I've only been here for brunch and lunch, so that's where my 5 stars are going. But man, it's good! Prices are reasonable for these meals (dinner looks more expensive). For brunch, I LOVE the Brunch Pizza. Have also tried the Brisket Benedict, which is top notch. At lunch, they have a cool lunch special where you can get an entree and a side for $9, or with two sides for $10. I can't even generalize to say that means "sandwich and salad", because they have so many unique options. Just try it already! :)

5 stars in relation to restaurants in the Norman area. (Not in relation to your favorite bistro in Paris or to the chef's table at a Michelin-rated Manhattan restaurant or anything crazy like that.) I've been here at least a half dozen times. Older building in downtown Norman. Nicely appointed on the inside that gives a nod to its history without seeming hokey or cheesy. PUT THAT BRUNCH IN MY FACE!!!! Saturday/Sunday brunch here is the best-kept secret in Norman. They have several different eggs benedict from which to choose, a terrific french toast, but to me the highlight are the southwest-inspired dishes. The huevos rancheros and the breakfast burritos. iQue bueno! Both are borderline excellent. The breakfast burritos have a New Mexican green chile flair that I just can't get enough of. We always receive great service. Not one thing I can think to complain about. Do yourself a favor. If you're reading this while waiting in line at Syrup., just walk down the block to Fancy That. That's what we did, and now FT is our brunch place. For realsies, this place is 2 Legit to Quit.

Cute funky place. In from out of town and stopped in for lunch. Nice menu for lunch and they have brunch on the weekend. I have food allergies and they accommodated me just fine. Go check it out, the pasty case also looked inviting

I had to give 5 stars because I could not find anything I didn't love. We came for brunch on a Sunday morning. I had the Louisiana Po boy and it was so full of flavor. I add hot sauce or salsa to everything and did not need anything on this sandwich. I had the jalapeño grits and they were very good. My husband had the Quiche Lorraine with a side of bacon. The Gouda sauce they set it on top of was delicious. The Bacon was cooked to perfection. The Mimosas were great! All the servers helped each other and were just as sweet and attentive as they could be. We will definitely be back!!! I'll post pics of our food!

Not too expensive. Great amount of food. Bold coffee. Would prefer more traditional huevos rancheros with beans and soft tortilla. Husband enjoyed his quiche and potatoes. Servings were perfect.

Bbq brisket Benedict and quiche are both spectacular! Add a Bloody Mary and you have a perfect weekend brunch.

Fancy That has come so far since it opened. Brunch is fantastic! My fiancé and I have been back numerous times for the eggs Benedict. The dish is cooked to perfection! The jalapeño cheese grits are awesome as well. They have a variety of sweets for those who have a sweet tooth as well. Yum! The biggest drawbacks of the place are the tables (they're more like mismatched patio tables- and you always bump your poor knees!) and the service. They do a tag team sort of service so it's hard to get someone's attention and consistent service. The food outweighs the service thought!

The largest part of this place's sign says "BAKERY". We walk in expecting it to be a bakery and have breads and deserts galore to discover what appeared to be store-bought cupcakes for sale and a small restaurant. We bought one to go and were disappointed in our cupcakes.

One of the better brunches in Norman. Their BBQ Brisket Benedict is an adventurous menu item for this area. It's not your normal BBQ either and the greens used in it are a pleasant earthy surprise. Service is a little lack luster, but in a rare instance the food compensated this.

Best Brunch in Norman! My husband I try to go at least 2 times per month. We have had almost everything (quiche, huevos, burritos) but our favorite by far is the BBQ Brisket Benedict. It is truly amazing!

Everybody is talking about the brunch here, and I agree. If you haven't been in for dinner, you're doing yourself a disservice. I've only had one dinner, but I'm coming back as often as possible. The owners are fantastic and the quality of the food is unsurpassed literally anywhere I've been in Oklahoma city and affordable. If you're looking for a place to go, try this. New specials daily, and I can't wait to try them all.

Either serve me my brunch or put out a damn biscuit. After a damn 20 minute wait for food to arrive -- in a diner not full by any means -- I literally saw the waitress who took my order be served her breakfast at the bar before me. I may love their BBQ hollandaise but not enough to watch my server chow down while I waste away

Tom Platt is an artist. The food is always phenomenal. The atmosphere is shabby chic. A great romantic destination in old town Norman. I can't wait to try another special.

I've eaten here multiple times, and it never disappoints. The service is good, and the food is great. It is owned by a chef that actually seems to care about what he is cooking and presenting to the public. The lunch specials are fairly priced, and you feel like you are treating yourself without spending a ton of money. I would recommend specific dishes, but honestly, I have yet to order something that I didn't like. I promise I will update my review if this happens. Don't hold your breath. If you are in Norman, especially downtown, give this place a try.

This place used to be great for lunches and a nice little coffee and dessert place. We had heard that Sunday brunch was good so we went and were not only disappointed but I was appalled! Our food was over cooked and not at all good and then the " chef" came out to introduce himself. He looked like he'd just come off a bender. Dirty black t-shirt, scum on his teeth and hair raining dandruff on his already black t-shirt. No more of the casserole specials or fresh desserts they used to have and I was so put off but this encounter we will never go back.

I have eaten here more times then I can count and the food is always amazing. Breakfast burritos are probably my favorite but everything I have tried has been delicious. Dinner is amazing as well. Highly recommended.

I love Fancy That. I live in OKC, and sometimes I drive down to Norman just to eat Fancy That. That's how great it is. Honestly the food is great, and the service has been pretty good nearly every time I've gone. They are a locally owned restaurant, which is important to me. The brisket tacos are a life changing experience!

The most deplorable unprofessional service I have ever witnessed from management. They did not open on time, and served alcohol in error before taking it away after the mistake was realized. I only received my check after waiting over ten minutes (with no other patrons at the time) upon flagging staff down and having to ask. They ran my card incorrectly, had to void the transaction and complete again. I mentioned the grievances adding up to the manager. She was confrontational and hostile before walking away with a dismissive hand gesture. She was then heard loudly yelling about the incident in which she used the f word. But hey, the food was good...

A chef owner! In Norman, a restaurant that isn't part of a chain. I started my meal with an excellent beet salad with goat cheese and pecans. Just the right sprinkling of each. My husband ordered the Casear salad and saiad it too was good. The portions were more than ample. Then we ordered two entrees which we shared: pork tenderloin and seafood tacos. Both were tasty and cooked right. This place is right on Main Street in downtown Norman. It's pretty small, with white tablecloths. As of yesterday they did not have a liquor license, but we were happy to bring in our own bottle of wine and they were happy to bring over glasses. (Bringing your own wine really keeps the price down too.) We were delighted to have the chef come to our table to check on our dinners...he even came at an appropriate time, after we had enough time to really try the food. The chef had worked in SF and other cities before moving back to Norman to be closer to family. I for one am glad that his family is here. I welcome the new addition to Norman's eateries and look forward to the changing menu. I have heard that the weekend brunch is quite good too.

This is the best quiche I have had in forever, and the jalapeño cheese grits are fantastic!
