Everytime I go to Medford to visit my sister, we stop by here and have their yogurt and everytime we have a good time. I don't have any children, so I've very close to my sister's kids. They love it when I come to town, which I do about once a month, because it means we're going to Yogurt Hut. The staff has always been super friendly and the yogurt has always been super good.

The yogurt is FANTASTIC. Lots of choices for toppings. However, they didn't have my favorite--of all of the jillions of toppings, they didn't have chocolate sprinkles. Oh well. The yogurt and toppings are great, just pricey.

Very clean and friendly! They had yummy selections and soo many toppings to choose from! Definitely coming back here again!

Two thumbs up for Peanut Butter and Dutch Chocolate. Now...if they'd only put those two on the same machine I could fill my cup with both of them at the same time. ;) If they brought in Taro flavored frozen yogurt, I'd give them 5 stars - it would then truly be as good as it gets!

This is theeee #1 BEST damn frozen yogurt place that I have ever been to in all my life! It's the BEST one EVER!!!! I was in Medford Oregon, visiting some family.. I live in the Los Angeles, California! I have been to ALOT of frozen yogurt places here in southern California! None of them beat this one! YOGURT HUT IS MY FAV!!!!!!! I sooooo wish that we had one here in southern California where I live! They have theeee MOST amount of toppings then any of the other frozen yogurt shop in the world! They have SO many to choose from, its CRAZY COOL!! They have everything you could possibly think of, even cereal toppings, Cookie toppings, Syrup flavors of many! It is SO awesome! =) They have karaoke!!!! Hello??? I have never seen a frozen yogurt place that actually had family karaoke before! HOW FUN!!!! Now does that just sound like FUN or what!? They have karaoke for the whole family! Thats too cute.. and different? None of the other frozen yogurt places have that. Thats because YOGURT HUT is the BEST!!! =) THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST!!!!!!!!!! Mine only cost me $2.49 - WOW!! Thats SO cheep compared to the ones I go to here in southern California! =) The PEOPLE that work there are SO nice and VERY friendly! They keep a SMILE on their face, the whole time! They are nice happy people...! They aren't rude or act like they hate their life! Yay!!!! *LOL* I love that about them.. Because lemme tell you, there are some yogurt places out here in southern California, where the people that work there are RUDE and act like they're so miserable with life! It is just not a fun positive atmosphere to be in! But Yogurt Hut sure is... !! YAY =) I like it that they have self-serve water for everyone to drink as much free water as you want to and you don't have to wait in line to ask them for it. You can get it your self. Thats good.. I really like that! Every where else, you have to WAIT and ask for them to give you a tiny cup of water!

Was spendy but good. For two 20 oz cups we paid $15! I tried Cinnamon Roll and my hubby tried Pumpkin. Both were good. You pick your cup, then frozen yogurt flavor, then add any sprinkles or toppings you want. They charge by weight 40 cents an ounce is what they charge.

Yo no good, baby yo no good! Sorry, Yogurt Hut, but was not doing the hula after tasting your yo! The original tart was not one bit tart plus it had a weird texture with artificial taste. The fruit toppings were a bit old, most likely due to lack of customers. It is winter after all. Good idea but main product needs work.

I like yogurt a lot. Where I'm from the yogurt places are plentiful and so delicious. This yogurt hut location is right next to my house and I was really excited to frequent but have been so disappointed. I like fruit flavors and a good tart. But they never have berry/fruit flavors. Their fruit toppings aren't very fresh either, their cherries taste canned. I am really upset that they introduce a good flavor and remove it the next week. They had a great strawberry once and I went back to get some more and it was gone so I left. The last time I was in, I tried some weird flavor and it made me sick. My boyfriend is a chocolate/creamy/savory person so he likes the yogurt. I can't get with it. I also think the employees are annoying and ask too many personal questions when I'm just trying to get in and out. They get 2 stars for good hours, trying, and the mochi. I now go across town to another place because I like their fruit flavors better. Let me know if you guys get strawberry back. :)

Hey, it's better than the original. I'm an Ashland resident, but I work in Medford. I recently got the chance to compare the two locations. While the Ashland Yogurt Hut has a more centralized location, the service simply doesn't compare. I went there last week and watched a girl text a number of friends with a bored expression on her face. There isn't a bored face to be found at the Medford location, though! The staff is refreshingly friendly and engaged. The space is a little larger and brighter, as well, and seems to boast fresher (or at least better prepared) toppings. I still would like to see a few more flavor options (too many sorbets for my taste) but it looks like the Medford location is off to a great start. I've been visiting three times a week on my lunch break. It's wonderful to see a local business succeed. Medford and Ashland residents seem to love this place.

I'm giving it two stars because my son liked it. I think the novelty of creating your own sundae was the main appeal for him. Some of the toppings are a little out there (cereal?) And, it seems kind of pricey for what you get. Interesting that two people were "working" yet never moved from behind the counter. Nice young man rang up order, rude/unresponsive girl stared straight ahead and never spoke or moved. Not much atmosphere (kind of stark, empty/cold feel to the place), okay yogurt. Wouldn't make a special trip for it. But, if I'm in the neighborhood (which is kind of off the beaten path till the Super Wal-Mart opens) I might stop in...

Very good frozen yogurt. The Root Beer Float, it is my favorite.

  • Sarah N.

We go here, but every time we do I really feel taken advantage of. The prices are crazy. The yogurt is standard. Nothing fancy. There's nothing fancy about the toppings, although when they first opened they were better (higher quality). The staff have been kind of indifferent to us a couple of times, but usually they are fine. I will say that they are a tad cheaper than yogurtopia. I wouldn't mind paying as much if their yogurt was closer to the quality of TCBY...but I think it is kind of lacking. Alas, I'm sure I'll be here again in the future because against my best wishes I am a yogurt addict.
