I love their Caramel Pecan insides cup until I found out it is 1080 Calories!!. What?

It's Cinnabon. They're great, in moderation. On Tuesdays, this location (not sure about the others) offers any of their pre-packed boxes for $10. 6 big size rolls for $10? Two cost around $8 normally. We buy 'em and freeze 'em. I get a box of 15 mini's to give away at work and score bonus points. Too much of a good thing will kill you, but every couple of weeks, this works out nicely.

Tonight, while waiting in line I saw an employee walk back to the sink while tipping the blender into her mouth to suck down what didn't fit into the cup she prepared for a customer. She then rinsed the blender. She did not sanitize it or any of the others. DISGUSTING. Makes me want to call the health department.

I could not believe the disrespect from one of your employees that I received today. I have never been treated more disrespectfully in my life, and have never felt so unappreciated and unwanted. I am also a mall employee in the same mall, and I will never, ever shop at Cinnabon again. I will also tell every coworker (part of a very large company) in the mall about my experience. I approached the cash register needing a cup of water. I have never been charged for one before, but was not surprised that one day I would indeed be asked to pay the measly 30 cents. I was not upset about the request to pay for the water, but the way the employee treated me. Her attitude immediately changed into one of disdain and condescension. She made me feel like a third class citizen. Like I would even have the nerve to ask for water as a fellow mall employee. When I tried to pay she was no more helpful, and I ended up walking away with nothing. As a fellow customer service associate, I could not believe the ease with which she dismissed me, as if there were no repercussions for the bad treatment of customers. Cinnabon will never see a dollar from me, nor will they see any from my boyfriend, my family, and hopefully anyone I can reach with social networks and by word of mouth. I have never been this upset at the way I was treated. When I returned to work I was in tears. No cinnamon roll is worth that.

There is a saying that all things good for the body taste like crap. If that is true, then Cinnabon is everything but healthy as those with a sweet tooth can't resist its gooey, fattening, addictive flavor that make it from an ordinary Cinnamon Roll to an amazing one. The icing is the best and the folks behind the stand know America's love for the fatty sweets and exploit us by charging us good money for what we shouldn't have. The food court at the Valley River Center is weak but this Cinnabon has more than one occasion, attracted the bulk of the hungry patrons crowding this area of the mall. The sinful taste of Cinnamon decadence in the form of these delicious buns spell disaster for those of us who are watching our waistline and get those who don't have to worry hooked onto thinking there is something more. Oh Cinnabon, just go away and let us be miserable without you. Your buns are delicious when fresh out of the oven and people love to hate your frosting. Before you go, just give me one bite. Ok, just one order. Fine, fine .. you win. One dozen please.

I can't say the service was bad the only two times I have ever ordered from here. I have to say that the food itself is too unhealthy, made me vomit both times. Too much sugar and who knows what else.

I thought Cinnabon was a San Francisco treat, kinda like Rice-A-Roni, since I had my first, and many thereafter, at Embarcadero Two in the mid 80's. I've since learned that they were created and first offered in Seattle. So, they are a Pacific Northwest Treat!! My sweet Jesus, they were delicious then and they haven't changed a bit. Just as gooey, rich and satisfying now. After a little shopping and an encounter with a rude little twit in a retail "chain" store, biting into my Cinnabon was like being embraced by my voluptuous Aunt Grace and smothered with kisses.

I come here for the cinnamon. Refills of their bottles is crazy cheap at $2.50 each. I used to love the cinnamon rolls, but now they are too sweet for my taste.

Who doesn't love a Cinnabon? Crispy on the outside. Gooey and cinnamon-ey on the inside. Bliss!
