Babaganoush!!! HAHA. my friends and i used to say that when we saw a cute guy around. This place is great! I love the fact that thet sell all the goodies inside the market, on top of making really good food. They have HANUTA! And really good Baklava too. I had to get a gyros, this being my first time and all. I ordered it to-go and it made it safely back to work and was not soggy, which is good becuase soggy=terrible. When i opened it up, it was stuffed full of lamb/beef meat as well as lettuce, tomato, onion and the tatziki sauce. I saw a few complaints of too much sauce, but you can never have enough tatziki! My cowoker had the gyros platter and that looked really awesome as well. It was basically a plate full of gyros makings... Parking is easy, it was a little busy inside the market but my food came out within 5-10 minutes. So glad i found this little gem.

One of the things my wife and I were concerned about when we let Phoenix was that our favorite Gyros restaurant was being left behind. We tried a number of places, but were always left wanting. Then, I went into Anoush for lunch after finding it on Yelp. LOVE the gyros, great desserts etc. As a small business owner, I know how difficult it is to 'make it,' and one of the major reasons I like coming back is that the gals in the back as well as the guy who runs the counter are always in a great mood, great you with a real, actual smile, (not one of those BS, spend money in our store) smiles. My sandwich is usually ready before I am, and between the great quality and the awesome service, we have definitely put this place into our lunch 'rotation.' If you like great gyros or baklava, check them out!

Freshly prepared, reasonably priced Mediterranean cuisine at a Russian/Moldovan market? Absolutely! $19 stuffed and watered (Kvass ftw) 2 males in need of pre-golf nourishment. The Super Platter, consisting of shaved pork and lamb, dolma, warm pita w/ homemade hummus & tabbouleh, plus a salad, couldn't be more tasty or nourishing.

I had an excellent falafal sandwich, but I would have preferred pita that was a little more right-out-of-the-oven tasting. I came in after 6pm though, so maybe I was late for the day. Falafal was some of the very best I've had, crispy on the outside, moist and filling on the inside, paired with lettuce and drizzled with tzatziki sauce. Had a bite of my wife's gyro and it was excellent. Not too overpoweringly heavy, delicate balance of flavors. When I come back I am going to order one with some hummus smeared on the pita and I it should be five stars for my taste.

I stopped in because of yelp reviews, and I must say a very good lunch for 5.99. The gyro was great. Thanks yelp users

I really like this place. When I lived in parkrose, the happy surprises were few and far between. But soon after moving to portland, I discovered the goodwill on 122nd and anoush deli next door. Goodwill has since moved, and the salvation army in its place is quite overpriced (more than gw). But anoush deli never disappointed me. It's not fancy, it's not stylish, it's not even really a restaurant - but more of a deli (and mediteranian(sp) market) with a couple tables. But the gyros and falafels are as authentic and good as they get. Just thinking about it makes me hungry.... must be dinnertime.

  • Kathy W.

Such deliciousness...amazing gyros followed with baklava! MMMMM - goooood!!! And affordable. Anoush used to have this sweet deal where you could get two gyros with drinks for $10 bucks, but times do change. Still, you can get a gyro for something like $5.00? I forget but it is worth at least that! So friggin' satisfying. And as a grocery...quite interesting to prowl around and look at all the imported goodies (oddities to my white-bread-ness). And buy some interesting treats. And support the locals!

Good little russian shop that sells some good gyros, if ozzies deli was not a mile away at mall 205 I would sa they are the best in the area. Nice hard working people run the joint to. It is between Winco and Salvation Army.

The people that work there and the owners are all very nice people. My wife and I love there gyro. There are really big for 5.99. The have a nice assortment if meats and cheeses in the display case. All in all the is a very nice to have a bite to eat

