Every burger here comes with bacon, finally, a restaurant that gets it. This is the best burger, especially considering the price, I have had in Portland so far. I never thought that I would want Peanut Butter on a burger until I tried this. My boyfriend got the Teemah burger (with blue cheese) and it was just as juicy and full of taste as my burger. The only bad thing is that I didn't want to put the burger down and ate too much! I think I will get the "girlie" size burger next time or just split it in half with someone else. It really is a lot of burger and when you combine it with the perfectly salty fries, its way too much for me to eat in one sitting. The music is a bit loud but it didn't take away from my experience.

I really wanted this burger to be something special but it just wasn't there. The menu is awesome and the selection is better than most but when I got my burger I could have rinsed it out and got a gallon worth of grease! I was literally dripping all over myself and the table. If that wasn't enough grease, there was a PILE of it on the floor where you had to order and i watched as people slipped and fell an no one did anything about it. Good concept with the wrong follow through.

This place isn't too bad. It's not one of my rop choices but decided to try some place new. Fries aren't bad. But I wouldn't kill for the burger :) waiter was pretty chill. Place is very open and easy to get to :)

Be prepared to leave at least 5 lbs heavier, because you can't refuse the beer here and the fries and burger are of generous proportions. I got the "girly-sized" burger and still came out of the joint waddling. The burger was packed with flavor, patty pretty soft and the cheese was oh so melty (that's not a real word.) The highlight of the meal was definitely the fries! They were extra crispy, perfectly salty and perfectly complemented my burger. To top it off, the ambiance was so 'laxed and the guy at the counter was beyond patient and friendly. Cool spot that doesn't feel touristy...

Oh, God bless. Just ... God bless this place, these people, WHOEVER MADE MY BURGER OMG. We went here after briefly reading online reviews, lured by high marks and a $5.99 happy hour meal which included what promised to be the best burger ever and bottomless fries. I mean, that's basically erotica, if we're being honest. And heavens ... it did NOT disappoint. You all know the adjectives to describe a great burger -- juicy, cheesy, messy, BACON -- so I don't need to spend much time on those particulars. And actually, you know what? Just stop reading this all together, actually, and GET THERE ALREADY.

HOLY HECK YES COMING FROM A BURGER ADDICT YOU MUST EAT HERE!!!!! Usually a beer burger and shot is $15 but even if you just do the burger and fry basket it's the best burger you'll have! Legit patty and the pickle peanut butter burger (most get that, I minus the pickle) but it's my fav burger by far !! It's burgers and fries only tho so if you don't want just that then it's not the place for you. But it's a must while you're downtown.

  • Siri A.

They have a beer, shot and burger deal. How awesome is that? I don't drink but my friends do and they were very stoked. Lol. We wandered in when everything else was a 45 minute wait. I ordered the peanut butter, fried pickle burger and it was heaven. I should have ordered 10 more to go.

You're treated to blaring, ear shattering heavy metal while you wait a looong time for your order (much more so than at the Sandy location.) There's rage with every bite. Fun.

  • Britt D.

The burgers here are AWESOME! Probably in the top 5 burgers I've had that I paid for. High quality ingredients, cooked just right (from fresh beef, not preformed patties). The fries were a mixed bag; the first time I went, they were over cooked and under seasoned. The second trip (went back despite the fries), they were perfect, with course, flake salt. Another reviewer said the heavy metal was too loud, which wasn't true for owner of my visits. It was a pleasant throwback experience that was loud, but not so much so that it made casual conversation difficult. I'll definitely be going back next time I'm in town.

The burgers here are absolutely amazing, they are so flavorful and juicy. I was also impressed with the friendliness of the staff. We were here at closing and one of the employees went out and gave some homeless people some food, it was very touching. :)

I like bacon. The bacon was excellent. The seating was not that great, but the bacon was primo. There is a smoky sauce they somewhat load onto their burgers and it was a little overwhelming. The fries however, perfectly salted and crispy. All in all Killer burger has quality food but in my personal opinion does not have an outstanding WOW factor to it as its name would imply.

The burgers here are amazing! This place is the In-N-Out of Portland. The prices were affordable and had a large amount of different burger types for everybody. I loved the sizes and were perfect to fill you up. The atmosphere was great and was fun to hang out at (Great Rock-and-Roll Music!) Everybody was pretty friendly and I would recommend this to anyone in Portland.

Just had Roll Your Own with lettuce, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and egg. It was disappointing - no flavor. I was expecting the egg to be over easy so that once I took a bite it would just go all over the place, it didn't ....it was over-cooked. I didn't bother finishing it, although the fries were heavenly, and they went well with the dill ranch sauce. The staff were nice. I have definitely had better. Not coming back. A bit surprising since most of my friends all crave about how yummy Killer Burger is.

Short version - the name is enough and they live up to it. Long(er) version - I consider myself something of a burger connoisseur and try hard to have one whenever I visit somewhere new. I have had all the classics and so I think my burger palate is pretty well rounded. I happened by Killer Burger while walking around downtown Portland and decided to come back for dinner that night. The burger selection makes deciding hard but I settled on the TeeMah which is their version of a bleu cheese burger. It arrived in moments and I must say it did not disappoint. The burger was juicy with just the right amount of cheese and the fries were crispy in the outside and steaming hot cotton in the inside - just right. There are bonus points for this joint - I visited while on a diet and although I promptly threw said diet aside it is possible to get smaller "girly" sized burgers (-1 point for unnecessary sexism). Fries are endless. Bad for a diet. Draft beer is available and the selection is great. Also bad for a diet. Overall highly recommended for burger lovers. I knocked off a point for price which I thought was a bit high. If I could give 4.5 stars I would.

Awesome food: horrible service. I ordered a couple burgers to go, they said it would be 20 minutes. I show up at 20 minutes and Surprise! Idiots haven't started it yet, and it will take 25 more minutes. This isn't brain surgery but it is too difficult of a task for these droolers. When it finally comes, 15 minutes later, I hear the manager tell the employees that my burger is "for the asshole", as if expecting something to be done when they say it will be done is too much for these lazy stoners.

    (1)
  • Rudrajit D.

I had high expectations from the burger. But it's not quite the sort I love. That's not to say it's not good. Just not my type. The patty was good quality ground beef, cooked perfectly. I had the Jose Mendoza which got me a couple of roasted green chillies on top of the burger. They were quite a good addition. The bacon was a bit bland. Not sure hot to put this, but aside from the crunchiness of fried pork fat, the bacon lacked taste and flavor. But what disappointed me was the greasiness due to excess cheese and sauce. But if that's your thing, it's a pretty good burger. The fries, a handful of them, were fresh and crispy but nothing exceptional. Other than that, the place has a cool, dive bar atmospheres. They're a popular place and sow times you'll have to wait for you food. Plenty of outdoor seating which are full in summer. They play good rock music, always a plus, and they're open late. Maybe I'll come back to try some of their other fare to see if it changes my mind.

Oh, man. Where do I begin?!? Made a 40 minute bus trek across town yesterday afternoon (managers, that was around 3 pm) to have lunch at my husband's (now former) favorite burger place, Killer Burger. Against my better judgement, I ignored the overwhelming urine smell & dirty kitchen floor and ordered food. After accepting our debit card with a GLOVED hand, the guy who took our order went back to serving food without washing his hands or changing his now-funky gloves. Should have left then. While waiting on our food to be prepared, we noticed that among the four young guys working, one with a HUGE beard wasn't wearing a beard net. Gross. He then proceeded to *HANDLE TRASH* and empty the garbage from the whole restaurant with his gloved hands on. As I started to feel kinda sick to my stomach at the thought of the other sanitation standards in place at this restaurant, the super-beard-garbage-dude actually went back into the kitchen and started touching people's food. WITH HIS TRASH-COVERED GLOVES ON. My husband and I went up to the counter and asked for a refund because we were so totally appalled and grossed out by what we'd seen. Killer Burger, we have never witnessed anything so gross, and we have eaten at some funky dives in our lives. I kind of still can't believe that this happened and I shudder every time I think about what bacteria we could have consumed had we not been paying attention to the inept practices of the staff. You couldn't pay me to eat here. Total fail.

The Killer Burger was delicious. Fries geat. Only drawback-all the hot male employees (especially the guy with blue & white shorts and charming dimples) were rather distracting!!

It was busy when we ordered. I totally understand there will be a wait. I have no problem with that. What I do have a problem with is when people who ordered after me start getting their food first. So I asked if I missed my name. They clearly could not find my order and then said "it's on the grill"...okay. So I get it and walk out to my party not terribly happy. Then the employee comes out to deliver burgers to others and sees I'm not happy so she condescendingly says "sorry that took so long but it takes a minute when we get busy." No, sweetheart, you guys messed up. A sincere display of ownership and an apology would have gone a long way. The food wasn't impressive and the service was even less so.

Great burgers and fries! I went here for lunch one day and it was packed-- I decided I didn't want to wait and so we came here for dinner the same day. Glad I went back. They are big delicious burgers. Yum! I The atmosphere is fun and loud. They play rock music. The staff is superb. I sometimes feel like the service is lacking in places that you wait in line to order then seat yourself-- but at killer Burger the staff still check on everyone to make sure they had everything they needed, including beer. was too chicken to try the peanut butter sandwich, but went ahead with the killer burger.

Whoa, I am not even a burger person and these were some of the best! The Jose Mendoza and the peanut butter one wow... So good.

    (5)
  • Jill S.

The fries are ok, good texture and hot. The burger had a lot of toppings but the flavors and textures of the whole thing were just salty and overwhelmed the burger. The texture of the burger party was soft like meat loaf and not cooked to our order. Also the fume hood must have not been working because we sat inside and our eyes were all burning by the time we left.

The only gripe I have is that there is no option for a turkey burger. You can get a veggie version of any burger though. If you're looking for a turkey burger, you won't find one here, but the veggie is really, really good. Possibly the best veggie burger I've ever had. I ordered the veggie version of the "Bender Burger" twice in a week. The bun, patty, condiments and toppings all melt together into a perfect bite each time. I hate when everything slips around and you're left with a slice of tomato, hunk of patty, and tiny sliver of bun. That doesn't happen here. It's really difficult not to go back too often.

I read online that this was one of the best burgers and Portland and was very apprehensive since it had several locations (I tend to think more locations=lower quality). Very solid burger. Excellent sear, moist (not juicy), and unlimited refill on natural cut fries (skins on). Service was excellent and pretty fast, even during peak time. I will probably go for a classic burger instead of the peanut butter pickle bacon burger they are known for. I love peanut butter, but peanut butter doesn't go well with everything.

I ordered the "Killer Burger" from the bar about an hour before closing on a Friday night. It was absolutely delicious!!! The fries were salted and cooked to perfection. Our bartender was great. I mentioned that I liked a song that was playing to my husband and the bartender overheard and turned up the volume. The only reason that I am not giving this place 5 stars is because the bathrooms were disgusting. They smelled like someone urinated all over the walls and the floors! Totally gross.

It's OK. Kinda taste like what you would get at a theme park. But it's cheaper. I'd rather got to little big burger or burgervile. The fries are not good. Not terrible but I won't come here anymore.

We were starving upon arrival, my 8 yeast old was feeling miserable and we had already left one restaurant because of bad service. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted, had our orders taken, and seated with drinks. My daughter did not, however, cheer up until she had eaten her whole burger and every single fry out of her basket. We were all very satisfied with our burgers and fries. They were delicious. The man, who seemed like the owner had asked my daughter if she wanted to put her name on any of the numerous graffitied objects. With her full belly, she was ready. Hee even have her a couple quarters to play a game. We all had a great time!

By far, the worst veggie burger I have ever had. The $3.50 version from Burger King is way better. I ordered take out along with my co-workers for lunch. I ordered the Jose Mendoza with a veggie patty and no bacon. What I received seems to be an Old School. At least they remembered to make it vegetarian, so I could at least eat lunch for the $10 I paid. Even the fries were cold and dry.

Really excellent burgers and I love coming here for their crazy hour burgers, bottomless fries, and beer specials, 2-5pm weekdays. Cashier charged me extra accidentally and the manager was really cool about it, came over to hang out for a minute, gave me back the difference in price, and hooked me up with a free pint.

  • William Y.

Great. Great everything. No really! I mean if you're going to name your place killer burger, then the burgers must be epic. And, they are. There's even a burger called the Epic. The fries are amazing too. They take great pride in serving their food tasty and hot.

    (5)
  • Lane D.

