If I could give this DQ 0 stars, I would. I have been here on multiple occasions as I am a UO student and it is convenient, however I vowed never to go again after my most recent experience. I went through the drive-thru with the aim to order a blizzard. I was told that they had no more ingredients to make the blizzard I wanted. First of all, what kind of restaurant runs out of every ingredient for probably their most popular item? Secondly, I was only behind one other car, but it took them about 30 minutes to serve them. When I finally got to my window, I had turned off my engine so I wouldn't waste anymore gas idling. It took about another 10 or 15 minutes to get my order. The food is nearly always either flat-out cold or extremely hot, and just low-quality in general. One time, I ordered a large strawberry sundae and they gave me a small, but charged me for a large. By the time I realized, I didn't want to have to sit through the drive-thru for another 30 minutes just to get a couple bucks back. It's too bad it doesn't go out of business so that a decent place can take up this corner. It's probably better off being a parking lot, honestly. Overall, this DQ is several notches below mediocre. I'd stay away at all costs.

This place will serve you bad food. My son and I just called the Health department. I have no shame about this, because this guy truly needs to be shut down. Do not go to this Dairy Queen. You will be served bad food. If that does not happen, you will be cheated, trust me. this place is notorious for doing so. You order a basket and get most of the items. You order a blizzard and get two of the three toppings. The manager, possibly boss, is known for trying to pull one over on everyone. He will short change you. Even his employees complain about how cheap he is Yelp needs to overlook its filter policy here, because some day this guy might kill a person. A chocolate dipped cone is NOT SUPPOSED TO MAKE YOUR TONGUE FEEL LIKE YOU ARE EATING COLD GLASS COTTON CANDY!!!!

I love Dairy Queen. If you grew up in small-town Oregon as I did, this may have been the only fast food you had access to. As a kid, a Peanut Buster Parfait was the ultimate treat. A cherry-dipped cone was an awesome novelty. As an adult, it's one of the many fantastic Blizzards you'll be a hankerin' for a few times a year. To be honest, I haven't tried their hot food in about twenty-five years. Long ago, my cousin worked at the Coburg Road store. She recommended a sundae made with chocolate soft-serve and blackberry topping. She was right.

Horrible! Ordered the 6pc chicken strip basket and the flame thrower combo. When I got home my chicken strip basket only had 3 strip and 1 toast and half the amount of fries it should've came with. On top of that my flame thrower combo my fries that came with it, the box was filled half way with fries that were cold. I don't understand why it took them 15 minutes to get me my food when the outcome of it is horrible. All I saw was 3 girls walking around laughing and blasting their music when they should honestly be working. Dairy Queen needs to get their shit together.

Lady on phone told us they closed at 9pm when they were actually open til 12, I'm guessing she didn't want us to come in but who knows. I had read other reviews on how they try to scam everyone but I was skeptical. When I ordered two blizzards during the "buy one get one for 99 cents" month the guy true to charge is full price for both until I corrected him. They then forgot about our order until many people behind us got our food and the guy finally made ours. Again, this all could have been an honest mistake, but this was my experience.

I have been here several times because it is closer than the other store. Now I just go here to watch one young girl do what she can to not work. It's quite entertaining. Getting your food is quite slow. A few times the order was messed up. The food prepared sloppily. Apparently whoever hires here isn't too worried about pride, professionalism or putting out quality food. If you don't care about your food or how long it takes then this is the place for you. But go anyway to watch the one girl not work, play on her phone and tell you they don't have something so she doesn't have to overwork herself. I feel sorry for the other employees working with her.

Your employees are frustrated with their jobs. Campus kids come in for their midnight fix and are loud and obnoxious. The least you, as owners, can do is get them a microphone to call the order number out. Staff was very friendly. Food was good, as always. Take care of your employees because they take care of you.

Service is generally pretty good at this DQ considering that most of their customers are college kids. By this I mean to imply that as a general rule "college kids" care less about service and more about convenience, less about food quality and more about quantity, and less about the general upkeep of the establishment if the people serving are "stare worthy" (attractive) But hey, can you ever remember a time when you tasted a bad blizzard or peanut buster parfait?!

Employees here have an attitude for some reason? Our order was messed up more ways than one and it was somehow our fault for complaining! I've machine up front was broken so when we asked for ice kindly, we got eye rolls....don't think I'll be coming here again ever.

I'm a blizzard guy. Screw everything else that DQ serves, just mix me some soft serve and various other treats and send me into a whirl of icecream bliss. The Campus DQ location however, is sub-par. The staff seems frantically over worked. Their counter is messy as they have no time to clean it. Blizzards are poorly mixed, and one person in my party actually got the wrong order. It's truly the service that detracted from this blizzard, because lets face it you can go to any DQ and get practically the same product.