(Impromptu second review of the day!) On the inside, this spot looks much like the Vancouver spot on NE Fourth Plain, but with the deli on the right side as you walk in. The display cases feature tons of European sausages and other sliced meats, but it appears there are more choices at the Vancouver spot. Walking down each aisle, I see various European canned, frozen, or packaged goods, both savory and sweet varieties. The deli itself mainly has Greek dishes. Front and center are the Greek gyros ($5.75 for the lamb/beef blend), and it's 75 cents more to add feta. The quality is outstanding. Certainly in my top five -- perhaps top three -- for best gyro I've had to date. Generous amounts of sliced meat. Being a bit picky, I'd give this gyro the nod over the Vancouver spot for right now because all the meat here was juicy and flavorful (at the Fourth Plain location, some of my meat slices were a bit on the dry side). They use the thick Greek pita I prefer for a gyro (as opposed to a thinner wrap you may find some establishments using). I got fresh vegetables, but this is where my two Anoush Deli experiences diverge a tad. At the Portland spot, I really just a ton of shredded lettuce and some sliced tomato. Tzatziki, feta, and paprika (guessing on this one) finished this gyro off. The display case underneath the ordering counter has more European desserts, including tiramisu (deemed one of the more popular dessert items). On the Russian menu, delicacies like borscht (actually originated in Ukraine) and pelmeni (dumplings similar to pierogi, but using meat) are featured. Overall, it's the same four-star rating as the Vancouver spot. I'll have to try the pelmeni someday!

Great gyro and friendly service! I liked the crinkle cut fries in the meal- deal. Excellent customer service.

You guys, I'm not sure what's going on here, but this place is not a hidden gem. It's hidden, but it's not a gem. Following all the high reviews from yelp, we stopped here hoping for something different and good on our way through the area. We were in a hurry and quickly ordered. As we were waiting for our food, we checked out the grocery. I picked out a yogurt drink for my daughter and noticed it had expired over a year ago. When my husband told the cashier, she said "well of course, it's 99 cents." Okay... That's a little weird because it's a refrigerated item, but maybe just a fluke. We looked around some more. Most items expired over a year ago. Some were current, but I managed to find one that expired in 2008. I get that the food is imported, but this was a bit much, especially since the cold items were old too. By this point we were grossed out and regretting that we had already ordered. When our food came, that sealed the deal. The chicken plate was noodle like strips of freezer burnt microwaved chicken smothered in a nasty yogurt sauce that tasted like someone ate it, threw it up, ate it and threw it up again. We quickly left.

Family food from the old country! This is the "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" except instead of the family restaurant, you have the suburbia deli. I love the young man who has worked here for years. I get the sense that he is the son, grandson of the owner. The food is always filling and taste is like you would expect at a Saturday potluck if you were invited over to their house. I travel in the area 4-5 times a year on business and I go out of my way to hit the cafe' for lunch.

Props to my Russian cousins! I just tried the pelmeni and they are good! almost a chinese pork hash smothered in yogurt sauce. excellent! I typically eat a gyro, falafel and/or dolma pocket! When the meat is freshly rotisserized it is very delicious, soft and warm. The food is great here. It is a combination deli/grocery store, full of all kinds of eastern European goodies that you can't find in your everyday safeway. I've even found some Japanese cookies that Uwajimaya doesn't even sell! ha ha ha! I've been coming here for a couple of years, eating various baked goods (excellent when they are freshly baked--they can be a little dry after sitting in the display for a couple days) and downing gyros-falafels-dolmas and some Pelmeni and pierogies!

Like everyone else here, I have my favorite things to get at Anoush. I enjoy their feta (usually 4 kinds on offer!) and hot paprika. Other paprikas are red dust compared to theirs. As for the deli, I've always stuck to the gyro platter and never been let down. You can eat there and marvel at the giant Thomas Guide Map of Portland, try to ignore CNN which is always on, and flick through the atlas collection. Really, though, this is a top-notch middle-eastern/Mediterranean/russian deli.

Some of the best gyros you can get.

  • Joshua D.

I've known about this gem for about 5 years. I'll tell friends out of the blue "lets go grab a good damn gyro? Heh?" Located out on 122th they're always surprised i drive from downtown just to eat a gyro out in BFE. I dont disappoint. While their gyros use to bigger they are still delicious at 4.99$ The service is usually quick unless your stuck in its lunch hour. There is also a grocery here consisting if eastern european foods wines and beers. Wines from Croatia-Germeny-Poland-Georgia-Romania-Armenia-Bulgaria-Hungary-Moldova and the Ukraine. A small selection of beer from Russia-Poland-Ukraine and Lithuania. Do you like pate's??? Lobster-Shrimp-Salmon-Chicken Liver? Pickled cabbage? Mushrooms? Horse fennel? Red beets? Deli meats? tahina? This place has it all. At affordable prices. You use to be able to get saffron for really cheap here but today I found none. The people are very sweet and its a great place to study up on your geographical awareness.(they have atlas's to scour through while waiting for your food) Or pick up some euro-electro house cd they are playing over the boom-box! There is also another Anoush Deli over in the Vancouver somewhere if you dare to tread!

