Horrible sauce, horrible cheese and horrible dough. Not many ways you can pull off a decent pie when you start it off like that. I wouldn't eat here again if it was free.

I am new to Astoria and have had pizza from Fultano's on two occasions and I had an order of their hot subs last night. Boy, has service declined! They started out well. The thin crust pizza I had for delivery in June was pretty good...it arrived timely, the driver and the person taking my order were friendly, and the pizza was decent. Not gourmet, but it fit the bill when I needed to throw food at my family while we were unpacking. It was basically one bar above take and bake, but the flavor matched the price point and convenience option. I ordered identical pizza for the family again in July. The food quality was the same and the driver was friendly and timely, but this time I was a little less than impressed with the person answering the phone. The person was extremely curt on the phone and hung up on my call twice. I figured they were either in training or extremely frazzled, so I chalked it up to an inexperienced teen and let them have their bad day. So, a month later the hubby and I stopped by to grab some takeout on the way home. I had never been inside before and we wanted to try their subs...ooh, adventurous! The inside was clean and you have a view of the kitchen. They were half full with diners and pizza was leaving for delivery at a good pace, but several staff members were just standing around talking. What I did not like, was that the person answering the phone was down and out rude to the customers calling in. They did not "say" anything bad, it was all in their attitude. They were short and snarky and made comments to the loitering staff about the customer after they hung up and mocked one caller. Two of the loiterers started making fun of, and pointing to, a couple of diners. This was in front of my husband, myself, and another couple waiting for their takeout order. All of the workers involved were young and we looked for a manager to comment to, but couldn't find anyone. We grabbed our order and left. If the service wasn't bad enough to prompt my review, the food was. I ordered the steak sandwich and fries (picture loaded). The steak, what little there was, was some processed, gray, salty, sponge that I'm hoping was beef. The little pieces that can be seen clinging for life to the bread in my pic, was ALL of the meat in that half of the sandwich. Nope, there is no more hiding under the raw peppers and I didn't gobble it all up in that small bite I took before taking the pic (I swear!). The bread was hard, more stale than toasted. It actually tasted like it was microwaved and since there was no browning, I wouldn't be surprise if it was. The veggies were barely cooked...only some of the onions were even translucent, most were raw. No sauce or seasoning other than a ton of salt. My husband did not even swoop in to steal it. His Reuban was just as sad, but that is up to him to review. The fries were fine. A good portion size, thankfully, since I did not eat more than another bite of my sandwich. Just your standard prepackaged fries cooked in moderately fresh oil. There was also a plastic wrapped dill pickle under my sandwich. Yay! Just like a Cracker Jack prize! Just not enough for me to want to go back to the Astoria Fultano's location again. The pizza is fine, in a pinch, but I will not support a local business with such low standards.

We were traveling all day and just wanted to order in a pizza while staying here at the Best Western. We ordered a combo and a pepperoni pizza and a salad. We asked for plates and napkins. The pizzas were good, they came quickly and they remembered paper plates, napkins, cheese and red peppers. Salad was pretty good too. It was a side salad and it was enough for four of us. I would order from here again when I'm back in Astoria.

I love thin crust and this places crust is AMAZING! There really wasn't a lot of cheese, and the raw tomatoes on top was odd, but the pizza was good. It's got your typical pizzeria joint feel. It was a little dirty and I had to peel my two year old from under the table because she was eating the gum from the underside :/

Excellent pizza! Combo pizza was full of meaty toppings and the thin crust was perfectly crispy!

I had heard that there was no good pizza in Astoria, but I tried Sahara Pizza recently and it was pretty good. I figured maybe people were wrong. I didn't like the sauce at Sahara, though, so I wanted to try another pizza place to see if it was better. We ordered Fultano's.... Terrible. Terrible in many different ways. First off, the service. There were at least 6 guys behind the counter when I walked in to pick up the pizza. No one greeted us. They were all chummy with each other but didn't even make eye contact with us. Finally a young guy came over to help us. He was probably 18 and apparently had no idea what customer service involved. No eye contact, rude, completely uninterested in us. Never smiled once in spite of me trying to be polite and interact with him. We left feeling uncomfortable and told one another that the pizza better be great, because otherwise we'd never go back. Got home with the pizza. On the surface, it looked alright. Plenty of toppings, hence the one star. But taste and texture? Awful. The crust was the worst part. Would have been better off with frozen pizza. It had to have been pre-made. It was extremely dense along the bottom where it was crisped to the point of tasting burnt, but it wasn't burnt. Just like eating cardboard. Hard along the bottom and then nothing else to it. Overwhelmingly awful and pretty much the only thing we tasted in each bite. The cheese was cheap and plastic-like. Didn't add anything to the pizza. Made it worse, if that is possible. To top it all off, this cost me almost $40 for a small and a medium pizza and some sort of "shrimp garlic bread" - a loaf of Safeway hoagie bread cut in half and topped with cheese and bay shrimp. Also not good. In summary - rude, uninterested service, terrible pizza. Sahara may not be perfect, but it is world's better than this sorry place. I have a feeling Fultano's is the reason why people say pizza sucks out here.

I stopped in heading though town to get some calories. They were serving their buffet which they strongly pushed. It had a salad bar so I decided to go for it. The salad bar was decent but not very fresh. All of the pizza had meat, no vegetarian options. The pizza was stale and super dry from sitting there awhile. Definitely would choose another place to eat.

