When we first moved to the Valley there were no bona fide wings-places around... This is a welcome change! Love the sauces, love the wings! Granted, I am not a sports fan, nor do I appreciate the noise level - but that's BWW. I can deal with it. We had one sub-par experience once, but after talking to the manager it was more than made up for. Also, a good selection of some very nice beer! Wings Tuesday is the best.

Where do I start? You would think this being a chain restaurant everything would be as good as the rest around Oregon and out of state. I've been to this BWW four times and I gave up on it sadly, I love hot wings. Most people I know fell the same way about this place. Food orders are usually wrong. One time a friend ordered a burger and it was iced cold, I couldn't believe it. The waiters are great and fast but who knows what happens in the kitchen.

  • Spencer H.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made a mistake on my bill, and Immediately it was remedied by the manager, A.J. He came over and talked to me and fixed everything. No business can be perfect, and it is refreshing to go somewhere where the staff is so sincere and really wants to help you and really cares!

  • Dianne H.

Slow service, extremely slow....after over an hour of waiting, after we waited to give an order, food showed up cold. Got no silverware or napkins. Worst service ever!

    (2)
  • Elisa P.

I was able to get my wings just the way I wanted them! A treat I hadn't found at any BWW anywhere in California. I relaxed and had good food. Availability of Angry Orchard pushes it from a solid 4 to 5

Tasty Tip: Be sure to check out the B-Dubs Labs flavor. They have a limited time flavor they rotate through. Last one was a delicious Honey Mustard Bourbon. This time it's Wicked Wasabi, which was ok, but definitely keep an eye on it!

Had a great time for my birthday. Service was fantastic. And juicy steak burger with honey mustard was great. Plus slice of chocolate cake. Great experience.

I have been here a few times and enjoyed their wings. The last time I went in I decided to try something else from their menu. I had fish tacos and they were the worst I've had in my life. The fish tasted old and they gave me tartar sauce from little packages. The sauce was warm and discolored. I didn't finish my meal. The thing that made it all worse though was that before I ordered I asked the waitress if she recommended them. She just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. When she cleared our plates and saw I did not eat my food she asked if it was ok. I said it was not good. Her reply was to laugh and say yeah I've seen the fish, I wouldn't get that. Well thanks for telling me when I asked! The people they hire are young and don't seem to care. The drinks are so over priced. The environment is extremely cheesy.

  • Paige J.

Like the environment and the food is tasteyy! Would give five stars but the service is a little slow. Other then that like this place and I'll be going back.

Loud, cold (we sat outside...had to ask the heater be turned on), food was late(had to ask for it} and came cold. Order was screwed up Got talked into going. Never again.

  • Mario G.

The service here is terrible you walk in and no one is at the greeting station..so you have to walk around and find some one and ask to be seated. The salads are a no go they just pull it out of a bag. I had to get up and go find some one to and ask for my check. This is the 3rd time I have been there and it was the same all three times. I will not be going back

  • Brandi F.

I was truly impressed I walked in got to see right away I gave my kids tablets to play on our appetizers came in a timely order and following our meal the wings were amazing the mango habanero hot wing sauce was fun I definitely went there for the experience and would go back again definitely worth the two hour drive from Roseburg... Reasonably priced, atmosphere was fun and very family friendly

Tysons Bagged chicken, are you kidding me? Food was not very good. Beer is very expencive. The place is very open with lots of TVs so its very loud. Staff was fine but too young to be working there, they lacked the experience to get things done. I think the owners could have done better, very disappointed.