There is absolutely no bad thing you can say about this place. I've been coming here for seriously about 10 years! Their gyros are hands down the best in Portland! The owners are super nice and always make sure you're taken car of. I love checking out all the unique groceries they have while waiting for my food.

Hands down best gyro I've had in Portland ! It's a small deli in a parking lot. The gals working barely speak English so you know it's gonna either be good or bad, and it was absolutely fantastic !!!!!! I was not disappointed. I have friends that showed me this place that come here as a tradition when they come visit. It's so far out of the way from where they normally are when visiting here in Portland is how good it is. One lives in Wisconsin the other in southern Oregon so you know it's a must when it's a must for them coming to Portland, it's no doubt since it was shown to me 5 years ago, that I have been able to find a better gyro. It's so delicious and so cheap ! You cannot beat this deli. It's soooooo good i had to buy 2, one for now and one for later cause it's that good. Also fresh baked and made treats as well as cheese and meats and everything you could imagine. Great Greek deli. Please try !!!

The oft-touted gyros here come from a premade cone of meat by Kronos. There's a sign here (And a at a similar place at mall 205) saying they serve kronos gyros. Basically these are prefab gyros they warm up and assemble for you, which is fine enough when you're in the area, hungry and have a $6 gyro hunger. I would still look for a place that actually makes fresh lamb and all that. It's not here. The market place is cute enough, but again, they sell prebakedw Eurobake goods. That's fine and all too but there are eastern European markets in the area who sell fresh bread and pastries made in house, so, to me there's little need to go out of my way to go here, if any. It does serve a purpose though for a pretty ok store where you can also pick up a bite.

We've been to Anoush Deli 3 or 4 times now, and each time was a great experience. Twice we've gotten food to eat there, and the other times, we've purchased items in the store. Today I got a Gyro, and the BF got the Gyro plate which came with some extras. I love Gyros (don't really eat them very often), but Anoush has one of the best I've eaten anywhere. Very fresh, and they don't skimp on ingredients. Service has always been really friendly, and I love that they have a punch card for the sandwiches (got an extra punch today from the nice lady who took my order). The food market has an array of Middle Eastern and Eastern European goods, so if you are looking for good Hungarian paprika, yummy Perogies or decadent Baklava, this is a great place to find all of those items. They even carry one of my favorite Greek dips - Taromosalata. We usually stop here on our way out to Costco or The Barn, since it's kind of out of the way, but it's totally worth the stop!

Anoush is a nice little strip mall market. It's sort of hidden in the back of a big parking lot between Winco and Salvation Army. Anoush has all sorts of Eastern European and Mediterranean goods, but you probably aren't going to Anoush just for the chocolate halva (even though it's strangely tasty). The main draw at Anoush is the gyros. The gyro alone is reasonably priced at $5.99, and that is the way to go. Resist the temptation of going for the gyro platter though. It's not worth it. Also not worth it are the falafels. They give you plenty of food, but the falafel is a bit dry and boring. Stick with the gyros and you'll be happy. To increase your happiness exponentially, add an aloe juice to your purchase. It's sweet, pulpy and will get you hooked. You can find the juice in the mini cooler to the right of the deli counter. Go with the original flavor.

One of the better places to get a gyro in the area. And probably the only place. But it's still good. Even compared to the big players closer to downtown. The meat is good. And they have a very good dressing with fresh veggies. The owner is a very nice man that takes pride in his gyros. I've been here many many times. Never a disappointment.

No complaints. Good food. Good price. Will eat here again. Had the gyro. It was loaded up with meat, veggies and sauce. Messy to eat, but so what.

  • Scott B.

This place has the best, most authentic Gyros for cheap! As far as cramped, foreign deli/groceries go, this is a diamond in the rough. The bread and other items (including odd European beer) are interesting, and the Baba Ganoush is great for a side dish at a party with picky organic-loving friends appreciate things without corporate labels. Will come again when in the area!

