This is my neighborhood store that all my friends know I call "the nice mart" If you think they have a good selection of beer, you can thank me (...partly). I've lived in the neighborhood for 6 years and constantly asked the owners (husband and wife) to stock beer I liked. With the exception of some high-end Belgian beer, they've gotten most everything (...like Hopworks...which he was selling for less than the whole foods down the street!). If you want them to carry something, just ask! How many corner stores will do that for you? And now I see that have a ton of good wines as well! This place rules. They have a small selection of other household items and typical convenience store stuff as well. But the owners are great people and I really like supporting them. They do charge $0.50 for debit, so use cash if possible. And if you have some time to burn, check out the display case in the front. Such a crazy collection of items!

The K & T Market on Glisan is simply a good convenience store. There are lots to choose from, while the store has a small parking lot with easy access to the bus. It isn't that different rom the typical convenience store with it's cigarettes, beverages and snacks. I walked in hungry. The sodas were priced at or below average, wutg the little Darigold milks being priced at around two dollars. I settled on the apple soda from Jones for $1.50, in-between the cheapest I've seen elsewhere and Fred Meyer's somewhat reasonable, but higher price for it. The cashier was efficient and friendly. K & T Market is up to task.

Used to be managed by Korean couple. They were nice. It's under new management by People from Nepal. They are much nicer too. More welcoming and service centric. They seem little new to this business but they know what they need to do to satisfy customer needs. One of the Best convenience stores in neighborhood. Wide selection of stuffs we need. Highly Recommeded :)

I frequent this store and the owner (old guy) once had the gall to ask me where I lived and to refer to me as "pretty lady". On the next visit, he accused me FIRST of being underage and SECONDLY of stealing someone's ID, credit AND debit cards. He made me sign my name on the receipt THREE times to see if it matched my ID. He had no problem CHARGING my card first and refusing to give me a refund when I'd had enough, though. He only gave me my stuff back when I pointed out that I was a frequent customer and WOULD NEVER be back. Never going back and I suggest you do not as well. I happen to be a hispanic female and the owner(s) happens to be Asian. Not sure if they treat many people based on gender/race, but I'm not going to let it happen to me again.

For a convenience store, they really have an exciting selection of beer. Can Hopworks and Arrogant Bastard co-exist peacefully next door to Four Loko and Sparks? Why yes! Yay them! But they charge $0.50 for use of your debit card and won't tell you until you look at your receipt as you're fumbling with the tab to get that purple Loko open! Boo-urns! Boo them! Then again, they also carry all those fancy, highfalutin cigarettes I bandied around from the time I was 18 until I was 21. Nat Shermans, Dunhills, Fantasia multi-colored cigarettes in the swanky gold box. I almost got excited about smoking again. Almost. Then I remembered I'm old and boring and only mildly toxic these days and don't do that shit anymore. Yay! And boo! A wash overall.
