Sometimes you need to get your Jack on. I'm a fan of breakfast fast food but always sleep past 10 or 11 and miss out. Not to worry at JITB! I roll in at 1 or 2 pm for a breakfast fix and pretty good drip coffee. The Ritz it ain't but I leave happy.

If you value your stomach, please do not eat here. They serve you old food. The food is made like a gorilla put it together and the soda machine is never calibrated correctly. It's like the never clean the place so if you want to see someone else food in the corner of the window then this is your place. I'm definitely never eating here again.

One star is even to high of a rating for this place. I couldn't believe the service of the place and the attitude of every worker here. The manager Natalie was surprisingly the worst. I've never been so disrespected in my life. The food was awful as well. Not enough sauce on the food. I mainly just think the staff here was awful though. Never come to this Jack in the Box unless you want no respect.

Worst jack in the box ever. The night manager is extremely rude, refuses to admit that he gets your order wrong then blames you for his mistake. The fries were cold and extra ketchup apperantly means let's give him a soggy burger that tastes only like ketchup. I would never go back to this location just because of the managers and the awful drive thru

Today was at least the fourth time we've tried to eat here and the place was closed for one reason or another (today it was "maintenance issues."). It is not worth driving up here to find a closed restaurant when there's not much else close by. When the place is open, the staff is rude (at least when Jeanie isn't there - and I think she may not work there anymore) and the orders are wrong. The quality of the food is average, not great. I wish another Jack in the Box would open, because it isn't the chain--it's the management of this restaurant--that's the problem.

I hate to jump on the bandwagon here and this is the first negative review that I've ever left. I love Jack-in-the-Box and I go there all the time. This particular day was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. There were only three cars ahead of me yet I still had to wait almost 15 minutes. The person who took my order not only could I not hear them, but I could also not understand them. It seemed to me that this person did not have a good grasp on the English language. I felt I was fairly clear with my order which consisted of only two items yet I was asked four times to clarify. I wasn't given the total so when I finally made it to the window I didn't know how much money to give them. You would think a request for a total would be a fairly simple task however in this case not so much. I will say that at least they got my order right eventually. I then had the misfortune of having to use the restroom. The toilet in the men's room was completely plugged in almost overflowing. And apparently another patron must of had a horrible experience here because they decided to put a milkshake upside down on the floor. In addition although there were paper towels, the dispenser was broken open and the paper towel roll was askew and not working correctly. I even went so far as to call Jack-in-the-Box corporate and complain, this is not my normal MO but I felt it was warranted in this case.

I'm sticking up for this Jack in the Box. It's open 24 hours, it's easy to get to, and the people that work the drivethru are very easy to interact with while high. Some of the people working there are very polite and "Thank you for stopping by Jack in the Box. You have a wonderful evening, ma'am" and some of them will laugh and talk shit about their corny boyfriends to the girl working the fryer while you try to order a fajita pita and a strawberry shake. You've just got to be open to either experience. The food is hot, consistent, crazy cheap, and available covered in cheese. AND they make their milkshakes with real ice cream and their breakfast sandwiches with real eggs.

I have had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life here!!! I work at a trendy neighborhood bar nearby so I get off work pretty late and frequently stop at this Jack in the Box for a snack on my way home. The manager (who's name is Jessica, at least that's what she told me it was.) informed me that to order something since the drive through window didn't get my order after waiting twenty minutes in line that I would have to go back to the end of the line. I was absolutely blown away. Thought for sure she was kidding, but no. When I asked for a customer service number I could call to voice my concerns about the complete disregard of customer service she gave me the number to that particular jack in the box. When I asked her name she smirked at me and said "Jessica. You are more then welcome to call the manager and complain, I am the manager." Clearly pleased with the power trip she was on. I will absolutely NEVER go to this location again! And It's two blocks away from my house. I am really disappointed because I have been going here for years and one bad egg made me feel so uncomfortable that I won't go back as long as she works there. I also won't recommend this location to my patrons who are looking for a late night snack. (And trust me, working in a neighborhood bar, I frequently get asked where to go for food.)

Remember Joe Pesci's rant in Lethal Weapon 2 abut getting F'ed at the drive-thru? This place provides an object lesson in said experience. Every. Single. Time. They must have a training program in "how to bungle an order" at this JITB. I imagine that Jack guy slapping trainees on the hand every time they fill a bag with all of the requested items. They should have a zero-star option; I would use it here. Plus, it's crappy fast food to begin with.

I won't go into the culinary quality of what Jack has to offer, but do know that Drive-thru personnel are consistently pleasant. I'd regularly order the breakfast burritos if they were made with regular - cheddar, jack, etc. - cheese rather than nacho cheese sauce, the latter is kinda gross.
