Holy Frack. This place is Fracking amazing. Huge Fracking burgers with Frack loads of flavor. Management needs to educate staff on internet promotions though. Tried to get my free drink with check in, but dude didn't know about deal. I just saved the deal for later (thanks yelp). Peace the Frack out.

Nothing fancy at this new burger place, but they do make a good burger. 3.5 stars overall: Pros: - Great value! Burger, fries or onion rings and a drink for $5 (more if you get more patties on your burger). - Pretty tasty burger. It does taste a bit like In N Out, and may have been modeled after their burgers. - Bun held up to the contents and sauce, and tasted good and buttery. - Fresh tomatoes, onions and iceberg lettuce. - Fries were tasty (but cold) Cons: - Small place - only 4 tables, each seating 4 only. No outdoor seating. - The back room smelled strongly of bathroom disinfectant. Not pleasant. - Not super fast. Not really a con unless you're in a huge hurry. - Fries were very thin, and mine were not hot. They did not look like the fries in some of the photos posted here. - Onion rings were overcooked (slight burnt taste) and really greasy. I'm not going out of my way to go back since I don't live or work nearby, but if I'm in Canby and craving a burger, you can be sure I'd pick this place over the large local chain place that starts with a B that is within sight of Frack Burger. This place is better (imo) than B'ville.

Wait, WHAT? Delicious! Wow was I shocked. It's a tiny hole in the wall across from the highschool and from the outside, looks like it should be a trashy biker bar - don't let it fool you! One of the best local burger joints I've had. They have a special sauce - Frack sauce? I don't remember what it's called - but it's like an In N Out / Five Guys sauce (aka - some sort of thousand island). I asked the guy at the counter what kind of fries they had - if they were regular cut, steak cut, etc. His response? Regular, but I can make them extra-crispy for you. WHOA. Bonus points dude. Extra-crispy is my thang and you just made my day. Best part? Everything came back as promised. Love it.

Really great local burgers. Little place not lots of seats. Great local burger joint. Burger and fries for $5... Fast serves also

If these burgers cost $8-10 I would only give them 3 stars, but at Frack Burger you get a burger, fries (or onion rings) and a can of pop for only $5 ($6 with cheese). For $5 there is no comparison. That's cheaper than any fast food place would charge, and this is a definite step up from fast food. The burgers are grilled to order, made fresh. I will say that while this is better than fast food, this is not a gourmet burger in any way. It's a straightforward classic burger. The staff was very friendly, the manager seemed excited about growing the business and making improvements as they go forward. The seating area is pretty small, and when we went it didn't seem like the tables get bussed and wiped down very often. There were two ketchup bottles on our table, both almost empty. There was also the last customers garbage still on the table as well. There is a cowbell on the door that clangs VERY LOUDLY every time someone entered or exited. The cowbell was the worst part of our experience. So this isn't anything fancy, I wouldn't linger after finishing my meal. But to run in and scarf down a good burger real quick, or to get one to go, I totally get what FB is trying to do. For the price, it really can't be beat.

So I read the reviews and I asked those who have been there and I kept getting the same advice. "You can get better elsewhere". But reading a few good reviews and looking at the pictures I decided the only real way to know if is good or not is to go and try it. So I take off to give it a go. The place is full of teenagers, I find out that it is lunchtime for the High School next door and Frack's gives them a discount for lunch. As I wait to order I see what looks like greatness in the burger, frys and rings. I order and wait about 5 minutes and take off back to work so I can have a place to eat as they only have about 4 tables inside and they are filled. I open it up and it looks great but when I bite into it I'm shocked to find out that it has very little taste. I would still rate it better than Bugerville next door but it needed some salt or something to get the flavor out. I then bite into the rings which look a little greasy. Once again no flavor at all just grease pouring out with each bite. I wanted to like it and I was hoping I would but it just didn't have any taste to it at all. If they could do something about that I think they would have more than just the high school kids coming in the doors.

