devil's Point also, but I think this place is better.

I'm from the East Coast so, when reading about the food that strip club features, I'm willing to hand out grains of salt and low expectations. So, no food was had, no food will be talked about. The club? Great! Decor, floor plan, stage, rack and couches were accommodating to my party of five. We hadn't our hopes up about how many girls would be working @ 9 on a Monday night. Happily surprised at four girls playing on the monkey bars and the DJ playing the best of New Wave. We all fell in love a little bit when Berlin tapped out the synth stops from "Blinded Me w/ Science" on her nipples. Beer was cheap enough to think twice about having a PBR or two somewhere else. The mixed drinks, however, were either average or spendy, depending where you grew up. The wife and I will be definitely going back, next time w/ both a food and boob agenda.

If I had to describe heaven to someone, this wouldn't be too far off the mark. Picture a strip club with velvet walls and a leopard print carpet, couches, tables, and an indoor fireplace. Add a large covered patio outside for the smokers (the first non-smoking strip club in Portland) with another fireplace and a pool table. Now imagine the beautiful dancers you already know and love from Devil's Point working both the poles and *monkey bars*. Now picture a place with a good, cheap dinner menu. Add $1-2 no-limit hold'em poker and blackjack being spread at your request. What you end up with is one of my favorite new places in Portland.

I went here by mistake. Or "on accident" since I hate those two words together so very much. But really - my friend and I were looking for Devil's Point, and somehow I let her talk me into thinking that this was the place. How we stayed for almost an hour without realizing that there would be no Stripperoake - is beyond all reason - I have no one to blame but myself. This is only my 2nd strip club in Portland. Maybe 3rd ever. The place itself doesn't feel icky. We found a spot all the way in the corner where we could happily joke about customers, critique the dancing, and worry about the girls' self esteem. But we were comfortable enough and no one bothered us since we didn't sit at either of the dancing areas. If you do sit in the dancing area, you will be very exposed (to). Drinks are failry cheap and these girls do have talent. They seem to have real boobs, real tattoos (and lots of em), and really can move. I don't know that I can get over the whole completey naked pussy in my face thing. But if I could - i would let these girls put their pussy in my face! Customers were a bunch of young asian dudes, a lot of regulars. Not too too skeezy. The bartender and help were just fine. If I dug strip clubs, maybe I would dig this one - and maybe I would even eat there....

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place. Though the dancers are awesome , we usually indulge in their big back patio and happy hour! Drinks are perfect, and one of the best burgers I've had in town. Their pulled pork is like none other in Portland, and for $3 who can beat that?

One of my top 5 favorite clubs in Portland. It's got a good atmosphere, the girls are sexy and friendly, and it's dark and gothic inside...something this writer loves. Drinks are stiff, never a cover, and their Mac n Cheese was featured in Bon Appetit. Sometimes I wish the stable was a bit deeper, but then I like to go there on off hours to avoid the douchebags. If I could park my laptop in the corner I'd camp out all night. My wife love this place because the girls are not aggressive, and you can buy individual cigarettes for $1.00 each.

I love the decor and vibe in this place... red, black and leopard-print all over the place really sets the mood. The girls are unique and HOT (not a lot of silicone and bleach blonde hair), especially on Wendnesday nights when they do a PDX Black Book feature night. They are newer and seem to be trying to build their reputation based on three things: 1. It's a non-smoking strip club! Who doesn't get tired of trying to lean in through the haze of smoke to actually be able to see the girl on stage? For the smokers in the bunch, they have a beautiful covered smoking patio with a warm fire feature and a nice view of Portland (that can only be viewed by standing on your tip-toes)... 2. They have a social gaming license. This makes for fun nights playing blackjack or poker while drinking cold beers and watching hot women shake it to awesome rocker tunes.... 3. Their menu boasts "more than just bar food". I would agree that their menu is awesome (try the gorgonzola topped steak...mmm!), but good luck actually getting what the menu offers. More than once I have ordered and they have been out of one ingredient or the other and have either had to substitute, leave things out, or direct me to a whole different dish. I have heard this echoed from others as well. So ask before you order, and don't get your heart set on one specific dish, because you might be disappointed. Other than that, I love Lucky Devil! Grab some tip money and GO!

Lucky Devil is interesting kind of more grittier than Kit Kat a few less ladies it seemed like to me. All wicked hot though! The food there is awful!! Hire a food cart truck or a new chef. We had chicken strips and fries and they were both shit. How do you screw up chicken strips? Really. The ladies here are all smoking hot!!! The reason for the four stars. If they fired the chef and got someone new in Saturday that could cook I would be broke. One of the dancers here has the best rack in the world. Just saying.