I had the Jose Mendoza. It was a 'better than average' burger. Would I recommend it? Yes. Would I order it again? Yes. Would I think more of it? No. Would I need/want to eat there more tham once a month? Not really. Friendly staff, good service. I recommend giving it a try.

After a long day exploring Portland, we came across Killer Burger. At first I was skeptical of place that serves Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon Burgers, but once I walked in, my hunger pains kicked in and called me to try this magical creation. Killer Burger has an extensive menu, and each have bacon on them. We happened to go during "Crazy Hour" which made my peanut butter burger only $6! Now that's a deal. The sandwich also comes with a heap of tasty fries. But the burger was the best part, hands down. My mouth is watering for another one as I'm writing this. Portland is full of fun, unique, delectable, hot spots and Killer Burger is near the top of that list!

    (4)
  • Mike C.

Yea, I'm gonna say it - my burger was killer. Any time bacon is included by default you have my attention!! The tatted gal working the register was pretty cool too!!

    (5)

Great burger. I had the "epic" burger. Everything comes with bacon and bottomless fries. Portions are huge and extremely greasy, but it's a good greasy which sounds funny but you have to try it!

Killer Burger has been popping up around town and now there is one not too far from my work in downtown. I noticed they had a "crazy hour" from 2-5 where their Classic Burger and Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon Burger were each $6 and they both came with unlimited fries and a $1 soda. A pretty crazy deal in this town. I skipped out of work a little early to make it over there with a friend and we got both the Classic and the PBPB. The downtown space is quite sizable with seating both inside and outside. There is a restaurant section and a bar section with several beers on tap for a reasonable price considering the area. The happy hour continues two hours after the crazy hour. When we ordered they were nice enough to cut both burgers in half so we could easily try both. The soda fountain is self serve so it makes getting refills really easy. Not too long after sitting down the burgers came out with a large helping of fries. So the burgers were ok. They weren't bad, but they also weren't anything to write home about. At 1/3 of a pound, they were on the small side for their regular cost. Because of their size, they were well-done throughout and could not remain red and juicy in the center like a 1/2 pound burger could. Also the PBPB was just too much. I prefered the simplicity of the classic. The same could be said of the fries. Good fries, but nothing amazing. At the regular price of $8.50 I would rate the burgers three stars, but since we were there during crazy hour and the fries were unlimited, I'm bumping the overall rating up to 4 stars. I can see myself going back to KB for the crazy hour, but I'd have a hard time justifying going there during their regular price hours.

Best Burger in Portland, Oregon. If there's another one (and I go out all of the time), i haven't found it. Great menu of choices including vegetarian/garden and pulled pork. I am very picky with my food and this knocks it out of the park if you need a burger fix. It's SO big though, that I crawl into a food coma for the afternoon after I've eaten. Just a warning!

A must go in downtown Portland! Quick stop in downtown and found a great spot to fill up before heading to Seattle. Friendly, great enviroment, and great food!!

  • Sara M.

Everyone here was so cheerful and friendly! Nice change of pace- pdx food staff, in general, is normally has such a non friendly grumpy attitude. Glad to see its different here. :) Tried the peanut butter, bacon and pickle burger - it was so damn good! Too big to finish. Ate it the next day and it was still so tasty! I know the combo sounds crazy, but try it. You will be so pleasantly surprised, even if you're not a pickle person ;) Also tried the funguy at the sandy location. Super messy. Super duper messy. And their spot is cramped, limited seating, and pretty loud. I prefer the downtown location for friendlier service and personal space while I eat.

Great food, don't go there if you want fast food though. Takes forever and they are always understaffed.

While staying in Portland, my hotel recommended Killer Burger for their amazing Happy Hour. You can't go wrong with $3 beers! I ordered the Teemah Burger because I'm a sucker for bleu cheese. It was great! Any place with burgers that automatically come with bacon is my kind of place. Our server, Kat, was friendly, informative, and very attentive.

Amazing hamburgers .... I believe the signature burger is the one with peanut butter, pickles, bacon and all the other goodies. It's funny how just writing about the burger makes me crave it!!!!! They are amazing, one of the best burger places in Portland!!!!

  • Shaun M.

I've been here once before but didn't remember. Needless to say, I won't forget this time. Got the Epic burger, which I absolutely loved. The burger was perfectly cooked, and had a great flavor to it. Also, while my buddy didn't enjoy the fries, I really liked the salt they used and couldn't get enough of them. I can't wait to go back!

This place is as simple as it gets: you walk up to the counter, order from the chalkboard list of burgers, pay, and sit. Within ten to fifteen minutes on a somewhat busy evening, you get your burger delivered. Your gigantic, piping hot, greasy, delicious burger. Your fall-apart-in-your-mouth, cheesy, gooey, steamy, soft-bunned burger. It's heaven. Easily one of the best burgers I've had, and one of the biggest for the price. This delicious burger is insulted by the bland, frozen grocery store fries that accompany it. I'm pretty sure I've got the same red and yellow bad of fries in my own freezer at home, in fact. They're dry and a little overlooked, just like when mom would leave them in the oven for a minute too long. Their fountain drinks are standard, coming in two sizes. All coke products, the only diet options being Diet Coke and Coke Zero. The atmosphere is iffy, however. I witnessed countless hobos knock on the window to pantomime ask customers to give them food. Staff were prompt in asking them to leave, but they returned. As a female, it was almost a little scary to leave the restaurant after dark, but I don't think I went anywhere in the city where I felt any safer. It is loud with a tiny attached bar and classic rock blaring over your head, so don't come here for conversation. I left with a headache.

  • Estefany B.

great burgers, great beer selection, great crowd, great customer service. great great great all around! There are tons of different burger combinations to choose from, which will make deciding difficult BUT you are almost guaranteed to find something that tickles your pickle. The meat in the burger is of good proportion, and nice and juicy (but not dripping and gross.) Also! I wanted to point out that you can have a smaller size of any burger on the menu by choosing to "girly size" it. Just in case you're trying to watch your diet or if you're not that hungry.

    (5)
  • Montrell T.

Not sure why this place doesn't have 5 stars from all the reviews! Its clean, the staff is friendly, and you get fresh made burgers fast; what more can you ask for? This was my first trip here, I had the Jose Mendoza burger (recommended by the waitress), and it was delicious! If I wasn't so full, I would think about ordering another. Great place to get great food, I'll definitely have to make another trip here before I leave Portland!

What a delight. Never have I felt such passion about the magnificent presence of this wonderful establishment. The bathrooms yearn for the days of cheap anal against the wall, and the burgers will make the loins burn with pure unalderated pleasure. God bless Chuck Norris, Killer Burger, and Murica

  • Matt M.

I'm still surprised by the lack of any sense of urgency amongst restaurant staff in the city of Portland. After a 45 minute wait, I was expecting something exquisite. Instead, the burger was a little bit unusual, but certainly nothing special. It wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't memorable.

  • Anna S.

Maybe coming in at 8:15 on St. Patrick's day wasn't the best idea. Maybe the staff was tired and I got the last batch of fries. The burger was fine, I got the Jose Mendoza and I wanted some kick from the chilies but they were kind of bland. Fries were sad -- stale and under-salted. I'll try again for lunch some time, but not any time soon

Excellent burger. Unhelpful staff. It had been 20 minutes since I paid and ordered so I went to the counter to enquire. Here's how it went down. KB. "Do you need a box or something?" Me. "No. I just want to inquire about my orer. It's been 20 minutes." KB. "That's pretty standard when we have a full call." Turns around and walks away. First. I don't know what a full call is. But this interaction was not cool. The burger was worth the wait. An apology and an update on how much longer. (Which ended up being 30 minutes exactly) would have been the right thing to do.

OMG! Really great burgers and the fries were crisp and hot! The atmosphere was fun and was good for a couple or a group. We went in the afternoon so it could be louder at lunch rush or dinner rush. Bathrooms are down a hall that appears a little sketchy and the drunk guy the night before may have peed on the floor. My final thought, burgers, fries, and restaurant cleanliness a definite 5 but the pee stench in the bathroom has sadly chiseled the 5 star to a 3 star!

  • Jessica Y.

Holy balls this place is good! It was busy when we ate here, but the service was still prompt and the food quality was outstanding. Don't expect fast food burger timing as everything seemed made to order, but it's more than worth the wait. I'm a sucker for roasted peppers so I got the Jose Mendoza while the husband got the barnyard burger. Once we got our food I don't remember a single word being spoken other than saying how good everything was. Did I mention the fries were perfect? Hot, crispy and perfectly salty.

Compared to other burger joints, the taste of these burgers are 2nd to none. I have a vegetarian friend who occasionally cheats because Killer Burgers are so good. These are awesome burgers. On the negative side, the downtown store is not as clean as the Vancouver store. Also, some of the employees look like they haven't showered in a couple of days. This combination doesn't leave the best impression regarding the sanitary condition of the food. Also, KB is pretty low tech. As a busy professional, I call my order in ahead because this location is usually packed and the food takes a while to cook. Five Guys has an Android app that lets you order in advance, pay from your phone, and pick up the order with no need to wait in line to pay (now that's efficient). Five Guys rocks this! I wish KB had a similar app. Still, I prefer KB burgers and fries over Five Guys. One inconsistency is the downtown store takes Amex, but the Vancouver store does not -- odd.

It's cool to see this business expand locally. I really enjoyed their Sandy Blvd location, but having it in downtown makes it even easier to be tempted by it! Their burgers are well cooked, and their fries are nothing to scoff at. When they load up their ingredients, expect more than you can handle. The burger names are pretty fun, though instead of just ordering how cool the name is, you should probably check the ingredients list to make sure you're not getting something you won't like! I think my only complaint would be how greasy their burgers can be, but that might be complaining about how wet water is. They can cook to order, so definitely take advantage of that. Tried and enjoyed: Black Molly and Fun Guy

Great, laid back atmosphere. I got the Jose Mendoza burger and it was amazing. The bar tender was attentive and friendly and made a killer old fashioned to go with my killer burger!

Wow what a burger! Barnyard burger rocks with a egg and ham with grilled onions on top! Nice combination that makes you want to come back for more. Fries were good as well.

I heard good things. Actually, I heard great things. And I was still blown away. I'm a huge fan of burgers and this was one of the best. I got the Killer burger. All of their burgers come with bacon and bottomless fries. I head no room for more fries but there were perfectly cooked and seasoned.

The best burgers I've ever had! The atmosphere caters to mostly everyone, even good for kids. I've never been let down here. Burgers come with bacon and fries. Great selection of brews as well. Get the killer combo! Burger, fries, shot, and beer for $15! Only downsides are that they are not open on Sunday, and that they're so awesome sometimes the place is packed.

1/3lb of beef and all with BACON. I pretty much can end my review with just that. Of course the name alone implies that it better be a good burger. Killer Burger is a local chain and this was a first time experience for me (of course) and a first time at the location for my brother (the local). You don't just get a really good burger with a crazy name, more on that in a sec, but you get fresh, bottomless french fries (if you can actually eat any more food after the initial serving). Quite a few of the sauces including their peanut butter (yes, peanut butter), swiss blend, bleu cheese blend and smokey house sauce are all made in-house. And with burgers like the Jose Mendoza, Black Molly, Barnyard and Fun Guy along with 10 other options you are bound to find something to eat. Yes, there's even Garden burgers on the menu for our veggie inclined folks. Now the explanation for a few of those burgers, Peanut butter, pickle and bacon burger has has smokey house sauce, mayo and onions added to it (my brother suggests leave off the smokey house sauce because it clashed with the peanut butter). Jose Mendoza has roasted green chilis, jack cheese, smokey house sauce, grilled onions and pickle. Black Molly has smokey house sauce, grilled onion, Philly steak, provolone, brined green chilis and mayo. and the Barnyard has ham, egg, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, smokey house sauce, grilled onion and pickle. So yeah, they are good. I had the Black Molly. It's a cool place with a separate bar area, chalkboard menu (so i'm guessing they switch up the burgers every so often) and TVs on and all the condiments you could ask for. Malt vinegar, mustard, mayo, ketchup, Tabasco, Cholula, relish.... you name it, it was sitting off to the side. And when your order is up, several people start shouting out your name. Great place.

This place was pretty awesome! Hey, a burger is a burger, for the most part, but this place takes burgery to the next level. Bacon on everything!!! Delicious food, friendly staff, clean, fun. What more could you want?!

Its perfectly fine place for a burger, but it's not my cup of tea. The burgers are good, but not great. I found them lacking in flavor. The fries are cooked perfectly, but the oil they use has a funny taste (to me)...I wish they used an oil I like. The prices are reasonable and on par with anywhere else. The wait for food is a bit ridiculous. I had to wait 20 minutes during the lunch rush (and I was warned of this ahead of time)....it just seems a bit much. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you want a decent burger and some cool options for toppings, but....like I said. Not my cup of tea.