The staff was nice enough but highly unprofessional and the "manager" type person seemed to just be a bully when something went wrong with a guests order. In such a small location, everyone was privvy to that interaction. As for the food...not good. The burger dripped with grease but was dry and tasteless...a little salt and pepper would go a LONG way in ALL the meat. My boyfriend got the chili (ordered with beans but they didn't have any so ended up without) it was equally as tasteless and just in general didn't taste like chili. He dumped a ton of salt and pepper on it and still couldn't finish it. NOT impressed and will not be returning.

My wife and I went here based off of reviews. We primarily hunt for good hamburgers and wood fired pizzas. The location was different than I imagined. A little smaller than I was picturing it to be. It was clean and had a little of that slightly slippery feel to the floor. You know what that means... This place cooks BURGERS! I went all out and ordered a Triple Frack Burger, and we had fries and onion rings. The burger flavor was great. Finally a place that uses salt. Not a bland burger, their burger sauce was good and veggies were fresh. The bun had great texture! Not just bread shaped like a bun or the type you buy for a BBQ. These were great bakery buns with a nice chew to them. Fries were what I call 'dirty fries', just hand cut, fried and salted fries. Good stuff, though some were burnt or had some dark black spots that I avoided.. The battered onion rings were good. The golden batter was light and crunchy. One onion had a little bit of the skin still on it. No biggie, it happens. Overall it was a nice nugget to find and would definitely check them out again. I will recommend Frack Burger to others.

Frack Burger serves amazing homestyle burgers, chicken and dogs that aren't stuffed with unneeded and unhealthy "fillers". The company uses local, quality ingredients that just taste great. Choices range from the waist-conscience Baby Frackburger to the gut busting Piggy Back. Oh, make sure and try their "frings" (French Fry/Onion Ring combo). The hand battered onion rings are simply divine. Look for a Frack Burger opening near you soon, I hear!

Where to start? I purchased a groupon for Frack Burger after reading a couple reviews and hearing that it compared to In N Out Burger. I purchased the groupon for $20 for what was said to have a $38 value for two burgers, two fries and two shakes. $38 is spendy for two people, but for good food I'm willing to pay. We showed up around 9pm on a Saturday night and the place was empty. The overall "feel" of the place doesn't do anything to welcome customers in as well. That being said, I've gotten great food out of worse, so we pushed past it. It did feel odd though, there was no music playing, no TV's, the place seemed very "cold" and the interior doesn't help with that. The service was friendly enough, no complaints there. They did give us regular fries instead of the chili cheese fries we ordered and we were the only ones in the restaurant so it's a bit frustrating to have a simple order messed up, but mistakes happen. There was also little to no condiments left in the containers at the table, and I had to get up and search other tables for napkins (only one table ended up having them). There is also the soda in a can issue. Don't do it. I expect to find soda in a can in a vending machine in my break room at work, at a BBQ or a poker night, not in a restaurant. I don't drink soda, but do like to have some sort of flavored beverage with my meal. There were no options like lemonade or tea, so it was soda or water. The burger was really good and the fries were pretty solid. The burger had a In N Out taste to it, and I enjoyed the fries as well. The milkshake had some good flavor, but for $4 it came in a tiny container that was almost half full of whip cream. I would recommend skipping it, going across the street and paying an extra buck for a better milkshake at a better value. So to my first complain and reason for knocking off another star or two is the groupon. I absolutely despise companies who try and give you "groupon portions" or pull shenanigans with the groupon. It's the easiest way to almost always ensure I will never return to your location. After looking at the menu, it was nice to see that everything was extremely reasonably priced. Double burger and fries for 8 bucks, plus a drink. Very hard to beat. The problem with that is, I bought a groupon for $20 that was supposedly worth $38. I inquired to which burgers applied (they have up to an $11 basket with fries) and the server? told me that only certain ones did but wasn't sure which. If you ordered the most expensive basket with the most expensive fries and a milkshake, I think you could get close to that, but at this point I'm not in the mood to haggle a server and I don't need 3 1/2 pound patties on my burger. So well played by Frack Burger, instead of putting $20 for $38 spent, they limited what you could order to try and limit the loss. All together, I think my bill came to $20.50. In my mind, the groupon/living social/etc, are great deals for both consumer and business. I, as the consumer, buy a groupon from your business that presents financial value to me as an incentive to try your place of business. As a business owner, it's great exposure to a vast amount of potential clients. Granted, you will end up losing some money in short term from the groupons, ideally you will make it up in the long run exponentially by bringing in repeat business who may have not been exposed to/interested in your business without some type of incentive. If you can't handle that concept/don't like it, don't use groupon as a form of advertisement instead of trying to find a way to work around it with groupon portions or limited value deals. You got my $20 bucks, but won't get a dime more, which is sad, because I liked the burger and likely would have driven out of my way the next time I was close to get another. ***added*** I got an email from Groupon asking me to rate my experience. I obviously had a lot to say. But in looking at Yelp again to reference my review, I noticed Frack Burger had 70 "not recommended" reviews, and a significant number of them were 5 star reviews with one sentence made by posters who had only reviewed one place in their yelp history. The dates run in clusters, so I'm guessing the business did something to get people to sign up or worse. Unfortunately, in that seventy were quite a few people who gave it one star who seemed somewhat legit. Wished I had noticed the 70 "not recommend" reviews (one of which is now mine) before I bought the groupon.

