Best meal we had on our Portland trip. It's all about the delicious ingredients here. One dish after another was just fresh wonderful stuff well prepared. The tomatoes... my god the tomatoes! Almost went back a second time, during a 4 day stay of trying to try as many places as possible, it was that good! The chef/owner/manager? Was super friendly and wrote out a bunch of recommendations of OTHER restaurants to try while in town. A class act all around.

All savory, all the time. The service, let's be clear, was sweet. Both servers were as kind and companionable (without being sit-in-the-booth overly friendly) to a fault. The food and drink were fine, but it all ran to the dry and bitter. Forget ordering a drink with any sugar--lemon drops, Mojitos, Sidecars all banished from the bar. All the wines (by the glass) were from the dry end of the spectrum. The food was fine but did not go past fine. Onion rings had a very heavy tempura-like batter, the onions fairly lost in the soft coating. Beef carpaccio was fine, but could have benefited from more seasoning. The agnolotti with short ribs was the stand-out dish of the evening, tender short ribs in just enough pasta to hold them together and with a lovely light broth. The lamb gratin was largely beans and crust; I was hoping for a little more animal protein in the dish. Specify the order of dishes if it's important to have more than one at a time, or be ready to take them as the kitchen delivers them to the pass. Overall a 3.5; good, but not a rave.

We went here for a "happy hour" date while our daughter was still out with her babysitter, and loved the place for the short duration we were there. The seafood salad--was what you dream a "seafood salad" should be....almost entirely made up of fresh delicious seafood with a few decorative greens--it made it worth the expense. The foie gras was similarly amazing, and well balanced with toasted bread and fruit. It's interesting how all these businesses have popped along busy Burnside. I live close to here, so I'm glad for it. However, the ambiance could be improved if there could be a parklet or more greenery outside the restaurant as it was a little loud next to the beautiful large windows. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was excellent.t I can't wait to go back for a full dinner.

Right now as of April 25, 2015, one of my top 5 restaurants in this city. It was a delightful dinner. We may have ordered one dish too many and two of three of us did get a drink, so the meal was a little more pricey than others I have had here in PDX, but well worth it! It was fantastic having 3 people so we could share more dishes. I loved the warm, simple atmosphere. Waitstaff was fantastic. The best part was going to the farmers market the next day and I felt like it was the inspiration behind all our plates the night before. I just kept thinking the entire meal, this is all so fresh and amazing. At this time, worth it and get there soon (it was on my list for a very long time!). Cheers!

I went into Davenport with a prejudice based on my previous experience with Kevin Gordon's chefery at Evoe. The man can cook, and his focus seems to be complete. The freshness and flavor of each item on the menu is only rivaled by its perfect presentation. We enjoyed the foie gras, frito misto (chicken and beet greens and some lovely little chard leaves), darling little nettle dumplings, and the duck breast with walnut aioli and roasted potatoes. The lemon curd and rhubarb compote napoleon provided a refreshing conclusion to the meal. I'll definitely be back for more great, uncluttered food. YOU GUYS NEED COFFEE!

I took a big group of clients here recently, and although the bill was $2000.00 we were treated disrespectfully and with disdain! Coupla jerks with gages in their ears went so far as to tell us that the chef was annoyed with the amount of noise we were making! Spend a dollar on noise abatement fellahs, this is what happens when you convert an old warehouse and have zero soft surfaces. The food was pretty good, but nothing amazing, especially at the price point. Everything was built around the convenience of the owners, and everything from cocktails to napkins was served with a heaping helping of attitude. Spare me. This might be nice if you haven't eaten in a week and want to be abused by a bunch of posers.

We went back to Portland this year for our girls' spring break and the only thing I knew for sure I wanted to do was to eat at Davenport again. This time my brother and his wife, locals, were able to join us so we had a party of 8. As always, having three kids under the age of 10 in a place like this can be cause for concern, but the staff was awesome. Also, despite the hard word Kurt has put into his great wine list (especially if you're a Burg fan), he didn't bat an eye at the three bottles I brought. (We did buy a fourth from his list, a superb '06 CdP from Janasse.) We just started ordering and spent a couple hours stuffing our faces. We had: Pork Belly (x2) Lamb Meatballs (x2) Sardine Foie gras Asparagus (with morels!) Pâté (x2) Beet Salad (x2) Braised Leek Roasted Rapini (and they brought the bread crumbs on the side for my brother who eats GF) Scallops (special) Steak Salad (x2) Tenderloin (special) Bread (x2) All the ingredients were very fresh, and the preparations tended to be somewhat "simple" although that does not mean that the chef (Kevin) is not a master in the kitchen. It just means that the beets, the pork belly, the scallops, etc. were all allowed to be the focus rather than putting a million different things on each plate (which rarely works). The foie gras was unbelievably silky and delicious, the beet salad was a hit, the steak salad was awesome, as was the tenderloin (with all the meat cooked perfectly). We may have over-ordered by one dish's worth, since we bailed out without having dessert, but it was awesome and I look forward to returning yet again.

