I've been a fan of Big Town Hero ever since I moved to Oregon 4 years ago. This place is great. The bread they use is softer and lighter than Subway and it tastes so much better. And unlike Subway, BTH has Fritos to go with my sandwich! Not that I'm trying to complain about Subway, because I still like them too, but my BTH order comes out to nearly $1.00 less than the same sandwich at Subway.

The vegetarian sandwiches are very tasty. Even though it is a little bit on the pricey side, the sandwiches are high quality and very good.

These sandwiches are safe. There are no surprises or special twists. Very..."white bread"...if you will allow me to say. They are fresh, tasty and a-ok. So, if that is your favorite, then you will love it and if you are into something a bit more interesting you might think to yourself, well, it was fine but nothing interesting. That's my $.02

I always go to Big Town Hero when I'm in town! I ate here twice and it's always good. There's just something about the bread that makes it good. It's very soft and tender just the way I like my bread. I always get a turkey sandwich. I know it's something so simple that I can make, but without the bread it's not the same. They have 4 inches which is enough for me, but if i'm really hungry I would get the 8 inch instead. I wish we had a BTH in CA, but this is a place that I always look forward to going too everything I'm in town.

Very plain sandwiches with not much taste. The bread was fresh and the ingredients were ok, just nothing special at all. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly.

Love this place!! I grew up in Downtown Albany, so this was a place I frequented growing up and continue to love. Wishing they had one in AZ! Their bread is delicious!! Especially when they have the cheesy bread!!

Great locally owned sandwich shop. Arti Parm chicken is tasty. Much better than typical fast food or sandwich shop.

I had a horrible experience at Big Town Hero today. First, I walked in to several employee standing behind the counter chatting, and not greeting me or other customers. Next, I was tended to by a cashier, Alexis, who had an inappropriate and rude attitude. Lastly, while I was waiting for my order, the clan discussed cleaning techniques, and cleanliness. Honestly, it gave me a stomach ache at the mention of the word. Today was a disappointment, I expected more from a "known" restaurant.
