Great customer services and absolutely delicious food! If I lived a lot closer I would be going there at least once a week!

I have been to The Muffin Mill several times on my lunch break as it is close to where I work. Normally my lunch time begins a 1:00pm and I normally don't have any problems. Today, I went with my daughter during the noon hour and the food was not good. I didn't think you could mess up a grilled cheese sandwich, but when the cheese isn't melted, it isn't very good. I also ordered a Grilled Chicken Sesame salad, which I have had before and it has been very good, but this time not so much. Usually they grill the chicken and place it on top of the salad and the warmth of the grilled meat melts the goat cheese to perfection. Today the chunks of cold chicken were so large, and ice cold.....definitely not the food I have experienced in the past. When I called later (2:00pm-well past their rush hour) to let the owner know, he was to busy to come to the phone. I understand that it is busy during the lunch hour, but really? At least leave the bread on the grill long enough to melt the cheese in the sandwiches and put freshly grilled chicken in the salads, not chicken that has been grilled and put in the fridge. I won't be going back there, I felt like my money could be better spent at a place where someone cares about making sure the food is prepared correctly. Sherry F.

Their California Pita is my absolute favorite there. Turkey, Hummus, Spinach, olives, bacon and avocado topped with Feta cheese. Add a fresh brewed iced tea and it's the perfect lunch! The staff are always pleasant and friendly. You can call ahead with your orders to avoid a long wait at lunch time. You can also pick up pastries and they always have a wide fresh selection. Great lunch spot!

So, this used to be the secret building trades contractor lunch spot. Not any more. Food is still top notch, and plenty of it. Their coffee is fantastically strong, Love it! If you ask, they will make you a mocha milkshake that's to die for. Real hard ice cream and espresso shots blended together. Hooyah!

Great food choices, vegetarian and carnivore options. I had the veggie wrap, stuffed with 6 veggies including lots of avocado! Prices are great too!

Muffin Mill has amazing food.. Location sucks bc its far from where I live! But I will still drive over there when I get that craving! The decor is crap basically lol... its a warehouse factory type place bc they make their muffins and cookies there. Claire and I just recently went for lunch and I asked them about where they sell the muffins. They told us they used to sell them at coffee places but now only sell them there. The front of the place obviously has the seating and where you order and make your food. The front area where you order and sit could definitely use some TLC and updating, but the food is soooooo good! I recently tried the Tomato Bisque soup and I love it! I've had all sorts of sandwiches here as well. My favorite is definitely the egg salad. They have specials each day on the dry erase board usually sandwich that comes with soup or pasta salad or something else. I have gotten the soup the last two times I have been.

Awsome food!! Great muffins! Really need to check this place out. Sandwiches are very meaty and lots of choices. Not to mention there soups which they have multiple kinds everyday.

My neighbor took me here three weeks ago, and I liked it so much that I've been back 3 times since and brought other people! I have to laugh at some of these other reviews, rating the atmosphere and such! This place serves a lot of local workers from the trucking industries and they do not find the funky building odd at all! They come for the food! So far, the Tuna Melt, the BLT, the Reuben and the soups have all been more than satisfactory, they are generous and very well prepared! I'm addicted to the carrot cake and the muffins are wonderful (I load up on the day-olds when I visit and they don't taste at all different from the fresh because they wrap each one individually!) the service is good, and one employee told me that she loves working there because of the family atmosphere of the team. I love hearing this! It's a little hard to find if you don't know its there, but it's been busy every time I've gone because of the loyal clientele and the value of their offerings. I am going to make this my "go to" place for all my out of town visitors from now on, and I will be wending my way there at least once a week!

The food gets 2 stars The pastries get 3 stars We ordered the turkey club and the Italian sandwiches. The turkey was a "swear to God" glorified jack in the box sand which that was microscopic. The Italian was meaty but bland. Hubby said his bacon was burnt but I love burnt bacon so I'm partial to that critique. Overall I would never go back unless it was to pick up some desserts. The pastries we picked up were pretty good. They had decent prices on the day old pasties and we ended up buying them all. Needless to say, I am still shocked this place had 4 stars to begin with.

We enjoy stopping here for fresh pastry treats the entire family likes! We recently ordered lunch sandwiches here as well. The sandwiches were good, fresh bread and ingredients, nothing extraordinary, but fresh and good. Quick and good for our family on the go!

The Muffin Mill is such an unusual lunch place... the location seems absolutely terrible: Out of the way, along a quite, industrial road. The place looks like just a factory (or a 'mill' I guess). But the great ratings on Yelp made me want to give them a try. I have to say, I was amazed to see how popular this place really is. There were so many people there! No trouble finding a seat, since they have plenty of seating, but I was surprised that such a large crowd made it all the way out there. The atmosphere is less than stellar. Feels like you're just sitting inside of a mill, with all the machinery right by you. Simple interior, plain tables and chairs, and a small air conditioned section. The food is good! Generously sized sandwiches with a large selection of ingredients from which to build your own, as well as numerous combinations to choose from. The baked goods (classic selection like coffee cake, brownies, etc) are fresh, soft and crunchy. The strawberry lemonade is sweet and sour and delicious. The one thing I don't get about the muffin mill is the mill part itself. They have all these plastic wrapped muffins (like you might see at a gas station), and they serve sandwiches, but they don't sell their baked goods anywhere. Who does this enormous mill run for? Just for the people who make it out to the cafe portion? And how about their bread? They don't actually make any of it themselves, except for those hoagy style rolls. Why do they have a gigantic mill that seems to make huge mountains of muffins that don't sell anywhere else, yet they don't make the bread themselves, despite sandwiches being their main business... In short: I'm deeply confused about their business model, but the food is solid. I'll be back!

This place is the best! After hearing my dad rave about it (he has lunch there every time he has to come and work in Eugene) we finally met him down there for lunch today. Sandwiches are HUGE and are made on yummy, fresh bread. Soups are delish and the pastries and desserts are out of this world. I had a 1/2 of a veggie sandwich and homemade veggie soup. SO good. I can't wait to go back! The prices are great, too.

Amazing sandwiches and out of this world home made soup. I've never been disappointed by these guys. They open at around 5 a.m. for those hard working people that need a cup of good joe and something delicious to get them going. Don't let the name fool you...they may have delicious muffins and other baked goodies, but the sandwiches are huge, hot, and made to order on fresh baked bread. And don't get me started on their soups and chili! There are several other deli's and markets within a stones throw of this place; but you cannot beat their hot food and exemplary service.

You won't be disappointed with the Muffin Mill. The sandwhiches are so good, mostly because of the fresh bread. Chili was pretty good. Be sure to sit in the air conditioned room! Easy parking and great ingress/egress. Easily recommend this business.

Love the coffee, bfast sandwiches, the soups, sandwiches and the desserts. Just a fair warning though, the chicken is greasy and made my stomach churn, and they're BLT has a ridiculous amount of bacon on it, and I like bacon!

Oh, my...that is an "evil" place! Their baked goods are Soooo good. They also have a little cafe attached, but I haven't eaten there.

This place has amazing sandwiches. I always get the avocado and cheese and it is HUGE. I've heard the soups are really good too but I've never tried them.

Love the sandwiches and salads here. I've never had a better BLT. They use good quality ingredients and are quick to serve and cook. They also have lots of good bakery items in addition to the muffins.

Great food all around, but they often get my order mixed up. The California pita is to die for, but check your order before you walk out the door if you have any special requests. I've had to return there twice because I forgot to make sure it's right :/
