HORRIBLE SERVICE. I came here for two simple coffees, and there was no one in line it was just me. There's about 6 workers and two people training to work so they take my order and all but I wait 10 minutes for my drinks! The people that are being trained are the ones making my drinks and their taking forever! Meanwhile the other 4 workers are just standing around. Train workers at other times please. I don't have the time to wait on them, guess I'm never coming back here again.

Ok normally I would give my 'hood' Orenco Station Starbucks five but today the service was terrible not sure what's happening and I'm not one to complain. It was like there was a competition on who was going to make the coffee??!

I went here one morning in a sort of rush. I have myself 10 minutes to wait behind 3 people who got simple drinks. I only ordered a breakfast sandwich before I paid. After paying I stood around waiting for 5 minutes even though the sandwich takes 2. After waiting around another 5 minutes, I walked up to the counter to find my sandwich laying there waiting for me. They always call your name or the sandwich, but failed to do so This time. I managed to miss my bus and the max that I could've rode to work but did not since the lazy barista couldn't call out my name.

I came here because I don't like watching my boyfriend get his hair cut. It's not exciting. That's my excuse. I need one when I go to 'bucks. I noticed a lot of semi-wealthy old farts here. Not my scene. The girl taking my order was a little quirky, but nice. My caramel macchiato tasted a little weird. Burnt, perhaps. The barista was the opposite of the girl at the counter. He looked very unhappy to be there, and made no effort to be nice or even speak. When someone says, "Thank you!" you say "You're welcome!" or "Enjoy!" or something. Well, dude, I wasn't happy to be drinking the cup of coffee you just poured. Good thing a new Insomnia opened up down the street.

So Starbucks is always used in business books as the prime example for top notch customer service so I think it's fair to hold them to a higher standard. This particular Starbucks is unusually slow. I always drive down the road and if there are more than 4 or 5 cars in the drive through I pass by so I'm not late for work. I don't know if it's a staffing problem, new-hire, sense of urgency, or what. I would definitely call the wait times unusual for a Starbucks. Fix that and this would be one of their better locations. On the plus side, the personal interactions are exceptional. Never a dull conversation at the window, and this coming from someone who can't stand small talk.

Can I give a zero? The staff is unattentive and seem to be your typical barista that doesn't want to work but to chat and flirt all day long. I have to give out an audible sigh atleast three times i went there. They are pathetically comatosed employees that I would not mind being fired infront of a crowd. UNPROFESSIONAL. oh plus, it's a starbucks. need i say more to add insult to the injury?

Your typical Starbucks - busy and crowded! This location closes quite earlier than the other Starbucks in the vicinity. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This location has more chairs to lounge around than other Starbucks I've been to within the area. I usually come here to study but this place isn't ideal for a large study group. If you want your cup of joe in the morning, this place is an option for you.

Seriously, why is this even on here!?!?? Do we yelp McDonalds? No! Why? Because the food (and the service, for the most part) in every McDonalds is exactly the same as that in every other McDonalds. The same with Starbucks: overpriced, nasty dreck slathered in sugar and cream, served pretty much exactly the same way in every outlet, and ordered using a special lingo concocted by the company. An automatic drip coffee maker loaded with pre-ground Peet's coffee can turn out a better cup than Starbucks. That is, unless you hate coffee, in which case Starbucks is the place for you. This isn't interesting, and It feels like someone is digging for "firsts" here.

Price was a little high for a hot cocoa, but I do have to say the cocoa was pretty darn good. Since I don't drink coffee really can't give a review to that, but their cocoa was pretty good and free since I was giving a gift card. I certainly never would pay $4 for a hot cocoa out of my own pocket. Service was fast though and very friendly, but I doubt I'll be back at those prices.

i like to come here to study. they offer free wifi and have super comfy chairs. not ideal for large study groups though since there aren't big tables around to do work on. i came to study here the week they were offering buy one get one from 2pm-5pm and that was around the time i was studying so it did get quite loud. but it died down and since my friends and i stayed until closing, they offered us free pastries and doughnuts! i got an old fashion and three peite vanilla bean scones, my favorite! too bad they weren't offering the seasonal cranberry bliss bar.. so delicious, but free is free so i am not complaining. staff was super nice to us and i have yet to see them be jerks .. but if they do in the future, trust me ill let you know. suppose ill write an update when i go back and they're not doing buy one get one free between 2-5pm and ill tell you how the ambiance is.. usually though its a zoo in there between those times adults let their kids run free. no bueno when you're trying to study/concentrate. a good idea would be to bring headphones. listen to some tunes and rock out to the homework. yippee!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations near my work. I come here several times each week. The service is fast and the staff here friendly. I appreciate that the store is clean and orderly. I have never had a bad cup of coffee here at all. They also have a decent selection of pastries.

Perfect Americanos, just as always. Industrial decor and warm tones. Great service, friendly, eye contact and engagement were ideal.