More like 4.5 Pro n cons + meats and falafel were great + friendly staff + not too expensive - not a bad negative but falafel was very oily. But that is to be expected. - falafel was small Im visiting portland for the weekend and this was nearby and i wanted try it out. I walked in and asked for the signature item. The man at the register told me to get the gyro. I added 2 falafels as well. Falafel was great. A little oily but im pretty sure that it is supposed to be oily. Not too salty. Just about right. It was interesting because when things are this crunchy that are usually rock hard. But this wasnt hard at all... very soft...yet crunchy. The gyro was good. The veggies were not butchered by sauce. There were enough spices om the meat to compensate fresh vegetables with yogurt sauce and spice. The meat was flavorful and just about right in texture and saltiness. I was a bit worried (?) Because some of the reviews were saying how bland things were. I think otherwise. Pretty much everything complimented well. Those that say this is bland probably go to sushi bar and order a bunch of rolls and double dip each piece on soy sauce thinking that is flavorful. You have to understand that foods outside of USA are "bland" for typical sushi roll-double-dipping soysauce tastebuds.

Nice Armenian deli with friendly personal. Food is not expired like other "European" stores of Portland metro area.

Amazing!!!!!!! The hot food is delicious, the shop itself has a great international selection of foods and the service was warm and friendly. I wish I lived closer I'd be here all the time!

This is a cute little deli that also makes some of the best gyros around! I feel like they pride themselves in the quality of meat they sell and make their gyros with. The service was great and there was a good variety of choices. Great food for a great price.

  • Melissa P.

I love that the falafel isn't loaded with extravagance. All I want is good meat, some green and oniony crunch, sauce and a thick delicious wrap. Scored on all above. I don't need tomatoes and feta (plus I don't particularly like either, sacre bleu! but really this was great for me). We also got pierogi's, with a sweeter ricotta inside; borscht, pretty good (not enough bite for me), and baklava. I want to go back for the falafel, so I shall. Oh and they have a great market for your Mediterranean and Eastern European needs.

Finally went, and was very satisfied!! In need of salt brined pickles, not vinegar, I went to this awesome deli! I found the pickles I so desperately needed (my usual brand was discontinued). Also purchased were the best beef sausage, harvarti cheese, and hummus w/ pita bread!! Yummy!! Great prices, quality food, and prices, also service!! I will be back!! :o)

My boyfriend and I were in that area the other day, and our choices were either Subway or Anoush Deli. I'm definitely glad we ended up choosing this place over Subway because the veggie gyro we got was awesome. Even though it was just veggies, cheese, and tzaziki (which was amazing, by the way) on pita, it was so tasty and filling, and at $4.50 each, you really can't beat that. They also had a bunch of sweets and pastries that looked really good. Will have to try that next time. I didn't get to grab a lot of things from their grocery section, but from what I saw, they had a lot of Eastern European products. I will definitely check this place out more in the future, especially since I'm a sucker for European sweets and candy! Also, be on the lookout for a 2 falafel sandwiches for $6 at groupon! I'll be trying that for my next trip there.

This place is a hidden gem. Seems to be owned by a husband and wife. They gave very good service and we're very patient explaining some of the menu options to me. They also sell gyro meat by the pound and have many international meats, cheeses, and spices etc for sale. Will be coming back here for sure!

  • Christine A.

I thought the gyro was fine. too much lettuce and the tzatziki was unfortunately fairly bland. the warm pita with the meat was really tasty and the Greek salad was better than I expected. overall I'll go back due to me loving gyros and it's close to my work place. friendly owners!

  • Lisa W.

This is a small Greek grocery store and a eat in restraunt combined. The food is delicious and reasonably priced and the lady who worked there was really nice. We also got some hummus to go and that too is really really yummy! And it is next store to a salvation army that has half off every friday and sat! lunch and next door for shopping for cheap books! yay!

  • Lawrence P.

Decent Gyro's , but the fries are not fresh cut and the drinks don't have refills. The desert from the bakery was a little stale. Cool choice of international food but I can't give this place 5 stars if the deserts from their bakery are not great and the fries are pre-made. I'd give it a shot though.

  • Renee R.

This place is on my bike ride from the train station and its open late. The owners are real nice, the selection is good and the place is clean. When you want a gyro this is good place to get one, I like the gyros plate cause they give you more tomato and it is easier to eat. I love the pita that is used for the gyros that thick fluffy stuff. I make houmous and muhammara so I stop in to get it often. They also have good resin incense. I recommend getting some Riga sprats smoked in alder, very tasty, but don't eat too many unless your system is low in PCBs. Exploratory shopping is also fun. I tried the Baikal soda and Russian ramen (yes even the Russians have ramen). My biggest dissapointments were sour cherry jam (too runny) and pelmeni.