Great food! So fresh and satisfying. We started with the little gems salad, which was perfect. Followed by the best ceviche I've ever had. And ended with braised pork! The service was great and the music selection created a great atmosphere. We will be back!

Came here for girls' night where we shared a couple bottles of wine and tried many things off the ever-changing menu. They decant the wine - nice touch. The cocktails we had while waiting were nice as well. Service feels upscale but the atmosphere feels comfortable. The highlight meal of the night when I was there was their take on goulash. It was amazing how tender and savory the meat was.

WOW WEE! What an awesome place. We nearly missed it as there was no signage, but we persisted and found it next to Heart Coffee Roasters. It's a small, cozy spot with great service and better food. We sat at the bar so we could sit next to each other and share the food selections. We stared with the Rabbit Pate, which was awesome! Next we moved onto the Foie Gras with raisin toast and rhubarb chutney. We moved from there to the roasted rapini and the seared scallops with citrus and fennel. We were disappointed that there was no coffee, but they explained the matter and it won't prevent us from returning, in fact we're going back next week.

Tasty food, but I found it over-priced. 2 friends and I asked to be seated at the round table near the open window; 5:30 on a Weds evening. The waiter sat us there, and a few minutes later when we started to order our food, he told us it was going to come out relatively quickly, as there was someone else who wanted our table. The restaurant was nearly empty, so this surprised us. The waiter was friendly and efficient; I think he may have been told to move us along by his boss(?). Mussels were excellent as was the ahi. I wasn't really a fan of the seafood salad, but my friends liked it. We ordered the ground pork cooked in eggplant, and it showed up raw in the middle (very obviously so). Our waiter was surprised by this, and he handled it professionally. What was rather bothersome was, he came back to the table and told us the chef said that it was usually served that way, vs. "over-cooked". Then he asked if we wanted to try another order...pointing out that we needed to be prepared for the chef's style, as they didn't want to have to throw away another serving (basically implying we were simpletons, with unrefined palattes). I was very startled by this, especially for such an expensive place. The waiter was great, and I felt like he was probably put up to this by the owner/chef. We finished up and went next door for another drink. When we walked back by Davenport, 45 minutes later, the round table was sitting there empty. Bizarre. Won't be going back.

Wonderful simple dishes with local ingredients served family style...can sample so much more this way. Great wine pairings and really friendly knowledgable staff. Perfect for a quiet date night or a relaxed dinner with friends.

The wine recommendation by the sommelier was perfect so definitely trust his recs. Service was great and the food was perfect! The oysters, dumplings, and beef was dreamy. Scallops and leeks were great as well. I would try the dessert a few doors down at pix rather than davenport though. But honestly this restaurant is a must visit!

On a foodie trip from Napa Valley with 5 others, we found this to be among the top restaurants over a 3 day span (the other one was Nostrama). Our group of 6 was seated promptly, we had brought 3 bottles of wine (corkage is $25-fair). Davenport only seats 28, so make a reservation. We did order a very nice bottle (or 2) of Ayres Pinot Blanc, very nice. Everything we had was really great, no heavy food here, lite and delicately flavored. Well, maybe except the O-rings, which were huge. Foie gras perfectly prepared torchon with a nice date toast, Beet salad: golden beets as sweet as can be in a perfect dressing; Scallops, yuum; braised leeks with black trumpets, perfect; agnolotti, the hit of the meats; lamb gratin, even this had a light touch to it; and buttermilk fried quail. I would agree the portions looked a little small, but we walked out satisfied, and total bill worked out to $75 a person. Oh yes, the "other" wine list. If you like French Burgundy. Ask co-owner Kurt about it, an you will find a Burgundy nut. Great list, and for Burdundies, I found it pretty affordable. Definitley a go back to place.

