Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel directly across from the football stadium. Smack dab in the middle of campus; great running trails all over the place. Love this campus. Reminds me of Virginia tech. :)

Absolutely my favorite place to stay in Corvallis. The restaurant is good and the rooms and atmosphere exceptional.

the breakfast buffet has a good variety and for $10. they make omelets, french toast, eggs to order. there's tons of juices to pick from with breads and fruits. have been there a few times and keep coming back.

Standard hotel fare food. Ok prices, ok portions. Many better places to eat in Corvallis if you happen to stay here.

This hotel did it right. No it is not a five star Hilton Resort. It is a nice, clean, quiet professionally run Hotel. The only complaint is that the beds were pretty darn firm. Updated furnishings. Great widescreen TV. Close to campus.

I iive in Corvallis so I haven't stayed in their rooms, however, I love their restaurant. Not as busy as other restaurants in town, but really great food.

Great hotel close to all OSU athletics field. Breakfast was a little confusing and overpriced $10.95 for small selection of choices.

This is a nice, newer property very close to the OSU campus. If you are visiting campus for business, this is a great place to stay.

Super nice people...ask for Becky at The Stadium Grill (hotel restaurant). The cook was ALWAYS wonderful and friendly. Just genuinely friendly people at this hotel and city!!!

The beds here are super comfortable, and the service is great! The restaurant's food is also really good! It's pretty much on the OSU campus.

What can I say that hasn't been already said? I agree with everything that reviewers have posted. If OSU is your destination, then the location can't be beat. As for my own personal take, I appreciated the microwave and small frig and if I had the time, I would have used the gym. Breakfasts are the usual $10/person for the buffet, but I chose to eat downtown because I thought it would be more fun. And it was. See my review for Oregon Coffee & Tea. For laptop addicts, I'm confirming what other reviewers have mentioned before; their internet was sloooooow. Lastly, would I return, yes, but now that I experienced the Harrison House B & B right next door to OSU, I would rather return to the more personal B & B.

Most Hilton Garden Inns are pretty standard when it comes to business travel. I would give most of them 4 stars, as they have all the amenities that you come to expect from a business grade hotel. However, this one goes above and beyond the "average" HGI. While this isn't a typical "5 star hotel", from a business perspective, this is about as good as it gets from this price point. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and come with WiFi, refrigerator, and microwave. There is a pantry downstairs that has all of the necessities without the need to travel to the store. The beds are very comfortable (for a hotel bed). Breakfast is 9.95 for a buffet that includes an egg dish made to order. They have room service and a dining room downstairs, along with a bar. What really makes this hotel shine is that each of the features are much better than the HGIs at other locations. The hotel is built to look like the campus buildings (red brick), so it looks like it belongs in the area without being the standard stucco look you get from most. The beds are the "sleep comfort" type, where you can adjust the hardness or softness of the bed (only on the Kings). The TV is a standard tube, but that doesn't really matter, as the WiFi gave me a speed test of over 8Mb/s download and 3Mb/s upload during peak hours. That is simply amazing in my book, and I was able to stream from Netflix and do some work over a VPN without any delay. No need for the TV. Most hotels (including HGI) cap it off at 1Mb, so this is a screaming connection. The dining room is very nice, and has a look and feel that is more akin to a nice hotel rather than a standard business hotel. The bar has a nice selection of beers, and the room service is quick and very good (and reasonably priced for room service). The pantry not only contains the necessities, but also contains some Beaver gear to give it more of an on-campus feel. The staff is friendly as usual, and the price point for the room is very reasonable (140 + tax if you book ahead). I really enjoyed the bed, but if you don't like the "sleep comfort" style, it may not be your cup of tea. Overall, this is the only place I will stay when I am doing business in the Corvallis area. Nothing else out there compares.

Very nice place. Conveniently located across from OSU. Make sure not to leave anything on top of your bed if you want the maids to clean up. The breakfast is great at the restaurant and very efficient. There is a form you fill out and the chefs make you any style of eggs you want. There is a waffle maker, fresh fruit, fresh juice, coffee, cereal, toast, etc. The lunch there is also pretty good, although I don't really like their onion rings. The restaurant sometimes leaves cookies out in the lobby, so that also a very nice treat. If I were ever to go back to Corvallis, this would be the hotel to stay in.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Corvallis. It's a few minutes from the new river front area with tons of restaurants and bars and a stones throw away from the OSU stadium. They have a wonderful restaurant and bar on site. There is a delicious hot breakfast every morning (free for Gold members). I loved that they made me an egg white omelet on request. The rooms are large with comfy beds. I love the Neutragena products. Very clean! Excellent service! Reasonable price! Warm cookies!

We recently stayed 2 nights & enjoyed the "made to order" breakfasts. The quality of the food offered here is a step above your usual hotel chains. The location is very convenient as it's situated on the edge of the OSU campus. There are several hiking paths nearby as well lots of shopping & restaurants in downtown.

Nice hotel, great location, restaurant breakfasts and dinners are good! Convenient location next to Oregon State University. Stayed here while attending NCAA Track and Field Championship in Eugene (Closest Hilton w/rooms).

Remember parties in college? After a rugged night at the bars or various houses you'd stumble to the closest couch and/or floor. You may wake up next to marginal characters. The bathroom was the worst sort of septic hell, especially if the party was at the adjoining house. Forget about any food hanging around, and you know there was none at your place. Your body was a wreckage in a foriegn filthy sea, and you just needed to get the hell out. Well, I am a wee more grown up, and the idea of any of this makes me want to run for my morning after pill. Except for the rugged party part. So if you find yourself back in the college town on a game weekend, and you're massive Oyster Shuck and Beer Guzzle is at the park a block away and you want the joy of clean sheets, sparkly bathroom, and waking up next to Mom (who also parties), then this place is ideal. Only drawback, 2 night minimum stay on game weekends. Blows. But actually worked out quite well since well all tied one on the night before.

We stayed there in September for two weeks, setting up our child for school. Wonderful, clean, convenient place to stay across for Oregon State University. Everyone working there:Staff very helpful and extremely super nice!!! From the front desk, to the Cafe/Bar, to Housekeeping---wonderful, friendly, helpful people. For the prices, the food served is good. It was prefect place to stay. The Hilton Garden Staff made our stay a very pleasurable time, especially when you are running around, stressed setting up your child. That's the place to stay!
