I love this place, I never really understood the appeal of camping here either.... but to just walk in and get a great (CONSISTENT) cup of coffee from a friendly barista that was hired because they can make a great cup of coffee (and doesn't have to hide behind good looks and fake flirtatiousness because they actually know what they're doing) is pleasantly refreshing... I'm here almost daily and have never been disappointed- also I love the app!

Sadly, both service and selection of baked goods has gone way downhill. Only the good service of Kelly saves this from a one star review. Most of the baristas I encountered over Thanksgiving week made repeated mistakes on a simple drink, not even able to read the writing on the slips they wrote. They ran out of basic baked goods, including items they get in frozen that should always be in stock in the freezer. They are located in a retirement town always full of visitors so they should order accordingly. Please pull it back together. I visit here often.

Starbucks is okay, I must have gone at the wrong time. I had a hard time with the wait and it was hard to find the line to order from and people waiting for there order. Great yuppie place, make sure you have your apple pad, computer ect and plenty of money. Kind of strange right know with coffee being in surplus and lowest prices, you would think, they might adjust there prices down alittle, and they actually would like you to leave a tip, give me a break!

This is a wonderful place for WiFi, high priced caffeine and relaxation. I treasure this place whenever I am in the neighborhood. Despite there are many Starbucks throughout the U.S., coming to one in Southern Oregon is refreshing. Quiet, great music playing and no large crowds like in larger cities.

Seriously? It's a Starbucks...get over it already. They get an extra star by being attached to a bookstore... Nothing else remarkable about it. The service was impersonal, the coffee meh if not downright bleh. The bathroom was messy, but looked like it may have been cleaned that day. It was a highway stop and the first Starbucks I've been in for quite awhile. I don't see that trend changing anytime soon... Sad that this is my 50th review...I had such high hopes...

This is one of the worst Starbucks I've been to in terms of customer service. There were four employees behind the register discussing some kind of stocking issue when I approached the counter, and it was at least 30 seconds before I was even acknowledged. When I finally was noticed, not only were they out of the syrup I wanted, but the woman was abrupt and almost downright rude, not even bothering to make eye contact, let alone another drink recommendation. When my drink was finally ready and I approached the counter to pick it up, the barista was equally rude, not making eye contact or bothering to acknowledge my "thank you." The drink was standard Starbucks fare (not great coffee, but at least consistent with the other Starbucks drinks I've had), but the service was so terrible I won't be back. The only good thing about this store is the free wi-fi.

Don't go here. My boyfriend ordered me a drink with soy because I'm lactose intolerant and the girl at the hot bar screwed up my drink both times she made it with a smug look on her face. To make it worse was my boyfriend is a barista at a store in San Diego, were fully aware of it and still messed up my drink without apologizing or making it right. I'd give them negative stars if I could.

I'm giving 1 star for showing up. I dont normally go to this shop so i only have other Starbucks to compare. Came in for a coffee and got hassled about a refill. Then after waiting to drink it, come to find out the refill was loaded with soap. Yay. So not only was I an hour away, bit I had a full cup of soapy coffee. Now, because my stuff is packed I am here a second day. 5:30? Why Starbucks can't stay consistent in their opening hours is beyond me. I have 1/2 hour to sit here with no coffee so yeah...I'm not happy.

This is one of my favorite local coffee shops. It's small and can be pack full of people, but that only speaks to it's popularity. What makes this store? It's people, very nice and fun to be around!

If I could give this particular Starbucks a ZERO, I would. Rude, impersonal "service", drinks not good. Their restroom looks like a gas station - it smells bad and looks filthy. The sidewalk and parking lot in front is filthy, and the interior of the cafe doesn't look much better. Cashier stations / customer lines are confusing. Furniture is shabby and dirty. Very disappointing.

hands down, the WORST customer service I've experienced in my life. the barista was rude, would not acknowledge us and took 30 seconds to make triple espresso? I don't think so! we threw our drinks away and went to another Starbucks. horrid!

I know this will sound dreadful but this particular Starbucks has a quite smelly and scary homeless man attached to it. And their employees weren't the greatest. I love the location because B&N is one of my favorite places, but I avoid this Starbucks.

Great shop! Just what you want in a starbucks! Super nice people, fun energy! I often come and there is a line, but they move quickly, and you get to the register fast! Often times my drink is ready when I get there!

Gal who took our order didn't even try to make eye contact. Same gal took the HUGE rolling bin of garbage out the front door. Still...it's Starbucks and the coffee/food was what I was looking for. Attached to B&N.