I was expecting this restaurant to be overhyped like Maurice, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it actually deserves it praise! Despite all the good reviews this place gathered in the past year, it's still relatively easy to find a table on a Friday night (especially if you go early). The atmosphere is quaint and inviting -- it doesn't get crazy loud like other restaurants, and it's surprisingly not cramped. It's perfect for a good conversation. The food itself is solid and delicious. The only con I could see is that the menu itself is not particularly groundbreaking in anyway -- it pretty much consists of dishes that are par for the course for this type of restaurant (think: a pork belly dish, fritto misto, some sort of steak dish, scallops, etc).

One star required to post but this was a zero experience. My husband made a reservation early in the week for 630 on Saturday night and we were hungry and excited to try Davenport. At 621 we were at the corner of water and stark behind the train. A very slow train. At 626 we called and explained and said we would be ten minutes late. We walked in at approx 638 and were told "I had to give up your table," someone is having a last bite and it will be ten minutes or so. The bar was open for the folks who got our table. There was an empty four top. No one looked anywhere near last bites and when I asked which table, I was ignored. Too many restaurants in Portland with great food and service. We left.

We were fans of Evo at Pastaworks, when it shuttered its doors we did a quick online search and found Davenport. Davenport has all of the things we loved about Evo and so much more. The food was perfect, the service friendly. Very impressed with the timing, we shared a number of dishes, as soon as we were done with one, another would appear. We will be coming back... often

Quaint atmosphere and nice staff. But be prepared to spend some money. It's a tapas style restaurant and the average price for entrees are around $15 that only provides small bites for a party of 3. The cheese plate it a total let down. Stick with the meat dishes. One bottle of wine and several cocktails and our bill was over $300. Once was enough for me.

A group of four of us ate at Davenport recently and had a wonderful meal. Among the four of us we had a big percentage of the menu and found nothing lacking. It appears that the menu changes frequently so going over every dish in detail probably won't be helpful, but what I can say is that the wide variety of offerings were all prepared with imagination and skill. Most importantly, they tasted great. Wine selection is good and the pours from the bar are generous. There's really nothing not to like; it's a bit expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

We had a mixed experience at Davenport. Food was spot on--we shared lots of the small plates and all were good about half were delicious. Prices are fair for quality of ingredients and preparation. However things did not go so well for us on the drink side. The bottle of wine suggested to us was well past it's prime and we were surprised to learn they do not serve coffee or tea with dessert.

Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a large party. No issues. The dining room and bar are small. There are maybe 8-10 tables. The service was impeccable. We ordered several dishes. Scallops 2 for $16 or $18. Meatballs 3 for $15. Beet salad $12. Pork (small) tenderloin $18. Lox plate. It's small food for some of the pricing BUT everything was delicious. The lox plate with a small potato, fresh horseradish and pickled onions was my favorite. The beans under the tenderloin were a bit bland. But overall a great meal. Nice wine list. Great efficient service. Would definitely recommend it for date night.

I love this place. The food if simple yet refined and there is a broad spectrum of dishes. I have never eaten the same thing twice, just because I want to try new things as much as I can. It is a great place to go to get eclectic flavors and really nice sharing plates. The cocktails are simple and straight forward and the wine is extremely cost effective and really tasty.

We came back to Davenport for Valentine's day because of the fond memories of our first date here early last year. At that time we had chosen to sit at the bar and the bartender Kurt was welcoming and attentive. He expertly offered us wine selections to pair with our food. Everything was amazing! We were so eager to relive our great experience, we emailed to make reservations before the Valentine's prefix menu had even been finalized. When we arrived, Kurt motioned us over to the bar to check our reservation then a hostess seated us at a table. We decided to order both offerings of each prefix course so we could taste everything. As we sat awaiting our drinks, the diners to our right received their main course. The teres major looked amazing, however the stuffed quail seemed a bit luster lack. The woman who ordered the fowl appeared disappointed as she picked at it and then finished her date's steak. The couple to our left were then presented with their plates. Again, the steak took center stage. The woman who ordered the quail verbalized surprise at its fried preparation and at the presentation that seemed to dwarf in comparison to that of her dining partner. She too finished her main course by finishing his. By this time my eagerness for quail had faded and I hastily changed my order to the steak. The staff took my request with a polite grace that is too often overlooked in many establishments. As I took the first bite I immediately knew I had made a wonderful decision. The steak was so incredibly flavorful and juicy and cooked to perfection: Medium rare with an emphasis on rare. The other courses were all good too. We especially enjoyed the deviled eggs. Overall we were pleased once again with all aspects of our meal. Thank you to the Davenport staff and owners for continued deliciousness and for all the new memories to come!

