I like the food.... I do not like the service at times! Depending on who is working the portions are small & then they want to argue or charge to more. Each visit is always different at this location.

I like Panda Express, yes I do. I accept it's flaws, that it's not authentic (who ever expects it to be is LOKO), and such. This one, compared to the other ones I've been to just fails due to one simple fact - being out of items all the time. Lunch, dinner, you name it. OUT of items - especially orange chicken. I have been here 4 times - 3 times, they did not have orange chicken. They gave me the crappy ends of the last order that'd been sitting there for who knows how long and then started to cook more. Seriously? Orange chicken is their biggest item and you're just starting to cook more? Nope, fail. Also, trying to give me the scummy ends of the Kobari beer last night was just not going to happen. I saw one piece of beef and some unhappily wilted veggies & then had to ask to have an actual portion made for me. Oh yeah, also out of the orange chicken AGAIN. Get it together, guys. You are a C- compared to your local locations.

There are only a few things that i can eat on the menu and im bored with the selections. Its not the fault of the restaurant is my limited diet, that made me not give this restaurant a raving review. Its clean and the food actually good, if you eat Beef.

Panda Express gets picked on a lot because it is "fast food" Asian food. Um, yeah? This is news? They are picked on, too, because sometimes there food suffers from Post-traumatic steam tray syndrome (PTSTS; this is pronounced "pissy") Indeed. Deservedly so. But in my little world, there are two choices that I have in my lunch sphere for Asian vittles; Good Taste Noodle, a smaller two-restaurant chain whose quality is guaranteed to be all over the board. As nice as everyone is, it will be a ten buck lunch or thereabouts that is really worth closer to five. It will include that gawdawful gelatinous textured soup they include which is given in a choice of two unpleasant flavors. Otherwise it will be about the same quantity of anglicized Asian bits are in most Mom n Pops. To their defense, I suspect a dinner here would be a pretty good bet, but I'll have to get back to you on that. Panda then, requires timing. Think buffet timing. Get there a little before noon, a little before 12:30, a little before 1 and most of the goodies are fresh and really pretty tasty, if predictable. As Pandas go, this one is a pretty swanky one, with cool materials and textures and art hanging there, and Musak that is acceptable. The order line goes around an L shape. Even though at these times, they get busy, I would suggest walking on the outside of the queue and looking at all the goodies, otherwise you miss out on something at the end that you might have enjoyed. They aways ask you if you want samples of things, which I think is pretty cool; go for it! Some of the new dishes that they have introduced lately are pretty good if fattening. But, if you set your mind to it, you can eat vegan, healthy and frugally, not that I would ever consider doing this. The basic drill for me is three items and fried rice, streamed rice or chow main which has a very small representative dash of veggies in it. I go for that and add the the stir fry veggies that are on the other side of the buffet-line world and whatever else makes me giggle. And I get the pot stickers, not that they are that great, but they work. Watch the little imps; you sometimes have to remind them a couple of times to give you the dumpling sauce. They'll pack it to go or you can eat in a very nice dining room for a fast food joint. If you eat all of this, you will walk out bug eyed and will be useless for the rest of your business day, which I realize is the goal of many of you. With my toothlie situation, I have to ask for a knife to cut the stir fry vegetables, and in general it takes me an hour to eat what I used to pound down in 15 minutes. I therefore take mine back to work, gnaw on it for a while and then take it home, doctor it up and it reappears again as lunch the next day. This fascinates, mystifies and perplexes my co-workers, which is worth it all for me.

Just ate here, will never go back. Food was half cold, the orange chicken had so much spice on it my daughter couldn't eat it. They mixed up our order, and the people working there didn't seem to know what they were doing. Had the BBQ ribs, cold, and nothing to write home about. Altogether, just a bad experience

It's cheap really fast food americanized chinese food. I had a hankering for orange chicken and this is a quick place to get some. For me, this place is kind of a last resort place or if I need something really quick. It's ok in a pinch, but not a real regular type of place for me.

This Panda Express took over 1/2 of the old Block Buster video space. Not sure why they didn't take over the entire space as this Panda Express is small. During busy times the lines go out the door. Unlike other Pandas, they provide you with the tray at the end and you walk down a round counter instead of the "L shaped" one you find at other locations. Food quality is not the best, they cheat you at the amount you get and charge you double if you ask for more. Not before you say anything I've been at the Beaverton Panda Express and the Hillsboro Panda Express on Imbire drive and both give you a fair amount of food. Given the place is small you get a small hand full of seats to choose from. The decor is very nice with orange walls and various Chinese paintings and wood floors. Tables have a nice marble/granite top with black and red cushion seats. Around 4 booths and high ceilings with recessed lighting and a red Chinese style light fixture and modern track lighting. Over all this panda is a decent one. Just opened new years eve last year. Recommended.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
