Love the chicken and veggies. I usually come here with a big group and they do a great job keeping all the drinks filled.

We decided to try this place, even though our experience with mexican food (especially cheese dip) hasn't been the best. We have now been here twice. The food has been great and the service even better. Definitely recommend it! P.s. love the white cheese dip!

Was really looking for some off the menu items. The fish tacos I ordered did have all the fixins. Not bad never ending tortillas with salsa served in a mini carafe. Big screens to watch sports and bar hop skip and away. Also hotel next door adds to the convenience. Needs a bigger outdoor sign to be seen instead of passed up.

I haven't tried many Mexican restaurants in Lawton, but so far this one is my favorite. The food is pretty flavorful and their margaritas are decent. I tired the chicken chimichanga and my boyfriend had a quesadilla both of which were pretty good. He's been back a few times and says he likes the chicken enchiladas. The service was good as well. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be going back!

This place is located in the Executive Inn hotel which initially made me a little skeptical, but once I stepped inside it's actually pretty nice and obviously recently remodeled. They have several TV's going kind of like a sports bar, but not overpowering for conversations or a family meal. We didn't opt to sit outside but they have what appears to be a large and very nice covered patio area. This appears to be a popular portion of the restaurant. I ordered the carne asada tacos and my wife ordered the mixed fajitas with shrimp, beef, and chicken. Both were very good. Chips and salsa were good but not stellar. Service was excellent and very friendly. It's certainly not San Antonio Texmex, but for Lawton I definitely recommend.

Had there al pastor tacos, which were full of flavor and kudos because their al pastor had pineapple in it! The rice had just the right amount of seasoning and wasn't dried out but nice and fluffy. They have a 32oz draft beer for $4.95, can't beat that. The service was good and the food came out fast. Definitely will be back and they also have TVs throughout the restaurant so you can watch games! The restaurant looks like it's been renovated with nice Spanish decor.

This is my new favorite place to get great Mexican food in Lawton. It is reasonably priced and I haven't tried one thing on the menu I didnt like. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The chips and queso blanco are absolutely delicious. On top of the amazing food the maragritas are excellent! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Food was just OK, service was terrible, chips tasted old and cheese dip was cold and clumped.

Everything was flat. The presentation was poor, the flavor of the taco was bland and stale. The enchilada just confused me. Not coming back.

Having just moved to Medicine Park, OK, we were on the search for a good tex mex place. I'm happy to say we have found it! Don't be alarmed or misconceived by the location...the restaurant is attached to a motel that rents rooms for $40/night. The food beats all the other places in town and trust me..we've tried a lot of them. Coming from San Antonio we've had our share of good tex mex and I'm excited to say that this is the best! tender, juicy fajitas...tasty margaritas...ice cold beer...crispy chips...delicious salsa with the option of a hotter habenero salsa if you dare -YUM! I could go on and on but I have a better idea...you should try it yourself! Sorry no pics...started eating and then though about it.

Spectacular food and margaritas ... if you like spicy salsa ask for the hotter stuff, not super hot but has a little kick.

Food was OK and pretty cheap. Chips are the worst I have had in Lawton, they simply did not taste fresh and tasted like they were store bought. The chips also do not come with queso which every other place in town offers. We visited the restaurant on a slow evening with about a third of their tables full of guests. The service was less than mediocre. I had a near empty glass of Dr. Pepper for anywhere from 7-10 minutes. I'm not sure if it was because it was slow, but our food was out to us pretty quickly, maybe 5-7 minutes. Surprisingly, the food is inconsistent, my girlfriend and I both got chile rellenos mine was good and her's tasted funny. Otherwise, the food was pretty good. I ordered the chile relleno, chicken burrito, and chicken taco from the make your own combo and my girlfriend got the chile relleno, cheese enchilada, and a chicken burrito as well. If they step up their service and offer chips that are comparable to other great Mexican places in town, they might stand a chance.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