I've been here quite a few times since they opened in 2013, and my most recent visit made me decide to finally leave a comment regarding this particular location. I come here knowing what to expect - delicious fried goodness and lots of TV screens with any variation of sports showing. They've always been fairly busy when I've come in and I understand the madness that can ensue when you have tons of tables all coming and going at once, all with specific needs. But still, I did not expect to come into the bar section of the restaurant with 13 dirty tables leaving us with nearly no where to seat. They must have been pretty busy since we had been sitting for a few mins without a "Hi, someone will be with you momentarily," and the tables weren't being cleaned during that time either. I will say that when we were greeted our server was quite friendly, informative, and apologized for the wait and the surrounding messy tables, expanding that they just dealt with a rush. The food came out within 5 mins or less! And was delicious as expected!

I have loved BWW in the past in other cities because I just love wings. The food was good but most of the wings were super overcooked, dry. They also got our order completely wrong, it was weird. I'd try them again since, as I mentioned, I love wings. Hope next time they're cooked better.

  • Kelz K.

This place has the worst service! Before even walking in the door the hostest was rude. We came in and were seated. After waiting a minimum of 30minutes for a waiter or waitress to at least acknowledge and ask my group if we wanted water, We left. The hostest even made eye contact with us before we even propt ourselves up to leave.

Sports are great! If you want to watch a game, this is the place. The food....not so much. Not a drinker here, so can't speak to the bar. I'm not one of those Yelpers who writes about ONE bad experience, but feel it is worth noting this restaurant is not up to par with other BWW in other cities. Food = Bad. All the time. Dry meat. Too Salty. I've never had great service either. I've given BWW at least 4 shots for them to redeem themselves. Every time I leave I say to myself, "ugh, probably won't go there again." I suggest you avoid the food as well (unless you are there to watch a game).

Service was great. People were friendly. The food was good. The lemon pepper boneless wings were the best.

I hadn't been to a BWW yet and while in Medford today I decided to take my friend and my daughter there for a late lunch. No host, we just stood there at the host station hoping someone would help us and seat us. Finally a young lady wandered onto the floor and noticed us standing there waiting, and sat us at a booth (she was polite). Next, our drink order was taken and very quickly my tea and my daughters soda was brought, but not my friends strawberry lemonade. he waited about 10 minutes and finally got up to say something and our server was bringing it. 10 minutes to make a strawberry lemonade? Ok... She took our order and the food seemed to take a while (for the kind of food they serve and only counting about 20 people in the entire restaurant it seemed pretty slow) Finally we received our sandwiches which weren't bad, but not very impressive either, and my daughter pushed her cup of mandarin oranges in front of me and pointed to a slice of pepper in the bottom of them. Lovely. It took a little bit for our server to come by, but when I showed it to her she did quickly replace them for my daughter. Overall for as few tables they had, the service was very poor. The food bland, and my friend said the strawberry lemonade was like cool-aid, (not in a good way). I get that it's a chain known for watching sports on the plethora of big screens and munching on wings and not a 4 star fine dining restaurant, but seriously the management needs a kick in the rear for allowing this poor of an experience in their establishment.

This was our second try at Buffalo wild wings. The first time our kids mac and cheese was cold, this time it was our fries. The food is ok, nothing special. Cannot understand why their wings are so expensive. It's chicken, not lobster. The kids love the tablets to play on and the atmosphere is fun but the food is not what I would expect for the prices.

    (3)
  • Frank D.

They have a lot flavor combinations for the wings. I enjoy the boneless option personally. I have seen other patrons getting food other than wing and I have to say it looks pretty good. It's was very busy tonight (march madness) but we were seated promptly.

    (4)
  • Bub K.

We've tried four different times. If not for the kid games and TVs this place wouldn't have a chance. Service is terrible. Had to wait to be seated when there were open tables and booths. Were told our server needed a chance to catch up. They give a beer list you order a beer server comes back and says they don't have that beer. Walk to the bar and there it is. Obviously the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Oh and the food merely average at best. Hope they figure it out someday because the theme and concept is great. But poorly executed.

    (1)
  • Nick G.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Ordered boneless wing which took over an hour to arrive. Our server may have left to go home, do some laundry, paint a few houses, or God knows what. Either way no one cares about the customers here. The worst of the worst.