Beautiful restaurant, easy to find location, and very friendly staff. The food was delicious and they have a great wine selection. My family and I had a great experience here. Minus one star because they do not have high chairs and holding my 14 month old son while trying to eat or sip wine wasn't awesome.

Fantastic fresh delicate delicious dishes! Yummy yummy yummy and so yummy! Very reasonably prices for such innovative and creative dishes! Great service too! We are so lucky in Portland to have such a restaurant ! It's now one of my FAVs! I will definitely return for more!

First time dining at the Davenport! Dark, warm and cozy interior. The food was top notch!!! We had an Endive salad and the Scallops..... WOW!!!! Scallops are usually risky to order and if done well it usually is by a skilled hand. Looking forward to a return visit soon. It is right across the street from my current favorite.......LUCE!

We were with some Portland friends out for dinner and they took us to Davenport. It's approach to food is very simple: beautiful local ingredients paired imaginitvely in sensitive dishes. Definitely ask the staff what their favorite thing on the menu is, they will not steer you wrong. Served family style, so a combination of choices allows diners to sample many lovely offerings.

The food here was surprisingly good. After checking Yelp & the online menu, none of us were looking forward to dinner. Menu selection is very limited, description very plain and pictures on yelp did not help! However this was the only place we can book a reservation for 11 people during the holidays with 1wk out so we had no choice. We ordered almost everything on the menu to share because there was no way a tiny Asian girl can get full just off of one of their entree. Everything we ordered was amazing especially the fois gras and pork belly. The only dish that didn't stand out was the fish, it was a little plain. There was only one option for dessert and that was the star anise pana cotta, that was disgusting. No one wanted a second taste, perh5 it reminded us of pho! Con: Due to poor signage, the place was hard to find. You wouldn't see it driving by. Just look for Pix and it's 2 doors to the west. The place can only accommodate 35 people so large parties is not recommended. Selection is limited, portions small and price is expensive. Menu doesn't do a good job of explaining what you're ordering but our waitress did provided us with a description when asked.

  • Dan E.

For the price, this place was way out of line. I ordered two appetizers and split a main course with my girl and was appalled by the price. I'm not cheap by any means, but if I order foi gras, and you serve it with burnt toast, you have no place opening a restaurant anywhere on Burnside. I did enjoy the pork, but it wasn't enough to pull this restaurant into a decent rating for a less than mediocre experience... Especially with my high expectations. Try Levant up the street. That place is much better! Or venture to Laurelhurst Market.

    (2)
  • Samantha D.

After having to call twice to try and find the place with no sign, the owner spit on the street right outside which flung on me on the way in, he ignored it and wouldn't apologize. Finally inside when we asked why they didn't have a sign they said "McDonald's has a sign" Guess who else has a sign, DOC and they are a million times better with amazing service and owners. Never again Davenport, never again.

Best drinks in Portland? Possibly :) The food is great and the chef is something else. The staff will help pair and taste and texture with any drink. The only downside is the price. A bit costly for the serving size and for that and no other reason... 4 stars, not 5.

  • Brye P.

There were a lot of things to like about this place, and a few things that were just "blah" enough to warrent a lower rating. The drinks were great, and so was the tall guy in glasses making them. The list is perfectly simple "Manhattan, Martini, Old Fashioned, Negroni." It's really refreshing to see that on a menu rather than a friggin' laundry list of convoluted house specialty cocktails with stupid names that make you feel like a tool for ordering them because you actually have to say the damn words. The by the glass list was also great, as I enjoy wine but have basically 0 knowledge about it. The Buttermilk Fried Quail was AWESOME. The only downside is that they only give you one small bird in the order so sharing because a bit dangerous for our table. Maybe add the option of a 2nd one at an additional cost (whatever was also on the plate with is wasn't worth ordering a whole 2nd dish)? The Sand Dabs were also super tasty. The Foie Crépinette was really well seasoned, but it was pretty raw in the middle. Not sure if that's what they were going for there, but the texture made it a bit less enjoyable to eat. The Braised Leeks were actually just straight lame. 4 halves of leeks in the middle of a plate with a braising liquid "sauce" and some...mushrooms I think they were listed as (but had the texture of wilted spinach)? It wasn't a dish, and shouldn't be pitched to a customer as such. This place is pretty new, so I very much look forward to going back and seeing if some of these inconsistencies get ironed out. Also, it's pretty apparent they opened the place quickly and on the cheap. The Ikea curtain rod partition and lighting fixtures don't help the small dining room to look more cozy.

