    This location is very friendly and on the ball. Some people are willing to make suggestions when you are standing there and can't really make up your mind and are also willing to answer questions while taking your order to insure you get what you want and to make sure not to give you anything that might be an allergy. Great place to be and chill with the wi fi.

    Best fast food I have ever had! I was very cautious when a friend said I had to try it, I was like we have burger joints at home. But I was pleasantly surprised with fresh in season strawberry shake and awesome sweet potato fries! The burger was great as well. Will definitely return anytime.

    the service at this location is so disappointing.... always. drive-thru is okay at best but counter service is usually awful and forgetting. the food seems worse than other bugervilles in quality. i very recently took advantage of their bogo pepper bacon cheeseburger and was very very disappointed in the quality and service. usually a bogo offer is in place to gain new customers... that burger was small, gross, and a disappointment in every way..

    For a fast food place, the food was great!! The chocolate milkshake- YUM! They are even kind of eco-friendly, which is kind of cool. You gotta have the Tillamook burger though.

    When I starting rating the other one, I thought of this location and thought about how dirty it felt and the fact you have to ask for a key to get in the bathroom. I don't prefer this location. They are super nice when they wait on you though, but it just doesn't feel like one of their better locations. The food is consistent with other Burgerville locations.

    Wow!! First review of this place. This burgerville has been here a long time. I'm form the area and have always enjoyed their cheeseburgers, fries, and shakes. When I get back up to the Portland area I try and get here at least once. It is fast food but something about the sauce on their cheeseburgers makes them good. Great seasonal shakes too!

    If I give this place any less than 3 stars my Burgerville loving boyfriend wouldn't speak to me for a few days. I was informed on our way in to the parking lot that I had to get the fry sauce above anything else. I ordere what I thought was a cheeseburger with lots of accessories only to receive a burger with a weird sauce and nothing else on it. Annoyed, I ate it and decided my boyfriend was crazy for loving this place so much. The burger seemed to be smothered in this "fry sauce" and I can assure you I'm no fan. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that I just had a bad first experience but I wouldn't go out on a limb and say this is an amazing must go to spot.

    Sloooooooow drive thru!!!! Spent over 10 minutes waiting and there were only 2 cars in front of us (and they has both already ordered when we pulled in). Yes, the food was hot and tasted ok, but, it was sloppy and they didn't follow basic instructions/requests. Call me crazy, but, I like the cheese ON my burger, not 1/3 on and 2/3 off. The sauce was mostly on the wrapper and top/side of the bun (and we ordered light sauce to avoid a mess--ha!). Not fun with little kids. Definitely not the typical Burgerville experience, but, sadly, not abnormal for this location.

    For the prices they charge and the amount of food you get it's really not worth going here. I paid just under 10 bucks for 3 piece fish and chips. It was three small triangle fish patties and the regular French fries. The burger my husband had was tiny as well for the price of just under 10 bucks. The meat patty was paper thin and if not for the lettuce and tomato they put on the bun it would have been a very meager meal. For the prices they charge I know its "fresh and local" but they really have to bulk up the quantity of food to meet the quality of food for this restaurant chain or lower the prices.