Oh man, the people are awesome, atmosphere was awesome food was amazing and cheap. You could smell the deliciousness wafting outside. we got one killer burger and a "girly size" Fun Guy with an egg and extra bacon pour moi. So goood. SOO FREAKING JUICY. just dripping with flavor. The French fries.... I like mine very crunchy. these were just under the level of crisp I like, but really good flavor otherwise. :) I''m very happy with our decision in going there. We WILL be back. whether they like it or not. haha

I was with my brother and niece for their last day in Portland and we were wandering around town looking for something to eat for lunch. I really wanted to take them to one of the cart pods, but they would have been extremely busy the time of day we happened to be downtown so I gave my brother a few options and he chose Killer Burger. I had been to the Hollywood location probably somewhere around a year ago. I liked the burger well enough, but I hated that smokey white house sauce they seem to be so obsessed with here. IT DOES NOT BELONG ON A BURGER THAT HAS PEANUT BUTTER ON IT. In no way, shape or form is that a good thing. I learned from my previous mistake (I've lived on this coast for 7 years now so I should know about this whole mayo on hamburger craze) and ordered my burger here sans sauce. It made for a much more pleasant experience. They do bottomless fries at lunch here. We did not have bottomless fries because how many french fries can one person eat? They give you a nice heaping portion and I'm guessing there aren't many people who go back for seconds, thirds or fourths. On this visit I had the Jose Mendoza. Roasted Green Chilies and Jack Cheese, Bacon, Smokey House Sauce, Grilled Onion, & Pickle ($8.95). Again, no smokey sauce for dan h. I don't recall them asking how I wanted my burger cooked. I think it was on the medium side which was fine. Juicy enough that the bun that came along with it did not look like a bun after about 3 or 4 bites. I don't know where the bun came from, but it was not burger worthy. This was a 5 or 6 napkin burger which isn't a good thing or a bad thing. There are other burgers in town that I like better, but Killer is a good standby and now that I know they have a location not too far from where I work, I will be more inclined to come back.

Listen, if you see a Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon burger on a menu somewhere, your next move is to order it. You don't need a burger blogger to tell you that. Friendly staff and a great burger. The music was a little loud, but I'm 35 and from the suburbs, so I'm obligated to say that.

This place is on point. The sauces, the meat, the portions are all there. I ended up ordering the "Crazy Hour Combo" which consisted of 1 shot (fireball), 1 beer (15 to choose from), and Any Burger (Fun Guy). It's definitely a good spot to go to when you're feeling hungry!

THIS PLACE IS PACKED AND BEYOND LOUD. The employees are rudely shoving past you the entire time and screaming in your ear. OH and APPARENTLY they don't do fries to go. They're assholes. I watched them put fries out for about 10 burgers at least five minutes before I saw burgers go on the trays. Then they left them all sitting there for a few minutes before 3 employees pushed their way through the line and grabbed the trays, THEN THEY LITERALLY SCREAMED IN EVERYONE IN LINE'S EARS FOR THE PEOPLE WHOSE BURERS THEY WERE. It was painful and my ears are still ringing. I normally will never turn down a delicious cheeseburger, they're one of my favorite foods. And I'm kind of grudge-y and I normally don't care about that bad of service, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I'm NEVER returning. I had a patron PUNCH ME IN MY BUTTCHEEK! I felt like I was having an environmental panic attack, I hated every second in this restaurant. I got so upset, I walked out and didn't even order.

Gourmet burgers seem to have hit a stride in recent years, but try as they may, I just can't find a place that serves up a better burger than the folks at Killer Burger in downtown SW Portland, because the folks at Killer Burger put love and attention into every patty, bun, and fry that they serve, and that attention to detail shows in their finished product. Take for example, the first item on the menu: the Peanut-Butter-Pickle-Bacon burger, where the acidity from the pickle cuts nicely through the fattiness of the peanut butter and the bacon, leaving a perfectly balanced texture. Or consider the Jose Mendoza, which is probably my #2 burger, which has just enough spiciness to balance the cheese and grilled onions. Lastly, when you're running late and starving for some lunch, there's little more satisfying than a PBPB burger for $3.00 off during their Crazy Hour, which starts at 2:00 pm. In all, I can only eat a burger once a week, but when I do, I can't think of a better place than Killer Burger for that guilty pleasure.

I tried their Killer Burger...eh It was a bit sloppy and tasted like any other burger I've had. I wanted to go there to see what all the hype was about. I walked in and they were actually pretty busy. The guy at the register was really nice, but as I look over in the kitchen the guy making the burgers had long hair that was not tied up, wearing a hat or hair net, his apron looked like he got into a food fight and it looked like he did not shower for the past week...or two. I didn't want to damper the mood and figure, hey if these other people can handle it, I'll be okay. Plus, I've seen worse. All in all, it was just ok, not that great and I probably would not go back.

Probably stupid to leave a review when I didn't eat here but I sure did drink here! All the beers were sooo good and the happy hour prices were killer! So close to ordering food but drinking got of best of me. Will be back to eat! Our server Levi was super friendly and rad, very knowledgable and easy to talk to! Andy too! Love them! My friend and I ended up coming back later that night for more drinks, Bloody Marys, a sexy shot (YOU HAVE TO TRY IT), and Hennessy, so there's a full bar! Our bartender, can't remember his name :(, ha long hair, was super cool! Great spot in Portland with cool staff, local beer, and good times!

Walking around downtown Portland during my lunch hour looking for something to jump out and say "eat me" when I spotted this place from across the street. With a name like Killer Burger, you gotta at least try it, right? Besides, with the reviews being stellar, in we went. Atmosphere is cool with loud music and the typical Portlandia-type crowd. I was stoked to see that all their burgers come with bacon. Noticed the Peanut Butter and Pickle Burger, but thought I'd start simple and just get the Killer Basket. I wasn't sure what one person meant when they described the burgers as "soft". Now I know. The texture of their burgers is odd. Between the "soft" burger patties and the melted cheese, the consistency left for more to be desired for me personally. Although, "soft" could also be what causes others to say that the burgers "melt in your mouth". While the burgers weren't necessarily bad, I wouldn't say they are the greatest either. I can think of several establishments from where I'd prefer to get my next burger. On a positive note, I did very much enjoy their fries.

Sexually harassing women passing by does not make for a welcoming or professional dining experience. My partner and I were at this location for the first time yesterday. In the hour we were there, three men working at and around the bar yelled out at a group of women walking by. The gist of their comments were, "Hey baby, yeah!" "stop in here!" "Aw, come on, come back!" They repeated their calls a few times. There were other customers at the bar - men and women. My partner and I were sitting at a table ten feet away and heard them loud and clear. Ten minutes later, a different guy who was serving people outside pulled out his cell phone to film a woman riding by on her bicycle. His male coworker looked on, jeering. Does this place even bother with workplace harassment training? One employee, and I'd put this on the employee. Four or more and I say this is a management problem. No burger is worth that.

When your first meal of the day comes in the form of grilled ground beef, melted American cheese, sautéed mushrooms and onions, one can assume you're either addicted to Lipitor or had a particularly rough night. First bite: "Oh shit that was a good bite..." Second bite: "Oh shit!" Third bite: hands trembling, head down in reverent silence. And so it goes. The music was loud. The line was long. Tables were in short supply. I left smelling like grease with a delicious gut bomb tucked quietly into my stomach. Will I return? Yes. Were my out of town guests pleased? Pleased as punch. Was it worth it? You bet your ass it was.

Service 4.5/5 Atmosphere 4/5 Cleanliness 3/5 Quality 3.75/5 Value 4.5/5 We've had better burgers but this place is pretty damn good. Personnel are pleasant and enjoy interaction with customers creating a pleasant ambience. It rocks. We liked the headbanger music despite the fact it nearly drowned out our conversation. Bathrooms need attention. Asked how are food was several times. Unpretentious and good for families. We were not assaulted by homeless derelicts. All three of us would come back: bring an appetite for the bottomless fries.

Got the Bender burger with fries. Subbed the meat patty for the garden patty. The burger was great. Really good spice to it and awesome taste. They might want to advertise that this is a spicy burger. Could be too hot for some people. Even though it was a garden patty it was still juicy and lots of flavor. I love a burger that is dripping and this burger was able to do that. The only reason this is a 4 is because of the fries. For whatever reason I wasn't sold on them. Weird to criticize fries but, you gotta grade the whole experience.

Had a Jose Mendez (green chili burger). Green chili's and grilled onions are excellent, the secret sauce was a little too mustardy for my liking so will order without next time. Fries were good, hard crisp bite on the outside, light and airy inside. Went on Monday lunch rush, burger was ready in ten minutes after ordered, adequate staffing for lunch.

first time here & I wasn't really hungry so I got the kids killer basket. it's basically a really small burger that comes with a pretty normal amount of fries. the burger itself wasn't great, I wasn't a fan of the house sauce & I don't like bacon or onions so i basically had a cheeseburger with nothing else on it haha (so maybe me not liking it was my fault?) there were no options to add tomatoes or lettuce or anything else & I couldn't eat a full burger (I didn't even finish the kids burger) so getting something else wasn't an option. the three stars are for the fries. they're probably some of the best I've ever had & if I could I would fly to Oregon just to get some. the staff was okay, really mediocre & not super helpful/ happy to be there. the majority were kinda just hanging out I think if I were to have gotten a different burger the review might have gone differently!

Holy crap. I've been wanting to eat here a while and as a pre Brewers fest meal was a great idea. The killer burger is ridiculously good. It's gigantic and a pretty good serving of fries comes with it. They also have some pretty awesome music playing and have a pretty decent tap list. This ones a bit of a small location and can fill up pretty quick but that's alright. They also have a connected bar AND offer some extra sauces like cholula, which I threw on my fries with ketchup. One of my favorite burgers I've ever had but think it may only be a once in a while thing given its size. I think it was around $8-ish bucks.

I love the inside of the restaurant. Area is very neat and modern. The outside has little cute benches surrounding this corner shop. The outside was PERFECT weather. The fries are a little thick for me but a lot of people love them thicker. The taste was alright and the burger was pretty good as well. I say come for some safe food you don't want to be disappointed

Good beer selection with full bar. Pretty much what you expect in Portland. There was a separate bar area and food area. Good bartender. He made good drinks and knew how to make obscure (at least to me) drinks that my friends ordered. Good burger with good fries. The standard burger was good, but the bite of a jalapeno spicy burger my friend had was delicious! I didn't actually order anything but drinks, but I think you had to go into the burger side to order food even if you were already ordering drinks from the bar side. I could be wrong though, and maybe the people I was with just wanted to do it the hard way. Good location for some people watching. Good amount of seating. I'd come back.

truly a "killer Burger!" I had my first Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon burger in 2013 when visiting Portland and fell in love. Now that I live here again I can enjoy the goodness anytime! my other favorite is the Jose Mendoza, a MUST HAVE type of burger. Downtown location is great, nice vibes and a full bar available. friendly and quick staff. its usually a busy location but worth the wait. For $15 you can get a burger beer and a shot (i think)

Here for the burger and that's what I got. They all come with bacon and fries. Had the fun guy with 2 cheeses, onions, mushrooms & pickles. Had thought of going "fatty" with a second patty but gad i didn't. A little sloppy, which is good, all held together by the bun and paper rapping. Fries nothing fancy but close to perfect--small, crisp, not too salty. Music kind of loud. Decor open and functional. a roll of paper towels at each table. friendly service. was at the bar a week ago--pretty good selection for 8 taps and interesting whiskey flights.

this place falls short of a kill I had their killer burger; although, it was juicy n had some flavor, the burger had a certain taste 2 it that I cannot describe.. maybe they accidentally slipped some pb on it? who knows.. the burger was a single patty that came w/ cheddar cheese, crisp bacon, lettuce, onion n tomato.. pretty messy, but fell short the fries on the other hand were really good, crispy n fried perfectly.. just dip it in ketchup n enjoy! they also have a full bar here place is pretty big restrooms were clean order 1st n they remember u w/out having u place a number place card on ur table when they deliver even though it fell short, it is probly the best burger I've had in Portland so far

The only thing you're killing is people's lunch hour. Sure, the burgers are fun and mostly tasty, but your lack of service and distaste for speediness ensures that you'll never get your food within an hour. Thusly, I destroy keyboards at work by slopping delicious Killer Burger sauces everywhere at my desk (IT hates me now...). About that apathetic service... Look, if I ask politely to box up my meal because it's taken 45+ minutes to make it, please don't roll your eyes at me and then throw my burger on a counter and walk away. I'm real sorry you're inconvenienced by putting on gloves, but it burned more that you could take time to scream and holler to greet your friends who walked in and make their food before all the other waiting/paid customers. That was awesome. Anyhow, Killer Burger seems to aspire for Burgerville fame (franchising?), but needs to really reign in its customer experience to make that a reality.