Planning a bachelorette party when you don't live in the same town, or state, is a real pain. After asking Portland Yelpers to be helpers, I got some great feedback on strip clubs in Portland. Once I started calling around, it was easy to make a decision, sight-unseen. And it was the right decision. I called several places only to be brushed off or given lackluster answers to my questions. When I called Lucky Devil, they were wonderful! I explained it was for a bride-to-be, and that we had a party bus. She gave me all the info I needed, and made sure we were all set. On the night of the party, we had had a few other stops before we got to Lucky Devil, and well, we were already quite "happy" (the photos of the bride getting carried in over a shoulder express that really well.) The staff was quick to serve us, the talent hot, and they announced the bride's impending Mrs. status several times. The patio just made the place over the top for us. We spent a few hours, and quite a bit of money here, but for me, when the bride said she had the time of her life, it was all worth it!

It's taken me this long to adequately process the first installment of Portland Yelp's Strip Club Tour Mega Bash 2K9 (The Alpha and the Omega.) And to, y'know, fill in the gaps in my memory of that night. Having constructed what I believe to be a fairly accurate timeline of the night's events, I can proceed. So, I both love and hate this place. Passionately in both instances. To begin to understand my feelings towards Lucky Devil, you have to understand my background in strip clubs. In DC and Indiana you don't admit to going to strip clubs. If you do, you accept the consequence. In DC, you do it without an ounce of shame in the fact that you go to bars where women with painfully augmented chests and astronomically huge hair shake their liposuctioned extremities in your general direction. In Indiana, you accept the fact that the tables are sticky with unknown substances and you may feel the eyes of overall-clad NASCAR fans roaming over your body. Portland? Strip club nirvana. The Lucky Devil Lounge was my first introduction to the quality of skin venues in this fair city and I was not disappointed. The girls were talented! Natural! Tattooed! Pierced! Shaved (and not in the way you might think!) In particular, I must give credit to Mishen. Everyone who was in attendance that night knows just how much I love Mishen and how happy she was to toy with my stripper-crush-affections. I was repeatedly groped, kissed, and otherwise manhandled. I'd have been upset if the perpetrator hadn't been a hot tattooed girl with a partially shaved head. The whole night progressed (regressed?) into her fishing dollar bills out of whatever location I could find on my person in which to stuff them. This turned into other people giving me their own dollar bills. And yes, I turned a profit. However, this was all tempered by the fact that my wallet was stolen at this particular establishment. It was found a week later outside the building where I work (convenient yet utterly creepy) with everything intact save for my bus pass. Yes. My bus pass. This narrows the criminal down to the four or so non-Yelp folks in the bar. The drinks were fairly reasonably priced and STRONG, the tunes were fantastic, and the DJ was wearing a velour jumpsuit. I'm sold!

Great new place from the team that brought you Dantes, Devil's Point, and I think the Red Room. This one is their "higher class" version. It's non-smoking, looks really swank, has a full menu that's supposed to be really good, and a patio with a fireplace. I like it a lot...if I built a bar, this is really close to what I'd design. Nice menu, copper-top tables and bar, some crazy fire-whirlwind thing in one corner, a couple leather couches, and some hot girls. The bartenders are hotter than the dancers, which seems like the wrong way around, but hey... They have a "social gaming" license, so you can gamble inside, if that's your thing. I just wish they had Pendleton whiskey. And eggrolls or potstickers. And that the bartenders were required to dress like the dancers!

Yep. Just outstanding.

well i don't go to strip clubs much but since they have poker i do come here from time to time, the staff is friendly, from what i here the drinks are tasty and they are generous on the pouring! as far as food i stick with the steak bites they are my favorite! one thing i like that is different from the other clubs is the dancers do not get into your personal space trying to hustle you out $ for a table dance. That is so annoying and glad that this place is not like that even with poker there i would not go if that was the case...Plus they play great music!

I'm a fan.

I'm sold!

  • Jack O.

Wife and I stopped tonite for a lil fun. Nice club, but small and very little seating. Great tap selection and wife says her drink was great tasting. The dancers where friendly, lots of tats and waif thin but with talent. We might be back..when in town again.

Yep. Just outstanding.

well i don't go to strip clubs much but since they have poker i do come here from time to time, the staff is friendly, from what i here the drinks are tasty and they are generous on the pouring! as far as food i stick with the steak bites they are my favorite! one thing i like that is different from the other clubs is the dancers do not get into your personal space trying to hustle you out $ for a table dance. That is so annoying and glad that this place is not like that even with poker there i would not go if that was the case...Plus they play great music!

  • Stella S.

Walked in here, no one talked to us. Or offered a drink or anything. Too bad we walked out after 5 minutes. Their loss.

I'm a fan.

I'm sold!