Great people. Food isn't bad but after eating at Aybla food carts I can't say I was that impressed. I had the super gyro plate which was more of a plate of what would go in a gyro but not wrapped. The lamb was super thin shavings and just didn't do it for me. Not after getting big thick chunks of lamb I was used to. Served on a bed of lettuce with tomato and feta and some sauce. More of a salad. the pita bread though was awesome and I loved the hummus. Not a bad dinner but fell short of what I expected. Great store however.

These guys are great! It's too bad they are in the back of the shopping center and Subway in the front. Why would you ever go to Subway when you can get GREAT food here? Awesome gyros. I usually get the meal with a big gyros, fries and a drink for $8. The meat in the gyros is succulent and plentiful, surrounded by delicious veggies and sauce, The fries are fresh and crispy. The also are a pretty good sized market- most notably for me a deli case. They'll let you try anything, too. Yesterday I tried 3 kinds of salami and bought two. The two I had were "melt in your mouth". One was a paprika kind that the owner said was one of his favorites. Even better, I thought, was a mustard seed salami that was square! instead of round. Both were just great. Nice place, clean, TV going with the Olympics on. I try to eat in here whenever I'm in the area.

This pace is a joke, and the reviews are misleading. I got my order wrong, got overcharged $3, the food was Luke warn and covered in tzatziki, 80% of the plate was lettuce, the food was bland also. The $3 large fries were so small that looked mini, shall I continue? Avoid this place

My first review - Wowzers.... Ok - I had not been to this place in a few years, used to go 1 - 3 times per month back in the day, and was never disappointed....But stopped going when I moved to a new location for work in 2008. The office was trying to decide where to go for lunch today and one person said they would fly (drive) to pick up for the rest of us... So I pulled this one out of my memory bank and said we need to eat at Anoush! I ordered the Gyro Platter which was HUGE....easily could have been 2 meals (well not in my world) but for a person who eats normal portions it's 2 meals. Plus my co-worker treated us all to the Baklava... All I can say is that I'm really full, it was super delicious and I'm trying the pastrami sandwich on the next visit. Highly recommend this little place not just for the great menu items, but it's also a really nice market that has a lot of interesting "International" items... Worth the drive - not too far off of the I84 (Banfield Freeway)...plenty of parking. Not what you would expect.... I think the prices are fair - very high quality. Can't wait to go back (when I'm not so full)

Try the honey cake it's delicious. I got the Dolma they come 6 to an order and they were pretty good. The zing from the grape leaves gives a unique flavor to the stuffing. My husband had the gyro and it was also good. The bread was really fresh and extremely soft. Be sure if you want feta cheese on it you have to ask it does not automatically come on it.

If you live in outer NE Portland you have to come and try this place. I have driven past this place thousands of times and never stopped but on a hot day when I didnt want to heat the kitchen up I stopped here and I am so glad I did!!! I had the gyro which was a great combo of meat, sauce, veggies and bread. The deserts are super good (a bit pricey but high quality). Something that may turn people off is that when it is busy the service is slow. There is only one of the owners making the food. So be patient. Grab an Aloe Drink (or any of the MANY drinks they have) and relax in their AC.

I love Anoush Deli. We came here for the first time after we found our house. Our Realtor thought we would like it and boy, was she right. We've been going back ever since. It's an easy place to pick up quick fast food, but you don't feel like you are eating fast food. Everything's super fresh, cheap and it always hits the spot. We've had almost everything on their menu, but like the gyros and the veggie pizza best. Both come on soft gyro bread, with fresh veggies. The meat and sauce on the gyros is really tasty. Neither is too overpowering and the tastes complement each other just right. When we are wanting gyros and I don't feel like making them at home, this is always the place we go.

Great selection of groceries and beer from eastern Europe. With Avo as our guide we sampled two of Armenia's best brews and had the greatest borscht ever, anywhere. Come in, relax, enjoy life!

Nom nom nom! Since Foti's Greek Deli turned into the lame Mad Greek Deli we have been on the hunt for an unassuming and delicious Greek Gyro and international grocery. Alas! Anoush Deli! On the recommendation of my hairstylist, we ventured all the way out to 122nd & Halsey. In the parking lot of Winco & The Refectory- not the most pleasant neighborhood or surroundings, is this little gem of a deli. The Gyros are ALMOST as good as Foti's, and definitely better than any around in Portland since Foti & his wife left. The Falafel is delicious. The bread with whatever green spread that is is to die for. They have a deli case with feta, hummus, meats, etc and a good stocked grocery for international delights! Love this place. Never crowded. Not hipster- no hipsters would venture that far out of their comfort zone into the seedy Gateway & Parkrose neighborhood for a Gyro. But I will.