So good for a place that opens late! We got the killer burger and the peanut butter pickled bacon (pbpb) burger. The pbpb sounds strange, but it actually goes well with the patty and burger ad a whole! Try it! Fries are also delicious.

I came because my husband really wanted this for his birthday dinner. He'd eaten here before. But even that night he wasn't thrilled with any of it. Apparently even the vibe of the place was very different that night. Remind me not to go on a Saturday... oh wait, I won't be returning... EVER. AMBIANCE: Sketchy, divey, dirty, rude, loud - no, wait... obscenely loud. Death Metal was pumping through their speakers at a decibel so loud I couldn't hear myself talk. And I can be loud. The outdoor seating, which is where we escaped to, was very limited. Although, I must say, we got to people watch out there. I even got to film a short, fat bicycle cop giving a homeless man with a dog a hard time for doing absolutely nothing wrong. He even assaulted the poor man in front of me and my children and my husband. What a treat. NOT. I was scared to death that cop was going to shoot the guy. FOOD: Yuck. Burger was a greasy, overcooked mess that was falling apart. I tried eating it with a fork, but seeing as how they don't provide knives, that was difficult. Bacon was too hard to bite through... probably because they get it from this tray stacked over a foot high with cooked bacon that's just sitting out. Not under a heat lamp, just out. I wonder if that's a health code violation. The vegetables were wilted. The jalapenos were tiny pieces drenched in greasy breading and not spicy. I didn't even eat half of my burger. And it took for-freaking-ever for our dry disgusting food to come out. DRINKS: Your typical disgusting soda fountain stuff. But they have a selection of beer... just not a good one. There wasn't a stout or a porter in the house. But lots of IPA, other ales, and lagers... if you're into that sort of thing. I'm not, so I had water. Which was unfiltered tap. Gross. SERVICE: Loud, rude, impatient, unhelpful. Sorry, husband, I didn't like it, and it was a terrible first time, and I won't give them another chance. P.S. He said the music wasn't like that before. It wasn't metal and it wasn't loud... but this night it was.

With so many burger places around town, and with my own bbq in my backyard, I take the reviews of any burger place with a grain of salt. How can they possibly make something as good in a restaurant as I make at home? I may have found my match. Killer Burger makes a truly "killer" burger. I tried the famous PBPB (Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon). The PB is not straight peanut butter, but is a peanut butter based sauce that tastes great on the burger. It's a little sweet for me, and they pile on a huge amount, but the overall taste was great. However, what sets Killer apart is the rest of the burger. The meat was perfect and not greasy. The other toppings were well proportioned. The pickle and bacon were epicly good. Another positive is that the bun was flawless...it did not break, it did not get soggy, the toppings did not slide out of it, and it was the same size as the meat, so my final bite still included bun, which is a strangely unique phenomenon. Ordering is simple...step up, order your burger, get your drink, they bring you the burger and fries in a little bit. All for a very affordable price. The space is wide open, casual, and noisy. One positive to the noise, is that the music blaring in your ears is "killer" hard rock from the 1980's, when bands really knew how to jam. I would go back for no other reason than to listen to the killer music mix! They've got a nice beer selection, and a full bar in back too. Can't wait for my next Killer Burger...I'm sure it will be rad!

They discriminate against vegetarians. They have a happy hour with a burger and fries for $5.95. But I wanted to "go metro" and get a veggie burger, so they charged me $9.95, which is sort of ridiculous. The burger itself was rather good. Definitely not the best burger I've had, but a solid burger with good toppings. I chose the regular ol' "killer burger." No clue what their "house sauce" is, but it tasted like it had mustard in it. The fries were just ok -- pretty average fried-from-frozen fries you'd find anywhere. The place itself is really loud, especially for a mid-afternoon lunch -- rock music is blaring, but more annoyingly, the employees yell from one end of the place to the other randomly. Like I'd be sitting at my table, and some guy walking past me would yell something to someone while he was right behind me, and it would scare the bejeesus out of me. This happened a few times. They do offer free wifi, but it is horribly slow and kept getting disconnected -- between that and the loudness, I would not recommend coming here with a laptop. I wouldn't really describe this place as "clean" either. It's not gross, but it does have a disheveled appearance and I saw a couple flying milling around. All in the all, I enjoyed my burger and fries, but I doubt I will come back here again and eat inside. The atmosphere and ambiance just left something to be desired.

I wanted a burger and the reviews put us here at Killer Burger. Burgers are such a hit or miss for me. you can have a really juicy burger but the seasoning is lacking. The bun is stale, etc. Just too many ways to jack it up. Killer Burger is famous for its peanut butter and bacon burger. After much thought and me actually forgetting I just got a regular cheese burger with green chiles. The burger was good but not fantastic. We pretty much forgot about it by the end of the night. I can see it being a happening spot for certain types and possibly stopping in for drinks only. But a Killer Burger, meh thinks not!

Ate here yesterday evening after wandering the streets aimlessly for a while and looking over all the food trucks across the street. (Sidebar: when food "trucks" are permanent fixtures they are a lot less interesting to me; looking kinda sad really) Back to the burgers - I ordered the "Killer" as I'm a bit of a purist - and it was. It's a flat (maybe double) griddle style burger with excellent crispy edges. In a really good bun with excellent fixings. It was delicious - everything about it was just right. (sidebar - I appreciate a burger that is properly wrapped & served so you can eat it without wearing it - I'm looking at you Five Guys - Killer nailed this) Excellent fresh fries. Service was very friendly & helpful and I enjoyed the loud classic rock tunes - Led Zep to Hendrix. Finally, they would have gotten five stars except for the storage mess over by the soda machine. They really need to do something about that.

Killer Burger is, well, Killer. After a little shopping trip just up the street and forgetting to eat lunch, I felt like a real carnivore (ready to attack) and decided to give it a try. Nice casual atmosphere. Music was almost too loud, but the playlist was good, and a happy toddler was bouncing up and down to the music, so I didn't give into my crumdugeonly attitude about loud music and just enjoyed everything around me. How can you not enjoy Friday night and bouncing toddlers after all? You order up at the cash register. Very nice guy who was busier than hell, but also managed to be personable and chat - good combo! I decided on their Crazy Hour special ($5.95 burger basket with fries, a soda is $1.00 extra). I had the Killer Burger which is basically a true All-American treat (lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, and grilled onions with a special sauce). Someone here knows how to season hamburger correctly, so this burger was not only very large (2-3 inches high), but it was bursting with flavor. The fries were just outstanding, tender in the center, crisp on the outside. You can have as many fries as you want ("endless fries"), but I was stuffed after the burger and couldn't take much more. I mentioned my cashier above, but I found the whole staff to be just like him. They stayed busy, cleaning table and serving food, but they also seemed to work as a team and seemed to enjoy each other's company. Nice to see this kind of enthusiasm and work ethic. If you want a good burger. fries, and beverage (they have a bar and a lot of great beers ) with a lively atmosphere, this is the place to go.

My partner in crime decided to come here to indulge in some killer burgers. I was most impressed with the fantastic customer service. The staff was super friendly and after having received our food, we were checked up on not once, but twice! And from two different employees no less! Tip them well! They deserve it! It's pretty awesome that at this joint, you have to request no bacon if you don't want it. Who doesn't love bacon? They would be crazy to even be going to Killer Burger in the first place. In all honesty, I think the prices are a little steep ($8.45 for most) but still delicious. Every killer burger comes with UNLIMITED fries. You read that right! I love fries so it's a win for me. Simply ask for a refill and they'll restock you with more fried potato goodness. If you want a smaller portion for a cheaper price, you can get many of the burgers they offer in a "girlie" size. For me, it's the right amount as I can't neglect the fries that accompany the burger. Come here for good food, service, and atmosphere!

Pretty damn amazing burger. Had to go for the peanut butter pickle burger. Wasn't let down. Had an ale along with it, and almost couldn't finish it all. The flavour hauled me over the line though. Great service, and pretty good price if you can get in during the crazy hour!

Not a fan of some of the menu verbiage - for example - the "girlie" size option, but perhaps they're trying to be ironic instead of sexist? In any case, other than the annoying assumption of how much I can consume based on my genitals, the burger I ordered was top notch, and the peanut butter sauce was a pleasant surprise. My boyfriend wasn't a fan of the sauce, but I actually thought it was a cool and tasty addition to the burger. The fries were okay.

Love the peanut butter veggie burger they have. Each burger comes with an overwhelming amount of tasty fries. They even have seasonings on the table. Great place to go to for a well made burger. I love that they offer a smaller version of their regular burgers as I cannot finish their regular ones without being in a food coma. I would definitely come back again. Wait was minimal and brews are tasty.

Was looking for a good lunch spot while visiting Portland this week. Stoked to find Killer Burger. Place was packed and it's well deserved. Great burger options. Every burger comes with bacon on it, so you know it's gonna be rad. They also have vegetarian burger options, which is always cool to see. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back next time I'm in town.

Man are the burgers here soft! Loved the Funguy Burger! Great service despite how crowded it was.

Probably one of, if not the best burger I've had since I've been here in Portland! Been there a few times and keep going back to the Jose Mendoza with the hatch green chiles! The peanut butter burger is damn good too! You also can't go wrong at a burger joint that offers all burgers with bacon, free fries and jamming Metallica, Ozzy, etc! Next time we go, we will be getting the burger, beer and a shot for $15!

I don't know what it is.. But their burgers are scrumptious! First time I saw this place, I didn't give it a second thought. "Killer burger? Right..." Boy, was I wrong and what a slap in the face after taking that first bite. I got to try the fun guy - it has mushrooms, melted Swiss, bacon, grilled onions, pickles and this yummy BBQ sauce. I think it could have done without the pickles, but my goodness! It was great! The Swiss was melted just the way I like it. I'd recommend trying this, even if you're not a fan of mushrooms! I also got to try the peanut butter pickle bacon. "Peanut butter in a burger?" You ask.. Well, let me tell you... It's something about this whole combo that tastes so great. I even had the thought of, man this is gonna taste weird - but, that didn't stop my tastebuds from dancing around. The peanut butter sauce reminds me a little bit of the peanut butter sauce you would use to dip spring rolls in. This is a surprisingly delicious burger. I'd definitely recommend trying this! Each burger came with bottomless fries. It's super filling!

Great burgers - I had the black Molly, which was amazing and the time before it was the peanut butter pickle bacon - this spot makes my list for some of the best burgers ever!

  • Jordan W.

They definitely give you a lot of food for your dollar, but the only thing killer about these burgers is the amount of salt in them. Don't get me wrong, they taste great if you have enough to drink, but again, WAAAAY too salty.

  • Kyle S.

Our burgers took about 20 minutes while everyone's baskets of fries waited on the counter for their burgers to fill them. This KB has a small kitchen and I imagine gets backed up all the time.

Based on thirty years in food service. This place kicks ass!! If you like burgers, you will love this place!! I always get an "old school", add egg and pickles... They are large so be careful at lunch. They offer girlie size for lighter meals. They also rock IRON MAIDEN and other great music.

I got a fun guy burger. It had mushrooms, bacon, cheese, grilled onions, and everything you could have asked for on a burger. I also got a double patty. I was really happy with my food. I would go here again if I lived in Portland. The service was fine but the wait was really long. Not the kind of place to go to for the service though. Just good food. Not bad at all.

I'm a vegetarian so this place did not sound appealing to me. but with a promise from my husband that you could get a gardenburger on any burger I figured I'd give it a try. It was good! I got the one with blue cheese and onion (hold the bacon) and it was gooey and messy and delicious. the fries are bottomless but I couldn't eat all that they gave me. The service was super friendly too! We'll be back.

I don't leave reviews but I rely on reviews when looking for places so this one, I had to post. Customer service was a big fat zero--and to be fair, it was all due to 1 guy, everyone else was great. Bacon and fries are usually good too. When questioned if there was anything he could do about the volume of the music, he said "We have 1 rule, don't f*** with the music. You have a choice, you don't have to be here..." and then went on to cockily say, "5 of you won't break us!" Really? That and the cussing was uncalled for, a simple explanation would've sufficed without the arrogance and attitude. We promptly got up and asked for a refund where we found him bragging about it to his coworkers. Simply disgusting. We went to spend our money in a place that could afford a little more respect and class. We will never set foot in this place again and will be sure to pass our experiences along to the other 1,000 colleagues in our downtown building. This happened last week and its still disturbing...the experience was definitely unforgettable.

