Bizarre little place, but the food is legit. Phenomenal potato salad might I add. Everytime I come here, I love it more. It's never busy, but somehow they manage to stick around. Good for them! I'm sure mall employees love it just out of convenience. There food quality is great and everything tastes homemadeish. The servers must be bored out of their minds, because it's so slow. I wanna try brunch one day. I hear it's a hit and a hoot!

Server has no idea what she is doing or how to run the place. Her chef was giving her advice/critique but she kept just nodding and wasn't really listening. Supposedly my order couldn't replace fries with chips, so I pay full price for fries on the side. Lo and behold, when I receive my order, there are a half order of fries next to my burger and no chips. I bring my food back to correct it, she tries to convince me that's how it comes. Coming from a restaurant background, I would have fired her long ago.

Totally mediocre. I ordered a bowl of clam chowder for $5.25. The portion was probably 1/4 of a can. Even then, pretty average quality, nothing special. I think Progresso clam chowder is better. Then I ordered a Grilled Cheese and Chips for $5.25. I assumed the "chips" were like fish and chips, aka french fries. For $5.25, I get 2 pieces of bread, 2 slices of american cheese and 1/2 ounce bag of Lays? Suggestion, the menu should say potato chips and the size you get with it. $12 bucks including tip. Super unimpressed.

Good food. Been there twice and the time the service was amazingly good but the second time it was just average. Would like to give it 3.5 stars but I have to round it up 4.

Started out rude and uncomfortable. They put miracle whip on my sandwich. Not a good value. By the end the waitress was trying to be nice. I won't be back.

I've been getting the cobb salad here for as long as I can remember so truthfully I don't have a lot of perspective on the rest of the menu. But, its quiet location tucked away upstairs lends itself to some pretty good people-watching. And it's a good alternative to the mall food court without being overly pricey.

Nice diner type food. Not greasy. Really good fries. We all got a pretty upset stomach about an hour after eating here. Not sure why, food tasted fine.

Service started out as RUDE! But I challenged the waitress on why she was so rude and she quickly turned it around. Food was great much better than you'd expect from mall food!

Overpriced for what I got. Clam chowder was mediocre and the open faced shrimp sandwich was a huge pile of shredded lettuce with some little salad shrimp and then topped with avacado and tomato. I searched out the bread under the lettuce just to confirm that there was indeed some under there. I won't bother going there again.