I won't lie. Except to visit my mom, I don't go to SE. But when I do, I try to stop by Anoush Deli and grab some ex soviet block beer, canned Dolmas, and a Gyro to go. The ladies who work there are always nice. They also have a giant cured meat counter that I need to buy stuff from on my next visit. They all look so good.

The family-owned deli has the best gyros in Portland, hands down! The staff is welcoming and generous... Desserts and meats are delicious also. They have many Russian candies and foods also. Excellent!

I've been to Anoush twice now for these wonderfully delicious gyros I keep reading about, but I am not a fan of tzatziki and BOTH TIMES I've ordered a gyro there I look the person behind the counter in the eye and slowly say "please no tzatziki sauce" yet my gyro comes out bathed in the stuff. I'd probably give Anoush 5 stars for their gyro if I could actually taste the dang thing. But both times I have to stomach the bites full of tzatziki, which I do not enjoy. (and, of course, I always forget to unwrap the damned gyro to check it then and there, and don't discover the tzatziki saturation until I get home). Once they get my order right and I can actually taste their gyro the way I want to taste it, I'll almost surely adjust this 3 star review into something greater. But until then, they are two-for-two with order screw-ups, and the only thing I hate more than a tzatziki-soaked gyro is a sour-cream-soaked burrito. Two more things: Their dolmas (stuffed grape leaves about the size of your thumb- 6 of them for $3) are REALLY, REEEAAAALLY good. Their hummus and babaghanoush is pretty good too, but a tad overpriced. $3 will get you this little dinky tub that I finish in about 10 dips. It really only ought to be $2. But whatever. I am eager to finally taste their gyro sans the tzatziki-bath.

Not the best and not the worst. We had the gyros. The meat was funky and sauce was way too bland. Wouldn't go again.

Super Platter is Amazing! Ate every single bite and lived every bit of it! Lady who worked there recommended moms almond baklava vs the regular and I'm glad she did I'll be back sooner than later. Great food!

My 8 year old daughter and I really like the gyros here. She gets the regular gyro and orders it with just the meat and sauce while I go for the gyro platter which has all the gyro fixin's with the flatbread on the side. I wish I could get my 7 year old son to partake in gyros but his palate is stuck in Burger King hell. We like to look at the books and atlases they have while we wait for our food. It's also great to check out all of the scrumptious items in the market. All in all, those Ukrainians make some really good gyros!

Five stars because they are the nicest people- especially the owner. He takes pride in his business and he's obviously excited to share what he has to offer. The gyro platter is great- basically all the innards of a gyro with the bread on the side. The super platter is also great- it's the same as a gyro platter but it includes dolmas, hummus and tabulle (sp?). Great place!

Can I get a woo-hoo? Hidden away in an ugly strip mall is this little international gem. The nicest people. Fantabulous gyros, with fresh hot flatbread and all house-made. Some of the best looking desserts a sweet tooth could ask for. Just thinking about the baklava is making my molars hurt. The decor, it ain't anything to write the home-land about. But you can get most any oddball eastern European delicacy here after you finish your gyros. Fresh Bulgarian feta, for instance. Wine from Moldova. Beer from Russia. They even have the REAL Fanta for sale (those of you who know and love the German Fanta, you know what I'm talking about). It's all good. Mmmmm.

I love this place. It's worth seeking out. I worry that they will lose business now that the Goodwill has relocated that was right next door. Great food. Super nice, friendly owner. I go often and have a Gyros. Great gyros. The price has climbed a bit over time but is still a good deal. Nice selection of imported foods of all sorts. Recommended!

Been going there as long as I can remember. Just went there tonight, usually their gyros are a little better, the tahini sauce was a little... Off. Not as tangy or thick as I like. Great little hole in the wall to pick up some baklava and Russian sweets. Just wish they had more room for a more varied selection of desserts. Was hoping to find Russian tea cakes... No such luck. Still, a great and inexpensive place to go.

I love everything about this place, the food, the family who runs it. Fantastic for quick Mediterranean food!

This place serves some great food; they have a killer Gyros, a delicious looking Falafel (I have not tried it....yet), and more deserts than I could tackle in a month. As most everyone else has mentioned in other reviews the service is great too, the people are just so nice. Our office just moved out this way and I am excited about perusing the menu more!
