Delicious food. Best deli in Norman HANDS DOWN. The menu is huge... A selection of subs, sandwiches, soups, salads, baked potatoes and more, this place has something for everyone. The interior is decorated wall to wall with OU memorabilia and ~16 TVs to catch any game you desire (including in the restroom so not to miss an instant!) The patio is awesome, too! Looking out into Lindsey street in the heart of Norman, it's hard to beat a good sandwich and cold beer on the patio of penny hill!

Such a great lunch spot in norman! The menu is filled with tons of sandwiches, spuds, soups and salads! Yummy cookies and cupcakes too! Great place if you can't decide what to eat because they have something for everyone! Tip: the salads are massive! I always order my dressing on the side so I can take half home! Has a sports bar atmosphere with lots of booths and mini tvs at each table!

Best sub shop in Norman. Huge menu of hot/cold subs, soups, salads, baked potatoes. Outdoor patio is nice. Booths all have mini tv's inside. I love the Bronx Bomber...pastrami with egg salad. Don't knock it til you try it :)

Tastes good but I hate when a place says it delivers and actually doesn't. Hence the one star for BS.

I had their Cubano it was excellent. Closest I have had to an original in the Midwest. The pulled pork had an Oklahoma smoked flavor adding a Midwest twist to this traditional street food. I would defiantly recommend trying this place out.

I sure do love the new Penny Hill location on Lindsey Street. In my opinion, this is the best place to get a sub sandwich in Norman, Oklahoma. The atmosphere is really chill-like. As a matter of fact, I'm sitting in my pajamas in a booth, in PH, while I write this review and I don't feel like a bum at all! There are TVs with remotes at almost every booth. There are 14 TVs total around the restaurant! And they have the NFL ticket. It's perfect for fantasy football fanatics like me. I can watch like 5 different games at one time. The Cubano is the best grilled sandwich! Ham, pulled pork, cheese, mustard, and pickles - panini pressed together with love. I love the spicy chicken soup in a bread bowl too. And in the summer, they have a cranberry trail salad that I always look forward to. Oh, and they always have a great variety of daily soups to choose from. Another great thing about PH is that they are open till 9pm on Sunday. It's a great place to go if you're having trouble finding a late night dinner. All in all, a great local sub shop experience.

Very casual place. The Cubano sandwich is okay and the cupcake tastes no different from the one u can get from the supermarket. Perhaps I expected way more when I saw the rating of this place is 4.5.

Great for a quick lunch or take out! I absolutely LOVE their spuds! I typically go with the BBQ spud (huge potato with perfectly whipped middle of butter and sour cream -- topped with pulled pork and BBQ sauce!) I also enjoy the Cali club sub!

Wow, was looking forward to getting a good sandwich on our way through Oklahoma to visit family for the holidays, but upon seeing a "Texass sucks" link on the website, I'm turned off by the obvious unprofessionalism and unsure if, as a Texan, my food would be spit-free. Hook 'em horns! I get that they're located in Norman, but come on, guys.

This place has amazing subs. Seriously. The inside is just covered with football, and sports. But... Mostly OU.! It's really neat, on game days it can be a challenge finding a good seat to watch the game... No problem! Penny hill has mini TVs at all the tables... Now, for family time maybe not a good move. But... I can see why one would like it! Now for the food... AMAZING. They have a ton of choices, baked potatoes, buffalo chicken quesadillas, soups, salads, hot dogs, and subs of course. This place is a great spot to get great food, friendly service, and fun atmosphere; I'm honestly surprised no one has done a review on it yet! So good:)

This is a weekly stop for our family. We usually order food to go (because we have a two-year-old who likes to throw food) and it's always very prompt and friendly service. I usually get the large California Club. Always crispy bread and just the right amount of meat and lettuce. Good mixture of mayo and cherry pepper relish too. No matter what sandwich you get, get the cherry pepper relish. It really is the unique taste that keeps us coming back. This is Penny Hill's second location and I like it the best. This location acts much more like a sports pub, with TVs everywhere (every booth has their own small TV). It also stays open MUCH later than the original location, which closed promptly at 7pm. I've seen large groups enjoy Thunder games and NFL Sunday Ticket games there, consuming several adult beverages. They also have an outdoor deck patio, which I'm sure is lively during warmer months. Skip the chain sub places and try on a local favorite.

I went here expecting a cheap meal for myself and my wife. What I got was one of the best meals I've ever had at a restaurant, and meals for two people (along with a drink and chips for each) for $15. This place is awesome, and I will be back.

A fast-food/sit-down hybrid, this restaurant was exactly what I needed for lunch. I had the Mexican style hotdog and found it to be mounded with toppings and based with two solid and tasty franks. My only complaint was that they gave me a relatively small styrofoam cup for the fountain drink, meaning I had to make a number of fill up trips. Went back later to watch a hockey game on one of their many many TVs.
