String beans string beans that you can't pass up they are fresh fresh and you can add chicken of beef and they do have a kick to them, so drink plenty of water. Evrything is super fresh and very tasty. The owners take pride in cleanliness, so never hesitate to order anything form this wonderful restaraunt I have. Plus, if you are doubtful the first time the waitresses are more the helpful to suggest many options that are spectacular. Save room for the sticky rice and mango sounds different, but delish!!!! You must have their spring rolls I have introduced this place to many of my friends, family members and coworkers and they all have loved it.

Very good food here. I really wanted to try the fresh rolls but didn't want a full order. I asked if I could get a fresh roll added to my lunch as a substitute for the egg roll. I was denied. I told her I would mind paying more for the substitution but was denied again. I ended up ordering the spicy Phad green beans and a separate order of fresh rolls. Both were delicious. The peanut sauce that comes with the fresh rolls is some of the best I've had. The spicy Phad green beans were also delicious if not as spicy as I assumed the would be. No tears or sweating... I didn't even need to suck down water while I was eating it either. All in all, very good barring their strict policy on substitutions.

We like their food, but always get it to go. Its a pretty small restaurant and is busy. Service can sometimes be slow especially if they only have 1 server. 1 server is fine for the number of tables in the restaurant, but they seem to do a good deal of take out orders, which takes the server away from the tables. Its good food if you are in the mood for Thai at a very affordable price.

My wife and I have been here many times and it is always good food. Light, tasty and wonderful sauces. It is a smaller place so we usually take out but it is still comfortable to eat in. The woman who works the tables, serves and runs the register (she does it all) is a delight. In fact we have never seen anyone else at work there. Always kind and friendly with a big smile. Great food, a place to go back to again and again.

We got takeout and enjoyed the pumpkin curry, pad thai, and potstickers. The potstickers seemed to be lightly fried and had a little crunch. I am more used to the steamed then "half-fried" variety not cooked in oil, but they were good, and served with what seemed to be a chili duck sauce that was tasty. The pad thai was good and the sort that has a reddish sauce, but I wish there were more vegetables. Traditionally it merely has the green onions and bean sprouts, as it was served here, so that was a personal preference that I should have requested! :) The pumpkin curry was tasty, and a bit spicy. Of course we requested a four out of five so it should have been. It is great that they offer a spicy option with all of their dishes. The interior smelled amazing and I should have asked about the specials as they had shu mai that evening, so ask about the specials! Interior seating is a bit hole in the wall, but the staff was quite pleasant. Would definitely eat here again!

In my opinion, this is one of the best Thai places in the Valley. I'm a big fan of the pumpkin curry and they also use organic tofu-- a big plus for me! The entree is creamy, spicy, and delicious. The vegetables also taste very fresh. The service is great (the waitress is always super friendly) and the food is always brought out in a reasonable amount of time. I gave them four stars instead of five because in a to-go order, sadly, I received chicken curry instead of pumpkin curry, which as a vegetarian, made the meal inedible to me. Also, their eggplant entree was much too salty for my taste. Overall, a really great place to grab a meal.

It's a struggle finding decent Thai food in the valley; Lemon Grass is excellent and they know how to spice things up the right way! I ordered take-out, starting with spring rolls and got 3 very large rolls that were fresh and delicious. My only quibble is that the peanut sauce was somewhat gelatinous, so I stuck with the sweet and sour instead. I asked the owner what she recommends as it was my first time here-- she said the Spicy Basil Fried Rice is the way to go, and I'm glad I listened. Driving home, my nose hairs were practically burning off, the spice was so intense (I asked for level 4 out of 5 and was very pleased). The fried rice was great, flavorful and very authentic. Very large portions! Tip if you like it spicy: I'm glad I got a cucumber salad on the side to cool my palate! I can't wait to go back and try the panang!

I ordered over the phone to go, & the lady on the phone (I'm guessing the owner?) was very, very friendly. I ordered their spicy green bean chicken & she asked me from 1-5, how spicy I wanted it. I laughed & told her that I'm Asian & I like my food super spicy, dying spicy. She told me okay (laughing). I also ordered her beef pahd eggplant. The wait was only 15 minutes. When I picked up my food, she greeted me & was very friendly. The two entrees I ordered weren't the lunch specials, I wanted the a la cart (dinner, she said). But they still came with steam rice. I was pretty amazed because most a la carts don't come with rice & they're always a separate order. The spicy green bean chicken was as spicy as how I wanted it. It was delicious! The beef pahd eggplant was great. I loved the eggplant! I wish I would've asked her to make that super spicy as well, it would've been amazingly delicious if it was. From all the Asian food I've tried in Medford, this is the place to go to. It's not one of those wanna be Thai restaurants. It's actually pretty authentic & delicious from the two entrees I've had. From now on if I'm ever wanting asian or Thai food, I'm coming here! :)

I looooove this place. The people are beyond friendly. The service is quick, and if you like spice they somehow get it perfect every time. I get the classic pahd thai but the spicy green beans and bbq chicken are equally great. A whole cornish game hen , rice, and veggies for under 10 bucks???! Thank you LemonGrass, you are AWESOME!

Lemon Grass is one of "those places." You know, the type of place you wouldn't give a second glance unless you had friends "in the know." Luckily, I have some of those friends. Lemon Grass isn't the type of place that you'd take a first date, but it's perfect when you've dropped all highbrow pretenses and just want quality, affordable food. My mouth nearly dropped when I saw how affordable the dinner entrees were, and surprisingly, every single dish we ordered (from the peanut sauce to the satay to the curry) was an absolute delight. My friends were kind enough to give me full custody of the leftovers, and I was so happy when I discovered everything made for a delicious leftover feast the following evening. I'll be back soon, and I will most certainly be bringing friends!

I have a weakness for good Pad Thai Noodles and sampling the offering from Lemon Grass Thai, I can highly recommend their Pad Thai. I recommend Pork Pad Thai with a 2 (spicy) to 5 (Whoa, burned taste bud alert) spice level for some kick. Noodles are always seasoned well and prices are reasonable. I also recommend the orange chicken, and for a healthier appetizer choice, try the chicken satay (always cooked right and served with delicious peanut sauce for dipping. The Spring Rolls are very good too, For spicy fans, order a side of chili oil to give some extra kick. We have done take out and dine-in and the staff is always friendly. The facility is inviting, clean, and enjoyable ambience for dining-in. Lemon Grass and Tasty Thai are my two favorite Thai restaurants in Medford.

This may be the best in Medford but it's not by any means the best. We waited 20 minutes to order and another 35 minutes to get our food. The food was pretty good. Not worth the wait though. There were only three other tables so it wasn't busy.

Delicious Thai food. The prices are very reasonable, the portions generous, and the service is always friendly and prompt. Highly recommended. I really like their phad gaprow, spicy noodles, and curries. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.

The food is good...not great but they have some unusual dishes that are quite good. However...BEWARE, lunch orders to go will not include the soup or salad so you are paying for something you don't get.

Waitress was very kind and helpful in assisting my wife in finding food she could eat! My wife is gluten intolerant and also vegan, so finding food she can eat and enjoy. Success! Also they use NO MSG!
