Savory, balanced, awesome taco. Great job mixing Mexican with Korean! I had chicken taco and short rib slider. It was a good portion for me for 3 dollars each. Next time, I will try Burritos. Thanks!

Very meager protein (I ordered short rib) serving. It was all tortilla, rice, sprouts, and lettuce. For $8.50 I'd call it a rip off and an embarrassing portion. Never again.

The plus of choosing this food cart is rapid service for healthy food. The challenges are: the chicken is not white meat and there are no airport employee discounts. I had the rice chicken bowl with kimchi; it was nice, however next time Ill try another vendor. The rice bowl came up $8.50 which includes a 50 cents charge for kimchi.

Nothing says Portland like food trucks... and PDX replicates the food truck experience in their airport. The faux food trucks was a genius move on the Port of Portland's part. Koi Fusion has a wonderful blend of Korean&Mexican cuisine. They make a delicious kimchi quesadilla (this being Portland, I'm surprised they don't have vegan cheese) Their sweet potato fries are addictive. The meatless version of their burrito, however, is kind of weak. Koi Fusion PDX has great service, delicious food... and makes great airport food fun!

I liked the short rib rice bowl I got with the kimchi. I liked the kimchi more than the rice bowl but it was not horrible. I am just use to better Korean bbq and flavors that are more forward. I am going to take the advice of the other Yelpers and try the chicken rice bowl to get a more rounded opinion.

So I'm that foodie who risked missing her flight to wait until KOI opened at 11 to get food to go for my flight - so worth it! I got the chicken rice bowl with a side of kimchi and loved it. The flavor of the chicken was so good and I loved the rice too. Yay for awesome airport food!

While there aren't a ton of dining choices before security at PDX, I've always been satisfied with the quality and variety. KOI Fusion is another example of a great option when it comes to dining at the airport. I've never been to KOI Fusion's food truck, so I can't attest to whether or not the portions or taste is the same, but it's definitely up to par with some of the amazing food truck experiences I've had in the Portland area. On this last visit, I had a beef burrito. I was feeling particularly hungry so I added a side of kimchee. The burrito itself was huge, filled with succulent cuts of bulgogi beef and packed with rice, cheese and veggies. It was very good, though I felt that the sweet bulgogi flavor seemed to overpower everything else that was going on. The kimchee was ok, but I found it to be very salty and after the burrito, I couldn't finish it. Happy to see the diversity of choices at PDX!

Great improvement at the airport location! I recommend getting the rice bowl with chicken and adding kimchi for and extra .50!

Chicken rice bowl was fantastic, great flavors!!! Was not thrilled about the Kimchi, and did not add it onto my bowl, no matter how great it is for my digestive system. Love that PDX keeps the vendors prices reasonable. $8 for a bowl, well worth it, so tasty! HIghly recommend KOI Fusion when you are passing through PDX or at their cards in the area for a healthy and delicious alternative.

For airport food, PDX totally wins. I got a delicious kimchi and mixed vegetable rice bowl that definitely hit the spot! I can't imagine the number of airports that even have Korean restaurants and kimchi, so this is itself is a win, but the food was tasty. I'm a vegetarian, so I didn't try any of the more popular meat items, but I'd definitely recommend this.

A nice attempt at Korean BBQ fusion. The meat was good and the portion size is good for the price - especially for an airport location. We got two tacos and a burrito to share, and the burrito would have been excellent had it not been for the giant clumps of cold cheese in the middle. I had to take the cheese out because it was actually ruining my food. The tacos were good but the tortillas were slightly too hard to be considered toasted yet slightly too soft at the same time.

I love that the Port of Portland requires all PDX concessions to charge the same prices that they would on the street. I love that the Port of Portland made it possible for smallish local businesses to set up shop in the airport. That being said, some do it better than others. I work for the Port and sometimes go down to the PDX terminal for my lunch break, and I've had lunch at KOI PDX twice now. Both times, I didn't think I got much value out of the meal. One small scoop of meat in a rice bowl that was mostly rice... and cost (I think) $8 or more. $10 quesadilla! It was an average quesadilla, with just some kimchi thrown in. I guess this must be how much they charge at their street locations too, but that just reaffirms why I usually go for Korean Twist or other like carts when I'm out and about. Finally, the KOI PDX cart offers much slower service than Pok Pok Wing. The Pok Pok cart is so much faster, I constantly see people waiting to order in the Koi line for over 10 mins, and finally give up and move over to the Pok Pok cart and get prompt service.

They have food carts in the airport now!! Koi fusion is awesome as always and this location is no different. Got the rice bowl which is great value for money and the fusion taste is very well done. The carts are before security so make sure you get your share of Portland food carts before you go through security. Pok Pok is next door too. Hope they add more carts soon!!

Koi Fusion, I was waiting to try this place since the day I got to Portland, on my return home I decided to give it a try. I ordered the burrito with steak and kimchi, the portion was huge thats good, but once I started eating my burrito the meat was cold, the meat had a lot of fat, I was hoping that it was going to be a nice bolgogi meat, they give you so much rice on the burrito that the layers of flavors get lost. I will prefer a smaller burrito with a nice kimchi fried rice and the meat. I order the combo $12 bucks and tortilla chips on piecea come on. I think the idea and the fusion are there, with some flavor, but I think they need to work on the portions to get a better flavor. I will try it again next timw to see if they listen they do have a sign saying the people on yelp love them so will see. Chef take this as a constructive criticism from other chef.

Koi Fusion PDX does an amazing job on the food! Huge portions friendly staff and overall I had a great experience there. I had the steak burrito and lemme let you in on a secret ask for Kim Chee and less rice. They tend to load it up with rice as a filler. Also the steak is marinated in bugolgi. They load it up. But if you are super hungry ask for extra meat!!

The rice bowl was fantastic! Korean chicken and rice with tons of veggies. Why people would get Panda Express instead of this is beyond ridiculous. Nice friendly people. Too bad I don't live in Portland, because this could be a favorite!

Food is absolutely delicious, the Korean twist on items brings an awesome flavor twist. Staff is stellar!

Can't stand fake fast food, so I was thrilled to find this food truck stationed inside the airport. OMG! The $3 steak taco was so awesome, I should have ordered two. This is now my go-to spot whenever I'm at PDX. Yum!! Can't wait to try other goodies on the menu.

There are only a few options for food in the terminal before the security line. I'm an airport employee, but, don't have clearance, because I don't work for the Port of Portland. So, I'm stuck with Panda or some other airport food. I didn't know they added food carts. So, of course, I was surprised and overjoyed. I decided to get the rice bowl with pork and mild salsa. Lots of fresh vegetables were thrown in. Needless to say, it was pretty bomb. I definitely recommend it.

KOI Fusion is delicious! I go to the little stand at Bridgeport all the time, and I am so happy to see they are franchising with more food carts! I went here on the way to pick up a friend from the airport, and ended up going again afterwards so my friend could try it! She loved it as well. The customer service is great and the food is always ready quickly.

Delicious Korean food in an airport?! Heck yes. It's a great mix of sweet and spicy. Just all around good food. I ordered the pork rice bowl- spicy. It truly didn't disappoint. My only regret was not getting 2x the meat. It would have been perfect. My wife ordered the Seoul Sliders - short rib. Buttery bun with the crunch of the cabbage makes this an all around great meal.

A love tacos and I love Korean! So, naturally, I thought that I would love this food cart! Unfortunately, the meats were overly sweet (pork, ribs, & steak) and were not very impressive. I liked the chips though! Also, the portion size was good :)