After months of seeing this place on deal websites I bought a Portland Perk and we gave the Canby location a try. And we are so glad we did! Not only was the food delish (and there is a TON of it), but the new owner Sean (as of Nov.'13) was beyond wonderful! Super friendly, helpful and made us glad we gave the place a try even before seeing or tasting the food.

Was craving a milkshake... Yelp lead me to the right place! Hard to find (directly behind Burgerville) but I won't forget next time I'm in the area.

HORRIBLE! EVERY experience has been HORRIBLE and I say every one because I believe in giving new business a chance to "work out the kinks" it never happened here. The quality of the burgers went down drastically when they stopped buying local meat ( do I dare go into the reason for this)..... won't be in business another 6 months.

I was not impressed. When I walked in at 1pm it was if all employees had shown up late. They were supposed to open at 11. Cheese for the chili hadn't even been thawed yet. Burgers were smashed flat, and burnt. I won't be returning to this location.

This is the third time I've tried this place since moving to Canby, I have never been thrilled with this place the food was mediocre at best, but my experience today was the end of my patronage. I went in with 3 people, I was told I could not use my groupon because it wasn't printed, no big deal these things happen (even though it's 2015 and you're killing your business by not keeping up with technology) the menu I was given had paper coupons which I asked to use and was denied. I paid $30 dollars for two burgers and two orders of fries. To say that I was overcharged is the understatement of the century. Everyone ordered got our food and headed home (4 minutes away). While I paid approximately $15 a person one of the girls I was with paid $5 for the same thing because the employee was flirting with her, so I was already off to a bad start. I got home ate what I thought was a French fry but really is more accurately described as a cold fried piece of cardboard. Then I thought okay you're just in a bad mood why don't you eat your burger before you write a review.. I open the burger and none of the veggies I ordered were on it and the burger is dry and tasteless. I've had better burgers at McDonalds and that's disgusting. I overpaid for a burger that was horrible, I didn't even get what I ordered, and I now have a groupon to a place I would never go to again. So should someone with some authority or integrity to do the write thing read this, I'm happy to take my money back and write a retraction. Before you eat here ask yourself two things, "do you want a good burger and do you want to pay a reasonable price?" If you answer yes to either of these questions then go to Backstop or Wild Hare because they take care of their customers and their food is much better.

A seriously great burger. Made to perfection without any issues with me customizing the burger either. Great experience, looking forward to visiting again!

The burgers were good. Nothing special. The ONE employee who was working was totally overwhelmed. We finally got the milk shakes to go with our burgers, long after we'd eaten the burgers. If there is only one employee working when you walk in, turn around and leave. He continued taking, and starting orders, without completing them. A family of four came in after us and the same thing happened. They received their food, without shakes. The snakes showed up after the burgers were gone. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Five star greasy burger. Got the Bloomy Shroomy. Burger was well-seasoned and cooked, fresh, soft bun and good tomatoes. This may be the best burger joint burger I've ever had. The fries are handcut and fried until perfectly crispy....no soggy ones. Quality ingredients. Super nice staff. Ignore the Burgerville across the street, this is where it's at.

