I'm not from around this area but I did get a chance to eat here, as I had been longing for some teriyaki chicken. This is a family-owned teriyaki joint with a lot of taste for an affordable price if you're on the go and craving Asian food while in the Portland area. This place also satisfies cravings since it's surrounded by western establishments. Last time I went, it was surprisingly packed with people, mostly local favorites; I had to get up early to make room for another customer. The teriyaki chicken with lomein and fried gyoza are delicious. Also, the hot sauce there is a staple - it runs out very quickly so grab it from the condiments when you can. The customer service is very courteous and friendly. I would definitely go back there on my return trip back.

Honestly some of the best and most authentic teriyaki chicken I have ever eaten. Portions Are not bad and prices are good. Love it!

I have eaten here a few times and probably will continue to do so. Decent food and friendly service. The teriyaki chicken is good and affordable. They seem slow, though, no matter how busy or empty the restaurant is. There was only one other customer there, last time I went, but it felt like I waited overly long just for the basic chicken/rice/veggie combo. I was also a little disappointed when I opened my order. The "mix" of veggies was all cabbage, with two slices of carrot and one piece of broccoli. Will keep eating here as convenient, but it's not high on my list.

This is the first time I have ever eaten here and I was not let down at all. The owner was the cashier and very friendly. The place was packed so that shows they are consistently on point with their quality. The chicken was a little over done but the amazing teriyaki sauce made up for it. I would recommend this place if you are in the area. I only gave it three stars because 5 is special and you have to really stand out to get a4. They are just good.

The place used to be better, that's about all I can say. I used to be able to get a bento and be full. Prices are up and portion size has gone down a bit. It's tasty (as long as they don't overchar the chicken). I want to like them more, but it's hard. Dang it.

Favorite place to go for teriyaki and sushi when I need it quick. The owners are very nice and the prices are very fair. Perfect little place to stop in to either grab and go or sit down with a couple friends and eat. I'd recommend it to anyone!

The results are in Amigo, Good teriyaki lunch or dinner for two for under $20. That's my kind of Asian joint. The owners are amazingly nice and will make your food the way you like it on request. Super nice, cannot say enough about their great service with a smile. Try the spicy pork teriyaki, just awesome Muchacho! Ask them to make it extra spicy for full effect.
