I remember the days when Burgerville was the local equivalent of McDonalds. Food was always fast, cheap, and good. I haven't been to a Burgerville in about 20 years and won't be going back anytime soon. Average food at best but much more expensive. I could have taken my family to a sit-down restaurant for the price I paid here. Service at this location was friendly but slow. We had a turkey burger, the 4-piece fish & chips, the Tillamook burger and a regular burger. There are no combo meals. The 4 of us are done eating and still hungry. Looking out the hotel window and pondering a trip to Elmer's now.

Burgerville, Burgerville oh how art thou Burgerville?!! Burgerville is definitely the best fast food restaurant EVER!! But, when you hear the word best you know that it comes with a price... Literally $$ So... it's more spendy to eat here, but that doesn't matter to me because I'm looking for quality. Now that I'm back in my hometown I will never eat at any other fast food restaurant. The ice cream is real.. Yes, Tillamook ice cream and its amazing! Everything from their fish sandwiches, to the turkey burgers, sweet potatoe fries and everything in between is scrumptious (lol). I've never had a bad experience at any of the locations and my food is consistently fresh and hot. So when it comes to fast food don't cheat yourself, treat yourself and spend a couple extra dollars for a better experience. You won't be disappointed, and if you are have them make it again and I'm sure you'll still leave with a smile. Happy Yelping...

Over priced, rude cashier, and the restaurant was dirty. The food was sub-par and the onion rings were over cooked. Would have rather just gone to Wendy's across the street!

You spend $10.50 on a fast meal you think it would be warm. This seems to be a regular thing now.

The service is always good. Everyone who works there is friendly. The food is decent, because well it's Burgerville. Based on these two factors it gets three stars. However............. As far as burgervilles go this is the worst one I've been in as far as food quality. They also seem to be more expensive than other locations but then it's near the airport so that really goes without saying. Yes they have that burgerville taste, but the fries are always too stiff, and it doesn't have that burgerville magic in the burgers. Sorry guys.

YAY - I am a fan. Love that Bargerville has roots in the same city I live in. It is always crazy to think that something could be around for SO long and continue to get better, one burger at a time. Honestly, there is no comparison to the original cheese burger. The creamy goodness of the original spread the ketchup, cheese .. all in one mouthwatering bite is great. Normally I don't do fast food. But when I do, and if a burgerville is near you will find me muching on a double original cheese burger. Delicious.

I can't tell you how much I love Walla Walla onion rings. I wait for this magic all year! Now the O-rings never disappoint, but this review is about the service. It is very rare to find amazing service in fast food, but Burgerville seems to have that down to a science at this location. Incredibly friendly staff. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a massive smile from the cashier, and big ol' "Welcome," from another employee. While we were deciding what flavor of milkshake to get (we had a buy 1 get 1 coupon) the lovely cashier informed my sister and I that she could make a blend of any 2 milkshake flavors, if we wanted.... oh, and we wanted. We went with a Blackberry/Chocolate blend, and it may go down in history as the best decision of our lives. Also, big shout out to the super friendly employee that made sure to verbally let us know where the floor might be a little slippery due to a spill, (even though there was already a very visible slippery floor sign.) Good lookin' out man. :) Burgerville is leaps and bounds ahead of any other fast food out there!!!

Went got in line at the drive thru. There was probably 6 cars in front of us at about 10:30pm. So they were really busy which was fine. We get up to the speaker and wait a little while, then my friend says "hello" trying to see if they were there maybe waiting for us to order? We weren't sure. The lady gets on the speaker and very very rudely says "we are really backed up and busy I will be with you soon!!" Her voice was very snotty and so unprofessional. Then when we were able to order each thing we ordered she would ask "is that all!?" Basically yelling at us. Most unprofessional person to ever take my order. I've never seen that lady there before but whoever she is needs to be taught some manners. Otherwise I really love this location because I grew up in Parkrose. That lady just needs to go.

I have only been to a Burgerville once before this-- But i saw a damn commercial for this Raspberry shake and since its been pretty warm out, i decided that i needed a cold treat. So, 5 stars right off the bat for the Raspberry Milkshake. Its delish, and i will make a point to go back and get one before the "season" is over. I also tried the Walla Walla onion rings. At first, i was a little skeptical because they are way too expensive for onion rings, but then i got the order and my mouth literally hung open in shock. They were huge, gargantuan! Not to mention, fried perfectly. Gotta love the #FATLIFE.

I just dont get why everyone loves Burgerville. Average at best and overpriced. Shakes are good but for the price I can go somewhere nicer.

Tried this place based on reviews as well as it being close to the hotel at which we were staying. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I glanced at the menu and had to do a double take. The prices are high! 8 bucks for a combo meal and another 2+ bucks to upside it? Holy crap! Almost $4 for three onion rings? Gadzooks! Well decided to give it a go. The food came and we dug in. The burger was a bit on the small and plain side although it did taste good. The onion rings were huge and tasted very good. Fries were fewer than I would like for the amount of money we paid. Overall i consider this place a poor value. I really didn't feel like I got good bang for my buck. For that reason we won't be back.

Only in Portland, eh? Healthy fast food doesn't even begin to cover it. Great quality, fantastic nutrition info on all items, selections that include gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and probably five other things I'm forgetting. My plain cheeseburger was really good, as was the yogurt smoothie (better than a shake, still DELISH) And can you believe it, a 'Walk More' themed coloring book for the kids meal. Only in Portland!

  • RUBEN D.

Ok let me just say that the burger is no match to let's say in n out or five guys. The onion rings are seasonal so I didn't get to try them. The shake was awesome! I was expecting more and wasn't really impressed with this place. The burger is about a 2 star and the shake is a 5 so I gave it a 3 star since they didn't have the onion rings.

The peppered bacon burger was delicious and the onion rings exceptional. I wish they had one of these in San Jose, CA. The burgers are less greasy and had a great beef flavor, better than smash burger, in n out, or five guys back home. Well done!

  • Alexis M.

I wish there was a BurgerVille in SoCal. They are all locally owned. You can really taste the freshness of all the food. There are a ton of different options, so even if you want something healthy you can have it. They can meet all of your diet restrictions. I only wish i could have been in Portland when they had the Walla Walla Onion Rings...i can only imagine how bomb they would be.