The hamburgers are huge, fries is more then enough for 2+ people. Hag the "piggy hamburger" was delicious! Staff was very nice, professional. Will be back again!

we were a little worried that we were the only ones here on a Sunday at lunchtime, but the service was friendly and quick and the food was delicious! perfect crispy fries and huge yummy burgers. Thanks for a great experience!

I called in an order for pick up. The two people working there were super nice and fun to talk to, and the burgers were delicious (and HUGE). Between two adults and a kid, we got the Gobbler, the Frack burger+bacon, and the baby Phrack - everyone loved what they had. We got one order of fries and it was more than enough for all three of us; they were tasty. Could have been crisper, but that could be a result of getting them to-go. We also got an order of onion rings which two of us loved, one didn't. We wanted to split a milkshake, but they were unfortunately out of vanilla ice cream. We'll definitely go back. We'll probably stick with the burgers and skip the rest - but I want to give the milkshake a try!

Understaffed and Overworked Employees. Have tried it 3 times since they've opened. Each visit worst than the last! The most recent visit, I waited over an hour for my 2 burger order. It's not worth it!

  • Lou D.

The burger was great, but everything else was a fail! The onion rings were soggy and gross, the ketchup tasted tangy and old and the place was really filthy and HOT. Both employees seemed completely listless and disinterested. All in all, NOT worth the time to get off the highway for this place. There is a Burgerville across the street.... Take my advice and try that instead.

I've been meaning to come here for quite awhile and today was the day. Boy, am I sorry I haven't made it here before now! I ordered a single Frack burger (quarter pound of meat) with all the trimmings, and an order of onion rings. Easily the best cheeseburger I've ever had at a restaurant! Hand-formed, perfectly grilled and sauced. Tasty!! And the hand-battered rings? Oh my. The best anywhere... fast food or not. Try a little Frack sauce with those rings - you'll think you've died and gone to Onion Ring Heaven! Rebecca at the counter was most pleasant and quick with taking my order. She brought me more sauce and checked on me several times - made sure everything was perfect! And perfect it was, too. I'll definitely be coming back here... and soon!

SHUT THE FRACK DOOR WOWZA! I don't know why anyone would go any where else in Canby for a burger. I had a simple single cheese burger with grilled onions and it tasted FRACKILIOUS! I mean seriously. The bald young guy doing the cooking and just about everything else has excellent grill skills and a friendly attitude. I highly recommend Frack Burger!

I've tried this place twice and unfortunately had bad experiences both times. Burgers, onion rings and fries were heavy on grease and light on taste. I love a good burger so this was very disappointing.

Oh my goodness! If you have not had the chance to eat a burger from this restaurant, do yourself a wonderful favour and go get one today. Maybe you have not been yet because your doctor has told you that this kind of food is not good for your health. Well I'm telling you that there is no possible way food prepared in the heavens could be bad for you. After one bite I'm convinced you will agree with me. It is like a taste explosion in your mouth. Don't deprive yourself of a little taste of heaven for another minute.

Waited 3 minutes as the only person in line before being acknowledged. Then another 3 minutes before they took my order. Then waited 16 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. The burger was way over cooked and fries were not good. The location in canby was dirty and food was over priced for the quality. I dont plan to come back.

  • Martin F.

What a difference time can make when the owner pays attention. I've been in a couple of times in the last 45 days and my expectations were happily exceeded. The fries were fresh, the bun was toasted, the burger wasn't pressed completely dry and the ingredients were all fresh and flavorful. This is a great burger - I'd still like to see a real soda fountain instead of canned drinks, but for $6 you can't beat it. My wife agrees, the food is at least as good as Red Robin for a basic hamburger or Cheeseburger at a much better value. They are running Groupon's and are in the Entertainment Website for deals - so plenty of opportunities to give them a try and save even more $$

If you want a burger over priced then Frack Burger is the place. I ordered 2 cheese burgers, 2 onion rings, and 2 milkshakes $34 I was horrified.

  • Arlisha G.