I feel like lately I have been really luck with new restaurants and this one is another one. Made a reservation and got seated quickly. Medium sized plates! Love it you can actually get bites of dish instead of just one. Everything was great the shrimp salad was to die for. I cant wait for my next visit.

I found the weak link on a recent visit here to be table service which suggested to me that the kitchen could be more concerned with the importance of providing a delivery at table as refined as Chef Kevin Gibson's efforts in the kitchen. Service is essentially a performative art and a skill that is often neglected in Portland. A successful meal often prevails on the strength of service. When a dish of Davenport's caliber arrives, the server should say its name and something more about it. That quick announcement -- a little drum roll before you reach for your fork -- incites the imagination as well as the tongue and creates enthusiasm for what is about to be received. In this way, the guest gradually becomes a more discerning and appreciative diner effectively winning minds and palates. Food expresses many things for us: imagination, politics and art, communication and performance. It should not be left to standard ring-bearers. Time should be taken to develop and inspire staff. This is in every restaurant's best interest regardless of the menu or the price point though particularly so when small plates are upwards of $10.

  • John P.

The chef is a Beard nominee and it shows. I've been three times and while a couple of Kevin's dishes were just okay, the majority were wonderful, creative, perfectly spiced. If it is 4.5 stars there is an extra star in there for the bartender, who matches wines beautifully and delivers wonderful cocktails.

What a wonderful place! Fancy enough for date night, casual enough for weeknights. Flattering lighting. Conversations can be conducted without shouting. We were immediately made to feel welcome and found the bartender/front of house manager so entertaining we passed on a table and bellied up to the bar. The food was perfect. Vegetable Frito Misto lightly coated in a crisp, non-greasy batter. Foie Gras with a perfectly toasted, sweet and savory fruit and nut bread. Catalan fish stew, Peix al Romeso tasted pretty much about like it does in Barcelona except for a slightly peppery kick at the end. Deconstructed Pavlova for dessert with the best merengue I have ever eaten ... had an almost caramelized taste. Get there before they win restaurant of the year and you can't get a table!!

Can't see this place surviving without making some signifigant changes. The food was decent - but not great. This is basically a tapas/small plate place - but the prices are ridiculous. $14 for one scallop? Most of the small plates are priced in the $12-14 range - which is about $5 more per plate than small plates at the far superior Toro Bravo or Tasty & sons. The service, however, is even worse. Our party of 6 finished two bottles of wine before the first plate arrived. And that was after waiting 20 minutes to get a drink in the first place. The server then completely missed three items we ordered as well as a drink without even apologizing. I give it two stars because the food wasn't bad - but I certainly won't be back. A place like this would survive in some towns - but not in a city that has countless other better options.

Beyond Expectations! Everything was delicious, the service superb (attentive, friendly and helpful) and the atmosphere lovely. We had a marvelous birthday celebration and can't wait to return. We loved the duck, the pork, the salads, the desserts! Thank you, Davenport, for a memorable evening.

We tried this restaurant based on a recommendation from my parents. Overall the atmosphere and food was great and the presentations were perfect (simple and clean). We had the cheese plate to start (excellent!) but didn't like our entree's, the butter lettuce salad and the lamb. The salad had WAY too much dressing and the shrimp tasted extremely fishy. They lamb was good, but we found a bone in the minced lamb. The dessert was fantastic, merengue cream pie. I would try it again, but wouldn't get the same entree's. Loved the interior and the drinks were nice. If we were to go again, we'd probably get there later in the night as well because the crowd we ate with was mostly elderly.

Just great. We went three days after they opened. Three guys start here for happy hour and stayed thru dinner. We had at least one of everything on the handwritten menu. It is my kind of place where you order a thing or two and chat, then a perfectly matched wine, then chat, food, chat, wine, etc. you get the idea. Fantastic food, wine, and service.