The burgers are REALLY good. VERY good. Excellent. But... But the music is so loud it will make your brain scream to your feet, "RUN AWAY!" Honestly, it's the kind of music that is just loud guitars and some guy screaming into a mic. I'm not sure what that genre is, but it makes me eat my burger as fast as possible and run outside and go, "Ahhhh...." Has the Health Department come in and tested the decibel level? I think it might be at a dangerous level. Honestly. But don't forget. The burgers ARE good. Tinnitus or bacon burger... it's a hard choice.

Maybe 11:30 is not the time to get this to go because it did take a little while. but WOW. The sauce and the flavors of the burger was great. I had the Funguy. It had mushrooms, swiss and other ingredents that made this burger exactly what I was looking for. And seriously, the bacon was cooked perfect for a burger. There is nothing worse then biting into a burger and the whole trip of bacon comes out. This was perfectly crispy bacon. The fries are just great. Mmmm can't wait to bring my husband!

The burgers and fries were amazing. Had the epic the night before running the Portland marathon. It fueled me up and didn't mess with my stomach before the run :) The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from beginning to end. My daughter left her retainer on the table rolled up in a paper towel. By the time we realized what happened we ran back to the restaurant but the table had already been cleared. Long story short 2 awesome Killer Burger employees found it after digging through 3 trash cans. Totally above and beyond. Words can't express how much we appreciate it. Thank you Tony and Logan!

Stopped here while visiting Portland. It was really busy and loud in the restaurant so we went back to the bar and swooped up the last table. Server was fast to first come up and announce happy hour specials. He even suggested a beer to try for my boyfriend. They have a long list to choose from. I just ordered a vodka cran, which was more cran than anything else. My boyfriend enjoyed is beer tho. After we got our drinks we waited and waited but the server never came back. I even watched him walk out to smoke a cigarette. When he came back in he still didn't come over. My boyfriend eventually had to walk up to the bar to order my food. I ordered a TeeMah burger which has blue cheese, bacon and special sauce on it. I ordered in "girlie size" which is about half the size of an average burger. I received my food hot! The fries are so good there. They taste homemade fresh. A pinch of salt on them was perfect. My burger was so cute. And it melted in my mouth. They obviously use real beef and not frozen patties. The amount of beef to toppings was on point. Prices were fair. Food is great. Service was poor.

Normally have a good experiences here. Was put on hold for over five minutes when I called late in the afternoon for my meal. Staff was really rude, forgot part of my order and made no apologies when I had to walk back to the restaurant to get it fixed. Last time I ate here they had a " frytastrophe" and said they would bring a fresh basket to me but 30 minutes later....nothing.... Quality and service on the rapid decline here.

What, only 3 stars? Yup, but please let me explain. Killer Burger has a great concept; fresh ingredients, reasonable price, good service, unique burger selection, and simple menu. So why the 3 stars? Because EVERYTHING is too salty!! Now I don't know if it's a Northwest thing, an Oregon thing, or a Portland thing, but every joint up in this area over-salts their foods?! Whatever happened to having the ingredients flavor itself instead of dousing everything in buckets of salt? This recent trip I ordered the peanut butter, bacon, pickle burger. Now I'm not new to the peanut butter burger because I've tried it many times before dating back about 15 years to Teddy's Bigger Burger back home in Honolulu. So I was very excited to see a PB burger on the menu. I automatically ordered it without even going through the entire list. Now we all know what peanut butter tastes like, correct? Well, at first bite the PB tasted how it was supposed to. About halfway through the burger, I almost got sick of it. I realized that the PB had a very strange translucence about it and tasted very artificial and preservative~y. The consistency of the PB was jelly-like and not thick, rich, and creamy how it should be. I don't know what brand of PB it was, but I'm assuming it was some really generic one because it started tasting awful and the gel-like consistency started weirding me out. Not to mention the hamburger meat itself had way too much salt in it. And to top it off, the fries were very salty! What's up with all this dang salt?! So if the burger was so dang salty and the PB was weird, why would I even give 3 stars? That's because like I said earlier, they use fresh ingredients, it's reasonably priced, the service is good, and the menu options are unique. Would I eat here again? That's a tough one because I want to like Killer Burger, but now I'm kinda wondering if they named it "Killer" Burger because they add so much salt that it could cause a stroke and/or high blood pressure. I really don't want to die this young so maybe I'll stay away for a bit. If they could ease up and not use so much salt, I would definitely go again. Wouldn't do that weird translucent peanut butter again though!

This was one of if not the best burger I've ever had in my life!!! Great costumer service, great food, and they wear gloves while cooking the food. Unlike all those food trucks out there that I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole because they touch food and money without washing hands or use gloves. I'm definitely coming back! Bring one to Seattle!!!!

Loved the peanut butter bacon pickle burger! If you like Thai peanut sauce, you will love this sandwich. Add siracha to cut the sweetness and kick it to a higher level!! Wish we had one of the placea back East!!

My favorite burger place. Try the Funguy. Oh my god. They are also super nice folks. One time I ordered the Peanut butter burger, and I didn't like it. It was my fault, they delivered exactly what I ordered, just was not my thing. I was ready and offered to pay for a new burger, but the owner came and apologized (which was unnecessary, as they didn't do anything wrong). and gave me a new one. Every person I took here also loved it. Great fries as well.

These guys sell nothing but burgers, and that's not a bad thing. They are damn good at what they do. Tried it for the first time today and ordered the Black Molly, 1/3lb patty with bacon (both prereqs included with all their burgers), provolone, house sauce and mayo, green chiles, grilled onion and PHILLY STEAK. Easily one of the best sandwiches I've had in my 21 years on this Earth. The fries it came with were meh but the burger was phenomenal

All burgers are 1/3 lb. and 100% beef and came with French fries. I ordered Jose Mendoza. It was not that spicy and a little salty to me. A little bit pricey.

  • Hayden N.

Get the peanut butter and jelly burger...the first time I went, I made the mistake of picking something else on the menu. I tried it for the second time, there was just something magically about the combination of the nutty, salty, and sweetness in the burger. It changed my whole opinion of the joint.

  • Jessica F.

Killer Burger is AWESOME! The food is delicious and the burgers are so huge that I have to order it girlie sized to be able to eat it with fries. Definitely worth the hype, and I love that it's just five minutes from my work. Good all around.

I just went in to have a burger after reading all the good reviews for this place. I sat down and waited, no one came by. So then I went to the register to see if I could order there. Literally not one person acknowledged me. There was at least 4 people there. I just got so frustrated and walked out.

Hands down best burger in Portland. Already a winner on atmosphere, simple / minimalist like Joe's and Little Big but edgier. Even bigger winner on actual food taste, which is a million times better than the other guys. I usually go for the more normal burgers but bonus points for pretty wild ingredient combos that actually work. Finally, really really really good beer and cider selection focusing on local Oregon drinks which are some of America's best.

  • Andy D.

The burger was good and the fries were good. The staff is nice enough. The prices aren't cheap, but are reasonable, especially with bacon included on the burger, and fries. The experience was not. I've been a couple times now. Both times, the place was too loud. The first time, it took 20 minutes for the burger to arrive, which is pretty slow. The second time? An hour. One hour for a burger. I don't know if the wait is due to the crowd or if the crowd is due to the long wait times, but either way the kitchen was nowhere near keeping up with the orders. It sucks to have to write a place off, but there are other good burgers downtown that cook-to-order and don't take an hour.

I was in Portland for business thinking I'd stop by the food carts. I saw this place had opened up across the street and thought, this must be good because it would take big balls to do this next to the carts. This place rocked. The staff was cool, the menu has some very original toppings and combinations. I went for the roasted chiles, sautéed onions with hot sauce. The meat was flavorful and juicy, cooked perfectly medium rare, it was served with awesome fries too. They had great local beers on tap and a full bar in the back. Five stars. *****

Great beer and great menu. We sat down and were served immediately. Time went on and other people sat down after we did. Halfway through my beer I thought about ordering another and my girlfriend wanted a side of fries. Its Simple. Check on us and let us keep ordering and our bill increases. As does your tip. Instead of coming over when eye contact was made, our server kept checking on everyone else. There were 5 people working the bar side. We had to stand at the bar forever and a customer had to point out that we were waiting and my girlfriend had her hand up and had to ask to close our tab. We were frustrated. One of the employees was there next to us and rudely said, "Its a busy bar." I never expect 5 star service when its busy but I received better service at super dives and punk bars. A customer outside also said, "Don't let it ruin your day. They're like this all the time." We will not be returning to this place.

Delicious, not at all heart healthy burgers. The peanut butter pickle bacon is excellent even though it sounds gross. Fries are good too. A good place to drop in for a burger and beer downtown, and they have pinball machines! Service does take awhile though.

Let's get down to it. The Black Molly is awesome. Philly cheesesteak with a burger, green chile etc...Chomp. The fries are good and it all comes with bacon. I have been twice and ordered the black molly both times. It's too dang good!

I got the peanut butter pickle and bacon burger and it was AMAZING!!! The burger's peanut butter is similar to grill em all back in California, which I also recommend. Back to killer burger, it also came with fries which is nice. What also makes it amazing is that all the burgers have BACON!!!! I recommend this burger/place (:

My review from 06/10/2013: I originally created a location for the downtown spot on Yelp, but it was updated as the location on Sandy and my review was moved there. Jerks. *whine whine whine* I wanted to be first to review. ___________ Great burgers! Great location! Don't be scared off by their list of burger creations. Particularly the Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon burger. It's amazing! Sometimes I crave it. Now I can take a stroll 4 blocks from my office and get it... anytime. *drool* All of the burgers come with bacon and fries. The fries are delicious and bottomless. They also have a full bar. Score!

Mmm-mm. That is a tasty burger! I made my own with bacon, lettuce, onion, melted bleu cheese and their smoky sauce. My buddy had the Jose medoza, or something like that. He dug it. I recommend checking them out.

Tasty tasty plus a great value and yea the beef ain't organic, free range conflict free but who cares, sometimes you want a gourmet burger but sometimes you just want a big yummy mess in your burger hole. Staff is always pleasant even when busy which is always but they still manage to keep the wait time short plus the consistency is always spot on, consistency is important to me...how many times have you been somewhere and had a great meal and go back and it's crap well not here from my experience and I've eaten at three of their locations.

Came here with my honey after we tried to go to Mothers ( the wait was well over an hour, not worth the wait) then stumbled across this place. The burgers were killer...no pun intended. We each had two different kinds, and were both great! I built my own and he had the Fun Guy. Best fries I've had in a long time. The service was awesome, I didn't catch the bar tenders name but he was great ( needs a raise!!) and they have beer for days to taste and try out.

Came here this past weekend with friends and ordered all different burgers so we could sample each of them. Wow, really, really, really good burgers!! All of them. We got the peanut butter, pickle, bacon, the Jose Mendoza and the Fun guy, all three were part of the $15 deal of a burger, a beer and a shot, What a deal! Seriously these burgers rock. They are a bit messy, but so worth it, in fact I am pretty sure the messiness adds more flavor to the burgers. Fries are pretty darn tasty too, hot and fresh like they should be. Our wonderful Shaun White-esque server was very attentive and friendly, five stars to him for sure. Now, if only there were more than two bathrooms, and preferably non-unisex.

Wow. Bacon on every burger!!! Sooooooo good. Ordered the classic and wasn't disappointed. That and the bottomless fries filled me up in no time. Great atmosphere in downtown pdx. Prices are MORE than fair and comparable to fast food places. Definitely will be coming back again soon.

I think this is best burger in Portland! Super tasty! Burger was cooked perfectly. Fries, crispy and delicious and they come WITH every burger! On top of that, my biggest burger joint pet peeve is UN melted cheese. That's just the worst. Not at killer burger! Melty, wonderful cheese.