1st timer & I am satisfied! Got the double with bacon & fries, took it to go & the first bite was just oh-so-scrumptious especially with their sauce. Also keep in mind that price may be a little high but remember that this is not your million dollar burger franchise. It's a small hole in the wall. I live in Beaverton & I will drive back just for the burger if I get in crave mode. Just another FYI... this is [my own opinion]. Everyone has a different taste/feel on things so to find out for yourself, you need to try new things. When you do, remember to Post it! Good luck!

Probably my age but it reminded me of the old fashion Hamburger places we use to go. I will agree it probably has not been updated since then. :) They played real rock and roll - 50's 60's (early) which is my generation and we had a great lunch. The hamburger was good and not over done and the onion rings were great. They put all the items on the hamburger it should have including Lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The fries were great as was the milk shake. The employees were friendly and courteous - even thought they were young - something we do not find many times. Yes the place is old and the seating arrangement is strange but it is called atmosphere. Will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Probably one of the best burgers I've had at a fast food restaurant, I consider myself a burger connoisseur and this is one place I will return to! Fast and friendly service but most of all a great burger, onion rings were good too!

  • Tyson H.

Definitely digging this place. People are nice. Music is good. I even got a free shake thanks to yelp. Getting a double half frack, frack style and it looks amazing. Hand cut fries, huge serving seasoned right in front of me. Can't wait. Post meal: i admit, this is one of the most aesthetically pleasing burgers ever. Huge. Cheesy. Greasy. All signs point to yum, right? Not so much. Truth is, my frack style, double half frack came out a lil bland. All that meat and no seasoning. I couldn't taste the secret frack sauce unless it's just grease. Oh and what's this stuck in my teeth? A piece of the paper i couldn't tell i was eating. In the long run, i still recommend this place, but with an advisory. Less is more. Next time, just a single frack. That way i can taste it. Fries were awesome. Shake is good. Beats Burgerville (across the street) any day.

Husband and I had a great experience when we visited on Tuesday 2-17-14. The burgers were tasty and the rings and sauce were perfectly made!!! Great job to the two guys working that shift!

We recently moved to town and had a recommendation from a friend to try this place. We had a groupon so tried it. My husband ordered the food to go as I was at home with our kids. Our order was not right. Both my hamburger and my husbands were wrong. He called them and they promptly fixed it. When he went back they threw in extra fries, which by the way are out of this world. Their fry sauce is also fantastic. The burgers were good, and huge. My husband had ordered a double as he is used to smaller burgers and he couldn't eat it all. We will go back.

Recently tried Frack Burger again. I gotta say, much improved! The burger was juicy(and cooked thru), the fries were perfect, and the milkshake was delicious. Best milkshakes in town. I will definitely be returning. Not sure of the employees name, but he said he was the cook from now on. He was very friendly, and a great cook. In the future it would be nice if there was a soda fountain. And it's still really chilly in the establishment. Very happy to see this small business in Canby doing good.

Even better than the Barbur Frack. I've only been to this location once, but my double frack with grilled onions was amazing, the fries were perfect, and the shake was good.

  • Stevi Jo M.

Double Frack with bacon & extra Frack sauce and fries! OMG I'm pretty sure that I was in heaven for a few minutes there today. I have been here a few times (I don't like to write reviews off just one visit), and every time it has been great. The onion rings beat any steakhouse, hands down. The fries are wonderful. And the Frack Burger was awesome on its own, then I added extra sauce, bacon, & made it a double! No burger will ever compete now. Don't expect a fancy location with logo imprinted napkins, this is an old school local burger joint that focuses on the what they do well, and thats the food.

Best description of our experience....bizarre! We've been from Smash Burger to Foster Burger, from Stanich's to Killer Burger, and most burger joints in-between. The burgers we received at Frack Burger were good, but not what we ordered nor anything close to what Frack Burger's online menu boasts. Ordered from the counter, 2 guys working...they were nice enough, but seemed a little clueless. They weren't able to get our very simple order correct, after two attempts they got close. Went in expecting the menu they advertise on line, unfortunately we were told the online menu is "old" and what we were looking at was their "new" menu. Huh? So no Bareback, Ring of Fire, Piggy Back or any of the other specialty burgers they advertise, it's now simply burgers with American cheese and you add any other toppings you want at a dollar apiece. Not sure what a single frack is compared to a double half frack....I don't even know what a "frack" is? The place (Canby) was dark, dingy, and had more than enough flies flying around to make the small dining area unpleasant. Won't be going back to Frack Burger again.