Based on the yelp reviews, we almost skipped this restaurant, but my husband was so excited to go to Buffalo Wild Wings (we don't have one anywhere near our hometown) so we went anyways. So glad we tried it for ourselves! The host/manager greeted us with a great smile and set us up in a nice booth. We asked to play trivia and were giving hand held electronic pads so we could participate- so much fun! There were games on the pads too and my little boys loved playing along, what a treat for them. But the service, WOW, Deborah was AWESOME! She was warm and friendly, but remained professional at the same time. She knew when to joke and how far to take it and then back to business. We wanted for nothing the entire night. The food was very good, I ordered a Mediterranean Salad, the marinated grilled chicken on top of it was so tender and juicy, and the tahini dressing was really yummy. It came with pita triangles and hummus which was a nice touch. My husband wings were fresh, hot and really good. The kids had fries and chicken strips and ate them all. The draft beer selections were numerous. All in all, a great experience- Thanks Deborah!!!

We had to leave buffalo wild wings got sick of waiting after we were seated to have order taken! Sat there 25 min without being offered a drink or to take our order, waiters just walked past us several times! We ended up going to Outback Steakhouse instead! At least they offer food samples if there is a long wait and they attend to u once u r seated! Really disappointed too I wanted to try this place and got my hopes up! Sad!

When fresh, the wings are delicious. As for all the negative reviews, I had a great experience in the bar two nights after opening and, one week later, a horrible experience in the dining area (over an hour waiting for food, no coordination among wait staff and kitchen to serve everybody at once, and food was cold and sitting a while before being seved). They need to close this place for a week or two and do a staff boot camp. The reviews are terrible and most folks have been getting pissed off at them. (more this store than the franchise I think) When everyone is trained proper then they should get it done.

Worst experience of my life! This place is a joke! The first and last time I will eat at this place was Sunday 12/22/13. Let's start by saying as soon as we walked in we could see this place was packed(looked like beyond capacity) you were shoulder to shoulder with people, worse than a shitty night club. Then the greeter advised my fiancé and I that the wait for a table in the main dining area was 25 minutes or there was open seating in the bar area (which there wasn't) We walked around the bar area looking for the mysterious open tables that we were told about, they were never found. We asked several "servers" for assistance but I guess that was asking for too much since nobody was willing to help. Finally as we were getting ready to walk out a table opened up (20 minutes later, should have just waited for the main area) After finally getting a table it took the "waitress" 15 minutes to even come to us to take our order, 20 minutes to finally bring our drinks and I shit you not almost 45 minutes to bring out a burger and wings!!! And she wasn't even the one to bring them out it was someone completely different! They had lost my order! They wouldn't have even checked if I wouldn't have said something. So, Wings come out and my order is wrong...sent them back and waited another 20 minutes for the right order!! In a nutshell FUCK THIS PLACE! I will never go back. This place is horrible and the service hurt worse than getting punched in the dick tip! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

We went to have a late lunch - around 3:30. The dining area only had two other tables, while others were sitting in the bar area. Our server was prompt, kept checking on us throughout and got our drinks- refills and all. The wings were piping hot and hubby's burger was quite fat and juicy. He asked if he could have chili cheese fries instead of plain fries and it was no problem. We had a great lunch and will definitely come back again. I'm glad I didn't rely on all the poor reviews I had seen from the past because it's now two for two on a great dining experience here.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The customer service is crap. It took almost an hour to get our food. And most of the workers are just plain rude. If someone doesn't want to work with people and be friendly, they shouldn't work at a restaurant or anywhere with customer service.

Went for lunch, the service was slow, and the meal portions seemed small. Took for ever to get refills for drinks.

  • Ann W.

Horrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I understand they just opened, but it was beyond that. Took 30 min to get seated. Placed order for appetizer, drinks, dinner. Appetizer came in 15 min. Was cold. Dinner took 1.5 hours to come to table. NOT Exaggerating here. We were just about to ask for check and leave. When they did finally arrive, mine were cold. Fries were cold. I could have went to Costco, bought frozen wings, dumped them with a jar of sauce in the crock pot and it would have tasted better. Not ever going back!

Disappointing gyro. I've never gotten such a small portion of fries either. Glad they saved the $0.10 on me.

  • Quang N.

Wings were good. Tasted like how they do at almost every buffalo wings. Service was very poor. Pretty sure they forgot our other but the manager did offer us a free appetizer. After eating... took awhile to get our check. Had to wave down our server who was in the process of going home....... thanks for telling us or passing us on lol

    (3)
  • Jenna C.

Bleh! Horrible food, the wings were way too dry, the boneless were mainly breading, and the sauces tasted like they came from a McDonald's packet. Our service was horrible, we were asked to pay our bill in the middle of eating because the waitress had to leave, I'm sorry but as a previous waitress, don't seat someone a table if they're leaving in 15 minutes. To top it all off, my boyfriend and I were both severely sick the next day. I don't know why anyone I their right mind likes this place unless you're just going to watch tv, just stay home! Go to Your Wingman in Grants Pass, it's cheaper and a million times better!

First off, this is a brand new to Medford place, and yes, it was a Monday night (with football)... Would love to do a real review of the FOOD, but didn't get the experience -- although not for lack of trying. A group of work friends made plans to go last night (planned a few days ago), and we found out that they don't do reservations until you are actually in the building. Once there, our earliest person was told it would be approx. 20 minutes. Well, no it wasn't. I believe we waited for approximately an hour, with no available seating in sight. Oh, except the offer of a booth at one end for some of us, and a booth at the other end for the rest of the group. No thanks. We had a group of 15, and after waiting around uncomfortably (the manager never checked on our group), the young girl at the front, although she did check a couple of times, seemed at a loss. We then took ourselves (and our $$) over to Texas Roadhouse a short walk away. Buffalo might want to consider a way to cater to larger groups, and/or reservation options, as I can't imagine we would be the only ones with that request....

    (2)
  • Dustin F.

Food was average. Tasted like freezer burned wings. The service was terrible. Waited 30 minutes for drinks to come, just water. The only way I could see anyone getting real excites about this was if you were there to just get hammered at their bar, that would bring the quality of the food up. The atmosphere is so loud you cannot have a conversation. Do yourself a favor and by the frozen wings at Safeway across the street, way cheaper and probably tastes better.

    (1)
  • Leslie C.

I took my niece and nephew here for lunch and even though it was not crowded, it took about 30 minutes for the burgers and wings to come out. I has the fish tacos which were obviously from frozen food, as is most of the menu. It was alright, but I don't think I will go back. Too much waiting for frozen food.

    (2)
  • Sherry H.

The place has great TV's for watching sports and good selection of beer. The wings.......not that great. Their blue cheese and ranch has a very institutional taste. If they made it on site and fresh it would be better. I am picky about my dressings. These taste like out of a bottle with lots of preservatives. The service is really good. Because it's a chain, you have to expect that the food won't be fresh. Fire on the Mountain in Portland far surpasses these guys.

    (2)
  • CandD S.

Very busy here, got our beers fast and our appetizer was on our table in 7 minutes from the time we ordered ... I set my timer!!! Alexis is doing a great job, she's checked in on us twice already! Our meal just came to our table in 21 minute. My salad was great... my nuts were missing but an easy fix. Our burger was great. Try the mango habanero sauce... Only complaint would be not enough fries!!! We can't even complain about the bill really... 3 beers, an appetizer and two meals $50! Not too bad! We will come back when we're back in town. Especially for a "Game Changer" beer!

  • Max B.