Good burgers, but it's definitely geared for meat eaters. I'd really like to see a housemade veggie burger instead of a frozen Gardenburger patty. Also, it took nearly an hour to get lunch there today :(

I hadn't tried Killer Burger before but when their short-lived Hatch project was suddenly pulled off the shelf and replaced with the Killer Burger flagship brand I thought I'd give it a try. I have to say the name is probably literal - this burger does not have your longevity and well-being on its agenda. I went with a Jose Mendoza, which includes roast green chiles in the mix and therefore has one of the higher vegetable contents on the menu. I wasn't disappointed either - not only was the service high-energy and cheerful, the burger was great. The chiles had a nice flavor and very little heat so I had no hesitation in devouring the big dripping mess that was in front of me. Apparently the servings of fries are 'bottomless', which is very clever because although it sounds like something we'd want, most of us are done in by a single serving, even as delicious as these are. When I was finished with a 1/3 pound of burger and all the toppings and my original portion of fries, the last thing I needed was one more plate of potato products. That could have been fatal.

"I'm eating a burger with peanut butter and bacon on it, don't talk to me." Basically sums it up. Amazing. The bartender was rad and I'm kicking myself for forgetting his name. If you're reading this, cheers. I'm sure I'll be back.

    (5)
  • Michael H.

I don't get the hype for Killer Burger. I've eaten at the original location and the downtown location. I've tried the peanut butter burger and the classic burger on two separate occasions and was disappointed both times. The overwhelming taste from both was salt bathed in a lot of grease (with a little sweet peanut taste eeking in on the PB burger). The fries taste like fries. If you're looking for salty grease taste this is the place to go. If you want a balanced burger where you can taste the individual ingredients and appreciate how they compliment each other then you should go elsewhere.

I'd write a long review but there is no need...also it's hard to type a review with one hand because I refuse to put this burger down and hard to see the screen as I'm weeping with joy. Eat here.

Was in Portland for the day with my parents and we thought we would check this place out for a late lunch. This place ROCKS, the food is AMAZING, their beer is great! We all got a different burger and every one of them were perfect! The guys that work there are upbeat and super friendly to EVERYONE that came in. Glad we discovered this place because every time I come down to Portland, I will be here!

Tried the peanut butter bacon burger is pretty decent. They also had a good gluten free burger. The best part is the great Happy hour .... huge burger and a beer only 8.50. What a great deal. The staff were great. My only real complaint was that the inside felt very smokey and I felt a like there was not a clear path of how to order or whether to sit and wait for a waitress.

The only reason KB gets two stars is that their food is really, really good. Juicy, tasty burgers with all the trimmings, and excellent fries. But despite the food, I just cannot bring myself to go back, because of the atmosphere and the attitude. They play "classic rock", but they play it at a volume that make conversation impossible. If you search the web for reviews you will find plenty of customers that have indicated that the music is too loud. You would think the owners would want to address that issue. But KB's response? A jar of earplugs on the counter for folks that complain: flickr.com/photos/topher… And that's what I mean by attitude. KB makes it crystal clear that if you don't want to risk hearing damage, then you aren't the kind of party people they want to serve. So good riddance. God knows I don't need to give myself a migraine just to get a burger and fries.

Best burgers in the world, I travel from San Jose to Portland and this is where I always go when I'm craving a quality burger for a great price. And the rock and roll theme makes everything so much better.

The burgers I would rate a 6 out of 10 but the customer service a 100%. We ordered 4 burgers and they definitely had their own uniqueness and the fries were DELICIOUS !!!! I love the assortment of condiments they had on hand and the drink selection nothing out of the ordinary. They had a really good deal on 4, 4 oz different flavors of beer for $5 I think it was. It didn't help that the brown hair female employee was absolutely beautiful and killed us with her smile.

Tried this place finally because I heard so much about this place. Ordered the Jose Mendoza with extra patty. I really enjoyed the food as well as the awesome music. First time in Portland and my in-laws needed a bit of a rest so we popped in here. The Good: Outdoor seating Large inside Large bar You can order food at the bar Small arcade Bottomless fries Excellent burgers Really informed bartenders Fair prices Centrally located Well displayed drink specials The bad: Music was WAY too loud on the restaurant side Would of liked an actual drink menu

I was reading through the reviews and realized I hadn't taken the time to write one yet. Silly me. This place serves up a good, steady burger. It is not the best burger I've had, but it beats almost all others in the immediate area (tied with brunchbox, but it's a closer walk to my office). The meat is good and cooked well, the pricing is fantastic for what you get (free fries!) and the toppings are good. I have not tried most of their burgers; I found what I liked and stuck to it. The Jose Mendoza is where it's at. I also think the girlie size option is perfect for those of us who normally take at least 1/2 a burger home. It's small enough to eat in one sitting, although usually I go for the fries first so I still end up eating only 1/2 of it. But leftovers are alright with me. Definitely a great staple for the downtown lunchtime crowd.

  • Dan T.

I think the burgers here are my new gold standard. I most likely won't ever try the PB sauce; I stick to bleu cheese or green chiles. While I might prefer homemade fries, at least they are cooked properly and served hot. Others have complained that Killer doesn't say where the beef comes from. Based on taste, if this allows them the flexibility to consistently deliver, I don't mind at all. I like when a burger place offers several thought out flavor combinations, instead of making everyone choose their own toppings. Part of making a good burger is knowing what to put on it, and KB does a good job with choosing the right flavors. I wish there was one close to my house.

Came here for the first time on a whim instead of brunch box and will never be back. In a downtown location one would think that they would remember that most people here during lunch is on their lunch break. Took 30 minutes just to order, the cashier as beyond slow. Just that alone I would not consider coming back and would tell the same to my co worker's.

Dug the burger, dug the service, dug the place. Really good burger. Fries were a little thick for my taste, but crispy.

So dirty inside. I walked in and saw how dirty the kitchen was and refused to eat there. Then I went to the bathroom and it was super super gross.

We were wandering around downtown Portland this past week and were checking out the many delicious smelling food carts that populate the area. We checked a few out but nothing really struck our fancy and I spotted a busy place across the street selling burgers. I pulled out my phone and checked Yelp of course, and seeing all the glowing reviews was enough to send us over there to check it out. Loud rock music and a line and lots of happy customers, sounds like fun. Got ourselves 2 giant burgers although it was so hard to decide. The very fact that they over a "girl size" should have told me how big the burgers are. The Jose Mendoza was amazing. My girl gets the Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon. Sounds disgusting but intriguing -- tastes amazing. I'm not sure I'd get that myself, but the burgers were so good that once they came to the table, all went quiet. You can't stop yourself once you start with these burgers! SO. GOOD. On the flip side, totally not impressed by the fries. I DO appreciate the assortmant of condiments but they don't have ranch dressing. They have enough others ones to make up for it though. Will be back if I'm the area.

It's been a month since I've had a Killer Burger and I have not forgotten it!! I love burgers but this burger experience sets the bar! I seriously entered an euphoric bliss when I had my first savoury bite. It was juicy, sensational, and seasoned with perfection! Towards the end of my meal, I felt a twinge of sadness because I didn't know if I would ever find another burger place like this. Let's just say, I'm now trying to plan more trips to Portland. I honestly feel comfortable recommending anything on the menu - the chefs and the mastermind behind the burger are brilliant! It's truly a place where you walk away full and with a smile on your face. I can't wait to go back and I've already made it my mission to get the word out about KB to everyone I know heading to PDX.

My husband and I came in here because he wanted fries after eating at the food truck across the street. He was happy to find out it was still happy hour, so he ordered a beer. Because I had to wait for him to down a TON of fries and his beer, I started checking out the menu and was intrigued by the Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon burger. It was interesting .... The peanut butter sauce was a little heavy on one side, so I had to redistribute. The combination of peanut butter and bacon was better than I thought. Apparently, according to my husband, this is a common combination for young people. I guess I'm not so young because this was my first time trying it! Anyhow, overall the burger was good- mostly because the house sauce was amazing!!! I'm not sure I will order peanut butter on a burger again, but I would come back here for another burger with the house sauce. As for the fries, they weren't anything special. But the hubby is very content with his IPA beer.

Absolutely awesome portion sizes and the burgers will murder your taste buds with deliciousness. SO MUCH YUM.

Absolutely do not understand the high reviews... I really wanted to like this place, devil may care ambiance, reasonable prices, hipster staff ( not a customer service drone in sight). But the burgers were barely passable. Hated the sauce, the bun was soggy, the meat was meh. Considering the options of Little Big Burger, Fresh Grill, Lardo, etc. This place is a step above five guys, McDonalds, etc. But not a top 20 burger in town, possibly not a top 50. Perhaps the drink specials are good...sometimes yelp reviews aren't about the food, in this case I would highly consider price, specials, or good looking wait staff. Don't go for the food.

  • Yousuf M.

The burgers are fresh and clean...but it dont feel the flavor of the patty (meat). They add too much sauce in their burgers. I didn't like the portion of the fries, probably I'd get more fries in a kids meal in any resturant. But yeah it's clean and cheap, but i wont go again.

Killer Burger...is pretty killer! Solid 3.5 star joint. Here's some awesome highlights about this downtown location * FULL BAR and rotating tap selection. Hells yes! Lots of local brews to choose from and swanky drink concoctions. Can't decide? The bartenders are awesome and you can also do a beer flight! * $15 deal for Burger, Brew, and a shot. SCORE! * Bottomless fries....who can say no!? Plus, the fries are fresh and pretty darn tasty. If you ask, they will bring you some of their delish house sauce for dipping! Minus .5 stars on this review because I got a super skimpy serving of fries...yes, you can ask for more but there seemed to be less than a small handful in my basket. Whomp :( * Burgers are good. Like bomb.com good. Tried out the Epic and the Jose Mendoza. Jose had plenty of green chilies and BACON! Bacon on every burger, you can't go wrong. The Epic...with its awesome bbq pulled pork & slaw...WOW. Initially I was hesitant to order this burger but it's by far the fave! *Service is good...friendly...just a tad slow at times. Took a while to get friend's beer order and a while to re-order. * Prices are fair and good for what you get! * Pinball in the back room area! * Happy hour! All in all I shall certainly return here. Good rockin' tunes playing and good food. Hop back to the bar area if you wish to catch a sports game.

So my buddy insisted we got to stop by this place for a burger. So we went inside and I was looking at the menu, trying to figure out what to get. I asked him what he likes and he tells me, "peanut butter, pickle and bacon burger." I'm thinking, "You gotta be joking, Pal." Sounded like something a ten-year-old kid would eat when his mother wasn't looking. But I'm up for anything once, so I figure what the heck and order it. Holy Moses, what a burger. If that burger were a woman, she'd never get a moment to herself. Trust me, Bub, if you're ever in the neighborhood and want to give your tastebuds the time of their lives, get this burger. A little sweet, a little savory, good blend of textures and flavors, patty cooked to perfection--mamma mia, I think about it in my sleep.

Big sloppy juicy tasty burgers with hot hot fries and a good draft beer selection for not that much money. Nice people too. Kind of greasy, but the food makes up for it.

OMG! This place rocks my face off. They have a semi-short menu with very limited options, but they are the best options ever. For all you non-veggie goers, yes, they put bacon on every burger and they sautee the onion in bacon fat. Veggie goers: you can get most burgers with a veggie patty (YES!), but note their onions are sauteed in bacon fat, so while it may be tempting its also death to the stomach (at least mine). Bottomless fries. Veggie burger options abounding. Eat here, thank me later.

This place is great, The Teemah is the way to go. Definitely top ten burger joints in Portland. The music is loud which is OK if you enjoy what they are playing. Get there closer to 11:00 at lunch or the line will get long. It takes a while to make a Killer Burger so have patience it is worth the wait.

    (5)
  • Autumn S.

Today my search ended for best effing burger EVER. I ordered the Teemah and the thing was amazing. The magical sauces, grilled onions, and special pickles were fantastic. But what made this the best EVER was the hamburger patty it's self. Ohhhh and the buns. Killer has the best buns, they should blush ever time they serve those buns.. Dope bacon too . . My entire family agreed they killed it !! Must try.

The Black Molly or the Jose Mendoza....my all time favorites. Would recommend them all day long if you want a great burger for an even better price. Its a simple place, with usually 80's rock playing in the background (which I love!!!) Don't change a thing KB!!!!

  • Jenn F.

Yum. We were told by a local of another place to eat a burger, but found it wasn't what we wanted when we went in. This place, on the other hand, was perfect for what we wanted- quick juicy flavorful burger with perfect fries. You order at the counter and choose a seat. They then bring you your order. They were happy to do a burger gluten free with no bun, there's no filler in their burger, and placed on a bed of lettuce to make it easier to eat with fork and knife. They only fry potatoes in their oil so I didn't have to worry about cross contamination. Oh, they also had great 80's music playing. It was (thankfully) loud enough that I don't think anyone could here me singing along.

i'm not gonna lie....i wasn't crazy about my burger but ZOMG the fries were friggin AMAZE-BALLS!!! i literally took one bite of my burger and ate 2 servings of fries. they were perfect. they were perfect. i could honestly just come here to eat these fries. TRY THEM. my burger meat was rather overcooked. dry, crumbly. underwhelming.

