I have been here several times and have never had any issues, just typical, average subway products and services. Hence the three star average rating.

I hate to give one star but it was appropriate. Over all the years of traveling Subway was my go to for something semi-healthy and small towns when I didn't have a lot of time to grab food. This Subway has a drive-through as well. A normal Subway usually has 2 to 3 people on staff at locations without a drive-through so you would think on a nice day having a drive-through you would double your staff or at least add one additional person to satisfy the drive through traffic. There were only two people on staff trying to work the inside and the drive-through and neither one of them seemed very experienced or trained. I chose the drive-through and there were three vehicles in front of me. It took 25 minutes to get to the speaker to order. I would've exited the drive-through but it just so happens there is a curb and parking spaces on one side and on the other side is a fence and the building so I was boxed in with cars also behind me. When I finally got to the speaker I ordered one of their two featured sandwiches on the menu. The order taker was not aware of what their featured sandwiches were nor what was on them. She said "I can't see the menu you are looking at" I had to proceed to tell them what the featured sandwiches were and how much they were. (At this time I'm thinking my sandwich should be free!) I pull up to the next window and it took another five minutes for anyone to appear to take my money. I didn't get a sorry for the delay or nothing. She tried to charge me more then what the menu said the price of the sandwich should be. I corrected her and then she had to go in the back and do who knows what before she could give me my change. I finally got my six-inch sub and...... SURPRISE!!!! It was not what I ordered. :-( So after spending 42 minutes of my life, that I will never get back, in a drive through and getting a sandwich that wasn't what I wanted. No, I will never be back! So unless you have a lot of extra time on your hands or love the thrill of wondering what you're going to get when you get to the drive-through window I suggest thinking twice before you enter this drive-through because you won't be able to exit. 2015-61

Poor service in drive thru here as well, I was given the wrong order, then was told they would fix it on my next trip?! I complained and finally got my order, but asked to speak to the owner, and recieved nothing from the owner, horrible service here.

Service is deathly slow - twenty minutes to be served and there were only 2 customers each with two subs ahead of me. IMO place is understaffed. I was served a flat bread sandwich on ice cold bread (straight out of freezer?). When I questioned it I was told "it's just bread". Unbelievable !

I went in last night for a sandwich. I had a hard time getting my food made. It seems to me that the drive thru really takes priority over customers in the store. They are wearing headsets while they make multiple sandwiches and I was having a hard time deciding if they were talking to me or the drive thru. I really don't think it makes a good drive thru/ dine in restaurant.

You are better off making a peanut butter sandwich from home, than gambling on receiving a real sandwich here. After having enough time in the captive drive-through line, to read 3 chapters of Gone With The Wind- you might get a person who pretends to pay attention to your sandwich order. Then when your BLT comes with no Lettuce, Tomato or mayo, you can go a couple miles before realizing it's April Fools day, and no one told you. Driving back, you go in seeking a manager- but silly you, it's inmates running the asylum day. No one responsible in sight. To cap off your delightful experience, the sandwich girl tells you a BLT doesn't come with tomato or lettuce, unless you request it. You ask her what the T is in BLT, and only a real deer is more blinded in the headlights. My wife ordered a sandwich asking for avacado, and a little mustard. She received a mustard sandwich, hold the avacado. Wow, I'm so glad I paid money for this good time. Can't wait to come back. Maybe they'll tell me ice doesn't come in ice water. Wheeeeee.......

Nothing wrong with the food, but the drive-thru should be given a miss, unless you have time to waste. Once you're in it (the entrance is after the parking lot, not in the parking lot, but watch out because it is RIGHT after the lot and there's only one car-width to get in, too), there's no getting out until you get through and, just for "fun" (ack!) the exit leads directly into the drivethrough for another business. Unless you hang a sharp right and go out the in for that drive through (too narrow to pass another car), you have to go through the next business as well. You can edge around the people in line there if everyone's tight to the wall and/or small cars (two pickups can pass ONLY if they are at the extreme edges, and it would be close - I'd worry about mirrors - heck, I worried about mirrors in our Corolla going past a pickup!). Otherwise you get to sit and wait while they order whatever from whatever business it is. Frankly, it's kind of scary.