I love the food and that is the only reason why I still go here, but otherwise the service is absolutely awful. Most employees I have encountered are absolutely unmotivated and have no idea what customer service is. They take their sweet time and I consistently wait at least 15 minutes after having looked at the menu just to have our order taken. Then after receiving the food I have had to get up JUST to find someone for additional service because none of the waiters check up on you. Management needs to get on this or get new management that will

  • Olivia B.

I had the absolute BEST service tonight. My boyfriend called in an order at 9:30, but I was held up at work and didn't get there until about 11:00. When I got there they said they had tossed the order because it had been sitting for an hour and they couldn't sell a product like that. I said I totally understood. They remade my order in less than 10 minutes! They offered me a free drink while I waited, and the man (I believe he was the manager) apologized over and over... Are you kidding!? If I were him I would have been mad as heck at me! When I payed he gave me a free "shareable" card, which is basically an appetizer. I tipped $10 on a $20 tab. I could not believe how apologetic and generous they were. I am kicking myself for not getting the name of the man who served me, but he was AWESOME! My experience there tonight made my day.

Manager "Candy" ruined our night. So after I enjoyed my first visit so much, we decided to go back last night for the special in boneless wings. We were seated quickly (around 6 PM) and got our drinks fast. The waiter who brought my friend and I our berry lemonades offended my buddy and I with his remarks because we ordered "girly drinks". When we got our food, my wife noticed she was missing half of her food, so we mentioned it to our waiter. He said he'd check on it for us. 1 hour into our meal (now 7 PM) she still hadn't got all of her food so we asked our waiter again. He went back to the kitchen and said it was just being slow. 1 hour later (now 8 PM) still no food from the kitchen. We were given to-go boxes and paid our bill when he gave it to us, but we were still waiting for her wings. He said a manager would come talk to us. 20 minutes later, here comes a mid-60s woman to our table. She doesn't say "hi", she doesn't say "sorry", she doesn't offer an explanation. She said she wouldn't take off the cost of the wings (which came right as she came to our table around 8:20 PM) because we had just paid. I mentioned an instance where other restaurants had been able to refund the purchase afterwards (went to kaleidoscope and waiter charged wrong table to my card) but she got extremely defensive and kept talking very condescendingly to us. Instead of trying to help the situation, she just kept retorting with "Nuh-uhhhh!" And even pushed my wife's hand away as she went to receive the coupon she had brought her. We asked another waiter (whom we had our last visit) what her name. It's "Candy". Candy, you ruined the night for us. We would have been fine taking your coupon if you hadn't been so rude and condescending to us.

I seriously want to go home and throw up. Horrible food, I could have eaten better at Taco Bell. Finally tried this place to see what they are about. I will not be back. Aside from the food, the seats were extremely uncomfortable and hard. The room feels like a gym and is loud and hollow. Way overpriced and the waitress brought me a $10 bill for change on a 20 bill... Like I am supposed to tip her 5%? The only thing I like about the place was the abundance of TV's. I went with a friend who felt the same way. Yuk! How did this place become a good chain?

    (1)
  • Leigh F.

Our food came out quickly and was delicious! My fried pickles were crispy (awesome!) and my boyfriends pretzels were hot and soft. The wings were excellent- I love mine crispy and super hot. They were smothered in sauce and sooooo crunchy! Mmmm Our server Taylor kept our waters filled and he was super polite. Thanks BWW!

No big gripes I don't like big chains though. It moves up to a 4 or 5 if you need to eat after 9 p..m. in Medford..Probably a good place to watch the game.. Server was nice, helpful and provided guidance to what was spicy etc.. Decent Vegetarian and Vegan options although I had no desire to try any of them.

  • Larry L.