We dined here with neighbors last night after reading good reviews. Not so in our case. My husband ordered the scallops and they arrived, all two of them, on a tiny bed of slaw with five orange slices. Definitely a rip-off. One member of our party waited a good 5 to 10 minutes for his entree, leaving the rest of us uncomfortable to begin and letting our food get cold. Also, in Portland, the microbrew capitol of the world, they had one beer on tap. We won't go back, not sure about our companions. There are so many restaurants that are far superior in Portland, why waste your time and money here? L. Roberts, Portland

Absolutely one of the best restaurants I've been to, in every big and teeny way. The layout was comfy and uncramped, the music and lighting were at ideal levels (unexpectedly great playlist too), our server was patient and charming even though the six of us dining were kind of a pain in the ass, but the food & drinks were most impressive of all: silky, perfect martini; scallops as yummy as you always want them to be; crackly, rich rapini; plush and scrumptious salt-cod fritters; bright, crunchy radicchio and endive salads; a cauliflower soup with prawns which was not only enormous but just fluffy, creamy-dreamy perfection, chewy and luxurious cardomomy praline semifreddo which we almost went ahead and ordered a third of, and a dry muscat that was the prettiest shade of orange. Gorgeous! All of it! We overstayed our welcome, split our checks erratically and still were treated with such graciousness. I left Davenport very happy last night and can't wait to return. I'm getting the goulash next time.

New place in PDX that is worth checking out! The menu is interesting and full of seasonal deliciousness. The wine list is fantastic too- I would expect nothing less from their sommelier, Kurt. The duck was fantastic, and I'm definitely a picky meat eater. One tip: go early, since it's a new place, they are still working on stocking up on things. I am excited to go back try some new items.

Yes, the food is good. I guess I'm so spoiled with restaurants in Portland that aren't as pricey but every bit as good that when the bill is $45.00 for a glass of wine, a small entree and dessert, that it's a shock. The food was fresh, the service was good (I sat at the bar) and had it not been for the guy next to me who found it necessary to be on his phone the whole time so that I knew every intimate detail of his life, would have been quite pleasant. The glass of Pinot was very nice. I had the pork tenderloin which was served rare, sort of surprising, but was told by the bar man that there hasn't been a case of trichinosis since forever...still would have preferred it a bit better done than rare. Very clean tastes all around. The Meyer Lemon Panna Cotta was spectacular. Just felt there are dozens of restaurants that serve good, fresh food that aren't as expensive... Was nice that it wasn't horribly loud and the tables looked well spaced and the atmosphere was very nice. No restaurant sign? Just a bit too hip for me.

Really terrible. Leeks were overlooked and bitter. We sent them back. Thought about ordering more but glad we didn't. The cabbage rolls were simply not good. The clams and beans were an odd combination. The ovecooked beans and heavy sauce crushed those poor little clams. Prices: ridiculous. Oh, we didn't order the $14 scallop (yup just one for your family style experience!). The place was packed, though. Go figure, but go somewhere else.

After an unexpectedly long wait (said 20 minutes; was just shy of an hour), the meal was particularly underwhelming. Bread was a stingy portion but delicious. Our meals came out at different times. Lamb ragu was meh with a bland cheese crust and no pasta or grain to balance out the flavors. Agnolotti was also a small portion with under-cooked filling. Drinks were delicious. Too many great restaurants in Portland to return here.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Food cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly, not like the undersalted proteins one so often finds these days. The scallops were like silk transformed into food, the duck perfectly cooked. The accompanying sides were luscious, especially the brussel sprouts. Service was friendly and informed. Couldn't be happier and will return and highly recommend.

Warm and comfortable space staffed with nice people and carefully prepared, simple, delicious food. Great music, not too loud. Good for conversation. All this from one of Portland's most important talents in the kitchen. Prices are comparable to other restaurants especially for pristine ingredients like fresh (not frozen) duck breast and sea scallop and hand selected oysters. Wash it down with a muscdadet or bougogne blanc and you have a perfect night. My new living room!

Another fantastic meal by Kevin Gibson tonight. We're so thrilled to be able to join Kevin and Kurt and Garret again in a wonderful setting. While the food is reminiscent of some of our EVOE favorites, the menu is unique and changes nightly. The chicken thigh was outstanding! We're already looking forward to our next opportunity to go out to Davenport.