A friend recommended I try this place so made the trek on Saturday to give it a try. I was a bit skeptical as I pulled up as there wasn't a single car anywhere nearby to be seen. Oh my, what had I gotten myself into. The guy behind the counter was very helpful in walking us through the options available (one, two or three patties; fries or onion rings or both; soda pop or hand made milk shake). We decided to split the double cheeseburger basket with half fries/half onion rings and each ordered one of the hand made shakes. Our total was a measly $11. We made our way to a table and realized that in the minute or so that we placed our order about a dozen people came in. Now the place was packed. We asked about a discount for bringing in so many people, but it was not to be...just kidding. I was impressed with the amount of fries we received but only two onion rings? Hmmm...oh well, on to the burger. It was not bad. Not the best burger I've ever had but certainly a step up from many of the fast food joints. I will give high marks for the fresh strawberry shake though. It was amazing! Frack Burger is nothing fancy, nothing extraordinary....but I'm assuming that's the point, right? Just good food at a good price. Mighty tasty and a mighty good value.

I just checked this place out, I heard bad things about this place but I had to check it out for myself. It's new so it's a nice clean place. The cashier was friendly and asked me if this was my first time there and since I told her yes she recommended the double cheese burger since it's the most ordered. I wanted to check out the onion rings and fries so I got the combo. I also wanted to check out there taco's so I ordered the 3 for 5 but I could only get 2 since that's all they had left. I did order this togo, So when I got in my truck I checked out the onions and fries first so they would not be cold and soggy! Well sad but true they were cold and soggy!!!! Then I went for the beef taco it's a deep fried corn tortilla filled with shredded beef iceberg lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese. Not good at all! Tortilla was greasy and chewy; the beef was very dry and tasteless. The burger meat was dry! Not a good burger! There are 3 other burger places here in town and some great taco places. If you are going to go head to head with them please step up your game and have more pride for your product! I will give this place one more chance in a few months in hope that they get there quality under control. I want to support this local mom and pop shop!

My family really liked Frack burger. The food was so good and the prices can't be beat! The last time we went in however, we saw a cook touch the raw meat patty, then wipe that hand on a rag hanging from his apron, then grab lettuce to put on the burger. This could have been a one off thing, but for me it was a deal breaker. Having worked in a restaurant and just cooking at home I know to wash my hands after touching raw meat. Too bad I really did like the food!

Good burgers. If you have been weened on big fast food burger places you will be pleasantly surprised by the freshness of this incredibly well priced product. I am not a big burger eater but when given a choice and craving a nice tasty burger The Frack is the choice for me.

if you like messy, greasy, tasty burgers you should try the double frack with extra cheese and extra frack sauce (dont tell your cardiologist though!) bigP and stopped in for the first time and were greeted by very friendly and helpfull employees who took time to explain the smallish menu to us. i like the (very!) open kitchen - not something you usually find at a place like this but nice to be able to see the kids using proper sanitation procedures while making your food. the onion rings were really good and the yelp check-in deal had us enjoying a very tasty, super thick milkshake for free. the prices for the burgers were very reasonable. i personally do not like shredded lettuce on my burgers but it was fresh and not at all brown or wilted like ive been served elsewhere. they serve the burger buns toasted and i appreciated that. they only had 4 or 5 tables in the tiny restaurant and we were the only customers dining in at the time, however, the steady stream of orders to go was a good indicator that the residents of canby like the frack burger a lot. right across the street from burgerville? nice!- way to go frackburger!