Best Burger I've had in years!!! I ordered the classic and everything was perfect. Service was incredible and the people were nice. I will definitely recommend it to friends and will definitely return. I think they should change the logo though...I never came in until now because the logo was unappealing. Definitely glad I came in though!

Just stopped by Killer Burger to try out the Peanut Butter burger (and my coworker ordered the Classic). Both of us agreed the business name is apt- those were definitely Killer Burgers! The PB was really bold and tasty- I look forward to trying out one of their other signature burgers next time. The fries were great too. Definitely a great place for a tasty burger downtown

Horrible service. Waited over 35 minutes before getting a drink and menu. Bartender purposely ignored me until I took a picture of him (to post on here). Great idea for a bar with the game room, but "killer" customer service.

  • Cindy M.

The best burger I've had since moving to Portland over four years ago and we've tried a lot of burgers, both "cheap" and "fancy". I opted for the "Girlie Classic" because 1/3 pound is way too much for me - I requested their sauce on-the-side as I generally don't care for special sauces. With nothing added to the burger (it had cheese, bacon, pickles, lettuce, tomato and raw onions) it was the tastiest burger I have ever eaten. The fries were excellent. Fresh, hot, sprinkled with kosher salt, crunchy on the outside, lovely on the inside. Next time I'm going for the PBP - I wanted to see what their "plain" burger was like before adding interesting things to it. DH had the Mushroom & Swiss burger. Claimed that it "was the best burger he's ever had...hands down." Bring your appetite. You will eat more than you thought you could.

Let me preface by saying that my experience was amongst a take-out order for a work party so my expectations were low figuring the food would be cold upon arrival (and it was cold - which isn't part of the poor review). I love burgers, or I love good burgers rather, but this was NOT a good burger and certainly no "killer burger" I ordered the classic without bacon, cheese or sauce and asked for extra lettuce and tomato ... which I guess pis*ed off whomever was making it because the only thing I received was a cold burnt patty on a cold burnt bun. Nothing else. The fries were tasteless (also cold) but no seasoning at all. I ended up begging another restaurant for lettuce and ketchup so I could salvage my lunch Worst burger & fries in Portland!

  • Matt H.

Just started going here w/ work friends. We go in before noon and are served our meals quickly. The staff is super-friendly and the menu options and beer selection are excellent. The "girlie" size is perfect for people who don't want to fall asleep on their keyboard after lunch. The funguy (bacon, mushroom, swiss) burger is the best of its kind I've had, and I've been around.

I've been to the Killer Burger restaurant located on NE Sandy Blvd a couple of times and have always loved it. Going by that location alone, I would say that Killer Burger was the best burger chain in Portland. Unfortunately, it was too far away from my apartment and I couldn't find the time to go there anymore. So when I saw that they had a Killer Burger in the downtown area and it was only about 16 minutes away from my apartment, I almost let out a cry of joy. Not only was it easy to travel to, but it was far more spacious and lively than the other Killer Burger location. I thought this would be my new go-to place for burgers and anticipated coming here multiple times a week. Then I walked in, placed my order, received my food, and was met with complete and utter disappointment. I don't know why, but the food here doesn't taste nearly as good as the food at the other Killer Burger location. When I bit into this burger, I was met with a strange, almost wood-like taste. I've never actually eaten wood before, but I imagine that if I did, it would taste a little something like this. I tried to pin-point what it was that was causing this taste and I came to the conclusion that it was the bacon. I'm a huge bacon connoisseur who loves to put bacon on everything, but I've never tasted any bacon as strange as this bacon. The fries weren't that great either. They tasted like frozen fries you would buy at Wal-Mart and take home to deep-fry. Just really bland all-around. Yet because I loved the other Killer Burger location so much, I decided to give this downtown KB one more go. "Everyone makes mistakes, right? Surely this second go around will be much better", I thought. In a way, it was, but not enough to redeem this place. The burger no longer had that wood taste to it and the bacon was fine, but instead it had a different problem: the burger was drenched with the yellow sauce they put on it. I could barely taste the meat or bacon. It basically tasted like a big sauce sandwich. I think I might try this place one more time and ask them not to put any sauce on my burger, but if they screw up again, I'm done with them for good. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and I received my orders in a timely fashion. I don't have any complaints about the workers, but I just don't understand why this Killer Burger is so inferior to the one on NE Sandy Blvd.

Solid good burger. Great fun menu with lots of burger choices. The fries are really good. Its casual and quick and good place to go when you need a burger fix.

3.5 stars. We went later in the afternoon so beat any "rush." All the burgers are made to order so they do take time. Any burger to-go is terrible so negate any reviews that mention take out. My amigo and I both ordered double burgers and they were greasy delicious. Not necessarily a very memorable burger but a damn solid one. Their fries are the only 'killer' item I tasted. Wayyyy over-salted but darn tasty. The $15 deal for burger-beer-shot I have to say is pretty awesome. Also, the place is quite filthy and not well kept. It's no In n Out but will do in a pinch!

Nothing to complain about! Peanut butter burger sounds weird but tastes awesome (its really a pb sauce, not sticky pb). Also tried the green chile burger--very spicy but very tasty! Awesome fries. Good price given that a huge portion of fries is included. Friendly service. Will definitely return next time in Portland.

Ok, so I've been here a few times. First visit I stopped by on chance, had never heard of it. I ordered my burger and stood off to the side and waited. After about 20 min I asked about my food and apparently the guy taking my order didn't realize I was there and my food had been sitting there waiting...? Went again today at 12:30 and stood in line waiting for someone to come take orders for the three people in front of me for about 10 minutes. We finally got our order taken, and stood off to the side to wait...again, 20 min go by and I inquire about my food and they tell me its going to be another 25 minutes! What the heck!?!?! how do you have customers with such shotty service. NO one say anything to let people know there food is coming, though if they tried no one would hear them with the music so loud. I don't plan on going back to this place which is unfortunate, the burgers and fries are not bad.

  • Emily N.

The burgers are soooo good! Would love to give them a 5 star review but the music is soooo obnoxious!! They actually play decent music just at such a high volume that I literally can't think around it! Also they get a really long wait at lunch time but they didn't tell me till I got to the front of the line- perhaps they could turn the music volume down and yell "the wait is now x minutes" or they could have a staff person at the door telling customers as they come in how long the wait is - or even lower effort put a paper sign on the door!

    (4)
  • Rebecca B.

Burgers and fries are absolutely delicious, and the fries are unlimited! Atmosphere is pretty cool, too. The only bad thing is that the music is way too loud...it's almost like you are at a concert. So don't expect to be able to carry a conversation in this joint.

  • Anne J.

The only reason it gets 4 stars not 5 is because I can't give 4.5; the only reason I want to give 4.5 is because it took too long to get our food ~20+ minutes for a quick sit-down place seems too long. The place was packed but it was a Labor Day so downtown wasn't so crowded. That being said, I got the Teemah (sp?) burger - their blue cheese melt - and it was easily the best burger I've ever had. Just delicious and juicy and flavorful and massive. Highly recommend; will definitely be back.

I've been here twice before. The first time, I ordered the regular-sized Fun Guy, ate it and the fries, and totally left with Killer Burger coma. Between my first and second visits, I discovered that I have a gluten sensitivity. So when a few friends wanted to go for lunch, I was a little hesitant because Killer Burger doesn't print on its menu whether gluten-free modifications are possible. I read a few Yelp reviews and took comfort in knowing that they can do a gluten-free burger. And when I asked the cashier about the gluten-free options, he said that the only modification they would need to make was not serving the burger on a bun. So I ordered the Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon, sans bun and girlie size. (I had to go back to work, and didn't want to spend the rest of the day fighting off Killer Burger coma.) That ended up being the perfect amount of food. The burger itself could have been a little less well-done. It would also be nice if the bunless burger were served inside leaves of lettuce instead of on top of shredded lettuce.

Traveled to Portland..... Yelp'd best burger and this place did not disappoint! Small but very friendly staff! Best burger we have ever had!

    (5)
  • Erik P.

This was my first (and likely only) experience eating a much anticipated "killer" burger. Staff were disinterested in providing anything close to marginal customer service. Burger came out overcooked/crunchy, fries were cold/mediocre, and the open-kitchen was pretty disgusting. Overpriced for fast food quality. The space itself feels uninspired and drab. Maybe it's just this location?

    (2)
  • Ben J.

Pretty good selection. Friendly work staff (just in general and when they forgot my order once they gave me a free burger coupon for my next visit). Tasty food, some of the better burgers I've had around town. LONG LONG LINES around the lunch rush time. This can be beat though by ordering ahead.

Portland's BEST BURGER....seriously...hand's down! Thick, fresh and juicy 1/3 lb patties along with awesome ingredients combine for a mouth watering bite of gooey deliciousness. Our new moto is..."if the burger don't need a diaper...it ain't worth sh*@!" Oh and unlimited free french fries!!!!

    (5)
  • Heather N.

Happened across Killer Burger when walking around downtown. Love that all the burgers are 1/3 lb, come with bacon standard, and the price includes fries. Burger was yummy - I went Old School and did not regret it. Staff was nice and helpful. Checking out their website, looks like they have several locations so I plan to check them out again. One note about this location, the music can be a little loud but there is outdoor seating if that bothers you.

This place is legit. Holy smokes what a great burger. My wife got the mushroom and I the green chile. They were both great. My kids all got the kids burger. Everyone left happy. Skulls up the wait can be an issue. Not sure why. it took me about 2 min to order 6 burgers and drinks. There were a few people who stood at the register for a good 10min. Not the restaurants fault but man when the line is out the door have your act together when it's time order.

On the way back from VooDoo Donuts we decided we needed something savory. I had the pb pickle bacon and the man had the black Molly. Everything comes with fries so you don't need more. Truth be told it's the best burger I think we have ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Portland.

I got the Killer Burger with pulled pork and it was great. I showed up 5 minutes before closing and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpfu. I settled on the Killer Burger with pulled pork and was not dissapointed. Portland isn't known for its BBQ so this burger was a welcome treat. At first glance I thought it would get the better of me but once I started eating I couldn't put it down. It is nice to have a reliable downtown burger option.

The food was amazing. The service was friendly. And they made us feel welcome and were happy that we chose them. Our son made my husband promise he would actually eat a cheese burger for a special birthday. My husband does not eat red meat. Well he did this night and he truly enjoyed it. He might just eat his second burger there. I love it!

We came here while we were on vacation in Portland. I've had a lot of burgers at a lot of different places and this place is almost certainly in the top 5. I might have to retire in Portland (it IS where young people go to retire after all), just so I can eat at Killer Burger and Voodoo Doughnuts regularly. Also, I plan on gaining about 300 lbs shortly after I retire.

I went here for happy hour and it was amazing! I got the Kiddie special, which was $2 and it included a small bacon cheeseburger and fries. It was the perfect portioned meal and for $2 you can't beat that! Can't wait to go back!

While I didn't notice that any of the servers smelled like they hadn't washed, it did certainly smell rather like dirty laundry when we walked in. Not the fabulous frying beef smell I was expecting. The guy taking our order was perfectly nice and came to our table to ask how things were later on. We didn't wait long for our food. And while the music was loud, I could still hear my husband speaking (although we ended up watching Family Feud closed captioned on the TV because hey, how does one not watch a TV that's on anywhere, even though one doesn't really wish to?). It was a Friday evening and not packed, so that probably helped on the ambient noise front. The problem really was the food. I got the Killer Burger, and it was incredibly salty. I took off the bacon and the pickle to see if that were the problem, but it was still salty. I suspect it was the sauce. The fries were just as salty. I am not one of those people who is trying to get restaurants to use less salt, either, but I could barely eat any of my meal. My husband got the Jose Mendoza and ate of all his. We ate at Joe's Burgers a few days ago and that was much better. The fries there were really good and I didn't feel like I was going to bloat up so much I won't be able to get my rings on again tomorrow.

Food was great but took a long time (30+ min) to get it after we ordered. Very tasty burger... Fries were good. Restaurant is overly loud so definitely not hearing aid friendly. Will probably go back in summer when we can sit outside.

