Beautiful and clean store! Food was fragrant, delicious and presentation was wonderful! Clean food table area. Clean glass as well, which was a welcome sight. Highly recommend.

What can I say... It's Panda, its exactly what I expect. Tip: Did you know you can get half and half on your "side". I did half chow-mein and half brown rice!

Food was bland and tasted unnatural. I could barely eat anything it was so gross. I had the beijing beef, orange chicken, chow mein and rice. Orange chicken was the worst. I've eaten at plenty of Panda's and this was easily, hands down the worst one. I was there during lunch rush and the food still wasn't hot, which was weird because I saw the 2 people directly in front of me order the exact same thing. Location seemed good, place was okay clean. Layout was funky and awkward. I would never eat here again, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I LOVE Panda Express. I wish there was one where I live. The food is always fresh and tasty. The chow mein is so good. There is always a line but it goes fast. The teriyaki chicken is so good. I love coming here.

White washed Medford has ZERO authentic chinese food. PERIOD. At least Panda Express has been consistently fresh. Considering the other sit down chinese restaurants I'll take Panda over them any day. Their chow mein is more than adequate, orange chicken has a good crunch coupled with spice and the Beijing beef has crisp bell peppers. With the few decent Asian places in Medford, I prefer to get my pseudo Chinese fix from the Panda.

How sad is it that, although I abhore "Chinese" food, I love this place?! My work ordered this in one day to feed the crowd and I was really disappointed. That is, until I went to pick it up and saw that the food did not appear to be regurgitated as most Chinese food does. Instead, the vegetables looked crisp and fresh, meat once clearly belonged to a farm animal, and they had those noodles I love! Back at work I took just a tad of a few items and found that it was delicious. Much to the chagrin of my coworkers, I went on and one about my amazment at the quality. it was so good, in fact, that I dragged the family there that same night for dinner. Look, it's not real Chinese food. But neither is the stuff at any other American-Chinese restaurant, so looking down on Panda for not being authentic makes no sense. At least here the food is lacking that flavorless cornstarch "gravy" that generously coats all the food in Chinese joints. And here the vegetables are crisp and freshly cooked, not like the Birds-Eye mixed vegetable blend that is used everywhere else. I added one extra star for the fried shrimp that has the crunchy crumb coating and no vein. I really don't like the greasy battered ones from other joints where the black poop vein has been left in.

When I am in the mood for faux Chinese food I head to panda express. It is generally fresh, fast and tasty. I have been to this particular PE 4 times so far and I have yet to have it live up to my expectations. The food has been old and crispy. The restaurant has been dirty most of the time. This last visit there was a sign stating the fried rice is now being made with brown rice. I hate brown rice. It tastes like dirty sweat socks. Even when fried up at panda express. I haven't been back there since. I may give it a go in the future and see if they have turned it around.

I usually love Panda Express and was passing through Medford so I decided to stop. What a mistake. Should have went to Sonic next door. The tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. They were out of white fried rice. Ok so I'll have steamed rice no big deal. They were out of that too. I would have had to wait 20 mins for rice. So I got a panda bowl with chow mein. Wanted string bean chicken for my entree. Guess what? The employee said it's mostly string beans and would I like to wait 5 mins for more. She was nice but I said no thank you my chow mein will get cold. She didn't offer to give me a fresh bowl of chow mein if I waited. I took the mostly string bean chicken and went to pay. The cashier had the nerve to be less than unfriendly. Oh and to boot, she forgot my fortune cookies. Turned off on panda. One star for the one employee who was friendly.

Friendly staff and customer service, the line was quick at dinner time on a Friday night one night but others the line is all the way out the door and hardly moving! Portions are a little small but just your typical Panda Express for ya! Silver Dragon is hard to beat! :P

The food has always been fresh and well prepared. We consider Panda Express to be one of the healthiest fast food restaurants.

Was hesitant to come here in the first place, but my friend insisted. Our food must've been sitting out for hours when it was served to us. It was cold and dry. I complained and asked for a new fresh plate, but instead I got a little side or extra cold orange chicken. I hate you Panda Express. Worst experience ever.

It's sad when some of the better Chinese food in town comes from Panda Express It's not knock your socks off good, but it'll do in a pinch. Beijing beef and Kung pao chicken satisfy the carb, sugar, sodium, and grease cravings that come with a yen for Chinese food. Plus they have chow mein the way I know it and like it (not that nasty white sauce, veggies, and crunchy noodles that most other Chinese places pass off as chow mein around here!).

Used to be okay, now it is not. Food is gross and not very hot. So, take your money and go elsewhere. Cause at Panda Express, they just don't care!

I'm quite surprised to find only one review (and a poor one at that) for Panda Express. In the context of what it is (fast food Chinese) I think it is actually quite good. Think of it as the McDonalds of Chinese cuisine. There are items on the menu that after sampling I would pass on (sweet and sour pork) and others that are quite addicting (black pepper chicken). For a quick cheap meal ($6.00 - 7.00 for two/three items) I would much prefer this over a number one at one of the drive through burger joints. If you can find something on the menu your kids will eat (mine will eat Mandarin chicken and chow mein) the price of a kids meal (with drink and cookie) is hard to beat. As with most restaurants soda's are highly marked up and sized like a keg than a glass. I'll stick to water and save the money.

I've always wanted to try a Panda Express ever since I heard that the whole chain was owned by just one conscientious person. Finally one opened here locally. First there was the old bait 'n switch; they gave me a sample of deep-fried chicken to taste. It was thick, juicy and had a delicious spicy taste, kind of like General Tso's. But when I ordered it, yucky pieces of fried gunk with almost no chicken in them. Broccoli and beef had the typical gummy beef. The first piece of broccoli I ate had an awful metallic chemical taste. The rest were OK except on the raw side. Steamed rice was in clumps. The fortune cookie, wrapped in cello, was fresh, crisp and delicious! They got one thing right! And get one star! (The guy in front of me ordered Kung Pao Shrimp and a green bean dish like he knew what he was doing. Shoulda' copied him.)

Food is USUALLY quite good, probably some of the best Chinese food in the area. Sometimes you get the last bit of a batch of food that's been sitting for a long time... then it's not so good. Service is usually fairly poor. Usually a bunch of snobby teens rushing you through the line before you can even see what is available. Price is pretty good and theres a Sonic nearby to get a tasty drink afterwards ;)