The first time me and my wife went the wings came out cold and they never came back to check on is so we just ended up eating our cold food. We decided to give it a second chance and the wings came out cold AGAIN!! They were obviously aware if this problem and asked us if we wanted new wings, to which we replied no. Didn't feel right throwing away food that required killing a living creature so we just ate the cold wings. The food here is just not very good. We LOVE the one down in California and go there whenever we are down there but somehow this one just does not compare. The service is very bad. It seems like there are 100 different servers walking around but none if them make eye contact with you or ask you if you need anything. It's very odd... If they get new staff and new cooks it would probably improve. I will probably never go there again.

Horrible! I would like to give 0 stars... When I walked in the restaurant I got greeted by 10 or more employees, then one of them says "are you hear for the Viking game" and as I was wearing a Vikings sweatshirt and Vikings hat another employee says "duh." Then they took me out in the heated patio area (a huge room heated with overhead heat lamps) where I was the only one in there slowly roasting in a huge sauna. The waitress came in 5 minutes later and I said it is too hot out here, can I sit in the dining area? Then she looked at a tv chart and said the game will be on the big screen here... I was annoyed that the game was colts/chiefs game. Then she move me to another table (I am angry at this point) and I waited for 5 minutes of commercials, guess what??? No game! I was pretty pissed off at this point and the waitress comes up and says "we can change the channel after my manager comes out of a meeting" and I said when is that and she leaves and comes back and says the the manager says we can change it at half time... Hell no! I said give me the bill for my drink and I left... Do not go here! 100 TV's and they still can't get it right.

Considering this is the only BWW between Eugene-Springfield & Sacramento, it's bound to be busy. We like ordering for pickup and watching the games at home anyway. This place is constantly packed and the wait in store can be a bit much. But the wings are good and the servers do try hard to give you a good experience.

    (3)
  • Travis P.

The worst overall service / food I've ever had. The wings didn't have sauce on them it was some sort of powder. The food took an hour to get to us. I had to go up to the bar to get a beer since the one I ordered didn't come for 30 minutes. Terrible. Don't go

    (1)
  • Lea G.

Not coming here again. An hour passed between walking in and us getting our food. It was a Saturday night, to be fair. The music was so loud that we all had to yell at each other or just smile and nod when you couldn't hear what was said after the third "what?" The environment is incredibly stressful. The order came out wrong and some wings were cold. My grilled chicken on my salad was cold, but I was informed it was supposed to be and that the blackened chicken was warm, so FYI. The grilled chicken was also full of gristle. Our waitress, Kait, was very nice and took the salad off our bill and also took a percentage off for them getting the order wrong. However, I don't need to make this mistake twice.

The food is your average BDubs fare but the service is poor. There are A TON of employees hanging around but very few are actually working. We waited for drinks to be filled each time we ran out and anything needed after your food hits the table (ranch, napkins, etc) is almost impossible to get. The food takes a while to come out so make sure you have time to wait. It's unfortunate that they're off to such a bad start because this town could use a solid hangout.

I have liked going to BWW in the past so I was pretty excited that one was opening in MFR. It has been open for quite a while, but I just have not had the opportunity or motivation to go. I decided today would be the day. With the Giants and Dodgers playing a weekday day game, what better chance to try it out for lunch. Get some wings and watch some of the game. I had read most of the reviews about the poor or indifferent service. I kind of gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was new and there is a learning curve involved. On this particular day, it was past the typical lunch hour (1:30) when I walked in. Customers were in the restaurant, but I would consider it pretty empty. Long story short, game wasn't on and the Manager said she would check. I waited 10 minutes and she never got back to me. I could see her in the corner talking to coworkers. At that point I decided to leave. I probably could have sought her out and asked again, but I was already feeling negative about the place from reading all of the bad reviews about the service. I ended up driving over to Chadwick's where the game was on with the volume turned up. Had a great tuna melt there. I will probably go back and try it again sometime, however not when I want to watch a specific sporting event though.