WHAT IF ELVIS WAS IN LINE I think Elvis would have dropped by with his entourage for a late night party at Killer Burger for their peanut butter, pickle and bacon on top of a 1/3 lb. all beef patty burger. The ground beef is coarsely grounded with a few bits of gristle for a chewy and tasty beef eating American delight.. As for the peanut butter, pickle and bacon, it''s a crazy and unique PDX eating experience. Ordered only one burger medium cooked with extra crispy fries. Noticed folks struggling to finish off their plates. BTW... all the fries you can stuff away. It's a temptation and not many can take full advantage of it. There's the counter with all sorts of condiments to heighten your burger experience. Did I say anything about the fries? They are with skin and salted perfectly. Killer Burger exceeds my expectations.

Decent burger for a good price. You can get a burger, a shot, and a beer for $15. All burgers come with bacon and endless fries.

The burger is pretty darn good, though it doesn't vie for best in town. I like the PBPB. However, I came in at 12:15pm and didn't get my burger for nearly an hour. I checked to see where they were at after 40 min. They said "5 more min," but I didn't get the burger for another 15. There was at least one other guy in the same boat as me. The place was crowded and I'm sure they were making burgers as fast as they could go. I don't begrudge them the long wait, but some warning would have been nice. They're in a much better position than me to judge how long it will take. Most of us don't have that much time for lunch on a weekday. I liked the music selection but it was much too loud to comfortably hold a conversation.

Peanut butter bacon burger! YUMMM When i saw it on the menu, I didnt' want to order it because it sounds sooooo unhealthy but I was on vacation so I figure what the hell!. MMMMmmm It goes so well together. It's not your typical peanut butter, they make it into a sauce. Their fries are really good too. They take a while but they try their best. They messed up my order so they gave me some fries to munch on first.

Killer burger is awesome! I asked the valet at the Marriott where the best burgers in Portland were, he pointed me to Killer Burger. Had the "classic" and my wife had the "Jose Mendoza - girlie style". The food was fantastic as well as the service. We'll definitely be back next time in town.

Burgers was amazing, but the 45min wait to get the burger on my hour long lunch (plus time to walk here) killed it for me... not sure if they were short staffed. The front counter and floors did not look clean either.

It's called killer burger for a reason... Bacon on basically every burger. After finding our way through downtown Portland, considering the rain we did not want to try one of the food stands located across the street, so we came across this establishment. I ordered a fun guy and yes bottomless fries how exciting but the burger already filled me up to begin with. The cashier was friendly and helpful. Yet the wait for the food took a while but that might be because of rumbling stomachs. Enjoyed this burger establishment. Would like to try the bar someday.

It kills me to do this because I love this company but I really didn't get that great of service at this location. I would love to give you 5 stars but I think I can fairly give you 3. I went here with my girlfriend and a couple friends of ours on a Monday evening. Not a busy night here but we were maybe one of three groups in the bar. Bartender seemed to be caught up in checking on his phone more than taking care of his customers because anytime we needed anything we ended up getting help from the staff on the restaurant side. We had to end up signaling him to get refills of our sodas and when our order was incorrect he never followed up with us until it was already too late and we had gotten help from the restaurant side. We were also never offered any additional fries let alone had the bartender come around enough to be able to have that chance. On the food side of things, the burgers here are just as good as the ones that are made at the Sandy blvd location. consistency pretty much exactly the same. I really do appreciate that very much as I've noticed at other locations that the consistency was not on par with the original Killer Burger. Ask me if I'll come again? More than likely that will be a yes cause I love this place but I will definitely stay away from the bar.

The fries were good. Service was super slow - they need a bigger grill. Happy hour deal of a Killer burger and fries for $5.95 is a great deal and $1 22oz or 32oz sodas. However, my burger was so over-salted I couldn't even eat it, so not such a good deal. Money and time wasted.

When I learned that a Killer Burger was opening in downtown Portland, I was pretty happy. Why? I don't have to cross the river to satisfy my craving for a Peanut Butter Burger. Duh. We usually go to the Sellwood location. This location is bigger inside and has more seating. The large windows allow lots of natural light in, which I am a big fan of. The Peanut Butter Burger here is just as delicious and I like that there was plenty peanut butter on it. There is also outside seating but do be wary because this particular corner can have heavy pedestrian and auto traffic.

Killer Burger is my favorite burger joint in Portland. Tastiest fries around!! Try the peanut butter burger, it's way better than you're thinking!

Had the peanut butter, pickle, bacon burger.... and it was amazeballs! :) I would definitely go here again next time I am in Portland.

This place would be so much better if they gave you a number to take to your table instead of yelling your name out louder over whatever sub Sammy Hagar era Van Halen pop metal drivel that is being blasted.

Killer Burger is one of the reasons I can't stop eating red meat. So in that sense its a double edged sword. Easily one of - if not the best - burger joints in town, however, the one thing keeping them from a 5 star rating is I think they should start offering healthier options to a heap of french fries for those of us that aren't intentionally pursuing a heart attack. Hear that Killer Burger? Add a healthy side and I'll give you that coveted fifth star!

Absolutely the best burger I have ever had. Fries are on par with the burgers. Price was fair for what you get. I wasn't brave enough to try the burger with peanut butter! Don't change a thing !

My husband has been wanting to try this for a while. We finally went today for lunch. We enjoyed everything about it. Andy, our server and cashier, was courteous and helpful. He helped us with our food and drink choices. I had the strange-sounding but DELICIOUS "Pickle/ Peanut Butter (that's what I said) / Bacon" Burger and the Atlas Apricot Cider (also very good). My husband had a Killer Burger, shot and beer ( he thoroughly enjoyed his meal also). Better than the food was the excellent service. Andy was genuine and helpful. The atmosphere was not bad (this is more of a suggestion than a complaint - lower the volume of the music and maybe try a new music playlist..... :) ) We value great service above all and

I love the peanut butter burger! I didn't think it really sounded good, but it's fantastic! Surprisingly, this combo works really well. I've been two multiple locations and the taste is consistent. They have a good combo deal with alcohol and food.

Killer Burger has always rated as one of the best burgers in Portland for me, and I have visited their shop on Sandy many times. I work downtown now, and got to try their brand new location on 3rd and Washington yesterday, and all I can say is WOW. Same great burgers, but now it's an awesome space - huge dining area, plus a full bar area AND a pinball room!! Nearly floor to ceiling windows in a corner downtown unit - they really did a great job with the location. I wanted something a little lighter, and ordered the peanut butter burger with a veggie patty and no bacon - I know, I know... defeats the purpose of Killer Burger, right? WRONG! It was actually WAY good, almost as good as getting the real deal. Caramelized onions and their peanut sauce and an excellent veggie patty even (it's not house-made but it was tasty nonetheless). It just goes to show that you can't screw up a Killer Burger. This new spot is a major upgrade from the small spot on Sandy, they've got a "killer" happy hour with food deals and cheap draft beers... I think I just found my new after-work hangout.

I decided to try this place for happy hour with a friend. They have two burgers available on their happy hour menu: the classic and peanut butter/pickle/bacon burger. I was very hesitant to try the peanut butter burger because peanut butter on a burger sounds just plain weird. I was so glad I tried it, it was delicious! Also, the burger and fries was only $5.95 during their crazy hour. This place is a must try.

Burger were amazing. The fries even better. But the best part was the service. Tony went out of his way tonight. Way above and beyond. Such a great guy. Go to Killer Burgers. You won't regret it. Thanks Tony for helping us out.

Came in today with my sweetie and got some burgers to go. The guys seemed nice and the burgers were finished in 10 minutes. The peanut butter burger is to die for...pun intended. Definitely one of the best burger joints in town.

Not sure what some people are complaining about but the burgers here are a godsend. I've had plenty of burgers in my day and this is at the top of that list. In n out and little big burger are at the top and this place is right up there. The patty was perfectly cooked to a juicy medium, the bun was soft and fresh but didn't fall apart and the veggies were nice and crisp. The fries were perfectly crispy. I felt the prices were very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. The location is nice and clean. Lots of people watching opportunities when sitting near a window. Overall, we'll be back.

The good: Peanut butter pickle bacon burger is truly unique and good. The fries were also very good when hot. The bad: They don't appear to be able to keep up on weekday lunch rush. While I understand that it can be tough being busy, and that this is not fast food, a downtown business should be able to cater to the weekday lunch crowd. I have an hour for lunch. It took about 5 minutes to walk here, 5 minutes to order- not bad. But then-- 45 minutes for a burger and fries, and I literally had to run back to the office- and had not tasted anything but a couple of fries waiting at the crosswalk. I should also mention this was my second visit, but the first time I got food. The first time I went the line was to the door, and someone came through the line to tell us once we actually order that it would be another 30 minutes. I could do the math- I wasn't getting to eat that day either. Verdict: Good for Killer Burger that they can keep so busy. The food is good. And apparently lots of people (maybe students?) clearly have more time than I do to get lunch. But I will not be back, because I just don't have the time. I might check it out again at a Blazer game- but then again, maybe not, I'd be worried I'd miss half of it.

I had a "girlie size" of the classic, and the boyfriend had the epic. Such amazing quality of beef, the bun held in all the fix-in's without it getting sloppy. And those fries- come with every burger, an are just perfection. However, I will admit that the first time in is a little confusing. I didn't know if I needed to sit down or order up front, the menu needs a bit of re-organization, and I didn't really know what to do with my plate afterwards... wait for the person or put it in the bin? Overall, great product, maybe needs a little work on helping first time customers.

Words can't express how I feel about the peanut butter pickle bacon burger. I was hesitant at first, but found this to be my new favorite burger. If I am craving this burger, nothing will come close to satisfaction.

it sounds weird but you really have to try the Peanut Butter Bacon Pickle Burger... so good and recently voted oregon's best burger by some magazine I was reading but forget. it really is very good. the Jose Mendoza is good too, if you like a little spice and kick. they have a pretty good special where $15 gets you a burger, a shot, and a tall cold beer. that's pretty good considering it will fill you up and be all you need...

I don't know how they did it, but the creators of this restaurant managed to put together an amazing hybrid: a high quality burger n'fries pub with a well stocked full bar featuring great craft beers blasting great music that doesn't come off as contrived or lame. Burgers are top notch and the service is fantastic. If you like good burgers, IPA's, and loud rock, you won't go wrong here. Oh, and I forgot...it's very reasonably priced. Visited three times (this location only) with consistent results. Highly recommended.

This place was delicious! Come here hungry because the portions are rather large. I had the Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon burger and if I was a local I'd definitely get that again.

First time trying this place and it was good. I think I found a new favorite burger joint. I checked out yelp and the main website before coming here. Nonetheless I still mentioned to the guy at the register it was my first time and he was patient as I decided on what to eat and was friendly as well. I just had the "old school" burger fries and a coke. The "old school" came with Mayo, Mustard, Raw Onion, Cheddar and bacon. Nothing crazy. No nonsense toppings. I really liked that they use real cheese here. Makes the burger taste so much better. Fries were crispy and had a decent thickness to them. Tasted like they used peanut oil to fry them in though I may be mistaken. I'd ask them first if you have allergic reactions. If you come here and expect fast service, then you are in for disappointment. They cook everything to order so it did take a while for my food to come out. I waited little over 10 mins (with others ahead of me) but thats no different then going to an actual restaurant. I wont ding them on that because the burger was good and worth the wait. The kitchen is "in the open" so its not behind any closed doors. You can actually watch them cook the food. The music here is loud, maybe a little too loud for some as I did witness an older couple walk in and turned around and walked out. They were playing classic rock though. Good choice.... Is this fast food? I wouldn't call it fast food. Maybe fast casual. You order at the counter and get your own drinks but they bring the food out to your table and you get much better burgers then you would elsewhere Parking can be a pain but hey. its downtown portland. recommend.

This place deserves 5 stars for sure. Came in during their happy hour and ordered a Killer burger and bottomless fries for $6. Their burgers are by far the best burgers here in Portland and back home in Phoenix . And the staff very friendly. Highly recommend .

Tho there was a total of 6 people in our group when we went and almost every table was occupied, our food was brought out in a timely manner, the employees were friendly, and the burgers were good. Big and juicy!

Literally the best burger I've ever had I think, and I've had a lot of burgers. I had a Teemah, which is like a regular burger but with bleu cheese and their house sauce. IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. The superb melty-ness of the cheese and perfect viscosity of the sauce combined with a juicy burger patty to create an awe-inspiring miracle in my mouth. And the bottomless fries!! Also amazing. Perfect ratio of soft potato to crunchy outside, so it will appeal to all types of fry lovers. ^_^ I can't wait to go back.

I love hamburgers. And Killer Burgers are certainly.. loaded with ingredients. But somehow, they are always less than flavorful. I do like the crunch that the fries have, AND that every burger comes with bacon. And you'll never leave hungry. But, there are so many good burgers in town that I'd rather have.
