The nicest dining room of any DQ in the USA, uniquely designed above brand. Full grill, ice cream, AND Orange Julius. The staff is well-trained and friendly, and I've never experienced the issues other Yelpers mention. If I was 14, I'd probably never leave.

Yes, we're still coming here. But why? The decor has been updated. I bet they spent $100,000 to convert the place from a sticky, dingy, down-home kind of place to a sterile-yet-somehow-still-sticky, clinical, cookiecutter joint: maybe we're at the Pasadena DQ, maybe the Garden Home DQ, maybe the Tallahassee DQ. Who can tell? And they still can't get my orders right. I hereby promise myself to never come back except for the awesome blizzards.

Food was okay (burger good but fries were soggy). Service was not friendly. I was not greeted or thanked when I paid. The person that delivered the food simply said, "Here you go" and dropped the tray on the table. This is not typical of my experience at other DQs. I took my desert money across the street to Baskin Robbins where I experienced great service.

This Dairy Queen sucks! We spent a small fortune on a few blizzards and a ice cream sandwich. The blizzards were vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of Oreo topping. Not mixed in at all and the ice cream sandwich was the size of a Oreo cookie. Don't waste your time coming here you will just be disappointed like we were!

Went here for lunch yesterday. Wow... food was pretty awful. Fries weren't cooked enough, my chicken bacon ranch sandwich tasted like something they just grabbed out of the fridge and nuked. And when I asked for a side of mayo (for my fries), they charged me $0.25. Really? Oh... and after the major remodel, they still didn't fix the broken railing by the front entrance. So much for welcoming their patrons with disabilities! Staff was awesome though. Two thumbs up for them.

I've been coming here off and on for over 30 years, since my very early life. I never had a bad dining experience there. However, in the past maybe 10-15 years I have only used the drive-up window, never went inside, so not sure how things look in there now. The food was always top-notch quality. It was always on the high-side as far as pricing, but the quality was always good. I liked the chicken sandwiches and crunchy chicken salad with honey mustard dressing. Not as big a fan of red meat but the burgers were always tasty. The drive-up window workers were always very, very nice. We had a yorkie terrier dog and they always gave doggie vanilla ice cream cones. The blizzards....I usually got about one of them a year. They're very rich, and even higher in fat than a milkshake. But I had so many great times there that I really can't complain. Since I moved to California 10 years ago, I have only found one other DQ and it was a small stand in a shopping mall in Santa Monica. They closed, due to lack of business I think. If you want low-fat ice cream, just get a vanilla cone from DQ. Even the dip (chocolate, caramel, strawberry, etc.) does not add much more fat or calories. I will make an admission - my favorite fast food resto has always been and will always be Wendy's, mainly because it has a homespun feeling. But, DQ has that same quality, and I like that, and that's why I will always be a fan.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday party, only to discover after my friend picked it up that they had used the wrong icing color. I ordered online so there's no way they misheard. In fact, the correct color was clearly specified on the receipt they taped to the container. Plus, why would anyone want brown icing on a brown cake? Come on. My other issue was that the Blizzard cake had ice crystals when we got it, which meant that it had already melted slightly and then refrozen. Not only is this a potential risk for bacterial growth but it also made the cake slightly gritty. Suffice it to say we won't be coming back to this location.

This place sucks, everyone has an attitude, no one smiles or acts friendly, they took 15mins to make my order when it was completely dead. I was the only customer. They refuse to take cash higher than a $20, dont offer bags, act like jerks, and all around suck at customer service. They didnt offer me a bag and just piled everything in my arms. How was I supposed to open the door? You guys are idiots. Ill never come back. Probably why youre dead at 5pm on a wednesday.

They have a promotion of buy 1 Blizzard get another 1 for 99 cents. We ordered through the Drive Thru for couple of burgers, fries, and two blizzards. We paid and I thought it was more than it supposed to be. I checked it afterwards and yes we got charged regular price for 1 medium blizzard and 1 small blizzard. We didn't get the small one for $0.99. Good Blizzards, promotion is such a rip off.