I checked Yelp for a new place to try out. We read about Frack Burger and thought it would be a great little day trip. The place was clean, red and white, no decor, minimalist. The cashier was cute and polite. The prices are cheap and the portions were good sized. The guy in the kitchen was very loud and talked the whole time we were there. I took a picture of my triple burger, I'll post it later. The food looked great, the burger patty was dry, sorta like when you use your spatula to squeeze out juices. I will come back and give it a second chance, I think once they work out the kinks it will be a great place to go. When folks after us came to order their burger, they asked them if they wanted their burger Frack Style, extra cheese, bacon and grilled onions. I would have spent the money if I was asked. Fries were good.

After hearing so much about Frack Burger from others I had to see what all the fuss was about. It was very quiet at 5 on a Saturday, and the manager bantered with me in a most pleasant and hilarious way. He asked me if this was my first time and I said that it was. He told me what would be a good start for a newbie (the double Half-Frack basket with Frings -- fries and onion rings). I went with the smaller single Frack and the Frings. I also wanted a blackberry milkshake and he suggested that he could mix it with raspberries to sweeten it a bit, as a straight blackberry shake can be bitter to some. I suggested mixing blackberry with strawberry and he obliged. When our food came, it was hot and delicious. The lightly salted fries were great and the rings were even better. Definitely one of the better seasoned onion rings I've had. The burger itself was juicy and fully cooked with cheese and grilled onions and pickle. Fantastic. I also sampled the turkey burger and damn, it was damn near better than the beef. I'll definitely be coming back to get my Frack on!

Saw an article in the local paper and wanted to check this place out. Neat concept and a good price but it wasn't anything super special yet. The "Frack sauce" wasnt anything special and the onion rings were cold when they got to the table. I liked that the burger patties weren't frozen first and the buns were fresh. Over all has potential to be a great restaurant once they get over the bumps of a grand opening.

This place is awesome!! If you're expecting a McDonald's style setup look elsewhere. This restaurant has burgers, onion rings, and shakes that you can't find anywhere else in the Portland area. Canby complains about needing more businesses and better quality restaurants and for once they have one. Let's support one another and this business to help Canby prosper. Besides, once you taste a Frack, you'll want to go back. Those of you that claim otherwise must like Denny's quality food. Head down the street.

Food is very good; the service has always been very good everything we come in and they usually have some good groupon deals! The venue is a little small, but that's mostly because it's so popular.

My friend and I took our two young boys into Frack burger last night for dinner to try it out. Let me start out by saying that there was only one employee working there and he was doing the best he could to try and keep up with the people coming in. It took a long time to get our food because of this. We got our burgers and fries which we had to let him know that we still needed our shakes and two more fries. He brought us one fry but not the other, which we let it go cause we just shared the other three fries. We got one shake half way through our meal, another 10 mins later and one when we were done. Mind you we had 4 people that ordered shakes, burgers and fries. Never got that 4th shake that we bought, we just left cause we waited and waited for it after telling him 3 times we needed the last shake. The food is very good no complaints there at all. My complaint is there needs to be more than one stressed out employee there working. There was another couple that came in while we were there and they had a phone order that was not even ready cause he was so busy and they said that this was the third time that they came in and there was only one person working. I felt really bad for that guy! Under the circumstances he really did try his hardest but no one should have to do all he was doing by themselves with so many customers. Sad, because it has the potential to be a very good place to eat.

I'm a huge fan of reading yelp reviews and also a huge fan of "the little guy" beating the giant behemoths. So I ignored reviews and tried this place recently. I really, really wanted to like this place. The people are very cool and they love what they do there. Hence the 3rd star. The 2nd star was for price... around 7 bucks. Then there's the food. Oh no the food. I believe I read a review that said something about burnt taste in the burger. Well I like a char on my burger so, whatever dude. Boy was I wrong, there was a burnt after taste that just wouldn't go away. I also ordered the fry and onion ring combo. Onion rings were way greasy. Both fries and rings were way way in need of salt. Otherwise the other ingredients in the burger were very fresh, kudos for that at least. I understand the owners are opening up 4 or 5 more locations in the next few months. Seems like it could be a huge train wreck. MESSAGE TO OWNER: pay attention to your reviewers. I do sincerely wish you the best of luck though. Pros: the people really are great, just for that I'd give them a 2nd chance. Maybe when they open their Gresham location. Cons: the food