Been 3 total times including opening night. Opening night was excellent which I believe was due to the experienced employees in town for the event. Last 2 trips required chats with a manager to 1- get our food after an hour and watching other tables seated after us already eating and 2- to simply get someone to wait on us after being seated for 15 mins. Both times management seemed to care less and offered no concessions for the trouble. I hope they get over this early struggle and offer service that we expect. The bar is low for this joint but so far it is barely worth the trouble. Oh yeah, food is as expected for BWW.

Good selection of wings. Also pretty good amount of other menu items as well. 36 beers on tap is awesome! Patio seating area is nice. Will be coming back for more in the future.

I had heard from family and friends that the wings were great, service not so much. We went last night around 7:30 for a birthday dinner. When we got there the place was maybe a third full so I thought our chances for good service were way better. The hostess went to seat us at a table and we asked for a booth instead. There were at least 5 open but she said there would be a wait because none of them were clean. We waited over 5 minutes for that. Once we were seated we didn't see anyone to take our order for another 10 minutes and she took a drink order then walked away so quickly we couldn't even get our food order out (and we were ready). When she brought the drinks they were dropped on the table and she walked away again. 5 more minutes and she finally came back to take the food order. After that it took about 15 minutes to get our appetizer of onion rings, which was a pretty small portion, although they were tasty. Another 15 minutes went by before our wings came out! And they never did bring my cole slaw order. I will say that the wings were delicious. A lot of meat (we got traditional) and good flavors on the seasonings. We were never offered refills on our drinks until we were done eating and the waitress brought the bill. And even then she refilled one person's drink but not the other who had less than 1/4 cup left. I was teetering between a 2 star or 3 star review. If I was rating the food only it would be a 4. The service is inexusable. There were plenty of staff, as I saw lots of different servers walk by our table. Our waitress was not rude or anything like that, but not at all personable or skilled at being a server. Never offered dessert or to clear away bones as they were accumulating or anything like that. When the bill came we pointed out the cole slaw that never came and told her to take it off the bill. Her response was simply "OK", not even a "oh wow I'm so sorry I forgot that". The ambience there is really loud even at less than half capacity, so I can only imageine that if the place was full you wouldn't be able to have a conversation at normal volume. Don't think I will be back, instead I would just order the wings as takeout

Food is alright, I do like that it's open late, about the only restaurant that is. First time I came I was not impressed, waitress didn't come over until 10 minutes after we were seated. Ordering food to go is pretty quick.

We will never go back. When a place is called Buffalo wild WINGS, one would think the wings would be fabulous. Horrible boneless wings, over cooked and very light on the sauce. I told my server and he proceeded to tell me I should have order the bone in wings. Like all the wings should be great. He told me he was sorry I felt unhappy with my food and walked away.... A bad dinner and it was not cheap. Small portions that are expensive.

Originally, my fiance and I wanted to try BWW the night we had gotten back from visiting family in California for Thanksgiving. It turned out that the night we came back is the day BWW had their grand opening. Therefore, it was a PACKED HOUSE! We didn't want to deal with a "high school reunion" so we decided to wait a few days and give it a shot around lunch time to catch the lunch specials! On Tuesday, we craved BWW and went to get some food to go. We made it just in time before the lunch special ended (ends at 2PM). We ordered two orders of 8 boneless wings (we chose the sauces Caribbean Jerk and Honey BBQ) with a side of fries and ranch as well as an order of fried pickles. Granted, it was their third day open but they ended up forgetting our fried pickle order so the manager hooked it up with some free wings coupons for our next visit - which is awesome. HOWEVER... So far, the only thing worth it is the wings. We've had better tasting fried pickles elsewhere for the money and the fries taste like frozen fries you buy from the grocery store. But the wings? BOMB! We've heard there are some other menu items that are worth the money and visit so we will be back to try other things :)

Besides the sketchy check out(no register involved, just a receipt was traded for cash in the hall), and the fact that two girls both showed up to help and left to check my order but never returned- I found the wings to be great. Nice flavor and nice sized wings- a bit pricy I thought but still good. Was packaged with vegetables and ranch on the side.

