I'm not going to hate on this place; the Hot N' Ready Pizzas are something to put in the belly when I'm almost home, and don't feel like cooking. Agreed that they do seem understaffed at times. Might have to wait for them to make what's suppose to be, Hot n' Ready, but at least in 10 minutes, it will be hot and fresh :) It has a parking lot, the No 4 and 75 (frequent bus routes) are out front.

The new $8 Deep! Deep! Dish is a nice throwback to the Pizza Pizza days. $8, even in Portland. The hot & ready pies are $5.99 instead of $5. I prefer the deep ones - they have a buttery and garlic flavor. Claim to be Detroit style. The pizzeria uses a Mozzarella and Muenster blend- no "pizza cheese" yuck here. This location seems understaffed at times. They forgot my phone order tonight and didn't offer any comp other than to make it when I arrived.

For a quick $8 pizza picked up on my way somewhere, this wasn't too bad. Obviously the low ring of the pizza ladder. The place was relatively clean and quick, though. One thing I thought was interesting- the phone was constantly ringing while I was in here and no one made any attempts to pick it up. Keep that in mind if you're trying to call them, I guess.

I have been to this particular LC 3 times and let's face it, it's because it's cheap...The customer service is terrible...they barely speak english and although the sign says they are open until 9:30 pm they frequently tell customers they are closed even though the clock says 8:30 pm...The last time they didn't even have napkins and the pizza was terribly over cooked. Each time I have been there, I have had to wait for a pizza that is supposed to be sitting in their hot box.

Called them twice at 7:15pm and they didn't even pick up the phone. Maybe we'll try again another time.