Go in Monday nights or at lunch for their specials and it is wonderful! For two people you can get all you can eat pizza with soda, and salad, for under $20?!? Yaaaay! But as for going there when its not on special...? No. I do not find there pizza to be worth full price when ordering a pie for just your family.

This place was within 3 min of our hotel- yay! I found this place on my Yelp App, otherwise I don't think we would have found it- 2x yay because it wasn't busy or touristy. We arrived at the end of the NBA Allstar game, which was great! We got to sit, watch the game, eat salad and get our pizza- 100x YAY!! The atmosphere is great for a laid-back pizza/tv joint. The salad bar was a very high point! The pizza was a perfect crisp (not too thin) crust! Perfect dinner for those looking for a laid-back fun place. Service was good, minimal but that's ok. Prices were good too.

I was very disappointed by Fultanos - don't get me wrong the pizza was made with delicious ingredients, but our order was completely botched. I didn't care for their pizza sauce either, a little chunky for my taste. They switched the sauces on my gourmet veggie (garlic ranch) with my boyfriend's regular sauce pizza. Artichoke hearts, spinach, and feta - yum. But NOT with regular pizza sauce. The cheesy breadsticks were awful. The cheese wasn't completely melted and just fell off the breadsticks. It definitely ruined my dinner experience. They got 2 stars for fast delivery and tasty food.

Pizza like chocolate just destresses you. Or does that mean a stress eater? Humm... I will ponder this silently to myself.. Is it the crust, sausage, pepperoni, or veggies? Extra tomatoes on the side? What is it about pizza that makes you smile? This is great pizza and they deliver! Fultanos is the place I call when I buy staff lunch. Always consistent and delivered hot! I love the crisp crust and the sauce. Yes it's spendy..... But I've spent more for less. Fultano's is good pizza even when you aren't stressed. And my staff is worth it!

Some of the best pizza I've had!! We ordered one with artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes. The toppings were awesome and the crust crackery! The only thing I didn't like was the quality of the cheese. They have such great pizza, they should compliment it with great cheese. Charge more! We'll still buy it!

The crust was really good and I liked the size of the vegetables on the pizza. The sausage was good but the pepperoni was not as flavorful. It was a nice local pizzeria worth checking out if you get the chance.

This is not pizza. I spent $26 for a veggie style pizza that was ultimately like eating raw vegetables on a dry cracker. The crust was a thin stiff disk, the sauce was very thinly painted on (I watched them make the pizza), cheese was minimal although I asked and paid for extra. The veggie toppings were plentiful, but were either canned (olives) or raw (tomatoes and peppers) and laid on top of the sauce and cheese. Save yourself time and money, go to the grocer's and buy some crackers and vegetables. The restaurant was full of people which boggles my mind. Some folks in Astoria must not be aware of what a pizza is supposed to be.

Best French Dip in town! I know it's a pizza place but their sandwiches are awesome too. My husband love their pizza and calzones. We eat there twice a week and sometimes more. I crave the French dip!

Certainly if you asked me what my favorite food is, by far it would be pizza. So being the pizza junkie I am when I visit Astoria I don't pass up an opportunity to visit my favorite pizza place, Fultano's. "I'm happier 'n tornado in a trailer park" here. I love pizza especially with my favorite adult beverage.... beer. After a long day at the beach, enjoying the many surrounding sights like the Astoria column, Fort Stevens, Fort Clatsop, the Maritime Museum, or just lounging near the ocean shore with a large beach fire while getting sand in my shorts I get hungry and thirsty. A great way to fill my gut and thirst is with some hot and ready Fultano's Pizza and cold one. For Starters the bread sticks are amazing. Covered with a garlic butter topping, and served with both the Fultano's pizza sauce and ranch dressing, they are mmmm good. Pepsi is the soda on tap, and a variety of bottled beers are available. My typical choice is the Mona Lisa with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, and beef , on Fultano's signature thin crust that is amazing. Prices are very good as well. 6 bread sticks for $4.50, All you can eat salad bar for $5.75, and the Mona Lisa, they offer sizes starting at a 8" personal size at $6.25 , 11", 13", 15" to a 18" for $25.15. These prices won't break the bank. This location is sort of hidden of the beaten path, and is worth the search. The place is two big rooms with a divider, the back area is great for large private parties, and there is a game room to keep the yeplets busy. The place is always full of families so if that is not your thing, to go is the way to go because you don't want to miss out on this Godly pizza. I was just here last weekend and had another amazing experience. Way to go Fultano's! Check out their website there are many locations, maybe one is near you. Canby, or Clatskanie are the closest for the Portland or Vancouver Yeeps.

I must be the odd ball here, but this pizza just didn't do it for me. It didn't seem to have much flavor and tasted too salty. I was wanting to like it but just couldn't get past the salty taste; maybe it was a bad night for them. I won't be returning though. It had been a long day and my "hunger alarm" had sounded hours earlier. I've eaten at other Fultano's Pizza establishments and I was salivating as I eased into the parking area at 2:30 PM. A friend and I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, ground beef, mushrooms and a few other toppings, then sat down to talk over the day's activity. Our pizza was ready in 20-22 minutes and we devoured it with gusto. No, "gusto" is not a condiment. The pizza disappeared and we were properly fueled for the rest of our day's projects and the drive back to the Portland area. This shop is popular with locals and I enjoyed every bite, so I'd recommend it to others.