Great atmosphere. Very loud and crowded. Lots of TVs to watch all sports. Parking lot had a lot of food liter and garbage. Inside was clean. The tables were very light and when bumped things could go flying.. The waitress was attentive and checked on us a few times. Food was amazing. Prices were reasonable. I am a very light drinker so when my strawberry mojito was not very strong, it was pretty obvious. I told the waitress and she said I'd have to take it up with the bartender, so I didn't fuss I just won't be ordering cocktails from there again. I also look very young and was never carded. It was my friends birthday [and we mentioned he had a sober driver] they made him drink a glass of water and wouldn't give him a shot, when he only had one shot and a beer with dinner. Not horrible but my favorite.

OK food.....but way too loud!!! The servers even had trouble communicating. They will all have hearing damage. We will not go back.

Worst experience at a restaurant ever!! Four of us went to this location. Our waitress Christina continuously took down our orders incorrectly and brought us the wrong drinks and food, if she even brought them at all. When the bill came, my boyfriend's and my tab was for about $44.00. To be honest, this didn't include everything we ordered, but we figured things were taken off due to the poor service and the manager needing to get involved. We gave her our card. When the charged amount came back, it was for $80, without the original check. We brought this to get attention and she brought back a bill for $64. I asked for the manager and explained the situation to the manager (Candy) then asked her to comp something due to the horrible service (she offered this to a table next to us). She took away our bill and came back after charging us $64, nothing taken off the bill. I said again that something should be taken off considering the bill was now $20 more than the first amount shown to us. Candy proceeded to argue with me saying she had taken something off the bill. I told her that what she took off was something we hadn't even ordered, which was true. She and another employee offered to "show me the math." I explained that the math wasn't needed (everything was outlined on the check), but again had to ask for something to be taken off because of the HORRIBLE service. Candy angrily (and rudely) agreed and walked away. When Candy came back, she slammed the adjusted check on the table and was shaking (clearly angry at me) then walked away. I realize that she may have been angry, but I never raised my voice or used any derogatory language; I was merely trying to explain the situation. I love BWW's wings, I was just VERY upset about the service, attitude, lack of respect and condescending nature of the employees, and especially management.

Decided to come with a big group of co-workers the day after opening day. This place was packed for Monday night football. Could not call ahead for a reservation, had to show up then make reservation. We waited about 30-40 minutes and still no tables opened up so we headed over to the Texas Roadhouse (which wasn't anything to write home about either. My boyfriend and I returned a week later and didn't have to wait long for a table. Unfortunately our service wasn't that great. Had to ask our server 3 times for a glass of water, said he would be right back and each time he walked by our table was to bring drinks to the tables around us. Finally the guy who brought our wings out was the one who brought us some water. Finally when our food did come it was just OK. The garlic parm wings were pretty tasty and probably the only reason why I give this place 2 stars. Their buffalo wings are not REAL buffalo wings. My dad is from Buffalo so I know what the real thing tastes like. I really don't think this place should sell anything besides wings as their salad sucked and their burgers were hard and dry like hockey pucks. There just seems to be a lot of clueless teenagers running this place, if we get food from here again it will be to go.

I have only been here once and wont be going back. The staff were friendly and honest. So honest, when I asked what the prices were for beer (not posted in the menu) we were told we would be better off buying a six pack as it would be about the same price; $5.50 - $6.50 per beer. I tried to substitute my soda that was included in the lunch special for the beer and pay the difference, but that wasn't an option. A small order of wings was $12 and nothing great in flavor or quantity. For me personally, there were about 10-15 TVs too many. And they were huge. If you are going to go out at your secondary objective is to ignore the company you are with, this may be the perfect place for you. Not only are the walls covered in televisions, there are tablets for everyone to play with as well while they wait for food. I know this is a sports themed restaurant, but there is really just too much going on for this to be good for families and the food was completely mediocre.
