Typical rude Chinese take out attitudes are ok when dealing with quality of food. Absolutely bomb. I love it. First Chinese take out I have found in lawton thats worth buying. General tso's all the way. I also got the vegetable lo mein. For what I paid I baiscally got 3 meals. Only upsetting thing is I actually had to ask for chop sticks. Shenanigans...

I wish I could describe my hatred for this place. I got so sick about 4-5 hours after I attempted to pick out what was edible. After about 4-5 hours of having an upset stomach I vomited. Then I proceeded to vomit throughout the night. The following day the sickness moved down south for a couple of days. I swear that I cannot remember having a worse reaction to food besides an allergic reaction. Eat here only if you have a wish to get sick and have an excuse to call in sick to work or school.

I went to Hot Wok for lunch today because it was closest place to my office to get chinese. I got Shrimp lo main and fried dumplings. The girl at the counter made me feel like she was inconvenienced by having to take my order. It was so hot in the place I couldn't have eaten my food there if I had wanted to!! The food came out fast and just ok. Nothing special. I'd eat there again if I was in a pinch and really wanted Chinese I guess

Had the General Tso and Sesame Chicken with crab ragoons. The chicken was good but could've had fresher batter. Kind of tasted a little stale. The crab ragoons were cold and hard. I understand with the delivery process though. It's one of those generic cream cheese ones with no real crab in it. It was the generic fried rice also. More of yellow rice with peas and carrots. I will be ordering later tonight though and hopefully it'll be a better experience!! Overall average Chinese at best for now.

Atmosphere and staff get a 2 star review but the food was pretty good. My buddy told me this place had the best sesame chicken hes ever had and he was right, it was fantastic. I'll definitely go back!

Food was tasty, the chicken was very hard and crunchy, we had the general tso, orange chicken and sesame chicken, wish the food was fresh

I ordered the chicken lo mein. The flavor was "okay" and it was fairly dry. It is a pretty small restaurant. Most of the people make their orders to go. They do make the orders quickly and are friendly.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
