Love Burgerville...but leave the Mayo please (blah!). If I am going to eat fast food, there are only a couple of places I will dine at. This place is one. I would prefer 5 guys to Burgerville, but this place is a good runner up for a quick bite. Love their sweet potato fries and milk shakes too. Totally love their Pumpkin shake! Prices are a bit much for what they serve....but what can you do? This Burgerville can be a little slow in the drive though, but the staff is very friendly, and the place is very clean inside. I also love that they have a special little area for the kids with crayons and papers to color, and little seats.

Went here before the Hillsboro Air show. I got Food Poisoning! I was very sick and disappointed after they pride them-selfs on freshly made burgers I ate a Spicy Anasazi Bean Burger and a Fresh Blackberry Sundae/Yogurt, I Will not be coming back soon.

Much better than a lot of the burger joints I've been dragged to by boyfriends in the past. I happened to go when they had the big berry promotion, so there were a lot of delicious looking milkshakes and frozen yogurt things. The milkshakes are kind of strange. No bite or icy texture, just creamy like an old McDonald's shake. Not bad, just weird. The black bean burger is pretty good for a vegetarian option. The fries were just okay. I really liked the vintage-y feel of the place. They were having a cute giveaway type thing when I was there and they announced "prizes" on the hour. The staff, at least the couple of times I have gone, are super friendly. Listing calorie information is appreciated, but painful.

OK, I normally like Burgerville, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I probably won't be going back to this location. We were in some what of a hurry and gave ourselves 40 minutes to order and eat. We ordered and most of our food came quickly, but the two youngest didn't get their orders. After confirming that we did in fact pay for the items that didn't get delivered it was almost another 20 minutes before they finally got the two youngest their food. Everyone else was already done eating at this point and we had to wait for them. We were there almost an hour because of it. The food was good, but the service was not impressive! I would pass on this location and head to the one in Beaverton, they have always got my order correct and delivered on time!

While it's sad that there is no In 'N Out Burger up here, we think we've found a suitable replacement. The burgers taste great and the Yukon gold fries (a seasonal item) are fantastic without ketchup. I've tried both the Chocolate Hazelnut (seasonal) and the strawberry milkshakes and was pleased with both. The Chipotle Pepper Jack burger (also seasonal) is nice and spicy. My only complaint is that their cheeseburgers just don't have the cheesy-goodness of In 'N Out. Aside from the food, the staff has been very helpful. I went to their website to check out their oil (all canola -- no trans fats to be found) and got confused by what was seasonal and what is on the "take out" menu and why is the "take out" menu different than the full menu because it's just a drive-thru like any other burger place??? When I went to the drive-thru they explained things really clearly and apologized all over they place about things being confusing. Then they proceeded to cook me a fresh batch of blazing hot fries and apologized for the delay 3 times; not only would a delay be worth it, it wasn't more than a minute or two. Then they made sure to warn me to be careful because the fries were hot. As fries should be! I love these considerate people!

Uber suck location. I'll leave it at that. Do they drug up employees?

this is a nice fast food place. it reminds me alot of in and out. the food tasted good and i really enjoyed the sweet potato fries. though the price is a bit higher then other fast food places, but for the quality i'm willing to splurge a bit :)

Talk about disappointing! I went to Burgerville after hearing it billed as the "In-N-Out" of Oregon. Needless to say In-N-Out has nothing to fear from this fast food chain. If you want a good burger west of Portland try Helvetia tavern.

Highly recommend Burgerville's Triple Berry Blast milkshake!!!
(5)John C.
Reliable burgerville. Tasty. Hot fries, love their fish options, and despite the 50s kitsch there's none of that supporting the big world-destroying corporations feel. Get some.
